I would like to inform you that i lodged a complain on 3.4.18 regarding defunct of Videocon HD 500GB HDR and asked for replacement, but till now it is not attended, even the customer care executives Sonu, Parminder, Manish Kumar are unnecessary keeping me on line with an excuse to transfer the call to the senior.

The call was supposed to be attended by today 5.08pm.

Dear sir,
I am a user of vediocon d2h with customer id[protected], the vedicon company is making me full, they disconnect my connection from there end before the recharge end date. When i call to customer care of vediocon d2h they advised me to take a engineer visit for which charges is rs 200/- when i denied to take such engineer visit they forced me to take the visit and calling me again & again to take engineer visit, after that...

I suppose to upgrade my STB with comparability to connect Smart [protected]@h Remote with my phone via BT dongle, D2H CCA asked me pay Rs.2070/- to grade the STB,
Service team called me for same and i explained as mentioned but they didn't had such device so they proposed me to pay additional amount so that they will install D2H another device, whi ch i rejected to do so, as it wasn't communicated to me from D2H.

I am continuously having fluctuation problem in D2H.I have taken connection in the month of Dec 2017, that time also I had the same problem and One of technician from Videocon side come and they checked & replace the HDMI cable, but I am having the same problem again.

I have complaint again to Videocon, But didn't any positive feedback from Videocon.

I am paying amount for D2H but I am not getting good services.I...

I am taking services of videocon d2h dish tv since sept 4, 2014. But now in new gold sports pack, they are having similar channels on more than one channel numbers even some of them are on three or four channels. And when i was trying to lodge a complain then they were denying to give complaint no. And saying complain after 4-5 hours. Hope u would pay attention to it and resolve it....

I was using the Videocon D2H service for more than 5 years till the time my set top box became dead. After that I waited for 1 year to get it rectify and since they I had done yearly payment, I guess they were least bothered even to come and repair and started avoiding my call by different reasons like - you complained to wrong email ID(when I used the email available on website), you should call only from registered phone number, you cannot...

On 5th March 2018, I tried recharging Videocon d2h. It was made to wrong customer id.47036477 instead of[protected]correct one). I request Videocon D2h to resolve this issue and credit the amount back so that i can make a proper recharge and enjoy wonderful perks of Videocon services.

I received an SMS on 10th Jan 2018 by Videocon D2H on my registered mobile that FREE Subscription was provided to me till 24th Feb 2018.
They discontinued the services without informing me on 9th Feb 2018.
Now they want me to subscribe the channel & pay the charges for subscription.
This is clear case of cheating & unethical.
Can you kindly help & address the issue.

Retailer has cheat me to show fake message to success your recharge but actually recharge failed amount not debit in my account.

I have complaint many time to retailer and videocon d2h customer care.

Please make me free from videocon d2h services as they call me frequently even during my busy hours of work. Even during sundays, the same thing is repeating hour after hour. I have done wrong recharge on id : 8998956 where as my original id : 89989536 and i have done recharge with rs 300, which is recharged through sbi online services and i request you to credit my amount back in my account as soon as possible.

I just want to know the total monthly price of my new gold sport pack without any tax in january 2017 and in january 2018.

I think they are charging double tax.

Hello cc, i am ujjwal, i want to know why d2h is blocking doordarshan during match telecasting from the last many times, when i talked to d2h cc regarding this it answered me it is being done due to court's order, i want to know it is so, if not, a strict action should be taken against videocon d2h as soon as possible. I have channel pack of new gold sport on my d2h customer id[protected] in last week of november 2017 i come to know the channel no 411 (Sony ten 1) is now not in this package so i call customer care to change my package to super gold and to activate this channel no 411 to my package with monthly charge of rs 38/- for which locking period is 3 months, the channel no 411 is activated on my pack only for 2-3 days and again it was deactivated...

On 5th dec i have given a complain but till date there will be no reply. Again pls note that i have opted for sports pack with one year subscription. All of sudden the ten sports channel are switched off without any notice. Talked to customer service they have asked for additional money for ten sports channel which are promised to show in sports pack. I am using this pack for last one & half year.
