We have booked washing machine on 25th june, 2017. They told delivery will be done on 27th june..
Bt delivery has not yet done! Today is 1st july!! I am trying to call since when..bt they are not receiving only..this is the way they treat consumers..
I need delivery as soon as possible..otherwise return our money! For how long we have to wait??! The company must deliver it within prescribed time..

Very much worst service from vijay sales. i have ordered a food processor online from vijay sales. its been 12 days from placement of order but they have not responded to any query . i had called on their mentioned so called "customer care number" 6 times but did not get any yes any information even a single time. i am now frustrated by calling tens of times but getting the message line is busy.

I have to file my complaint against vijay sales Rohini branch sales girl Manveet. I wanted to purchase Samsung refrigerator convertible she checked from the stock n told me it's available n Yu pay the amount asap. After all d formalities two days later I was informed dat the product is out of stock moreover this lady is so rude n not accepting her mistake manager of the store told that this sales girl had not checked the stock before hand it was not available from day one.. such a causal n rude approach towards customer.. pathetic service by such a big brand n fooling customer..

From 7 days i have given my washing machine complaint.
The service Engineer said your machine will be replace due to several time getting problem and its in warranty.
But still no update and even there is no single call from Vijay Sales customer care for my complaint status.

Now today from morning i am calling to customer care getting following resoponse.

Please help we always take electronic product from Vijay Sales only

I have purchased an Electrolux 1.5 ton A/C from Vijay Sales Prabhadevi branch on 31/08/2016. Ever since the a/c was installed, it has not been serviced in spite of several reminders to Vijay Sales and Electrolux helpline. Vijay Sales service number is not answered and the operator is missing. I wonder if they have an operator at all?
I am getting this feeling that Vijay Sales is out of the picture after the product is sole and they have received their money, they are NOT interested in after sales and client satisfaction.
I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THEM AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE and will Not recommend any of my friends and relatives. So people Please be cautious and think twice before dealing with stores like this.

We have paid full amount & the delivery was scheduled on sunday, the 25.06.17. It is utter surprised to us that neither the materials were delivered nor any communication from your side. Your all telephones on records are not reachable/ not available.
Expect to call us asap.
We may claim damages please note.

I booked LG feidge on sunday dated 24th June 2017 and i was told that i will get my delivery by tuesday evening on 26th June.However till date I have not receive any response from Vijay sales oloutlet, Kalyan west.

1. Their delivery staff is the rudest.
2. Very difficult to contact as nobody picks the phone.
3. Once they sell the item then forget about after sales.
4. They issue invoice on a small butter paper for items like fridge which fades away in a week. Even their delivery staff was unable to read it.
I repent trying them every time.
Worst after sales.

I purchased tv, washing machine and refrigerator fron vijay sales, chinchwad, pune branch on 10th june 2017. The tv was delivered on time. But washing machine was delivered after 16 days and refrigerator is not yet delivered. We contacted the customer care and branch several times (More than 30 calls done). We are not getting proper response from anybody and the delivery of refrigerator is still pending. We had a very troublesome experience with product delivery of vijay sales. Today 27/06/2017, i visited vijay sales, santoshi mata road kalyan west. I was shocked with the treatment given by the sales person by the name krishna jha, i wanted to buy laptop, tv and washing machine. The way i was answered and attended by him was very insulting, his behaviour was very rude. I feel very sorry that this kind of salesperson is recruited to insult the customer, earlier i purchased tv, washing machine, mobile, microwave from vijay sales but now i have decided to purchase consumer durable from store other store.

Hi i have just taken a washing machines front load from vijay sales indirapuram ghaziabad, the machine has reached me full of scratches & even the drain pipe is of local made. Lg installation engineer has refused to install the local branded drain pipe and has asked us to report back to vijay sales for replacement.

This creates a real bad impression on a customer. Despite of vijay sales being such a big brand entity

I have booked the whirlpool refrigerator on 15st june 2017 & the whole amount was paid by me on day of purchase. I have been committed by your counter representative within 2 working days i will get the delivery but till today my goods not yet deliver to me... I am constantly following up with you... It seems nobody bother about it

I have purchased samsung j5 prime from maninagar ahmedabad outlet on 18th june 2017. Aftet 2 days i got some issues regarding sound during receiving calls and also problem in touch screen. When i went to the outlet the sales executive was very rude and cheap and didn't provided me with any service rather told me to leave from their. Vijay sales do not provide any after sales service.

