Hello vijay sales,

I bought faber chimney from vijay sales baner outlet (Address:pride purple accord, near rmz icon, baner road, pune-411045.).
After checking the product the product was found defective and we asked the concerned people from vijay sales to replace the product and provide a defect free product but after 15 days their has been no positive response and product has not yet been replaced.

It seems vijay sales have stoped being serious abt their customers and taking them for granted. I have been buying products from vijay sales for many years but i am seriously reconsidering my thought of suggesting vijay sales to my friends or any known person.

I booked a godrej microwave owen, on sunday the 18th, from ths sadhi vaswani show room, which was supposed to be delivered the next day. It 3 days since & ateast 2 doz phone calls to various connections, there is no positive response from any particular person, all of them are uncaring & inefficent.

I was about to buy sony tv in vijay sales borivali, but the sales team suggested me to buy vise as it is very good product of vijay sales it self.
I thought about the brand vijay sales and bought vise tv, after i got fault in tv i complaint many times but no response from the team
Third class service of vise team.
Very bad experience plz resolve ur service team before u suggest people.

Have purchased two vise split acs from vijay sales vasai west, but now filling like cheated by company, the material they used is low quality.. After every few days i have to get it serviced. And finally now.. It stopped cooling. My both ac are not working now. I have other brand ac's which are working in my other rooms from last 8-9 years.in just one two years this are like waste..

I purchased washing machine from kalyan they promised best service but after 3 days follow up they are not arranging the installation & demo service. I have tried to ifb & also complained on shop but they said not responded & showing negligence.

I have purchased a vise tv from vijay sales andheri west branch on june 2017. The product has a warranty oof 3 years from purchase. Suddenly the tv started giving trouble for its display for which i have been informing the customer service for several time. Since 2 months the set has been carried for the same problem for 5 to 6 times at its service station.
The problem has not been resolved till date.
I request to please change the set as tired calling the customer service. No head of the deparment has still talked with me as i have given them a business of several lakhs.
Poor service. As there are no proper parts available for vise tv should stop selling the product.

I have book milcent aata - maker then tell me 3 days late delivery to home that by cheating vijay sales and that time manager name sujit kumar and employee tell me next day delivery but i have book and then tell me 3 days deliver late by vijay sales plz that cheat by vijay sales and i m not satesfied by like that’s behaviour and i m hurt because i have book than tell me this

On 12th july laptop screen started blinking and we inform to vijay sales, chinchwad, initially it was informed that he will take care, after 6 to 7 day he inform to complain to hp.
On 24/07/2019 hp enginèer come with new screen for replacement, we requested for complete replacement of laptop.
But on 2/08/2019 hp enginèer replaced screen.

Now laptop stop working when battery charge come below to 30 %.
Also mouse sensitivity is very poor and some timeit does not work.

This laptop is used by my son 11th standard.

During purchase vijay sales representative informed me 6 month replacement in case of failure or malfunction.

Please solve our issues urgently.

I had ordered hitachi ac last month from vinay sales, which was defective and its body was crack.

I did the installation as company promised to replace it and ask me to send photograph and bills for the same.
Its been one month i haven't heard back and i am frustrated. I have all the proofs and i want my money back.
I have attached all the pics and i have mail as well.
Please resolve the issue asap and provide me refund of this defective piece.

We have purchased a vise led vd43f801 on 2nd august 2019, the same was deliver to us on 3rd august 2019. Till today i. E 7th august, 2019 your technician is not available for fitting. We got a call on 5th august, monday at around 9 a. M in the morning that the technician would be arriving at 11 a. M but after that no calls from your side was available neither the technician arrived. Many calls were made to customer care from our side and their reply used to be that technician would be arriving shortly and now the customer care call attender is like we are looking into the matter.

Just a request if in any case the technician isn't available from your revert as soon as possible so that we can find our own technician and fix the led we have purchased because from monday i. E 5th of august we are getting same replies from your customer care that we are looking into the matter and still they are not able to find any solutions.

Since one and half month has been passed away but the technician is not able to solve the problems... As the technician is fool technician is only not aware about the problem as he has been visited 5 times to my home but he wont able to get the proper parts he is telling that "company se parts ata hai but pata nai sub parts default kyu hai" as vijay sales provides used parts as i have seen. The very worst product ever seen in life... Guys i will recommend you to buy some other brand tvs but not vise as there service is literally very poor... Very very poor service unsatisfied.

Mr eknath ayare have purchased tv on 12/07/2019 and they installed tv after 5 days after continous calling to vijay sales dombivali sales office.
Then guy visited and installed the tv after 5 days tv stops working now again we keep on calling the sales office then they send one engineer who was not familiar with the troubleshooting steps so he called his manager and took the help.

