I have purchased samsung refrigerator sunday morning 24/03/19 sales manager told me to inform your refrigerator delivery tomorrow monday morning but i have called to deliver boy he says me i call you back richard your home i am waiting the call but no answer any information i have called but phone is switch off and my refrigerator not to deliver
I am so upset my family members are so excited but your delivery boy are disappointing he is careless boys...!!!

    I have purchased a samsung washing machine on[protected] and it's got delivered at my place on[protected]. While i purchased it, i told them to deliver the product before 3pm as i have an appointment. However, the product got delivered after 6:30pm. Delivery personnel informed me that they didn't receive any information or notification to deliver that product before 3pm. I missed my appointment for the day. As the product got delivered at evening i was unable to see any slight damage if it's present, also the guy who came for installation from samsung he came at 6:45pm and also unable to see the dent which is present on the product.in fact he didn't check the product at all, he came for 10mins and just told me about the functions and leave the property. Yesterday while i open the product for use on sunlight i saw a slight dent available on back. Immediately i have contacted customer care and they said they will arrange engineer visit. Today a samsung engineer visited and told they can't do anything about the same. Though my product is brand new and it's within 10days time frame of delivery and also product itself has 3years of full body warranty. While i'm contacting vijay sales they are redirecting me to samsung and they are asking me to contact dealer. I'm being played like a shuttle crock between samsung and vijay sales. Where no body seems to be helping me though the product is still in warranty and brand new. Need your immediate help on this.

      A 43 inches Panasonic LED TV of Rs. 26729/- was purchased by my inlaws from Vijay Sales Corporation, Delhi (Patel Nagar) Br. On 27.01.2019 (TX Invoice V. No. 308-R-SFT 1630, TW.V. No. 308-R-SO 4871 dated 27.01.2019 attached) and gifted the same to their daughter on our marriage marriage on 07th Feb 2019.

      After coming back from our honeymoon we requested to get it installed and when the service engineer from Panasonic came and opened the box on 22nd Feb 2019 found that panel of LED TV already broken. He has mentioned the same on his Job sheet # I[protected].

      We informed vijay sales about the same but did not received any favourable response and they simply denied its replacement.

      We have registered our complain on Panasonic Helpline # on the very same day. Nobody has been visited our place till date and they have redirected us to their Area service centre manager, Area Service Manager etc. To the followings:-

      1. Mr. Ashok Saini(Areas Service centre Manager of Nanak service Centre)- [protected].

      2. Mr.Sidharth- [protected].

      3. Mr. Sanjeev- [protected].

      Now after regular follow up on their helpline and contact numbers shared with us our issue is not yet resolved and even we have been told to pay Rs. 13000/- approx to get it repaired, which is nowhere against our fault as they have now telling us that that box should be open within seven days of purchased which was never told to us by the dealer at the time of purchase and not written anywhere on the Invoice given to us also.

      Humbly requested to please look into the matter to get our faulty LED replaced or get our hard earn money back from the dealer/company.

        WEhave booked this product Sony DTH HOME THEATRE HTIV300 on 27.02.19 found from day one the sound and baas of product was not proper even after 50% of rise in volume technician Suraj [protected] tried lowering the sound level of speakers and increased the volume of bass, still the bass is not recognized and after that he told this model has only this much sound and bass which is only observed when more than half level of sound is increased still sufficient bass is not noticed we are dissatisfied with this product.
        Today also i visited the Vijay sales mall i spoked with Nilesh Vengurlekar [protected] he also noticed that volume is not up to the mark than he also gave the same reason that this product has very low volume, Sonu sales person never informed me that on low volume bass is not audible.

          I purchased moto one power mobile and sony earphone from vijay sales chembur on 8/3/19. I forget to collect earphone. On 12/3/19 when i went to shop and told them the fact, they did not agree to what i said. I also showed them the tax invoice and gate pass 108-r-si 24526 but they did not give me the earphone. This is not customer oriented service. When i requested them to find way out, they did some checking and said that there is no excess stock and expressing inability to give my earphone. I again paid rs 720 and purchased earphone on 12/3/19. They made manual invoice as system was not accepting data.

            I purchased elica glass top gas stove on 03 mar 2019 from mumbai ghatkopar branch. As there was no stock in branch, i received from your warehouse. While checking i observed there is scratch on glass. After complaining, i received replacement on next day. However replaced one also have defect in fitting. There is gap between glass hole and burner plate.

