I have purchased new phone redmi note 4 from your pune branch (Seasons mall, hadapsar). Facing problem from day 1 but not able to connect any number of any store in pune. I want to return my phone. Problems are as follows-
1. Radiation issue. (As i answer the call, i started headache)
2. No fingerprint option in setting menu.
Even i checked auto fingerprint test by dialing *#*#64663#*#* and test result was fail.

My name is hemant kale i have purchased vise lcd since 2017 may. Now my lcd display is blinking problem. This product under warranty, and i have complain to miraroad store in saturday 5/8/2017 11.30am the store staff savitri said electrician come to my place within 2 days. But still now nobady is coming to see the my problem and i have call the store no one pic the call or your staff is give me false comments and now no reply from the vijay sales team please sort out my problem. Brought a tv onida 40 smart tv, the product was delivered 4days back, the device has been a defect in 4days the screen is showing lines, need a replacement for the product. As the product was not even used, if without using the product, i[censored]sed what would be the case. Product model is onida leo40 smart tv and the product was manufactured in 2016. The product was bought from vasai west branch on 19th june 2017 and delivery happens on 26 the july 2017. After so much delay still received a product which is defective.

We have purchased tv and washing machine on 30.06.2017 which was supposed to get delivered on 05.07.2017. They failed to deliver the product on time and they didn’t even bother us to inform us about the delay reason and when we contacted them they informed that there are running out of stock due to the sale and will take time. Since we want the same brand and they were not able to provide us the exact date of delivery i asked them the process and cancel one of the product and asked for the refund but one of the staff named surekha updated us that the product is available and will get the delivery i was shocked and asked her were they waiting for my call then one of the executive told me that they are giving us somebody else product, i was more annoyed and told them not to do that and refund my money then the they updated me that they will be providing credit note and cannot refund the amount. When i argued they agreed to give my refund. They also claim that they were trying to reach me when i told them i have only receive call once that too from landline which i was not able to take it because i was in meeting and when i called back on the same number again and again nobody responded on that number. Since i could not get through the landline i have taken mr. Vikil's number who is also the branch manager. After asking for refund i called the landline number but as usual nobody responded i called vakil on his mobile number and he told me that the same will be processed but told me to give call on next day since he was on leave. I called up vakil but his number was non reachable or not responding finally i was so frustrated i called up the call center and told the whole story and told them to check their records if my refund was processed. He told me that the refund is not updated in system and i have to personally visit the branch with a written request till that time my refund will not be processed on the same day two people visited my place for fixing the tv for which i have asked refund two days back. I requested them if i can visit the nearest branch they told me that i have to visit the same branch. Finally to get rid of this i have to take off and visit the branch on 27.07.2017 and really they have not processed my refund request. They have not taken anything on writing with me and the refund process was written on the backside of the bill. They updated me to pay my bill and not wait for the refund as i have made payment from credit card. Since i have only asked refund for one of my product i enquired when i will get the delivery of my washing machine they told me by end of july or latest by first week of august.
Till now i have not received my product my sister has received a call stating that they are again not able to deliver the product as per the deadline again and told us to wait till 11 august.
This is too much i have purchased product for which i have made payment to them it’s been one and half month almost i have not got my refund for one of my product and delivery for the other. The staff is also so unprofessional they only call once for the update and if you missed it they will never bother to call you again infact one of the executive told me that they are allowed to call only once.
The level of service is not accepted from such a brand. I am actually mentally harassed and torture for my own product and refund they have crossed all the level of harassment. I want my product my refund with interest and compensation.

We have ordered whirlpool refrigerator on 30.06.2017. The delivery date is on bill is 15.07.2017. But we have not received it till today.
Every time we call they give us reason that it is out of stock and give another for delivery. And this is fourth time we have given date for delivery.
We have not received fridge even after one month of order. If we didn't received till tomorrow we will raise this complain to consumer forum.

We had visited vijay sales at prabhadevi branch on 15-july-2017 and handed over the mixer and grinder has it was not working. I got a call from technician from prestige co. On 19-july to submit the warranty card and its motor was not working and i visited the prabhadevi branch in noon and given my warranty to their customer care representative.

Since than there is no update from them on this. Even we visited on saturday 30-july to get the feedback of my product. But no one attended us and we were made to wait 1 hrs but no response from them saying the staff had gone for lunch. The helpline given by them is also not reachable.

Requesting you to look into this matter.

I had purchased a led tv of your company (Model no. Vise led vk48f601) on june 17, 2017. It got delivered on june 18, 2017. Serial no. Is vk48f[protected]. It was working well until yesterday morning. But when i switched on the tv yesterday night, a thin line is appearing on display. As the product is new so we shouldn't have faced this problem. Request you to kindly have the same resolved at the earliest. It's just 47 days passed purchasing this product.

