I live in khambalpada, dombivli east which comes under smartcity project.
I recently purchased full hd television to enjoy full hd channels.

I called customer care to inquire about that, they informed that those 3 channels are removed from the addon and should add another addon for those three channels.

Videcon d2h recharge was done on 19th nov 2017 for one month recharge.

After 10 days on the 29th nov 2017 all the account remaining amount was debited from customer account. (Thief way)

We register complaint to videcon d2h complaint no[protected] still not solve or refund amount or not started the service.

By daily following with customer care they escalate the call 8 hours from the last 1 week...

I am using videocon d2h from couple of years. Recently they made some changes in my plan without informing me. The videocon d2h webesite has been revamped. First of all it did not accept my login password. I reset my password and tried again whereby login was successful. This indicates their database integrity error. They lost earlier information.

Dear sir/madam, i have done online banking recharge for my videocon d2h customer id is[protected]. This recharge has not succeed. But amount of inr :-380 is cut from my state bank of india account. I have recharged from debit. My sbi account is showing value date:- 11-nov-2017, and narration :- to transfer inb bharat business channel l tech_baratb payments, and ref. I recharged by online banking this morning and the amount is deducted but the money is not transfered to the videocon company. Amount was 450 rs. No one is reciving the call at coustomer care as i dailed the number for amost 5 times. I was recharged on my videocon d2h id 51760660 but after recharge complete 1 day no any channel see on tv and also after talked witg operator that time few minutes all channel showing but after sometime id is block by videocon d2h due no on my setup box. So than after they want to service charge about no channel seeing but thats not my issue so want solved it by videocon operator team.

I m complaining about the product d2h videocon. Yesterday I called videocon customer service center and I said my complaint to them about reducing my recharge on my account and they said u have taken 50 rs loan but we did not get it still. It's happened again again and called them again and they said previous answer like u had take loan but we did not get so please do something for us because they reduce money in my account again and again....

Dd national is teecasting the ind-aus series. But videocon d2h says "as per supreme court order, retransmission of the ongoing match is not possible", & thus forcing us to buy their sports channel pack. Even tata sky is doing the same. If dd is telecasting, why should we pay for what is available to others for free? Please take action. We will be really grateful...

Supreme court has ruled out only cable operators should not be provided dd feeds.

But it is misused by d2h vendors like videocon. It is illegal practise. Dd national is fta channel. It cannot be blocked by any private d2h operators.

I would raise this with dd, trai and supreme court authority.

This is not a good practise followed by d2h vendors. They cannot block national channel....

I have tried contacting d2h but fry last 5 days every time I call they are continuing to transfer my CALL TO another person from last 5 days I am talking to different people of Videocon d2h and they are blindly transferring my call I am unable to select channels on their website. I was not able to watch Ind vs Aus 1st ODI match on DD National on 17th Sep 2017. The same thing was repeated today ie 21st Sep 2017 for the 2nd ODI match giving reasons its as per the Supreme court order. Well let me tell you first if all the order was for cable TV operators and not dish subscribed providers. Secondly if that's the case why are you charging us for DD national channel.
