I have been facing issue with my d2h since 4 Sept 2019, after a recharge of 200, and till date, I am not able to use the service. There was a engineer visit, and still no service. Asked for refund if my 200 Rs., and accordingly, I have no call records for Sept Month, hence no refund, but my call history do the records. Each time call the CC and they stay in mute and disconnect the call. Need help

    I am a user of videocon d2h, since long time i have many problem with videocon d2h calls and got completely harassed buy the call centre people. I have made a complain more than 10 time to stop these promotional call and message but nothing have happened. I am also registered to do no disturb service but still these call continue.           Lekin Mera d2h 6/11/2019 ko hi bandh ho gya.
          For mene customer care valo se baat ki to vo bole ki Aapke account me balance nhi hai.
          To Mene kaha ki Mene to 3 month ke liye karvaya tha recharge to 1 month pahele kese account mese balance khatam ho Sakta hai .
          Aur customer care valo ke pass koi uchit Karan bhi nhi tha vo bole ke account me balance khtam ho gya iss liye Aapka d2h bandh ho gya he.

            I have purchased a new hd set-top box on 15th oct 2019 with order id 68159249 and my cust id is[protected] but from the very another day of installation am getting the issue in my stb like the only voice is coming but no video visible and only d2h logo is visible on the screen. Another thing i have registered 4 complaints about the same and in which 2 has been closed without my information and for the 3rd complaint the engineer came but he seems to be a trainee and he himself was not sure how to solve the issue and he didn't solve my issue still the complaint has been closed so i have made 4th complaint for the same. I am using videocon d2h from last 10 years with sd set-top box and the service was good i even provided many of my relative videocon d2h and now my own issue is not getting resolved and i have to make 4 complaints to get it resolved this is pathetic and i have not expected this kind of service from videocon guys. Kindly find below all my complaint number and send any professional or senior engineer to resolve my issue.

              I am using videocon d2h for last 5 years.

              My videocon d2h account id 12649881.

              I am getting charged additional amount of rs. 34 for last 3 weeks.

              I selected popular tamil combo worth rs. 196.85 (Includes gst + ncf charges) and kids add-on worth rs. 36 (Includes gst) and individual channels worth rs. 4.5 (Includes gst). The total amount here is nearly rs 238 only. However i am getting charged rs. 273 per month.

              I raised the concern and lodged a complaint 2 weeks back - complaint number[protected]

              I called many times to the customer care, but the issue is not yet resolved.

              Also, i raised the concern in customer care mail as well 2 days back, but no response till now.
              I think this wrong billing is happen for all customers in videocon d2h, hence i request trai involvement here to escalate this issue and resolve this asap.

                I have recharged for the month of oct. There is difference in the amount when i select the channel option the amount is showing as rs. 296.42 including gst.
                But when i go for the payment rs-343.00 which i have paid.
                Every month they are doing this.

                I have raised many times the complaints but i am not getting correct response from them.
                Below are the complaint numbers[protected] &[protected].

                By default if the channel is selected we are not having option of deselecting option has been removed. One channel was not getting removed. 45 they have charged & i have asked them to remove it, but they amount is not refunded / add to the account.

                Any time we call customer care we are not getting any response from manager is not available any time.

                Kindly request you to get is resolved.

                      Four days back signal not available occurred in my d2h.. So i contacted and lodged the complaint for the same with d2h customer care. Next day their engineer visited our place but misbehaved and went without solvong the problem.in the meantime. Videocon d2h deducted 200 rs from my account as their service charge.
                      My problem is still persisting. But they are not taking any actions still yet.
                      They have deducted money from my d2h account without any reason and without any information.
                      Pls help me and do the needful.

                        I, rahuldev patil, customer id[protected], i have recharged videocon d2h on dtd 22oct 2019 with rs300/- which includes selected channels by me. That time showing expiry date 22 nov 2019.
                        However yesterday dtd 31 oct 2019suddenly zee marathi hd channel is made off by service team after calling to customer care answered that technical problem.
                        They start channel today at 21:30 hrs after again again calling to customer care. But my recharge expiry date now change to 20 nov 2019. And you're care lying to me, "call our seniors they will answer you" and disconnecting my calls.
                        Now, two days my family didn't watched zee marathi hd and two days of my recharge decreased. What is the solution towards you please suggest me, how to punish customer service which is rude and wasting time of customer.

