This is Shriram, I am using Videocon V1604 mobile, where the company clams for the long life of the battery, I think it is wrong totally, because it is just 8 month passed I have purchased the mobile & now the battery out of order, it could run mobile for just 5-6 hour.

I suggest you not to go for this mobile…… Really its too bad experience I had yet now….

I have purchased a new videocon frost free double door fridge model VAP-233
sl no[protected] on 22.08.2010 from your gurgaon franchise M/s Friends Co.in exchange of my old videocon fridge model D-240 sl no[protected].

Now the new fridge which was purchased only 10 days back i.e on 22.08.2010 has been diagnosed with defective spare parts which causes heavy noise. I have made a complaint vide complaint...

From 25th august 2010 till date i have lodge a complain number [protected] in customer service center of videocon its been a one week they did not respond to my complain and even not attending my phone call.After 6pm one person attend my call and said that service center is close....

I BOUGHT A NEW WASHING MACHINE OF VIDEOCON FROM VIJAY SALES ON[protected] VIDE INVOICE NOS 81-SWR08-10SIAOT 1781. WHILE USING ON[protected] THE SPINNER OF THE MACHINE STARTED MAKING A LOT OF NOISE. I REGISTERED A COMPLAINT WITH VIJAY SALES ON[protected] BY PHONE. SEEING NO RESPONSE I PERSONALLY WENT TO MAHIM STORE AND MADE A COMPLAINT. THE COMPLAINT NOS IS 1008/B280105 . I WAS TOLD THAT THE SERVICE ENGINEER WILL CALL ON MONDAY. HOWEVER WAITING...

TV- Picture Tube Sparking
We bought a 29' Bazoomba 7642G TV on 2006 Diwali ( Almost 4 years back) from Garg Electronics (P) Ltd., Laxmi Nagar, Vikas Marg, Delhi for Rs. 17,000/- . At that time I was told because of diwali co. is providing 5 yrs. warranty. After few months, TV was giving trouble. I have made several complaints but the same was not attended. After some times an engineer came and taken the motherboard, picture tubes...

I submitted my videocon V1675 mobile phone with a lcd display crack and now this people are saying that there is no supply of the LCD screen and now they cannot assure me within how many days they can give me the phone back.
