Dear Sir,

I purchased a Videocon Mobile model no VC 1605 on 26/6/2010. This is a dual SIM phone (CDMA + GSM). The IMEI number of the phone is : [protected]. The phone was working fine for about 20 days after which it started showing numerous problems.
The problems are:
1. It gets switched off every now and then on its own and will resume only when we put on.
2. The headset is not getting recognized in the phone, no music or radio can be heard.
3. The CDMA call are not heard clearly.

I showed the phone to one of its authorized service centers on 12th August, he said that the phone has a motherboard problem and has to be replaced. They have taken the phone and its already 20+ days and they could not replace the motherboard as the parent company (Videocon) is not able to supply the motherboard.

I have mailed the customer care and also called them several times. Every time they have been asking for 3-4 days time. I am facing deep inconvenience because of the situation. I request you to kindly help me and raise a voice against the cheap quality pone and service provided by Videocon.

I have purchased a new videocon frost free double door fridge model VAP-233
sl no[protected] on 22.08.2010 from your gurgaon franchise M/s Friends Co.in exchange of my old videocon fridge model D-240 sl no[protected].

Now the new fridge which was purchased only 10 days back i.e on 22.08.2010 has been diagnosed with defective spare parts which causes heavy noise. I have made a complaint vide complaint no- GUR[protected] on 31.08.2010. Today the engineer from the Gurgaon Service Centre has inspected the fridge and found that some of the spare parts are defective and needs to be replaced.

When I asked for replacement of the fridge your Gurgaon Franchise Representative Mr. Hemant Bhatia told me that the refrigerator can not be replaced. He wants me to continue with the same defective piece and he only can provide services through his engineers.

It sounds funny from a responsible representative of Videocon being such a big name in the electronics market.

The problem is not resolved till today. I have already paid 1970 Rs for
5713 Rs fridge. And I still have the same non cooling problem unresolved.
So either Videocon refrigerator is faulty or their repairs are faulty.
Because every year I pay around 1000 Rs for same problem. Now they should either repair my fridge free of cost or they should exchange the fridge. I lived in USA for many years but newer saw such poor customer care and claiming to be India's First MNC company. Either Videocon don't know what is MNC or they just don't know the customer care.

Actually after Installation of D2H he gave me only 6 Months subsciption Free. When i asked him.he told me that i assured you by mistake.

TV- Picture Tube Sparking
We bought a 29' Bazoomba 7642G TV on 2006 Diwali ( Almost 4 years back) from Garg Electronics (P) Ltd., Laxmi Nagar, Vikas Marg, Delhi for Rs. 17,000/- . At that time I was told because of diwali co. is providing 5 yrs. warranty. After few months, TV was giving trouble. I have made several complaints but the same was not attended. After some times an engineer came and taken the motherboard, picture tubes etc. by saying that it is defective and will be replaced within two days, but the same was simply repaired and not replaced. Again, I have made several complaints but no response received by us. Last year also a have made complaint several times and ultimately an engineer came to our residence and told that he has to replace FBT, Vertical IC, for which he has charges Rs.1000/- + Rs.250/- Service Charges on 28/07/2009. Now TV picture tube is again sparking and TV is not starting. I have made several complaints but no engineer comes/ called me to my place in Mayur Vihar Phase 3, Delhi. I am fed up from Videocon.

I submitted my videocon V1675 mobile phone with a lcd display crack and now this people are saying that there is no supply of the LCD screen and now they cannot assure me within how many days they can give me the phone back. I submitted the phone at Accel Frontline, 601-604 Ashoka Bhavan,Nehru Place,New Delhi.
Videocon is the worst at mobiles.

I raised complaint,i give 4 photographs of liner breakage of refrigerator and other documents as your company employe told me. I registered my complaint on 23-6-10 at the service center Near Kesar Petrol Pump,Jalandhar. Your company employe give me job no. 216. The incharge of the service center Mr. Tulsi Ram said to me that your refrigerator will be replaced. I contact them after 15 days than i contact them after 1 month and they said me to come after 2 months. Now after 2 months when i contact to your service center they said to me that they do not have any complaint related to me and after some time they told me that they have missplaced the photo prof and other document related to my case and again want all that documents. So tell me what to do now ? I can't imagine that your company give a really bad service to costumer. I have all the proof of complaint registered and photographs of liner breakage of refrigerator and bill.
