Booked a whirlpool automatic washing machine from prabhadevi store on 14thoct 2017 and store asured me for the deivery on 16th oct 2016.
Till date not received our machine and when spoken to manage nitin patil, he told if we dont get our delivery by today he will refund us the amount.
Hopeless!!
Is this the service of vijay sales?
If yes, then keep it up.
Hope we get our machine today orelse we want our refund by tommorow.

    We got the delivery of videocon led tv on 15 oct 2017 and the technician from videocon came to install the tv on 17 oct. When he removed the product from the box and switched it on we realised that there is a big crack on inner surface of the tv which shows as striking light wen the tv is on. We are calling up customer care of vijay sales since last 6 hours but they not ready to accept that the product has been delivered faulty. We need the replacement of this product. Otherwise we have to go to consumer court to file an official complaint.

      duplicate invoice

      Hi,

      I am dilip bamne, old customer of vijay sales, i am following up with vijay sales customer care since past 2-3 days for invoice for my sony led tv which has been bought 2-3 years ago and now i am facing issues with this product.

      This is very sad to say vijay sales service is very poor now a days and they are not able to manage customers problem.

      Again i am requesting you for duplicate invoice...

      Dear all,

      I have brought a new daikin ac from vijay sales prabhadevi mumbai and have sought their service as a part of regular check up of ac and have raised a service request for the same.

      After registering for the same these people agreed to provide me service on october 14, 2017, but now it was informed that the said service is postponed due to some reason.

      Now i need to understand from daikin, whether said activity was planned and if yes then why did these people commit and if no then provide the service as agreed i suppose you are very big organization and providing service post purchase won't be an issue..

      So please maintain the standard as you describe it on tv

        Have purchase washing machine on 1 st oct and after installation machine is not working properly, it is shaking and have also share viedo with mr ashish, and customer care executive
        Waiting for the revert.
        Have also complaint to haier customer care they are responding saying that shaking is an technology also have share viedo with them
        They are saying that engg will be visiting from pune and till date no senior has visited me, and since past 5 days machine is not been use an i am in big trouble, sir need your help to solve this matter.

          Brought a whirlpool microwave from vijay sales and the product was faulty, sales person lawrance from mira road branch was very sure that the product is the best what they have currently available. As the product got delivered and there were dents on the top surface, demo guy retish kumar yadav advised to replace the product. Tired to call customer service to log a complain but there were no signs for the call to get connected thus had to visit vijay sales to log a complain against the product. 2days later a new piece got delivered again with the same problem.. Again had to visit vijay sales this time i met with the sales manager dharmendra singh who promised me that they'll send me a fresh new product and he'll see to it that it gets delivered safely. Next day product comes to my place and again has the same problem. Just want to know wat type of customer service is vijay sales giving to there customer.. It's been so many year purchasing stuffs from them and that's how they treat there loyal customers vs digi vijay sales (Vijay sales)

            We brought samsung uhd led ua43mu6100 43 inch with request no [protected] from vijay sales raily station pune branch at the time of purchase we have given information that along with led we will get sound speakers cost rs. 6000 free of cost but at the time of delivery only led is delivered sound speakers not given and now costumer care pune not receiving calls.

            Kindly take serious note of it and arrange to deliver sound speakers at earliest

                My name is naresh pardeshi i brought split ac of ogeneral but very next day i got cooling issues and i hv complain so many atlest 7 to 8 times but they don’t bother every time they send people with no knowledge of there own product and they said machine is working fine but this not the solution for me i hv brought machine and i hv spent 60, 000 and it’s not small amount for me atlest this people (Vijay sales and ogeneral) should understand the problem of there customers if they can’t give proper solutions or proper service than they should shut there showroom!! Sorry but this very bad service i hv every face i should not buy ogeneral brand in future also from vijay sales (Virar west)

                  The manager vijay sales, my challan no. 5052, nilesh gaikwad, wish to bring at your kind notice that i had purchased vise 39 inch led from vijay sales with 3 yrs warrenty. Further, my tv is taken for pannel replacement almost 20 days prior since then i had not received any communication from your end. On calling from my end no good reason of the delay in panel changing is given to me. Your are wasting time in prolonging the same. So also you are proviking me to take legal steps aginst your your such a worst service indicates how can a customer trust and on what ground. Futher, delay will encourage me to lodge a compliant agqinst you in consumer foram, where in will demand for new brand tv or my payment return on immediate grounds in order to keep me fooling so will be waiting for 24 working hours for tv for panel replacement or will surely welcome you for legal repercussions to follow immediately.

                    Also the most annoying thing is sushil is not even responding.
                    As escalation raised my concern to the store head and could find him also helpless as even after his intervention since last 2 days no one has attended. Seems the service and support team has nothing to do. This scenario not only augur well with brand like vijay sales but also can see losing the no 1 market position soon.                       I had purchased an vise 32 inch led tv from vijay sales. The product is under warranty. On 27th i logged an complaint for the display. The technician visited after 2 days and said the display will be replaced. Till 7th october i had not recieved any update on this. Evreyday i keep on calling to the customer care but the response it negative.

                        3 nos AC purchased. Substandard quality. In last 2 years all AC had gas leaks and spent thrice for the same. Company service centre advised to replace aluminium coils with copper ones . Done so at cost of Rs 20000. Inspire of this again there is gas leaks and none of the AC are working. I shall be submitting a complaint to consumer forum and court against vijay sales and videocon for the damages. This is just for your information and record.

