I have received the message from videocond2hdish.com containing free offer of dish tv set top box with dvd player(total cost: 3369/-) to my mobil no. They asked customer service tax of 440/- rupees only. I paid the amount to the SBI ac. no.[protected] on 18.07.10. Deposit receipt faxed to the no. [protected]. Still now I could not get the gift. They were cheated us. So I made a complaint. They were given the cell no. [protected]. I tried to this no. But no response.

I have purchased Videocon triple sim mobile VC 1425 with lots of expectations by the specifications of the mobile. I bought it on 23-06-10 at Sri Kumar Electronics, Daba gardens, Visakhapatnam. Using the mobile for one day it self, i understood that the mobile is getting heated up totally during a call for even one minute duration. The mobile used to hand up with simple operations like saving a new contact. The battery is getting discharged for every 2 hrs and needs charging. Above all, the audio out put with or with out the head set is poor and with full of noise. As my office timings are not matching with the service center, I could not immediately contact the service center. I visited Accel Frontline Services Limited, visakhapatnam. They told some of these problems will be resolved by updating the software of the mobile. I did not convince but given the mobile for soft ware update on[protected] they have not given any service receipt for this). They told me to observe the performance for 3 days. but the problems remain the same. Again I gave the mobile for repair on 07-07-10. They told it may take one week time for resolving the problem. Till today[protected] the mobile is with them only and there is no positive response from the Service center. I look forward for a replacement of the handset or money to be paid back by Videocon. Buying the mobile for nearly Rs 5000/- is not for the sake of headaches with either the mobile company or the service center. I request all to go for the best handsets with proven mobile companies like Nokia. These new mobile companies are not fit for either supplying a quality product or a quality service to the customers.

I have purchased a videocon DIGI AQUA washing machine on 06/06/2010 from Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai, PIN-400701......When the pack was opened it was found that the drum is cracked....water leaking from underneath....haven't been able to use it yet!! I purchased Videocon handset V1655 on 17.05.2010 within a few days charger got out of order and on 10.07.2010 display has gone (lcd is broken) automatically. I came to know that similar incidents have been happening to various Videocon customers. They even refused to replace lcd without additional cost. The quality of the mobile is so inferior that even videocon mobile service provider has not yet have the gprs setting for that model

Such a fraud mail is absolutely harmful for any candidates and has a remarkable bad effect into companys goodwill.

A company like videocon should take legal action immediately towards this fake and fraud activities of some nuisance of such people.And check the account of

Kindly help me to sort out the problem faced after installation of Videocon Air Conditioner, the details of which are mentioned below:-

Purchased from: Jalaram Refrigeration & Automobiles, Opp City Bus Stand, Anand Vidyanagar Road, Vallabh Vidya Nagar. Ph:[protected], [protected]
Problems Faced: No Cooling after continuous running of 30 mins.
5 Complaints registered at Jalaram Refrigeration & Automobiles, but no satisfactory result.
Electricity bill (for 5h running):- Rs. 8211.00 & Rs. 7059.00 in Season.
Complaints Registered at Videocon Service Station (Toll Free No.:-[protected]) twice and were not attended and serviced.
At the third complaint registered with the service request no: AHM[protected], the servicemen attended after 8 working days and repeated reminders. The outdoor was taken away by Khushi Services (Videocon Service Station, B/17, Vaibhav Tower, V.V.Nagar Road, Anand - 388001, Ph:[protected] and even after 8 more working days till date[protected], we have not received the required service and communication.
Every time when asked about the status of repairs and replacements, we are stated that due to shortage of manpower, the work could not be done.

Kindly register my complaint and help me getting the claim of compensation for the cost of product and the entire electricity consumed by it throughout the year (with an average of Rs. 5000.00 per month)

Recently Videocon launch GPRS Service of 95/- , i think to try but after buying the connection it was very bad experiance as its network connection is too poor, just going out for 20km from jalandhar, network goes down.

