    I just want to know the total monthly price of my new gold sport pack without any tax in january 2017 and in january 2018.

    I think they are charging double tax.
    (Package cost + vat + service tax + etc.) + 18% gst.
    I just want to know my package cost + tax. Seperatly before gst. Example in january 2017.

    They have increased their rate and reduced many channel without any information. It is double fraud. Why should we all pay extra for the other languages channels. How can i reduce my plan cost. No one is helping me properly.

    I did email my whole complaint and my i.d., my r.t.n. but unfortunately i didn't get any email, msg, call from Videocon d2h. Perhaps package ammount is too big to calculate and will take few months.

    Plz call me on my RTN.
    We need to talk.
    There is nothing new to written on ur email address.
    I think u r not keen to resolve the problem.
    Otherwise u would send proper ansr that i required.
    I have not yet received any call, msg, email regarding to the actual cost of my package.3 days have been passed away. Is that ammount is too big to calculate and will take couple of weeks.it means that u r doing fraud n now scaring to tell.
    No response after 5 - 6 days.

      My name is dinesh.
      I think most of the companies all doing scam with indian.
      They r charging double tax.
      Old tax + g. S t.
      Without deducting old tax.
      (Price + old tax) + g. S. T = m. R. P.
      I m using videocon d2h, i. D.[protected].
      I have called many times to videocon d2h for getting information about their base pack.
      Bcoz they have increased their charges and deducted some channels too without informaing.
      This is a double fraud.
      I was using golden pack arround 220 rs (With tax) + sports pack arround 60rs (With tax). It means total 280 rs (With tax.).
      But after gst they r applying invalid double gst 18% + 18%.
      1. 220 (Including tax)+18%
      Which is arround 260 rs.
      2. When i took sports pack of 60 rs.
      They r not charging 18% gst on 60 rs.
      But they are charging tax on 260+60 = 320 rs.
      Which i have paid 18% gst on 220 rs already.
      Why i should i paid double gst.
      They have deducted some sports channel when i m already paying for this sports pack since 5 years. I think all companies are doing fraud to all customer.
      They are charging invalid ammount.
      I called many times to customer care of videocon d2h to know about their base pack + sports pack + gst.
      But they always refuse to give me information.
      Coz its a big fraud and scam.
      I have a request to govt.
      How can i file a case about comapny's frauds.

        Hello cc, i am ujjwal, i want to know why d2h is blocking doordarshan during match telecasting from the last many times, when i talked to d2h cc regarding this it answered me it is being done due to court's order, i want to know it is so, if not, a strict action should be taken against videocon d2h as soon as possible. I hope that i will get the result. Thanks..

          I have channel pack of new gold sport on my d2h customer id[protected] in last week of november 2017 i come to know the channel no 411 (Sony ten 1) is now not in this package so i call customer care to change my package to super gold and to activate this channel no 411 to my package with monthly charge of rs 38/- for which locking period is 3 months, the channel no 411 is activated on my pack only for 2-3 days and again it was deactivated without any reason given to me. I booked a complaint regarding this complaint no.[protected] dt 09122017. And request again to activate the channel no 411 again as the charge is already deducted from my account. The channel is activated but only for 1 day it again deactivated without assigning any reason to me, and i again and again call to customer care but no action is yet taken. Kindly provide the status my my complaint and valid reason to deactivate channel no 411 again and again from my channel package.

            On 5th dec i have given a complain but till date there will be no reply. Again pls note that i have opted for sports pack with one year subscription. All of sudden the ten sports channel are switched off without any notice. Talked to customer service they have asked for additional money for ten sports channel which are promised to show in sports pack. I am using this pack for last one & half year.
            I feel cheated, you requested to look into the matter.

              I have recharged for 6 months subscription plan of new gold sports in which at that time sony ten1, ten2 and ten3 were there included in it. Now suddenly after 1 month of recharge this 3 channels had stopped been showing. When contacted to customer care they are saying that this channels are now been excluded from base packs and i have to pay additional cost for that. But my issue is that i have prepaid for this pack for 6 months and that time this channels were there included in pack, so any changes made by company must be effective after the end of my pack expiry (Which is 6 months in this case). This is pure monopoly from videocon d2h and if this continues they will remove and charge any channel whenever they want.

              Today, 6th June'18, I have requested to to switch/replace the Sony Ten1 HD to Sony Ten2 HD but customer care (Nikhil) refused to take my request & advise me there is no Sony Ten2 HD available. This is quite strange how come a big well known company "Videocon D2H" doesn't have Sony Ten2/3 HD available.

              Is it fooling us or actually not have the service. Also, customer care peoples are very poor.

