Myself priya shivdas, i bought a bajaj cooler from vijay sales godbunder thane maharashtra store on 7/4/19 n was suppose to deliver by 8/4/19, today its 9th, after making 15.. 20.. Calls to store, at eveng got delivery persons no. N his response was, "madam, driver gaadi leekar gaya, aaj delivery nai hoga kal hoga". Just want to ask, what is the meaning of typing delivery date on bill... I[censored]r delivery convenience is as per driver's wish. 1st time buying product from vijay sales.. Poor experience... Last bt nt the least.. Poor thing is... Kal kaa delivery kaa b koi guarantee nai.

I have purchased Air conditioner from Vijay sales Ghatkopar, was told delivery date of next day... still waiting to be delivered. This is something not acceptable.
Was told that I would receive call from sales executive that promised delivery for next day. Never received any call.
Don't know why this mismanagement from Vijay sales

    मेरा नाम अमित शर्मा है और मैंने आपके विजय सेल्स showrom गुडगाँव से saturday (06.04.2019) को वोल्टास ac ख़रीदा था जिसकी डिलीवरी sunday को हो गयी थी और monday को इनस्टॉल करने के बारे में बोला था लेकिन आज tuesday हो चूका है और अब तक मेरा ac नहीं लगा है और monday को रात को 09.20 pm को मेरे पास एक कॉल आया ([protected]) इस नंबर से और उसने मुझे बोला की हम आपका ac लगाने आ रहे है फिर उसने बोला की आप हमे ये बताइए की आपने चार्जेज पे कर दिए है तोह मैंने कहा हां कर दिए है उसने कहा कितने मैंने कहा rs. 199/- तोह उसने कहा सर हमारे चार्जेज rs. 700/- है और इसके आलावा रात को आने के अलग से लगेंगे तोह मैंने कहा की मैंने चार्जेज पहले ही बिल में कटवाए हुए है फिर उसने कहा की हम अभी ac लगाने नहीं आ रहे आप showroom में ही बात कर लीजिये और सर मेरी tuesday यानि आज किसी हर्जल नाम के बन्दे से बात हुई तो मैंने उसे सभी बात बताई और उसने कहा की सर अगर आपको अर्जेंट ac लगवाना है तो rs.600/- देने पड़ेंगे नहीं तोह आपका ac 2 या 3 दिन के बाद लगेगा आपको इंतज़ार करना पड़ेगा अब आप बताइए सर मैंने घर में सजाने के लिए थोड़ी लिया है जबकि मुझे ac monday तक लगाने के लिए बोला गया था क्या मुझे आप लोगो की वजह से और 2 या 3 दिन वेट करना पड़ेगा जबकि मै पहले ही पेमेंट जमा करा चूका हु

      regarding late submission of my loan documents & penalty in result of that.

      Dear all,

      My self monik modi and i have purchased refrigerator before 2 months from chandkheda center. The thing is first time your executive had sent the improper and clearly not visible of my signature docs to the bank. So, bank has refused that. Then i have let it go and again given my signature and tell him to submit asap. But second time, your executive had delayed submitting the docs and in result of that i got penalty...

      Hi!
      My self mahendra raval and my registered mobile number with you is [protected], i have taken vise ac which is under warranty period so i have complain for the same on 27th via call and 30th of the march via email as nobody was picking up call[protected].. However after that few people started picking up call after many times phone ringing the phone.

      After many follow ups they send some technician on 31st march to check the same so they said there is gas leaking problem this will be resolve maximum by wednesday dated 3rd april..

      But till today nobody has come to resolve the issue.. Vijay sales services is very poor and their contractor are very rude and always making false commitments to me.. While on my first call i clearly asked them to please resolve issue soon but they are taking things very lightly and not resolving the problem.
      Even since today 6/4/19 morning they are giving wrong commitment in timing and not solving the problem.. Poorest service from vijay sales.

      Nobody sharing higher authority numbers or email ids to escalate this issue.

      Vijay sales - do you know your customer satisfaction ratio is only 13%???

      What you people are doing??? Why you guys are not able to solve issue even after week? And how can yours people can give wrong commitments till week??

      Wake up from your deep slip and resolve my issue soon.

