We had been to the branch to purchase t. V. For hàlf there was no representative. After that 1 person who seem to b overloaded with his work. He promised to deliver after a day. I had called to confirm the delivery status but tthe person there only said its schedule and kept the phone. I took a leave from worrk and am waiting for the whole day n no one is picking the phone.
The same episode happened in april-may when i purchased a window ac. I received the delivery after 5 days inspite of daily visit to kharghar branch from where i purchased. The installation was free from the campany of the ac but you salesman told us to get it installed by some person whose number was given wherein i had to pay additional money. Later we came to know that the installation was freè

I purchased a carrier air conditioner 1.5 ton window from vijay sales, pitam pura, new delhi, sales man : pradeep.
They said the ac displayed in the showroom will be delivered i said ok
Ac was delivered without remote, manual and ventilator is also missing...

I called up the store multiple times and they dont connect the call to the sales person who sold and then i called carrier customer care they said its the responsibility of vijay sales...

No one willing to take responsibility of a product sold 2 days back... This is so pathetic

I purchased microwave oven of ifb from vijay sales ashramroad ahmadabad.
At the time of purchase they told me that technician will come within two days and give you demonstration. After two days i requested to get demonstration, i call at ifb service center so many time, but nobody come till today.
Please i request you that provide me demonstration or take back your product.

I would like to inform you that i bought a videocon fridge from vijay sales, rajouri garden store on 03.05.2017.
From the very first day it (Fridge) has issues with the cooling, as it was a faulty product (Unit damage which is also mentioned in the attached bill). After minor repair they send the same fridge as replacement form the store.
I did call the customer service many a times to register my complain. After succeeding in registering my complain (As it’s a bit cluttered task) & they sent an engineer & he suggested us the know-how & technicalities of fridge. We followed them religiously but they didn’t improve our experience even after that.
As issues persisted and i was left with no other option but to call the customer service dept. I requested for the service engineer in order to repair it. I had to go through the mills for setting up the appointment with the engineer as he literally argued & after a lengthy chat he agreed to visit the site, however the issue remained the same. He suggested it will be okay, as it takes some time in cooling but all the efforts went in vain.
Now fridge has stopped functioning completely. It’s not working at all. My experience is worsening with every passing day. I want you to take immediate action upon it.
The possible resolution i would recommend to get it replaced. As per the company policy there is a term that says the product will be replaced within 7 days. I requested the customer service dept. For replacement being a faulty product however they advised me that all is well, it was just a small issue. I patiently waited for so long. All the essential daily-need - items like milk, fruits, dough get non usable. I would request you to look into this on priority as calling customer or getting an engineer doesn’t provide solution anymore. I again phoned yesterday (That is 11thjune’17) to the customer care, they’ve again registered the complain under reference del[protected].

It appears that you care a fig for your customers and don't bother about the problems. I hope some corrective measure will be taken. I also hope with companies bit concern about their name and will understand for such a superior service.

Your opera house store manager abused with us regarding onida tv delivery issue. Please take against him other wise we will take action.. He could say us to sorry that he is unable to give delivery on time but he fired on us after making payment we said him that please cancell our order but he was continue arguing with you can see the camera recording if you want.

The delivered tv to me has a line below the sticker which was not visible this i switched the display onto some content the line in is corner of the screen this is totally unacceptable we have paid for open box tv and not the defective piece.

There is no way i get to keep this tv.
The check was a quick 2 mins thing to show the tv is on

This need to be addressed with serious issue i have put all my salary for this defect?

Vijay sales sold me a damaged ac. It did not stat working from its installation. And worst part is that when i called vijay sales to fix this they said koshish karte hein sor complaint book karwane k and koi na koi elctrolux ki taraf se aa jaega theek karne agle 2-3 din mein. I mean what the f*#!! Seriously? Once they sold you the wrong damaged prosuct then they ask you to reach out the brand customer care to help you further. F*# [censored].

Puchased hitachi window a. C..in april 2017. But the ac is not cooling. Even after complaining at vijay sales radar bazaar gurgaon no one is coming to solve since 2 months. Please do it on urgent basis.

I am frustrated with this branch where i purchased. They are interested in selling but after sale service is ignored. The window ac hitachi 1.5 ton is not cooling in c3 mode at any temp settings

It seems no one is concerned about after sale service. I bought an ac on the recommendation of my colleague however it was defective and even after lots of follow up no one is able to sort out my query.
I am being told lots of excuses and no one is taking ownership to resolve it, instead i am being given numbers to call and get this sorted out on my own. Which is ridiculous.
I am not going to recommend vijaya sales to any of my family members or any colleague.

I bought a brand new ac on 1st june, delivered on 2nd june, when opened on 4th june, below problems encountered in new ac.

1.) front grill broken, crack on top right corner of grill
2.) fan motor direct, ac not getting off with remote, only compressor gets switched off.
3.) faulty swing.

