[Resolved] Vijay Sales — ac vijay sales service complaint | |||
Hi, I am preeti, just wanted to complaint here. I have bought hitachi ac from vijay sales indirapuram on 17 june 2017. With in 1 week its swing motor was not working. Then registered a complaint through phone... After so many days they came up my home and check swing motor but not replace it.. Then they told me that we took picture of your invoice and see the problem now after 2 days or 3 days we will replace it.. But nobody come here to reaplce the damaged swing motor part till now.. We have called vijay sales complaint number of times.. But still they are not replacing our new ac damaged part So i would like to mention here that your service is poor and bad @vijaysales : kindly change my new ac swing ac part asap. How could you close this complaint without changing my New AC part??? i have already provided all the details through call, share all the bills with Hitachi team . i am always used to call Hitachi team to follow up . But nothing is happened till now . Now it has been "3 months" nothing has changed and every time Hitachi team used to you tell me "Motor part not available", "I have already ordered motor part but not yet received", " Motor part change this Saturday for sure" etc. Keep telling me these excuses. But nothing has changed till now.
Hitachi Team : Your service is very very poor. For you guys Customer satisfaction is nothing . Now onwards I will recommened all the people that DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from HITACHI
Now i will complain to your Head office or Corporate office to take necessary action against you.