        I bought a philips television from vijay sales which was faulty as it had a black patch on the display for which i requested them to either refund or replace my television but they disagreed saying that they have a no replacement policy but if a person buys a product & finds a fault very sameday then i am sure that you get a replacement for being delivered a faulty product but our vijay sales management team straightly refused saying they have no refund no replacement policy & now that black patch is gone big into two big band as u can see in the pic uploaded i don't know why are they trained this way to cheat customers rather then this teach them to rob people atleast you don't have to deliver faulty displayed second hand product vijay sales you are just a shame on the name no wonder how your company grew this big
        I request who ever reads this message pls stop purchasing products from vijay sales forward the links to all your family & friends so that they don't suffer the problems i am facing

          For the last three years i being struggling with this faulty television problem which i bought from the vijay sales virar west. Ever since the first day i am having this display problem i have launched a complaint vijay sales store, as well as vijay sales corporate office, & philips company every time the excuse i get is we will revert u in two days but it never happens i am harassed with this situation
          Pls find a solution for this

            Worst service ever i seen the salesman doesn't respond properly first they should be trained to speak politely and humble with customers. Ask for one day delivery in off seasons the manger says its not possible a small electronics shops gives these facility now a days. They should shut there shops if they can't do business. The sales persons behaves like he is the boss of shop. The delivery person's are hopeless after stating the delivery time on the cash counter, they dont pass the information to delivery team the product delivery is late by 3-4hrs. Delivery persons do not respond to phone calls also.
            Also the in the shops they have low supply of ac's during the summers. There is no proper sms facilty from the delivery team that tentaively you product arrives at this time.

              I had purchased o'general 1 ton window ac (Amgb12fawa 4star 1 t window) on 18/07/2018 from vijay sales thane, ghodbunder store. The product is under warranty and has some error e8 issues past 15 days, onn 22nd march i had registered a complaint regarding the same, on 26th over a telephonic conversation with vijay sales executive, i was told the complaint hasn't been registered by then and they re-registered a similar complaint on 26th march 2019. Today on the 30th march i reconfirmed with them regarding the same issue, their executive speaks non-sense and says we shall talk on ur behalf again and has no confirmation as to when this issue will be sorted out. Also i had purchased this product 2000₹ more than online price only for the sake of vijay sales after sale service, but ridiculous service+ rude behaviour of their executive is un tolerable. I shall put this to social media as well as my product stands under warranty and i have no reverts from their end.
              Also i tried to contact o'general customer care directly but their ivr doesn't proceed further.

                        I have purchased a samsung washing machine on[protected] and it's got delivered at my place on[protected]. While i purchased it, i told them to deliver the product before 3pm as i have an appointment. However, the product got delivered after 6:30pm. Delivery personnel informed me that they didn't receive any information or notification to deliver that product before 3pm. I missed my appointment for the day. As the product got delivered at evening i was unable to see any slight damage if it's present, also the guy who came for installation from samsung he came at 6:45pm and also unable to see the dent which is present on the product.in fact he didn't check the product at all, he came for 10mins and just told me about the functions and leave the property. Yesterday while i open the product for use on sunlight i saw a slight dent available on back. Immediately i have contacted customer care and they said they will arrange engineer visit. Today a samsung engineer visited and told they can't do anything about the same. Though my product is brand new and it's within 10days time frame of delivery and also product itself has 3years of full body warranty. While i'm contacting vijay sales they are redirecting me to samsung and they are asking me to contact dealer. I'm being played like a shuttle crock between samsung and vijay sales. Where no body seems to be helping me though the product is still in warranty and brand new. Need your immediate help on this.

                          A 43 inches Panasonic LED TV of Rs. 26729/- was purchased by my inlaws from Vijay Sales Corporation, Delhi (Patel Nagar) Br. On 27.01.2019 (TX Invoice V. No. 308-R-SFT 1630, TW.V. No. 308-R-SO 4871 dated 27.01.2019 attached) and gifted the same to their daughter on our marriage marriage on 07th Feb 2019.

                          After coming back from our honeymoon we requested to get it installed and when the service engineer from Panasonic came and opened the box on 22nd Feb 2019 found that panel of LED TV already broken. He has mentioned the same on his Job sheet # I[protected].

                          We informed vijay sales about the same but did not received any favourable response and they simply denied its replacement.

