I have purchased a Samsung washing machine on the 4th of May which didn't get delivered till 18th May (committed to be delivered by 8th/9th May) . Since 13th May, everyday either me or my husband got a call that it will be delivered today and for the same reason we had to come back home early from office (because delivery after 6pm is not possible is what we were told) and every single time there was no sign of delivery. When i tried to complain to the showroom, the staff (Mr. Mohsin) was very rude and ill mannered and literally asked me to go and lodge a formal complaint. This is completely unprofessional.
After all this i thought the ordeal is over but then i was wrong, the machine is still not installed. Since Monday (20th May) i am getting a call by the Samsung people that they will install today and they don't show up. This is extremely frustrating. Today (22nd May) when i called the Samsung guy, i was asked to check with Vijay sales. Last time when i asked Vijay Sales guy for installation, i was told that they have nothing to do with it and Samsung people will call.

I need this to be addressed at the earliest.

When I have visited Vijay sales for purchasing LG microwave. I have been told that their is one offer with product I am purchasing. You will get 2 years extended warranty. But when I saw bill it's over and above product price. I am cheated by Vijay sales Rahatani. I want to cancel extended warranty and want my hard-earned money back. Highly dissatisfied with service....

I have purchased a Bluestar A.C on 9th May 2019. It was scheduled to be delivered on 11th May but still it is undelivered. I have tried a lot to call the store for past two days but no response were there, actually they are not receiving the call also.

I already called customer care from 09th of may, service provider was visited at my home at 10tg of may than he told that part was not available it will take 5 days from today i called again at customer care than she replied me very worst way and told still you have to wait 3 to 4 day that was wprst experience of vijay sales servicing provider..

I have booked Carrier AC FROM Vijay sales on 8 May 2019, they promised it will be delivered by 9 may 2019. On enquiry on 9th the head of delivery
incharge told that they forgot to put in our air conditioner. On 10 may also they didnt deliver the Air conditioner. I paid the amount in full on 8 th May and left believing their words. I called them many times but they just make fake promises and never deliver. Till now 2 days have passed and i have not recieved my product and they take full amount at time of purchase than harass the customer. They misbehave and blatantly say they forgot. This is the worst customer experience i had woth vijay sales ongc ahmedabad.

I had bought a hp laptop from vijay sales on 30th december 2018. Since then it has been giving me trouble regarding its performance. When i complain to their customer care, they keep tossing me between their it department and hp technical support. Once they have already formated my laptop and asked me to reinstall the os. Since i have important softwares, which i loose then this is not a feasible solution. Its still having issues and i need areplacement which they are not agreeing to. Kindly give justice.

Today the haier refrigerator delivered to us. They said to start the refrigerator after 2 hour. So when we started refrigerator after 2 hour, the side parts of refrigerator got very heated. It is not normal heating temperature.. Also the refrigerator is not cooling the things.
Kindly look into it and please provide us the replacement for the same as we bought it today only.

Even after 5 days my AC fitting not done by executives. Delhi vijay sales west patel nagar. Very bad services. I wont suggest my contacts to ever to go vijay sales.

I purchased 1.5 tonn window ac from vijay sales on 1may 2019. I was promised a delivery yesterday. I have not received any calls from them whatsoever about the reason for this delay. I bought a cooler on sunday (28 april), sales guy told me that it can be taken by cab or auto. But unfortunately i was unable to put it into cab or auto.
So i was suppose to beg to other sales guy to make it deliver at my place (As the one who sold me was already left). He somehow agreed to deliver. I requested him to give me a call before delivery, as i would be in office.

Next day delivery boy calls me and says, i have reached without giving even intimation.
I asked him to deliver me by 6.30 pm, he agreed.
There after till today 9.30 pm, i am just calling that guy and he is just giving me reasons, not delivering my product.

I want to cancel my order and want my money refund...

Also all your sales executive's are not receiving my call...

I want it to be resolved asap

I purchased an ac from vijay sales on 28th april (Lg 1.5 ton ac) & paid full in cash; i was promised a delivery on 30th so i took a leave from work & waited whole day.

I contacted vijay sales sec 18 for about ten times & got through thrice & every time they promised it will be delivered today.

Its 21.00 hrs, no phone calls, no contact numbers, vijay sales sec 18 is also closed.

If they wouldn’t have lied, i could have taken a leave on another day; now i dont know what to do? I cant take another leave & wait for 24 hours for the ac to come.. Installation is another affair altogether.

I will expect them to now deliver the ac before i leave for work tomorrow (Prior to 11 am) or atleast call & speak to me.

I have purchased 4 products from vijay sales (Vashi branch). As me and my just shifted to New Mumbai on 12th january 2019, after few days we decided to purchase electronic items from sales and purchased Fridge, Washing machine, Water purifier and Geyser. After 3 months there was an short circuite in the bathroom due to waltage fluctuations and i came to know i received 1 litre geyser instead of 3 litre. I have bill for 3 litre and paid the same but i got 1 litre. When i contacted vijay sales customer care for this they are not worried at all. Even i said i don't want refund or replacement for the product but what i only want is just a clarification for this. Still they gives only false promises. I learn from this experience is to buy the products from local stores than from these giants.
Very bad customer service from vijay sales.

I hereby convey its very troublesome for the customer to seek replacement from the company for a tv set which was purchased just a week back and damage due to panasonic india pvt ltd. Technician poor installation and left wall mount screw loose and technician has totally defended himself and is constantly putting blames on the customer for not proper usage. We are very responsible for the delicate product like led tv henceforth we have purchased extended warranty. We as a customer have the right to get the above led tv replaced because this is entirely is case of poor installation by the company’s technician and the company has to take responsibility and get the tv replaced without any costs. This my humbly request to the management of panasonic india pvt. Ltd. To replace above led tv as soon as possible. Regards

I purchased whirlpool washing machine from vijay sales borivali west branch on 20th april 2019 and was told that i will get delivery on 21st april 2019.
The attempted delivery on 21st and 22nd however the product which they bought was damaged so the delivery boy took the product back with promise to deliver it next day.
However its more than one week and product is not delivered with customere care of vijay sales giving false promise.

Yesterday i purchased one ton blue star ac from vasai vijay sales. Today when technicians came for installation from blue star they found that the upper lock of indoor split ac was broken. When i called to vijay sales at vasai they behaved very rudely their reply was "idhar ghadi ghadi call nhi krneka". Niether they answer the call quickly nor they talk properly. Their service is poor and bad.
Please change my indoor slipt ac machine quickly as thier is a defect in upler grill lock.

@vijaysales : change the indoor ac machine quickly asap.

I have purchased a Window AC Hitachi RAW318KUD on 19 Apr 2019 and the same has been installed on 23 Apr 2019. The Service Engineer who visited on the same day for commissioning of the AC did not have a multi meter or voltmeter and could not carry out the necessary commissioning checks as mentioned in the Owner's Manual. He stated that another Service Engineer would visit the next day. Till date no Service Engineer has visited for Commissioning of the AC inspite of repeated requests on Vijay Sales customer care no[protected].
