I asked to deactivate my addons all star sports hd and sony pix they said we will remove and wait for a second in line i waited for 15 min in line during the call they chit chatting and laughing they don't even listen properly my problem after 15 min again they asked to would like to deactivate what?? This is ridiculous. I said to deactivate my addons they said ok we will deactivate now but the channels are still going on this is rubbish. The customer care people of videocon d2h are ridiculous and rubbish and rude they don't have patience to listen the problem please take an action on them.
Please deactivate my addons as soon as possible.