                          We have registered our complain on Panasonic Helpline # on the very same day. Nobody has been visited our place till date and they have redirected us to their Area service centre manager, Area Service Manager etc. To the followings:-

                          1. Mr. Ashok Saini(Areas Service centre Manager of Nanak service Centre)- [protected].

                          2. Mr.Sidharth- [protected].

                          3. Mr. Sanjeev- [protected].

                          Now after regular follow up on their helpline and contact numbers shared with us our issue is not yet resolved and even we have been told to pay Rs. 13000/- approx to get it repaired, which is nowhere against our fault as they have now telling us that that box should be open within seven days of purchased which was never told to us by the dealer at the time of purchase and not written anywhere on the Invoice given to us also.

                          Humbly requested to please look into the matter to get our faulty LED replaced or get our hard earn money back from the dealer/company.

                            WEhave booked this product Sony DTH HOME THEATRE HTIV300 on 27.02.19 found from day one the sound and baas of product was not proper even after 50% of rise in volume technician Suraj [protected] tried lowering the sound level of speakers and increased the volume of bass, still the bass is not recognized and after that he told this model has only this much sound and bass which is only observed when more than half level of sound is increased still sufficient bass is not noticed we are dissatisfied with this product.
                            Today also i visited the Vijay sales mall i spoked with Nilesh Vengurlekar [protected] he also noticed that volume is not up to the mark than he also gave the same reason that this product has very low volume, Sonu sales person never informed me that on low volume bass is not audible.

                              I purchased moto one power mobile and sony earphone from vijay sales chembur on 8/3/19. I forget to collect earphone. On 12/3/19 when i went to shop and told them the fact, they did not agree to what i said. I also showed them the tax invoice and gate pass 108-r-si 24526 but they did not give me the earphone. This is not customer oriented service. When i requested them to find way out, they did some checking and said that there is no excess stock and expressing inability to give my earphone. I again paid rs 720 and purchased earphone on 12/3/19. They made manual invoice as system was not accepting data.

                                I purchased elica glass top gas stove on 03 mar 2019 from mumbai ghatkopar branch. As there was no stock in branch, i received from your warehouse. While checking i observed there is scratch on glass. After complaining, i received replacement on next day. However replaced one also have defect in fitting. There is gap between glass hole and burner plate.

                                Can i get 100% defect free product? Can you please check product before delivering it?

                                This is really frustrating and disappointment as in spite of selecting good brand receiving defective product.

                                  I have purchased a lenovo laptop on 10th march from wakad pune store of vijay sales. Salesman told me that the warranty is for 1 year but when i checked in lenovo website, it was only 156 days. When i trying to raise a ticket from lenovo website, they are not helping and asking so many details which looks like whether i purchased a laptop or 10 million property.
                                  This is not ethical to give wrong details to sale something.

                                    Respected sir,
                                    I bought videocon 4k 43 inch led tv from vijay sales kalyan metro mall branch on 23/01/2017, i have been told by vijay sales executive that this tv is covered under 3 years warranty. I booked complaint on oct 2018 to vijay sales regarding patch on led tv belt like on the downwards of the tv after several reminders and telephonic call no one has turned out form videocon by my fortune one day mechanic call me for visit he visited and said this my tv is not covered under any warranty as the offer was valid till 31 dec 2016 and i parched this on 23/01/2017 and mechanic refused to repair it.
                                    Then i visited to vijay sales metro mall branch to complain that they have given false commitment on 3 years warranty. On this vijay sales executives started giving excuses and raised their hands.
                                    But being a customer where is my mistake, the warranty that they promised at the time of parches was a false one, they have cheated me very badly. My hard earn money went all in vain.
                                    I appreciate service of vijay sales its been 5 months of my complain till date no one has even bother to give answer to my complaint and i am the one of fortunate to call back to customer care and narrated the all same script given by vijay sales while buying a television set... Its vijay sales responsibility to handle the issue in disputed videocon industries whatever it was the situation. I believe in true promise not faulty guidance and promises.

                                    They delivered me a tv set which was not covered under 3 years warranty, please resolve the problem as early as possible or money back.

                                    Here I'm attaching my TV bill and warranty card detail for your reference. So that you can see that how I'm being cheated by Vijay Sales on the name of warranty to sell their product. I would have not taken this product if the warranty terms & condition was made known to me correctly by the Vijay sales person at the time of parches.

                                    Is your horizontal line problem solved?? Cause I own the same tv from vijay sales and I have already replaced lcd panel still new horizontal line issue occurs and everyone put hands off saying videocon company is closed now. Have you got any solution to the problem?

                                    If they cant provide service under warrenty then you may also demand for refund that would be near about 50 to 60 percent of your actual amount of TV and buy some good brand new TV by adding some more money in to it.