              Same answer whatever i asked. Poor customer service. Why i have to watch World Cup matches in SD when i have HD TV and HD settop box

                I am unable to understand how come in the largest democracy a citizen is unable to choose a dth of his choice.
                I live in khambalpada, dombivli east which comes under smartcity project.
                I recently purchased full hd television to enjoy full hd channels.
                The local cable operator den doesn't provide hd channels in dombivli region yet.
                Hence i was forced to book a dth.
                I recently booked a videocon d2h hd set-top box.
                Now after the payment, i received a call from a technician that my area is cable violent area & he cannot come.
                I requested him as the order was paid online beforehand.
                Then he asked me to pay him rs.500 extra for the installation though the company claims it to be included in dth cost o rs.2020
                I cannot understand why these big companies cannot take police help or protection from this injustice inflicted upon them by cable operators.
                As an independent user, i should be able to watch what i want to watch & not forcibly cable.
                & i request the cable operators to be competitive with all other players & let the consumer decide and choose their own choice.
                I request you to take some serious action on this.

                  I recharged for six months with sports addon which included complete sports channels.
                  After four months sony ten 1, sony ten 2 and sony ten 3 channels were not coming with message not subscribed.
                  I called customer care to inquire about that, they informed that those 3 channels are removed from the addon and should add another addon for those three channels.
                  I asked id you add any channels to an existing addon will you include them to existing customers who have already subscribed that addon. They are not at all answering that.
                  When someone has paid to view some channels for a period, they are cheating by removing the channels after looting our money.

                    Videcon d2h recharge was done on 19th nov 2017 for one month recharge.

                    After 10 days on the 29th nov 2017 all the account remaining amount was debited from customer account. (Thief way)

                    We register complaint to videcon d2h complaint no[protected] still not solve or refund amount or not started the service.

                    By daily following with customer care they escalate the call 8 hours from the last 1 week no channels or working.

                    Cheating thief in videcon d2h please beware before buying the service..

Now they are asking me to pay more money for the channels i was subscribed from couple of years by saying that they are not subscribed.                         Myself sudesh hiremath, mob no-[protected], having a videocon d2h connection with customer id[protected]. I am using this service for last 4 years. My last recharge was approx 6 months back and i paid for full year subscription. Suddenly since last 3 days they have removed channel no 411, 413, 415 (Sony ten 1, 2, 3) which was part of my package when i recharged with gold sports package. When i called the customer care there answer was the channels mentioned were promotional channels thats why it has been removed. But when i enquired whether it was mentioned at the time of recharge process they said no and now they are charging rs.10/month for each channel.
                        They never mentioned it during recharge neither they send me any message nor any calls stating that the channels were promotional. I think this is open fraud as they hold all the rights to remove any channel whenever they want it to.
                        Request to kindly intervene in the matter so that the same problem is not faced by anyone and this people stop looting money.

                        I am using D2H service since from last three year when i have taken service the recharge was rs 250 i was able to see all south Chanel
                        after 6 months they have removed few south Chanel when i have called them they said you have to pay for this Chanel but it was there in my package full on fraud even customer case representative also they are uneducated fellows..

                          The videocon d2h webesite has been revamped. First of all it did not accept my login password. I reset my password and tried again whereby login was successful. This indicates their database integrity error. They lost earlier information.

                          This is not a main reason to complaint. I attempted 3 times to recharge online using credit card thru their payment gateway and all 3 times the site threw frustrating security error. See the attached screenshot.

                          Ironically see the screenshot, they are still displaying the old customer care number that has been taken out of the service.

                          I have raised a complaint thru their customer care. I expect timely resolution as i have just 2 more days left to recharge and online credit card payment on their site is my preferred way of recharge.

No. :[protected]igacjkjic8 and debit :-1, 380.00 is showing in my account. This amount has cut from my sbi account but in my d2h account have not received this money. I am sending the proof of online payment transfer detail and please request to you take action quickly on this report.

                              I recharged by online banking this morning and the amount is deducted but the money is not transfered to the videocon company. Amount was 450 rs. No one is reciving the call at coustomer care as i dailed the number for amost 5 times. I called at videocon d2h center and they asked me to register the complaint at the india avenue to resolve the problem. Please do resolve it as soon as possible.

                                I was recharged on my videocon d2h id 51760660 but after recharge complete 1 day no any channel see on tv and also after talked witg operator that time few minutes all channel showing but after sometime id is block by videocon d2h due no on my setup box. So than after they want to service charge about no channel seeing but thats not my issue so want solved it by videocon operator team.

                                  I m complaining about the product d2h videocon. Yesterday I called videocon customer service center and I said my complaint to them about reducing my recharge on my account and they said u have taken 50 rs loan but we did not get it still. It's happened again again and called them again and they said previous answer like u had take loan but we did not get so please do something for us because they reduce money in my account again and again.                                     I asked to deactivate my addons all star sports hd and sony pix they said we will remove wait in line when i call to them there is no proper response from the videocon cc people after waiting 15 min in line they said we removed, but they lied to me the addons are still going on and i did not get any msg to mobile, again i called to the cc people their behaviour is rude can't speak polite to the people, they are chit chatting and laughing when i was in call this is ridiculous when a customer is in call and having a problem how you people do like this.

                                        But videocon d2h company executive and customer care had usually laying with me and given time after time now i m getting very frustrated.
                                        It about 3-4 days almost passed when i requested to upgrade the same but its not getting upgraded till now after many assurance from company side or executive. Its is very shameful act by company person, i request to you to please make a massive penalty on this company because they always making false statement and their service after sale is worse.
