Purchased a ac feom vijay sales lasy july 2018.
Within a 7 days some noice come from ac and i file a complaint to samaung india.
His technician said that this is a normal voice and come from all ac's.
After 1 month ac cooling stop again file a complaint and as usual his technician come and said that gas leackage then he take ac to his service centre for 10 days.
After repair ac is not working again after 20 days.
So again i file complaint but nobody is replace my ac please help me..
This vijay sales piplod, surat do frauds with his customers with duplicate or 2nd hand product selling.

Sorry but I forget to write about Vijay Sales Service Manager.
Mr. MANISH who is Service Manager Vijay Sales Piplod.
He told me that we are here only for selling products not for give after sales service.
Actually I'm shocked that how can he said this stupid sentence..
And samsung Service Centre is also very poor and cheap his Local Technicians uffh..
Nobody have any experiences about AC.
And today my AC is Not working Again completely off condition.

I request to Vijay Sales that plz Replace my AC.

We asked delivery guys to take return and give fresh piece they told us to file a complaint in showroom. So its a humble request you kindly exchange it asap.

      Dear vijay sales,

      I wish to complain about the lg fridge that i purchased on 10/2/19.

      I am complaining because i received a damaged item at a time of delivery. I am continues calling all your helpline numbers but they did not pick up.

      When i first noticed of this problem, i contacted on[protected] at your company on same day and he assured me that company would replaced product by thrusday (Means[protected]. I am trying this number but it is going in switch off mode.

      This is my first experience with vijay sales. I hope you will resolve this issue soon so it couldn't be my last experience.

      I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem

        We have purchased led tv from vijay sales on 30/05/2016, invoice no 195-pch05-16si1730 (Model :- ve32h501)

        I have contacted mr amit more and this person has given every new reason like,
        Tv panel will change or internal part will replace now they are saying mother board was not working, this is like harassment.

        We require new tv (Replacement) from last one year we have facing to much problem. We have pay cable charges monthly but tv is not working, who will bear the amount.

          Purchased a kenstar cooler from vijay sales in month of april 2018, in 4 to 5 months while still being in warantee period there was a short circuit of the wire, complained about the same at the given number on the cooler, as per the customer care executive the said machine is under warantee period and hence no charges what soever are applicable for the change of damaged part (Wire). As and when the part will be available the same would be resolved.. Its been more than 5 months since the date of complaint the issue has not been resolved yet the part is not available is what they say after repeated complaints. While talking to the service centre executive about the same they asked us to pay for the repair of the damaged part. Which we disagreed as it is free of cost repair under warantee period. If there would have been serious damage to other things or fatal to any person because of faulty part of the company they would liable for the damages.
          Please address the issue and get it resolved at the earliest as the cooler is simply lying ideal and of no use to us if the not repaired or if issue isnt resolved theres utter wastage of our money on a wasteful faulty product. Being old and loyal customer of vijay sales dnt expect cheap products.

          Get it resolved asap or will have to lodge a complain in consumer court.

            I have been following from past three days (Gurgaon, mg road) that my led tv is not working and i was told my your executive prachi and roshni that it’s out of warranty...
            I told them that at the time of purchase i was told 5 years warranty but seems the same was not updated in your records, this is very frustrating and cheating with customer

            I have shared the 5 year warranty card with them theu e-mail and got commitment that engineer will visit today... Since morning i am following up and no one turned up till now (3:24 pm)... I called again to vijay sales office and got connected with so called team leader deepak, very pathetic person and does not know how to talk to customers... Pl take serious action against people like deepak who can harm the goodwill of vijay sales if any... Vijay sales make fake promises to sale their product... Zero customer service and responsiveness... They shud be thrown out of such businesses if they don’t know what customer service is... Very very pathetic people work their and so as the pathetic services... Making fool of customer

              The videocon tv display is not working & same i have made complained at your customer care in month of october'18,
              Complained no - as per given by tele caller [protected].
              Your technician has visited 3 weeks after registered of complaint & at the time of his visit he have taken rs 300 as visit fee. As per his commitment the part will be replace within month but now more than 3 months have passed but not single call received from your side, its really disgusting & very carelessness about after sales service from vijay sales.

              Whenever we called at your customer care every time answer is same that"we will looking after it" if such service received from vijay sales then why should we buy any product from you??

