Monday evening i went to vijay sales customer care in vasai (W) they said we will send tomorrow means tuesday i was call them to follow up but nobody answer the call today is wednesday still no one answering the phone please tell me what should i do if you guys don't have option then i vl return my product to you i will wait untill this evening tomorrow morning i will bring ur product back to ur shop. We had purchased 3 acs electrolux make last year in february 2018 from vijay sales pitampura delhi and had also taken extended warranty. Since then no one has ever visited to listen or resolve our problem. One of the ac is not working and no service has been done at once and after making numerous complaints with repeated requests, all in vain. We have been regularly buying different products from vijay sales but after this time we have to...

Its a very worst experience to choose vijay sales to bought the subject line products, because you people not fulfill your commitment and when called you give a date and failed on that also, see i paid cash at one for all the product, and i am not bought a rare product for which you have to tell the company to manufacture that.

My Bajaj cooler motor is burnt so I tried to contact customer care of sadhu waswani chowk branch on this number [protected] . I called more than 27 times, ring goes first and they don't carry. .then immediately they carry and keep the phone, so whole day also it shows engaged. ..I'm trying to contact from 2/3 days but everyday same thing happens, first ring goes and they don't carry and then only engaged. ..I kindly request you to please...

I have purchased ac on 6th april. Mr ravi from vijay sales chandkheda has committed me that intallation will be done after 3 days. Today is 12th but still it is not yet installed. Always they say thay some person will call u and come ets etc. And nothing has happened yet now it has been 6days now. I am very disstafisfied with the services. And in future i will never purchasw anything from vijay sales. I expect you to resolve the matter....

I have purchased ac recently from your store. But i have experienced all the time fake commitment regarding different issues. This time i have asked for ac installation at my home on my convinience. As they said xyz technician person will call and cone on your time but wgen i got call from technician he said i will not come on your decided day and time and this kind of issue i am facing very second time.

Myself priya shivdas, i bought a bajaj cooler from vijay sales godbunder thane maharashtra store on 7/4/19 n was suppose to deliver by 8/4/19, today its 9th, after making 15.. 20.. I bought a philips television from vijay sales which was faulty as it had a black patch on the display for which i requested them to either refund or replace my television but they disagreed saying that they have a no replacement policy but if a person buys a product & finds a fault very sameday then i am sure that you get a replacement for being delivered a faulty product but our vijay sales management team straightly refused...

For the last three years i being struggling with this faulty television problem which i bought from the vijay sales virar west. Worst service ever i seen the salesman doesn't respond properly first they should be trained to speak politely and humble with customers. Ask for one day delivery in off seasons the manger says its not possible a small electronics shops gives these facility now a days. They should shut there shops if they can't do business. The sales persons behaves like he is the boss of shop. The delivery person's are hopeless after stating the delivery...

I had purchased o'general 1 ton window ac (Amgb12fawa 4star 1 t window) on 18/07/2018 from vijay sales thane, ghodbunder store. The product is under warranty and has some error e8 issues past 15 days, onn 22nd march i had registered a complaint regarding the same, on 26th over a telephonic conversation with vijay sales executive, i was told the complaint hasn't been registered by then and they re-registered a similar complaint on 26th march...