                            I paid rs. 1675.80 on oct, 3rd by on-line through credit card, to renew their services for six months from oct 7th on wards. After my making payment, their set off box went on a booting mode for updating my payment status. It didn't come out of that rebooting mode and videocon d2h services, tried to rectify it remotely but they couldn't do that. They then sent a technician who came and said that the set off box is spoilt and needs to be replaced. He mentioned that it will take over a week to organise a set off box as there are 200 people already waiting for replacements. On calling their customer care also confirmed of waiting period. I told them that i cannot wait without tv functioning for that long and suggested to them to cancel my account and refund my payment already made. To this account, i also wrote to them on oct, 3rd itself to cancel the services and refund the payment. On oct 9th, they got back stating that they don't have a policy to refund for which, i have again wrote to them on oct 9th itself explaining my situation and requesting them to refund my payment. And i have not heard from them at all. If you desire, i can forward to trai my communications with them.

                              I am very disappointed with videocon d2h for not airing 9xo which is a free to air channel. All useless and unwanted channels are aired rather than what the customers actually watch. Even local/ regional distributor are airing it for their customer including airtel. What stops videocon to air it? They just cant take the rights of the customer by not providing what is aired for free.

                                Respected sir i am vitthal harry bagul i have recharged my d2h account of rupees 250 but by fault i have wrote the wrong customer id that is 942 55 246 instead of 643 52406 so i request you please refund my debited amount to my i bank sir it was my primary mistake that i should check the customer id first but by mistake i have not check it and directly i have done the recharge to wrong customer id so i hope that you understand my problem and you will resolve it soon hope so you will get the solution to my problem and you will refund my amount to the respective bank details you can call me to my phone number as follow

                                  I want to relocate my d2h antenna but after my repeated complain they will give me one particular time and told me that within the time your problem is solved but it's already 3 days and the problem is not resolved. When I want to cancel the complain they told me you can not cancel it otherwise we will deduct the amount from your d2h account.

                                    Have (Customer id[protected] of vediocon since last 7 years. My connection has barred since last 1 year due to out of station. I have opened this again and sea home channel, after than have called to customer care for asking for continuous service, customer care executive says recharge of your account and sea continuous your service. But service is not activated. Showing of error e16-4 (Your account is deactivated). I have talk to customer care executive not satisfied answer last 3 hours. Problem is technical as per executive. Service engineer will be come in 24 hours. If hardware problem have not found, that i will not pay any amount. If service will not continuous that please refund my recharge amount immediately.

                                      This is kp soni and i am using videocon d2h from last 4 years and suddenly from yesterday i am getting an error message on my screen saying signal not available. When i called your customer service, first he asked me to wait for 15 minute to resolve this problem, but its not fixed. Then when i called today your agent told me that i need to pay rs 200 to your service enginner for his visit & 175 rs for service charge. This is absolutely not acceptable from you guys. I would never pay extra for you guys mistake and now seriously i am thinking of moving to another service provider. Please revert me back asap, before i throw away your box and dish from my house. My cust id is[protected] and my phone number is [protected].

                                      It really hurts that i need to pay rs 375 to him for no fault of mine. I will wait till my subscription expire and would break all my commitments with videocon because of your pathetic service. Last time when i changed my home, then 650 rs charged for reinstallation. Your service is totally poor.

                                        This provider not showing Jain free to Air channels Arihant, jinvani and Paras. I have talk to channels provider they told me videocon d2h asking for more money to showing free to air channels.I have reg. Many times Compalint against this to call center but they not giving proper answer and i hv selected all this chanells in my packages and paying full amount for same but not receiving this channels pls do needful. Solve this issue asap. All jain community want this channels back.