                        Videocon LED TV purchased from vijay sales in 2014 with 5 years warranty, which is started giving problems. Technician said spare parts unavailable and hence company will replace with new TV. It's been a month since numerous complaints and reminders however its not been done till date.

                          I have booked two daikin splipt ac from vijay sales dev arc mall, ahmedabad on 2nd october against v no. 243-q-905. The person in charge here (Maulik bhai) told acs will be delieverd very next day i. E. On 3rd of cotober by 9 pm. But to my surprise i receieved only 1 ac. Till now there is no response from vijay sales. I am feeling cheated by such a big name. No body is replying. Don't know hwat to do.

                            1) we first received delivery of the tv in end june’17. As i was not at home at the time of delivery, we later noted that the packing was severely damaged and seemed to have been exposed to rain/moisture. As we feared that the tv inside may be damaged, we requested replacement of the same. After a lot of follow up, we were provided a replacement tv on 12/7/17

                            2) the tv was installed at our new residence by panasonic authorised personnel on 1st september 2017. At the time of installation, when the tv was unpacked from the box, there was a scratch on the top rim which was noted by us as well as panasonic personnel. When we queried regarding the same, it was dismissed by panasonic personnel stating this was cosmetic in nature and did not affect the performance of the tv
                            Panasonic personnel subsequently asked for many changes to the wall background/tv unit so that the tv could be installed. A lot of these were deemed unnecessary but as we were in a hurry due to house warming puja on 3/9, we reluctantly made those changes
                            Subsequently, panasonic personnel installed the tv on the wall unit. However, he did not even switch on the tv to confirm to us the condition of the tv, or demonstrate the various features of the tv. He promised to return after 1-2 days and complete that part of the installation. However, there was no further communication from panasonic side.
                            In preparation of our moving into our new house, when we switched on the tv on 12/9, we noted that while there were no external damages, but the screen was showing a crack and we have then informed vijay sales of the same vide email dated 13/9/17
                            3) it is clear from the above and without doubt that we have received a defective product with a cracked screen/panel as even before we started using the same, it was showing a crack.
                            We have been waiting for replacement of the said defective product for more than 3 weeks now but we do not see any signs of vijay sales accepting responsibility to stand behind the product supplied by them and provide service to their customer.

                            We have moved to the new house on 16/9/17 but without a tv in the living room and this is causing us a lot of inconvenience and mental agony.
                            Subsequent to the above, we have made several phone calls to vijay sales and also visited chembur branch on 15/9/17 and 17/9/17. However, regret there has been no confirmation from their side regarding replacement of the defective product supplied by them.

                            In such a situation, we question what is vijay sales role in the supply chain? If they cannot solve consumer issues with the supplied product then why should a consumer buy from them?

                              We purchased hitachi ac from vijay sales opera house, where the installation break up with cost provided to us in writing. Now the installation team of hitachi is asking for extra charges for drilling the extra whole in the wall (No info was given to us abt. It orally or written)

                              We called vijay sales customer care on this issue, where they said it is part of hitachi company policy (Which vijay sales were unaware of) to charge extra for extra drilling whole (No ref. Document or paper shared with us while purchasing)

                              Your local team has called & informed that a technician will come for the inspection of drills done in the wall, but they did not come. Surprising that how a customer complain is tackled at reputed companies like HItachi.

                                Mobile number: [protected]. First complain lodged was on 31st august but later i found my complaint number was lost somewhere. Again complained on 19th sept and still until today no one visited us. Just today some technician came and diagnosed part issue and it will take 1 week for part to order and come and i don't know how much more time for repair.

                                Since past 1 month even after continuous followup the technicians are not coming. At the time of purchase there are so many promises of services and all but its a shame and we are cheated on this.

                                Please consider this as a high escalation email and take strong action against such a horrific support and lack of trust.

                                  From last two days i have visited two shops of vijay sales. At first shop in rohini, staff added various unauthorized amount and even didn't informed us. When i enquired about it they said it is processing fee. I left the shop without any purchase. After that i visited second shop at janakpuri. Here the situation was even worst. After making payment i was forced to cancel it and they reversed the amount into my account which i have not go yet. A person named jitendra was highly unprofessional and very rude in nature. I was told that with a dell 5567 i will get a bag of dell but after billing they gave me a bag of jbl which was very bad in quality. Then he asked me to return the product and reversed the amount. Then i contacted to his senior. I was really shocked to see that even senior was not able to deliver any response. Is it a joke. What kind of service do you provide. They wasted my 2 hrs for such unnecessary drama. Being a lawyer i want a strict action against them or i will file a complaint in consumer court.

                                    I have complaint around 2 and a half weeks ago about my tv not working but to no avail, call backs have been promised but no call has come from them. Spoke to hiten from customer service who was outright arrogant and rude. They encourage you to buy their vise tv promising exceptional customer service, but this is the worst service i have ever rec'd.
                                    Vijay Sales customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I had purchased haier tv from vasai west vijay sales.. Person name amir just lied to us.. Whn i told him vil chk n let him know in 30min.. He called me before sales he spoke very nicely n after tht whatever he told all was fake promise and now he is nt rec the call..
                                      He said installation vil b done by tuesday but no response from him.. It's very bad to knw tht sales person sale things by giving fake commitments