We have been a customer of vijay sale since 2015. We had bought vise-led - tv set (40’’) (Home product) from bandra (West) branch. The same is under 3 years warranty till august 2018. Kindly note it’s been 15 days, since we are facing a problem & the tv has stopped working. We logged the complain on 17th july & service engineer was assign to us on 20th july, inspite follow ups the service engineer came on site after 3 days. He recognise the problem (Display problem) & after 7 days two people came to pick up the television. We are totally harassed and the service provides by vijay sale & want to know the exact problem & the delivery of the television

I bought voltas 183lye 1.5 ton ac from your opera house store sales order 105-oh06-17so374 which was delivered in july end.
Today we had a/c guy visit to install and we found that the a/c had a big dent. We need this changed immediately.
This was a new a/c which was boxed pack its not expected from vijay sales.
Request vijay sales and voltas company to immediately change the product

I bought a vis tv 39" on jan 2017. On the month of june i faced asmall problem and i launched a complaint saying my tv is not working. I need assistance.. I havent got any reaponse. The biggest problem they have that they dont pick up calls. I called vijay sales gurgaon but from there also thay dont have any positive response.. The day you called the only ans that i get is i am assining a tech and he will come tomorrow. Its been more than a month since i have launch compalints but i haveny got any reply.
I also launched a complaint on consumer helpine number against vise and vijay sales but still dont have any positive comments or response from their side.

So kindly request ppl not to become a victim of this scam and dont buy products from vise.

I have purchased videocon 36' led tv from, vijay sales, hub mall, forego an west, mumbai. When we received a consignment t the tv has one star for electricity saving, which was not told by sale person even the tag was missing from displayed tv. It is clearly show that the information was hides from us. Can any one look into this, what would be action plan on this, thanks

I am to draw your kind attention towards the purchase of a VISE LED T.V. from your shop vide cash dated 03rd December, 2014. It worked very well for a few months but now it has created disturbance for all o[censored]s. Its picture often changes and there is a whir sound in it. Even its switches do not work properly and lines often appear on the screen. It even takes a lot of time before functioning & automatically on n off..


Before purchasing you pleaded its durability, utility and stability but it seems it was only a bargain. It has got some fault. You also provided me with a warranty card in case there appears any defect. So I request you to replace the television as it stands within the stipulated warranty period.

I am vipul, i just wanted to complaint here. I have bought electrolux ac from vijay sales ahmedabad chandkheda branch on 21 june 2017. After installed ac with in 1 week its swing motor was make too much and not working and show e5 error in the indoor unit display. Then registered a complaint through phone... After so many days they came up and check swing motor and make temporay solution. Then after some days same problem i have faced with ac. We have called vijay sales complaint number of times.. But still they can't received called. So i would like to mention here that your service is poor and bad.

They have delivered a defective product and the delivery was made after 1 month of billing. Worst service and after sales service. They are not even responding when i told them about the defective delivery of product. I preliminary had called their branch and also personally visited there but they tild me that they cannot help and i should call and register my complaint on toll free number. I did so but even after one week of registering complaint again they say they have no updates. I need that defective part i. E. Outer plastic grill of the product to be replaced. Please help me in resolving my complaint. I have never seen such worst after sales service. Vijay sales is the worst if anyone is buying electronic appliances. Kindly help me in resolving my problem.

Washing machine of videocon not working properly since the purchase of it bill date 12.03.2017 no. 103-an03-17dnfwp 136 from your andheri west branch dev plaza, s v rd, opp fire station. This is our fourth complaint no. 1705-b011536. Even though your service engineer has changed the part problems with the washing machine remains same. Please replace the machine soon. Recently visited vijay sales.. I must say the sales executive's approach towards customers is extremely pathetic and rude. Least bothered about customer's convenience. We had purchased woofer and speakers and we wanted it to be delivered at our place. But the sales executive was so rude that he declined to get it delivered. I mean how can any company/employee ignore customer's convenience. Similar instance while checking mobile phones.. Again sales executive was least interested in explaining features, after sales services.. Nothing.. Instead he was being rude.
Extremely dissatisfied with the services. Would never recommend this outlet to anyone.

Just wanted to complaint here. This is not is not a first time. We are facing problems.
Now their bad service started from starting on. We have registered a complaint through phone... After so many days they came up my home and checked vise...

Have booked lg - fridge on 30th june'17 from r city mall - vijay sales showroom, ghatkopar. Fridge to be delivered by 10th july but we've yet to be received it. There is no proper response from their call centre executives only same response within a week i vl get my product and the showroom number mentioned on bill is busy 24/7. Please let us know when we can get our fridge on this month or next or next year? At least try to communicate with your customer.

I have bought a new ac of vise from vijay sales only after 6 months it stop giving cool air and their was some type of smell is coming out so i call to their service centre first they don't pick up my phone for 2 on third day they pick up my when i call from unknow number next day service man mr jaydeep came he do general service when i told me my problem then after checking he told me that there was no gas in motor and he will call me after reaching service centre that when he came to solve my problem and went off but no call will came today eighth day (27 june 2017) and when call in service centre no one will pick up my phone today also: (

I have buy a videocon tv on 22 july 2017 from vijaya sales hub mall branch. They have delivred the tv next day in the evening however tv remote control was not working. Even i called to hub mall branch also i spoke to mr sachin regarding that defect remote and about installation as well he told me that our excutive will call you we have tat for 3-4 days. Its been more than 5 days to buy a tv but till now i have not recived any call. Even i called hub mall branch also but they didn't respond. I dn't understand what kind of services your company is giving to the customer. I am regerting now that i should go for online services atlaest its much better than your agency.