Even GPRS plan is also fail it never found signal nor connectivity

why the Company Launch New Mobile when They dont Have the Tower, to Provide the Signal to Connection,
its just making the fool of People by selling cheap connection

Plz Ban All the mobile operator which donot have proper Tower in the City and Range Should be defined and where its signal are coming, so the people wont suffer

Dear VideoCon,

I bought one Vedocon Colour TV on Aug 2009 and in one week before it has got problem that picture is not showing properly and but feels sounds and everything are clear. And one day after that it worked for few hours again its gone to same problem. I immediately called showroom guys '' and they asked us to call the Videocon Service Centre since the TV is in warranty period. I raised the complaint and got the reply that within 24 hrs technician will come and resolve the issue. But after that I called the service center serveral times (average 3 or 4 times per day) but all the time I am getting the same replays like 'It is already allocated to local service center. We will esclate the issue and some one will come to resolve' or 'We will sending the reminder again and some one will come to resolve'. But as of now nobody hasn't either reached nor called me regarding the same and now it is almost 5 days over, but no response. Finally I collected the local service centre number and direclty called them, they are also repeating the same stuffs again and again. It seems that it is a very bad service from Videocon and I can see lot of the same comments and complaints about Videocon.

So somebody please suggest me what should I do in this regard if still they are not resolving the issue and I am little doubt that since it is warranty they are simply lagging the case. Please suggest.

I had purchased a Electrolux Fully Automatic Washing machine in the year 2000.After it ran satisfactorily for 6 years it started giving small troubles and therefore again I went for fully automatic imported Electrolux washing machine in exchange scheme on 2nd August'2006.It ran well for 3 years but 3 months back it's spinner stopped functioning.I dialled up the videocon call centre at Kolkata and they assured me to solve the problem within 48 hours.The next day a mechanic from Rana Agency,Bhubaneswar visited my house,inspected the machine and charged Rs.150/for making the suggestion that some bearing change is required which would be carried out at their work shop and promised me to lift the machine the next day from my house.But no body turned up and I continued with the faulty machine.Suddenly one month back the machine completely stopped functioning and again I dialled up the call centre at Kolkata and requested them to send a mechanic from Videocon and not from the service agency.
The next day, a mechanic Mr.Panda(Mob-[protected])from Videocon, Bhubaneswar office, visited my house,inspected the machine and told me that the problem is beyond their control and suggested me to talk to their Area Sales Incharge or Branch Sales Incharge.

Immediately I contacted Mr.Siba Prasad das,the ASI of Bhubaneswar(Mob-[protected]) but inspite of several trials he didn't pick up my call.Then I contacted Mr.Ashoak Nayak,the Branch sales Incharge of Bhubaneswar over his mobile([protected]) who happened to be in New Delhi on that day and responded my call.He asked me some questions about the machine and promised me to sort out the problem by next day by instructing his ASI Mr.Das .The next day when nobody turned up I dialled up Mr.Das,ASI who fortunately picked up my call,asked me some question like who visited my house etc.and promised me to send the mechanic by next day.

sir,two weeks have already passed but since then nobody from videocon turned up to sort out the problem.mean while,also i have tried several times to call Mr.Das,ASI,Bhubaneswar but he has not been picking up my phone for the reason beyond my comprehension.I have also tried to contact Mr.Nayak,BSI but his mobile has been out of network coverage.
Sir,I'm at my wit's end and in peril by the trying and testing of my patience by Videocon employees.I have devised a three pronged strategy to address my problem.
1)File a case against videocon and mr. Dhoot,it's Chairman.
2)Write a letter to Mr.Dhoot citing all this with details.
3)Publish an article in both National and Local news paper mentioning about it's products,people,ethics and service delivery level.
I request your kind suggestion on this.
I think, after the take over of electrolux washing machine operation in India Videocon owes the moral,ethical ,social and corporate responsibility to cater to the genuine needs of the customers who had earlier gone for electrolux washing machine.