I had purchased vise tv from vijay sales. Their own brand. First of all they didn't deliver product on committed day. Secondly they don't bother to update customer. It is like you have purchased product now it is your responsibility to get things done from vijay sales.

After finally getting product i. E. Tv, i found that two remotes must be there but one remote was missing. So i called customer-care as well as concern branch. But despite several followups i'm yet to receive remote control for tv.

I would suggest all customers not to buy products from kalyan vijay sales.

I bought LG refrigerator ( model no:- GL I372RTNL)on 21 May 2017 from Vijay sales, Tilak road pune.
Recently i saw same product on flip kart website and found that 2 trays/attachments (1.In Freezer section next to ice box 'Ultra cool' tray 2.convertible box just above the vegetable box) which are displayed on the product image are missing in my product.
I contacted the Dealer and asked for the missing parts but they are refusing it saying, these parts will not be available with given model and they don't believe the images available online.
I asked them to show an official document saying this model (GLI 372RTNL) will not support these parts but i did not receive any satisfactory answer.

How can all the shopping sites gave the wrong information?

I mrs. Thomson had been to your kalyan store, to buy washing machine.
Sales guys were really buzy to assist any client completely. After about 30mins a sales person attended us. We left the store. After a week we again visited the store with our desired choice, the sales person who attended us was mr. Bharat when we asked him to expain the product, he was like the products capacity is 6.5kg and rest details are same as mentioned on the product...!!! We also asked him about the exchange policy. Yes we do it he said. Your sales guys are focused to achieving targets without proper sales and service assistance. And he left the area. We purchased the product. On a said date the product was delivered at our residence. We asked the delivery guys when will the exchange be done. They were like we aren't informed about it. It's not mentioned in your bill, kindly speak to the store. Since two days we are calling the store no proper assistance is given on our query. It's an absolutely bad customer service. For a layman we will not know your store policies unless explained properly. The brand value of the store is deteriorating, because of such mis sellings. Kindly look into this matter as utmost urgent and give us a desired solution.

I had taken air conditioner for my parents from Vijay Sales - Borivali West branch which came to my parents address on 28th May 2017. When i visited my parents house 2 weeks later, we realised that the product was not what we had asked for. Also the product sent was not on display and the same was not communicated that different product will be sent.
We visited Borivali branch on 17th June and the manager informed us that a superior product is delivered & for cooling a complaint can be lodged.
On 19th June, Hitachi technician came & told us that cooling takes 15-30 minutes for a new air conditioner. Inspite of waiting for more than an hour cooling was not happening. He informed us that they need to refill gas . If the cooling still doesn't happen than they have to take the machine to their repair center to check for any leakage. On 20th June we asked the manager to call us up as we were not ready to refill gas in new machine. He told us to call Mr. Bhagirath ([protected]) from Hitachi which we called thrice but no response. Eventually we got few calls from Hitachi & i had asked them to replace the machine which nobody is reverting back nor the manager has the decency to call us back.
We then approached Vijay sales again on 21st June & Mr Shadab informed us that he will call us within 2 hours. Until 24th June we are still waiting for the revert & also solution to this issue. Kindly look into this matter at the earliest.

I have purchased a lg company washing machine (6.2 kg) on 20th june-17. During the purchase it was committed by the sales executive that the delivery will be given on 21st june-17 which is still not done. Then i have called the senior sales person for deliver, he said the model is not available in go-down and have to wait till 26th for delivery since the unit not in stock.

Now, being a regular customer of vijay sales i was so disappointed for the delay happened. Why should i wait? Who is responsible for the delay?

Videocon 4HD 40 inch Television Order placed with Vijay sales Thane Branch (Tip Top PLaza) on 11 June 2017 by sales person Dhaval Bhatt and payment done on the spot by credit card on same day.

The staff confirmed that delivery on 13 June - however, no delivery till 16 July 2017. On repeated calls from 14 June till 7th June - evening i am informed that no stock in Mumbai godown however new stock will come and TV shall be delivered by 21 June. When i call today - they say no stock in any godown and come and select a new TV of any other brand.

Disgusting & unprofessional attitude for almost 12-15 days.

Though they say a refund can be given but that not the way - u have to communicate to the customer and not that the customer calls you and you say NO STOCK

I john pitla visited your vijay sales which is on santoshi mata road kalyan west today at around 11:20 am your person mr bharat jadhav has zero tolerance and is highly frustated and has a very very negative approach towards customers i have walked out there might be many other customers who must have walked out in the past and same will be done in the future as well kindly look into this matter because you have lost one customer that is me i am not coming back to vijay sales