            Can i get 100% defect free product? Can you please check product before delivering it?

              Hi,

              I have purchased a lenovo laptop on 10th march from wakad pune store of vijay sales. Salesman told me that the warranty is for 1 year but when i checked in lenovo website, it was only 156 days. When i trying to raise a ticket from lenovo website, they are not helping and asking so many details which looks like whether i purchased a laptop or 10 million property.
              This is not ethical to give wrong details to sale something.

                Respected sir,
                I bought videocon 4k 43 inch led tv from vijay sales kalyan metro mall branch on 23/01/2017, i have been told by vijay sales executive that this tv is covered under 3 years warranty. I booked complaint on oct 2018 to vijay sales regarding patch on led tv belt like on the downwards of the tv after several reminders and telephonic call no one has turned out form videocon by my fortune one day mechanic call me for visit he visited and said this my tv is not covered under any warranty as the offer was valid till 31 dec 2016 and i parched this on 23/01/2017 and mechanic refused to repair it.
                Then i visited to vijay sales metro mall branch to complain that they have given false commitment on 3 years warranty. On this vijay sales executives started giving excuses and raised their hands.
                But being a customer where is my mistake, the warranty that they promised at the time of parches was a false one, they have cheated me very badly. My hard earn money went all in vain.
                I appreciate service of vijay sales its been 5 months of my complain till date no one has even bother to give answer to my complaint and i am the one of fortunate to call back to customer care and narrated the all same script given by vijay sales while buying a television set... Its vijay sales responsibility to handle the issue in disputed videocon industries whatever it was the situation. I believe in true promise not faulty guidance and promises.

I would have not taken this product if the warranty terms & condition was made known to me correctly by the Vijay sales person at the time of parches.

                Is your horizontal line problem solved?? Cause I own the same tv from vijay sales and I have already replaced lcd panel still new horizontal line issue occurs and everyone put hands off saying videocon company is closed now. Have you got any solution to the problem?

                If they cant provide service under warrenty then you may also demand for refund that would be near about 50 to 60 percent of your actual amount of TV and buy some good brand new TV by adding some more money in to it.

                  Purchased a ac feom vijay sales lasy july 2018.
                  Within a 7 days some noice come from ac and i file a complaint to samaung india.
                  His technician said that this is a normal voice and come from all ac's.
                  After 1 month ac cooling stop again file a complaint and as usual his technician come and said that gas leackage then he take ac to his service centre for 10 days.
                  After repair ac is not working again after 20 days.
                  So again i file complaint but nobody is replace my ac please help me..
                  This vijay sales piplod, surat do frauds with his customers with duplicate or 2nd hand product selling.

                  He told me that we are here only for selling products not for give after sales service.
                  Actually I'm shocked that how can he said this stupid sentence..
                  And samsung Service Centre is also very poor and cheap his Local Technicians uffh..
                  Nobody have any experiences about AC.
                  And today my AC is Not working Again completely off condition.

                  I request to Vijay Sales that plz Replace my AC.

                      I wish to complain about the lg fridge that i purchased on 10/2/19.

                      I am complaining because i received a damaged item at a time of delivery. I am continues calling all your helpline numbers but they did not pick up.

                      When i first noticed of this problem, i contacted on[protected] at your company on same day and he assured me that company would replaced product by thrusday (Means[protected]. I am trying this number but it is going in switch off mode.

                      This is my first experience with vijay sales. I hope you will resolve this issue soon so it couldn't be my last experience.

                        I have contacted mr amit more and this person has given every new reason like,
                        Tv panel will change or internal part will replace now they are saying mother board was not working, this is like harassment.

                        We require new tv (Replacement) from last one year we have facing to much problem. We have pay cable charges monthly but tv is not working, who will bear the amount.

                          Purchased a kenstar cooler from vijay sales in month of april 2018, in 4 to 5 months while still being in warantee period there was a short circuit of the wire, complained about the same at the given number on the cooler, as per the customer care executive the said machine is under warantee period and hence no charges what soever are applicable for the change of damaged part (Wire). As and when the part will be available the same would be resolved.. Its been more than 5 months since the date of complaint the issue has not been resolved yet the part is not available is what they say after repeated complaints. While talking to the service centre executive about the same they asked us to pay for the repair of the damaged part. Which we disagreed as it is free of cost repair under warantee period. If there would have been serious damage to other things or fatal to any person because of faulty part of the company they would liable for the damages.
                          Please address the issue and get it resolved at the earliest as the cooler is simply lying ideal and of no use to us if the not repaired or if issue isnt resolved theres utter wastage of our money on a wasteful faulty product. Being old and loyal customer of vijay sales dnt expect cheap products.

