Dear sir/madam,
I have a videocon d2h connection (Id: [protected]) using for the last 5 years. There are many times the service interrupted and technicians come after calling to customer service where we have to pay inr 200 at every time they come. This has become a norm and we never know they are purposefully making this issue to collect extra money from the customers. Four days back the signal lost and i had called them for checking the issue, they said again the technician has to come and check, for that u have to pay inr 200 as a service charge. I said its a signal trouble u will have to correct it without paid by the customers to serve us better. And that is not written in any agreements, i want to understand whether this is legally approved by the ministry for organizations like them to earn extra by killing public. Even the local cable dealers won't charge anything apart from their product charge, their service is free. Please look into my concern and i believe this is not my concern alone. A lot of poor families who never know where to reach out are also struggling the same issue. I trust to make india a corruption free, then we will have to start from such normal public issues, this is where the public visibility resting.

      Dd national is teecasting the ind-aus series. But videocon d2h says "as per supreme court order, retransmission of the ongoing match is not possible", & thus forcing us to buy their sports channel pack. Even tata sky is doing the same. If dd is telecasting, why should we pay for what is available to others for free? Please take action. We will be really grateful

        Hi,

        Supreme court has ruled out only cable operators should not be provided dd feeds.

        But it is misused by d2h vendors like videocon. It is illegal practise. Dd national is fta channel. It cannot be blocked by any private d2h operators.

        I would raise this with dd, trai and supreme court authority.

        This is not a good practise followed by d2h vendors. They cannot block national channel. D2h operators are manipulating orders to benefit their own profits. This should be raised with telecom minister.

        Videocon is cheating the people. Company owner should understand simple thing, that don't cheat the people.
        Jio ne jese sabhi mobile company ko thik kiya ese tumhari bari bhi aayegi. Time se pahle sudhar jao.
        These people are cheating with customers they are blocking free to air channels for there profit. Plus they are increasing channel rates day by day. A single channel is costing approx 50 Rs.
        On free air to air basis you should live telecast the ind vs aus match on it
        But your executive are saying we cannot show live broadcasting on dd sport as per videocon guidelines
        What a business plan u should activate ten3, etc for watching
        Shame on it...

            I was not able to watch Ind vs Aus 1st ODI match on DD National on 17th Sep 2017. The same thing was repeated today ie 21st Sep 2017 for the 2nd ODI match giving reasons its as per the Supreme court order. Well let me tell you first if all the order was for cable TV operators and not dish subscribed providers. Secondly if that's the case why are you charging us for DD national channel. Its a cheap strategy by your company to force us to subscribe to stat sports channel by paying extra. While replying back can you provide me the supreme court order and its reference details. If not I will be reporting to the I&B ministry.

                Star sports select 1 & 2 sd launched in other dth but why not in videocon dth, same on you if you think that forcibly you migrate us on hd channels. i will leave Videocon and start other DTH as even local DTH also give this channels as well

                  I am a platinum hd subscriber (Id:[protected] of videocon d2h. I have been encountering problem with couple of channels (Astha & sanskar) wherein the video was not available (Audio is available). I spoke with customer care (Mr. Mayank) to resolve the issue but they are insisting on engineer visit (Chargable). All my other channels are working fine but customer care are turning a deaf ear to the issue. These two channels were mean for watching ganpati immersion (Which will not happen again tomorrow). Can someone escalate the issue and kindly suggest a solution.

                    I have recharged for alacarte pack in videocon d2h. They first started my pack with one week delay.
                    Then they changed my plan theirself to basic pack after few days on probably 24-25 august.
                    When i complaint them on 1september, they send me complaint no[protected] has been resolved. When i couldnt get that pack i contact customer care then they told your plan has been changed to 199 pack without my permission and started telling me benefit of that plan.
                    Kindly help me to get refund of all amount of days i suffered without services and to resume the services properly again.

                      I got call three months back to include hd channels with one month free subscription with one month charge.
                      I agreed on it and they put hindi movie channel in hd.

                      I am asking them to swap english movie channel with hindi movie in hd for last three months but they are not doing it, arguing 15 days for last three months.
                      Very much frustated with videocon customer care.