              The tv is in warranty period & if its passed the warranty period because of your delay in attending the complaint then i will be not responsible,
              My request is, kindly replace this faulty product or give my money back.

              Same problem happend with me . I also have videocon 43 inch ultra hd tv. And now company band ho gayi videocon. Aur mere tv me display fault aya hai. To mere pass se bhi 300 rs liye aaur tv repair karne le gaye to mera motherboard change kar diya un logo ne and tv ka display aaur kharab kar diya. Aab maine fir Vijay sales me complaint kiya ki problem nahi solve hua to bole ki aap store me aao aapko replacement denge tv ka. Aaur store ne jane ke baad muze wo bhendchod bol rahe hai ki 32 inch vise ka tv de sakte hai aapko replacement. Aare maadarchodo aagar muze vise hi lena tha to mai 48000 kyun waste karta re vijay sales ke bhosadike manager.
              Five days ago We have purchased dell laptop from vijay sales So now we have problem that is hung issue stuck issue because of lower configuration So i need to replace that laptop with dell i3 laptop with extra amount we would pay .

              I have bought new Dell laptop INS15 PQC 4GB 1TB WIN10 MSO (3573) B566111WIN9GRY from Vijay Sales (Address: Tania Shopping Mall, Next to D-Mart Mall, Bhabole Naka Vasai west) for Rs.27000/- dated on 20/01/2019 (Bill No.170-R-5IF8484).

              Now I am getting problem of hang issue because of lower configuration. So I need to replace the same laptop with Dell i3 laptop. I am ready to pay difference amount for the same. But the Manager of Vijay sales (Mr. Pandey) is refusing to replace the same.

                  I bought this led tv 1.5 year back and after that there was screen issue which repaired by service center side before 3 month, they replaced motherboard of my tv and now again i am facing display issue, there is no picture on led display but sound is audible of different channel, screen is completely black, but we can hear only sound from the tv.
                  So check this concern on priority and repaired this asap or refund my amount.

                          The TV video stopped working hence it was given to repairs to Vijay Sales repair center S.R. Electronics (Nallaspara) on 17/10/18. They have taken the amount of Rs 1300 for repairs and taken the part also. It has been almost 3 months now and there is no response to our calls after repeated calls and reminders to them.

                          Also Vijay Sales (Mira Road) from where the TV was bought, they also have been contacted with 9 emails sent to them, but there is just postponement from them too.
                          Emails have been constantly sent to them with reminders to both Vijay Sales and their service center. However, their service center and they are disgusting with their service quality. They just keep postponing the entire issue with dates upon dates given.
                          My simple query is, Why does a part take 3 months for replacement. Why was the payment taken from us Rs 1300/- without part replacement and repairs. Moreover, no response with regarding the part replacement. When we call them they only postpone that the part will be available after 1 week. Their one week has totaled to three months now with still no part replacement and confirmation.

                          Hence I request that the TV is repaired with the compensation also provided for harassment, calls unattended, poor support staff. Since the TV was specifically bought for my Dad who is 90 years old who watches only news frequently in a day and is deprived of the same for 3 months.

                          I need clarification with regards to your mail received with apt response to each query.

                          1. Do you mean the repairs will be done before 7th January 19?

                          I need clarification on the above.

                          2. As I mentioned earlier to your CSR that the TV is specifically for my Dad who is 90 years old and watches only news as and when he desires. However, with both your service center and now your kind of coordination the entire coordination is below par and communication with commitment is horrible. How in the future can we trust you and your service center.

                          I need a compensation for the delay of repairs with no communication; and for many times not responding to our calls and at times for false commitment at the service center end.
                          3. Also, in your previous email why did you mention that your Videocon technician would be visiting our site on 25th Dec to do the needful, when he did not turn up? There was no reason given as to why he did not turn up.
                          Is this called commitment from your end? We keep all our outings on hold waiting for your technician the entire day. So this is a blunder from your end

                                I bought led tv from vijay sales andher west branch on[protected], i booked complaint to vijay sales regardin patch on led tv belt like on the downwards of the tv after several reminders and telephonis call no one has turned out form videocon by my fortune one day mechanic call me for visit he visted on[protected] and went back to report to vijay sales but i appreciate service of vijay sales till date no one has even bother to give answer to my complaint and i am the one of fortunate to call back to customer care and narrated the script given by vijay sales while buying a television set... Its vijay sales responsibility to handle the issue in disputed videocon industries whatever it was the situation. I believe in true promise not faulty guidence and promises.