No one answers on customer care, no one responds on mail, worst ever consumer experience.

I bought an ac about a month back. I requested several time that there is a leakage inside and water is dropping.

Inspite of several reminders to pritesh gandhi, kamlesh-vadodara store employees fault is unaddressed.

Cooler is missold to me, not suitable for this climate and promised to give refund. Not entertaining thereafter.

Inspite of spending more that 2.5 lacs in just 2months i am getting pathetic service.
Why we should prefer vijay sales???

I have purchased a vise ac from cg road showroom (Ahmedabad city), since i purchased this product i fed up.

I would like to highlight to you that, your technician had visited when i complain last time but he said that in this product (Vise ac) this much noise will come and room will be soon in normal temperature after just switch off the ac as currently outside temperature is very high..

This was really funny answer from him..

Hope you will also not agreed with this.. We are using ac since last more than 10 years and never feel like this your technician was just sharing his knowledge to convince to customer which not good when customer is not aware of ac use... We are not mad people the way he was giving understanding to us..

Still we are not satisfied with the ac.. Really please believe me that ac is not working properly. It's giving air like cooler and we feel that and now started making noise so we are not able to even sleep with this noise.

This product not even maintain cooling for few minutes after switch off it.
I have purchased first time of vijay sales (Ac) product with assuming that same will work like other ac but after started to use it, we came to know that it is working like air cooler not ac.

Hope you understand the voice of customer and give me solution on this.. If you guys are not able to solve it please replace it with new model

Product delivery was assured next day of purchase. The whole amount was paid by me on day of purchase. Its more than 3 days n get the product has not been delivered. The staff including the manager lied at every moment i called to check.
The staff too is non co-operative if our apearance is not rich. I experienced it wen i visited the shop in diff attires.
There also seemed to be some unsurity n unprofessionalism among the staff.
They only wanted to do their sales least bothered about customer requirements.

I have booked the Haier refrigerator on 31st May 2017 and I have been committed by your counter representative within 2/3 working days will get the delivery but till today my goods not yet deliver to me... I am constantly following up with your CS Borivali branch and complaint dept of Goregaon and from one week I am receiving only commitment but not the physical delivery of the product... It seems nobody bother about it

My self sulay son of shankuntalaben here writing complain about vijay sales this is happening with me second time and couple of times on phone given request about my ac services since three month i am trying to contact to store about vijay sales no body giving proper answer on phone not bother of customer calling i dont know wts going on in system no aware no customer services center to get proper feed back i want refund money or take back your appliances..

Whirlpool ac 1.5 t split invertor purchase on dt.28.05.17 & installed 3days back, ac split was 2 unit seperated i. E outdoor & indoor, the indoor unit was new make march 2017 & our door was make may 2016 yrs back (Objection given earlier). After installation found outdoor unit was make big noise /sound. Complain was lodge at whirlpool, engg, came but all in vain the noise problem as not solve. You are requested to replace the new unit or cancelled the order or give other co. U have make replace.

I am a regular customer of vijay sales. Earlier i was in mumbai. Vijay sales service in Mumbai was very good.
Now i stay in delhi. I am highly disappointed from the customer service of vijay sales. They never attend call neither they give right information. Last year in 2016 may, i had purchased vise ac. They never came for servicing. I had called them n no. Of times but no one responded. I visited lajpat nagar vijay sales office but no 1 entertained.
My ac has stopped cooling.
I will never recommend any one to purchase from vijay sales.

In pune vijay sales is having such a name. But the fact is they have poor service... They don't even look at the customers once the product is sold. Their service is the poorest. Even if the product is defective, they don't even listen to the complaints of customers or else give different excuses. I[censored] want your product properly.. Plz don't buy from vijay sales. I m regretting by buying the product from them. I have purchased daikin ac from them. They are example of pure fraud people. You all are fine to take my suggestion or open to face the same game.

Purchased a videocon washing machine on 26th may'17 and a defective machine was delivered on 27th may. A replacement was asked and a equally defective machine was sent after 3 days. Then waited for the technician to lodge the complaint. The technician too detected the machine was fault and then vijay sales gave us an option of brand change after a torturous week. Finally we zeroed down on panasonic and the same was delivered on 3rd june '17 and was promised an installation on the same day but the washing machine only was delivered late. Also as per observation, they say its a packed piece but the same is open from beneath and fool consumers. There is no guarantee on the piece u receive because of this and hence people are receiving defective pieces. Coz when the came to take the defective piece back, the packed it in the same manner as the had brought it and i was shocked. Installation is still awaited despite facing so man issues and was promised immediate installation but all in vain. Will never buy a product ever from vijay sales.

I purchased symphony storm 70i air cooler from vijay sales sector 29 on[protected]. Next day, the delivery boys came with the product and on check we found that the product was defective/ display piece... I haven't accepted the product and asked the delivery boys to take the product back... I never expected vijay sales involve in cheating the customer by giving the old product for new price...