                        They asked me to upgrade to hd then for 2 years they were continuously charging me nearly 700 per month which is high as compared to other d2h in market and also then some technician came from company and removed hdmi cable saying that my tv does not support hd but my tv technician checked and he was saying that tv is perfectly fine so without hdmi cable they are letting us watch hd and charging for normal hd platinum and they have been taking feedback which was always negative but no response or solution, i have called many times and registered complain but nothing happened then suddenly i called up to check package and their executive only suggested me gold package at lower rate which is 540 and in this package also no english movies channels are not there and i called up again to customer care but again no signs of solutions, they are the most reluctant customer care.

                          I'm totally frustrated with the service engineer and the call center person.

                          1. The call center person told that on 15th by 1.40 pm service engineer will call and may fix the problem
                          2. Alas there was no call
                          3. Today 16th i got a call from a number [protected], (Unable to recollect the name). Since i was outside and not expecting him, after returning home at 5.30 i have called him.
                          4. He said he will come and attend this day.
                          5. At 6.30, 7, 7, 30, 8 and 8.30 he does not pickup the call

                            This is srinivas, my registered id;[protected].
                            I was shifted my house from maharanipeta to dwarakanagar in vskp. And lodged a complaint towards shifting of d2h. None was responded. Twice a complained this to customer care, no response is received.
                            Again on 14th august a made a registered complaint with and got received the complaint no.[protected]. And got the information that the problem is to be resolved with in 8hours. Even after 55 hours the complaint was not rectified.
                            See the possible way of resolving my complaint.

                              AS PER THE PLAN VIDEOCON D2H PROMISED FOR ONE YEAR+30 DAYS EXTRA SERVICES

                              I am getting SMS stating D2H services will expiry on 11/08/2017 and asking me to renew.

                              I called up the customer care number[protected] on 11/08/2017
                              They have given me the SMS stating my complaint is registered and will be resolved by 10.03am of 13/08/2017

                              I called on customer care no.[protected] on 12/08/2017 asked why there is delay in resovling as they have wrongly calculated number of days, simply they have to provide services for 15 more days. and they have disconnected/deactivated the services.

                              I have waited till 3.00pm of 13/08/2017 and called again customer care no.[protected] asked for the same why no one has called or restarted the services?

                              There is no answer.

                              I want to resolve this
                              Why company is giving false promises?

                              when the case is straight and genuine why it is taking this much time?

                              Please look in to the matter.
                              If you provide me email address Ican forward the SMS receivedfrom the company.

                              Please treat the matter as urgent. And find the solution.

                              I will not be recommending the D2H services to any one.
                              I myself stopping their services with immediate effect.Please get me the refund of some amount in lieu of faulty promise.

                                On 2/08/17 i bought new setup box from videocon d2h through company authorized technician and from the date its not working properly. I called them continuously from 3 days but they are responding properly and and no one called me regarding the complaint. Now i"m fully unsatisfied by their service. Again they are asking 8 more days to solve the issue. Complaint numbers are

                                  I have videocon d2h service for past few years. I have faced many problems in the past and their customer service is pathetic with rude answers. I am getting error e4-04, first the customer service hangup when asking to talk to supervisor. They are asking 200 for the technician visit, what i do not understand is why i should be paying for it. It is their responsibility to provide me with the service that i am paying. It is one of the most pathetic customer service i have encountered with rude people working. I plan to discontinue even being a loyal customer for so long as videcon does not bother to even revive our calls.

                                      I am videocon d2h user. My customer id is 6122813. My registered mobile no is [protected]. Actually my stb box not functioning well with software problem. Because of this l made complaint to the customer care services to get new set top box. They told me that it is 400rs. Charagable. I paid 400rs.in cash to the set top exchange service. But additionally they deducted 200rs. From d2h main balance for the same service. I made complaint regarding to this to the customer care service executives. They told me your amount is refund within 8 hours. They are saying the same for the last 5 days. They taken several complaints regarding to the this. But amount is not refunded yet. They are trying to convince me saying sorry for the inconvenience, your amount will be refunded within 8 hours. 5 days over but amount is not refunded yet. Please solove the problem soon

                                        I am using videocond2h connection from last 4 years. I had complained about wire cut by monkeys from antenna on 28 june 2017, they said within 24 hours issue get resolved but no service engineer came at the point. I called again on 30 june 2017, he said complained closed. I told him to file another complained and then i called him on 31 june 2017 but today till 1 august 2017 no one came here but i received call from service engineer on 31 june 2017 to came here at 8 am.
