I bought a cooler on sunday (28 april), sales guy told me that it can be taken by cab or auto. But unfortunately i was unable to put it into cab or auto.
So i was suppose to beg to other sales guy to make it deliver at my place (As the one who sold me was already left). He somehow agreed to deliver. I requested him to give me a call before delivery, as i would be in office.
Next day delivery boy calls me and says, i have reached without giving even intimation.
I asked him to deliver me by 6.30 pm, he agreed.
There after till today 9.30 pm, i am just calling that guy and he is just giving me reasons, not delivering my product.
I want to cancel my order and want my money refund...
Also all your sales executive's are not receiving my call...
I want it to be resolved asap
