10 days back, i ordered a philips trimmer and did payment too but didn't get deliver yet. Called to vijay sales customer care multiple times but they are telling, product is out of stock. Even they are not responding properly.

When i placed order, that time it was available. That's why i was able to place the order and confirmed payment. They are not giving proper information neither cooperating.

Had ordered a redmi 8a from vijay sales online on 24th may 2020 and made a full payment, however the order still shows as processing and it's almost 3 weeks. No one picks up calls at their customer service number and the website does not give you the option to cancel your order. Kindly help

I ordered a voltas beko 7.5 kg washing machine worth rs.10490, and since the last 3 weeks it is showing that my order is being processed.

I had bought ac from vijay sales and their team denied to install due to technical issues so i cancelled my purchase.. They collected the same back and refunded my down payment.. I reminded them about my consumer durable loan from hdb finance which was approved for ac and they said it will be cancelled dont worry. Today the installment debited from my account for the same and when i inquired i got to know that vijay sales disbursed the loan in their loan account.

I had bought a whirlpool protton fridge triple door 260 lt.in march 2018 from vijay sales, from indirapuram ghaziabad. My fridge compresser need to be changed, but service centre is not changing my compresser and asking me to pay money for the compresser. My fridge compresser has a 10 years warranty but still service centre is asking me for the money, as i have misplaced my bill. Bill got displaced when i relocated to bhopal, mp. I had called vijay sales customer care many a times, but no use, they are not responding. It's really shocking that a brand like "vijay sales" can harass it's customer like this, because customer care is not responding. Even checked with one of my relative if vijay sales indirapuram store can help, but its closed.

I have purchased above mentioned a/c.in february 2020, after so much follow same was delivered in march. Now no one reply properly & it is laying pack condition at my place. I am loosing warranty period, if i install my self volta’s will not give me warranty. I don’t understand what to do.

I purchase the air conditioner from vijay sales uttam nagar on 27 may 2020 they delivered on 29th may and for installation engineer came on 31 st may he took 5 hours for installing ac and said that ac is not working vijay sales should replaced it then vijay sales said that they replace on 1st june today they not picking the calls now what should we do

I have book samsung galaxy tab from vijay sales through online on 24th may full payment done but still not received

Tried to contact customer care but not connected

Also not received any revert on mail

Dont have any option to track my product also no option for cancel product

I want to inform you that i brought hitachi AC from vijay sales, branch- janakpuri, new delhi, on[protected] of 1.5 ton (Bill attached) my AC is tripping from last years, I already complaint last year then, according to staff of Hitachi our AC needs servicing, I have paid 2750/- on 25.09.2019( Bill attached) for servicing my AC, and after servicing in month of september i didnt use my AC, now when i m using it the problem is same as before .
Kindly look into my problems .

Sales person named pooja agrawal/chaudhary in vijay sales chandan nagar branch tried to sale a dell inspiron laptop a faulty product by lying about technical problems in the laptop. Could not activate windows office. She installed wps office free version from internet and was explaining that this is the new version of ms office. When asked about the product key she lied by saying she forgot the pen drive at home and asked me to come after 2 days to get the laptop. Such a misleading and lying employee just to make sales is a big downgrade for vijay sales

Blue star deep freezer chfsd100dhsw/dhpw on may 24, 2020 on vijay sales website. The order number is vs[protected]. After making the payment the message appeared on the screen saying 'our deliveries have resumed but they are limited to certain areas due to government rules and regulations.' the online status of this order is still - ordered. My first complain is why vijay sales did not show this message on the screen before processing the payment. Amazon has been very transparent. They show on the screen before placing the order if they can deliver the order or not.
My second complaint is vijay sales customer sales is not working. I tried all their customer care numbers. They don't work. I sent email to the customer care. I received auto generated email saying they will look into it when lock-down is open.
3rd complain is there is no option to cancel the order. And as per vijay sales cancellation policy 5% surcharge will be applied for cancellation. Amazon has resumed delivering the same product at much cheaper rate within 3 days. I regret placing order with vijay sales. Vijay sales lacks transparency in online transaction. Please make vijay sales deliver the product within 48 hrs after receipt of this complain or provide me 100% refund immediately. I have no use of this product if i'm not going to get it within a couple of days. I rather order it from some trusted site. Thank you

I have ordered Realme 6 Pro 3 days already over and no progress in service as per online status. Tried to call on all provided customer care number. Either number going busy or not connect. Send e-mail to provide email ids .no one responding.
Main issue is, order cancellation option also not available after payment. Means once order complete then you can't cancel it and you don't know when will you receive your order.

Today i received my new washing machine and the model name is whirlpool wm ace xl silver grey (9.0kg). But when i opened dis then it's tyre is breaked.. And also i tried to contact vijay sale janakpuri branch but ol the time that customer care no is busy... So plz send any technician for this.. As soon as possible

I ordered a washing machine on 20th May with full payment upfront. I didn't receive any details of the delivery even after 3 days so i tried to call the Customer Care and even dropped few emails but still no response from VijaySales.

Hence I decided to cancel the order over the email but still no response. Now i am not sure when i will receive the refund of my order.