                          Get it resolved asap or will have to lodge a complain in consumer court.

                            I have been following from past three days (Gurgaon, mg road) that my led tv is not working and i was told my your executive prachi and roshni that it’s out of warranty...
                            I told them that at the time of purchase i was told 5 years warranty but seems the same was not updated in your records, this is very frustrating and cheating with customer

                            I have shared the 5 year warranty card with them theu e-mail and got commitment that engineer will visit today... Since morning i am following up and no one turned up till now (3:24 pm)... I called again to vijay sales office and got connected with so called team leader deepak, very pathetic person and does not know how to talk to customers... Pl take serious action against people like deepak who can harm the goodwill of vijay sales if any... Vijay sales make fake promises to sale their product... Zero customer service and responsiveness... They shud be thrown out of such businesses if they don’t know what customer service is... Very very pathetic people work their and so as the pathetic services... Making fool of customer

                              The videocon tv display is not working & same i have made complained at your customer care in month of october'18,
                              Complained no - as per given by tele caller [protected].
                              Your technician has visited 3 weeks after registered of complaint & at the time of his visit he have taken rs 300 as visit fee. As per his commitment the part will be replace within month but now more than 3 months have passed but not single call received from your side, its really disgusting & very carelessness about after sales service from vijay sales.

                              Whenever we called at your customer care every time answer is same that"we will looking after it" if such service received from vijay sales then why should we buy any product from you??

                              The tv is in warranty period & if its passed the warranty period because of your delay in attending the complaint then i will be not responsible,
                              My request is, kindly replace this faulty product or give my money back.

                              Same problem happend with me . I also have videocon 43 inch ultra hd tv. And now company band ho gayi videocon. Aur mere tv me display fault aya hai. To mere pass se bhi 300 rs liye aaur tv repair karne le gaye to mera motherboard change kar diya un logo ne and tv ka display aaur kharab kar diya. Aab maine fir Vijay sales me complaint kiya ki problem nahi solve hua to bole ki aap store me aao aapko replacement denge tv ka. Aaur store ne jane ke baad muze wo bhendchod bol rahe hai ki 32 inch vise ka tv de sakte hai aapko replacement. Aare maadarchodo aagar muze vise hi lena tha to mai 48000 kyun waste karta re vijay sales ke bhosadike manager.
                              Five days ago We have purchased dell laptop from vijay sales So now we have problem that is hung issue stuck issue because of lower configuration So i need to replace that laptop with dell i3 laptop with extra amount we would pay .

                              I have bought new Dell laptop INS15 PQC 4GB 1TB WIN10 MSO (3573) B566111WIN9GRY from Vijay Sales (Address: Tania Shopping Mall, Next to D-Mart Mall, Bhabole Naka Vasai west) for Rs.27000/- dated on 20/01/2019 (Bill No.170-R-5IF8484).

                              Now I am getting problem of hang issue because of lower configuration. So I need to replace the same laptop with Dell i3 laptop. I am ready to pay difference amount for the same. But the Manager of Vijay sales (Mr. Pandey) is refusing to replace the same.

                                I purchase whirlpool washing machine from vijay sales, krishna baug, char rasta, maninagar dated 15jan 2019. But they give wrong rat-mesh model which not fit to given whirlpool machine said by demo master. I inform this mistake to concerns vijay sales department, they said i will call u after sometime but they not call back also not pick up the call when i call them.

                                  I bought this led tv 1.5 year back and after that there was screen issue which repaired by service center side before 3 month, they replaced motherboard of my tv and now again i am facing display issue, there is no picture on led display but sound is audible of different channel, screen is completely black, but we can hear only sound from the tv.
                                  So check this concern on priority and repaired this asap or refund my amount.

                                    We have brought videocon lcd tv with 3 year waranty... Within 3 months we brought on tv screen medium white spots was occuring... It was exchanged by vijay sales... But now tv entire right side is getting black unable to watch it.. We raosex complaint in dec 2018.. With a month in jan again nkw entire tv display is black now... We from 2 month following up.. But very bad service provider vijay sales staff is so careless spoling vijay sales name