Then he said we need to flash the tv firmware then it will work. So we insisted him for replacement as tv is new and we hardly use the tv how can firmware will be the issue.

So we contacted sales office they gave us some regional officer number mr sharad nikam who was unprofessional and totally not at all sophisticated to listen what we are trying to say.

I ask for the refund or replacement but he denied and said you can do what you willing to do but we cant help in this situation.

How vijay sales deals with there customer was very rude and arrogant.

Please look into issue and replace our tv as soon as possible.

I have a bought a vise tv form vijay sales near kapurbaudi... I have made a compain on 10th july they told that they will resolve the problems in 7 to 8 days of motherboard but it has been more tha 15 days the parts have not yet came and on the 18 th day the technician brought the parts but the part was default and the part was also looking like old prodult 2nd end part and then the technician told that parts will be available in 2 to 3 days but it has been 4 days it has not yet came... Very very very poor service as when we buying the tv they told we will resolve any probles in 2 to 3 days as they make us fool... Poor service improve the service quality.

Vijay sales i'm not sure if you're aware as to what customer service means or you're taking your customers as a fool!! I had raised a complaint on 24th may 2019 (Ticket id - mum[protected]) for product - videocon tv, 49 inches which we purchased from vijay sales, borivali west outlet. I am sure you guys would be able to figure out the problem via the ticket id and the number of calls which i have made to your customer service center, all i get to hear from them is we are working on your request, but it has been more than 2 months and i am yet to get any resolution from you guys. This is utter nonsense and waste of my time too. There have been no follow-ups from your end whatsoever.

Have bought vise tv 2-3 years ago. All of sudden tv volume is not coming.. Speaker problem as told by engineer later.

Problem is not resolved even after 1 month is passed. Such a pathetic service by vijay sales. They really need to improve on service. Apparently they are awaiting parts from aurangabad/some where.

We are tired of calling their customer cares & new promises every time

I have purchased (On 8th oct. 2016) the said tv having 5 years warranty from vijay sales baner road pune. The invoice no. 221pgd1g1651665, ord no.194 pbn10 — 165 oat 55.in the last month tv screen is blackened in 18th june 2016, for that i have lodged complaint id.[protected] but is was registered in thana not in pune. Again i have lodged complaint with no.[protected]. The technician has come & inspected tv & informed me that tv has to take it workshop for repair. Again i complained about this & lodged with no.[protected] which was messaged to me by u. But i got no.[protected] from ur customer care. Now which is the correct. No. For tv rectification. You are requested to look into it & carry out repair on priority. This is very horrible experience i got from vijay sales & recommend my friends not to purchase from vijay sales.

We purchase Sony Television ( Model Number KD-43x8500c ) from Vijay Sales at Vasai Road. We purchased the television set on 30th April 2016 ( Bill Attached ) and were given to understand that the set has a warranty period of One Year from the date of Purchase. We trust the brand and this is the third television set that we have purchased. As we are cautious about electronic equipment, we went for the scheme of Two Years additional Warranty and paid Rs.5000/- ( Additional warranty proof attached ).

On the 05th of July 2019, when we watching the television, the set suddenly stopped showing pictures but was showing Horizontal Lines. The volume and sound was clear. I have immediately called your call centre and lodged a complaint. Within 48 hours your technician came and checked the set. He concluded that the display has got corrupted due to moisture. I immediately asked him how can this happen in around three years and his response was that this is an electronic equipment. He further stated that I will have to pay Rs.29, 000 if I wanted to change the display.

May I ask if this is expected of a reputed brand like Sony which in three years get corrupted. The charges to repaid is an astronomical Rs.29, 000. We might as well got for an alternate brand. We took extra precaution of extended warranty which expired in April 2019 !! I would like to register my strongest complaint that a well known brand like Sony just stops functioning after three years.

Can I have justice please.

We bought a chimey n cook top for Elica from Vijay sales. Last saturday..n received an exceptionally horrible n pathetic service...we were told that the both will be delivered on Wednesday...however..we received a call on Wednesday...that they need one more day...n we agreed that it's okay...then comes the twist...on Thursday we got a call...that they received a defective goods n the company had stopped selling the model (Elica chimney) and they won't be able to deliver it ...we had to visit the Vijay sales store( Faridabad) from where we purchased the item ...on asking how can they sell something which is not available...I was given stupid reason...on arguing...they arranged it to be delivered for today (July 21). Again we received a call that the delivery body couldnt deliver the product as the battery rickshaw that he boarded. Suddenly met with an issue...n took the chimney back to the store...really!!!..I mean what a service...lol...I beleive that was the only battery rickshaw in whole Faridabad or that was the only vehicle on road...horrible...I m sure this is our first n last order from Vijay sales...n will also make sure that I post it on all the social networking sites and consumer complaint forum...so that people are aware of such fake service...