                                  Hi i have purchased philips tv from vijay sales at pune location in 23rd dec 2016.
                                  At that time of purchasing product sales manager told that for this product you have 05 years of warrenty if any defect found will repair at free of cost.
                                  Now the seen is in my tv there is some display problem. I m not able to see the display. There is some blakness shwoing in my tv.
                                  We raised many time complaint to vijay sales.
                                  But still issue not resolved and vijay sales told that you have to pay the amount 1500/- for the service charge.
                                  If you are taking this charge then what will happened for warrenty of the products and vijay sales also told that the only pannel warrenty will cover it means there is no display warrenty.
                                  This is the phising service from vijay sales.
                                  I m unable to upload photo due to the size exceed.

                                    I had purchased this water purifier from vijay sales in 2017 having tax invoice no. 202-q-si-2839. It's been less than a year, the change sf/gkk indicator becomes red & keep on blinking when i switch on the machine.
                                    I went to vijay sales to lodge a complain regarding this issue. The customer care guy told me that the technician will fix the issue free of cost in 3 working days since it is under the manufacturing warranty. On 4th day i got a call from vijay sales whether the technician fixed the issue or not. I said no & requested them to send a technician & do the fix free of cost. But she told me that the filter has to be changed every year which is a consumable item & i need to pay rs.3000/- for it. But at the time of purchasing this water purified no one from vijay sales had told me about it.
                                    If they would have told me this thing right from the beginning then definitely i wouldn't have purchased it. If i need to spend rs. 3000/- every year for the filter after paying rs.12000/- for the device then it's simply wastage of money & worthless. The charges are unreasonable & exploitation. I have also taken 2 yrs. Vs+extended warranty by paying rs. 1011/-. Pls. Get rid of the hidden policy & repair the device free of cost to retain the customer loyalty. Otherwise it will tarnish your brand.

                                      I have purchased a videocon led on 25.06.2917 from vijay sales, ghatkopar showroom at r-city mall. Post completion of a year, in the month of november'2018, suddenly there was issue in display of tv. The television is under extended warranty.

                                      I have launch a service request with vijay sales on 30th november'2018 for resolving the issue. An engineer named a k gupta had visited my home for inspection on[protected] and has certified that the led could not be repaired and need to be replaced and took rs.590 as service charges (Receipt no 1962).
                                      The engineer had assured that the inspection report will be raised with vijay sales and post approval, the tv may be replaced. The inspection report was raised with vijay sales on[protected]After a gap of 10 days, don't know the reason why took 10 days to send the report).
                                      Post continous followup with the engineer, they said that the approval is not coming from vijay sales and i need to followup for the same with vijay sales. Till date i have not received any revert from either vijay sales or the engineer.

                                      I am raise the complain against vijay sales for giving false committeement at the time of sale of product and not providing any service post the complain is raised.

                                      The LED was taken by the technician for repair. Almost 3 weeks later and with continuous followups, finally the LED was repaired and delivered back to my residence.

                                      Post continuous followup, Vijay Sales team had taken the LED for repair on[protected], However till date there is no status update received on what was the issue and how much time will it take to resolve the issue. Very surprising to see, no communication to the customer regarding the service request and no TAT for resolving the SR.
                                      I have purchase a Bosch fully automactic machine from Rajnagar Ghaziabad. Not working properly neither Vijay sales team support to US. very bad experience..

                                        I have purchase led vise television on date 11 june 2017 at your outlet pitampura branch, i am complaining about the television since last 25 nov 2018 till yet, but there is no take any action, there has been some issue with my television sometime its volume turn off and then suddenly the television also turn off. We have already been filed complain on 25 nov-2018 and your technician mr. Pradeep came and fix it on 04 dec-2018, but still we are facing the same problem again nd again i am complaining and i talked to a lot of peoples about this matter... Kavita, gurpreet, sonia akshay, tamana, sonu, pradeep etc. But there was no good response from them.
                                        I hope you will help me in resolving this problem as soon as possible.
