Dear Relationship Manager

We purchase Sony Television ( Model Number KD-43x8500c ) from Vijay Sales at Vasai Road. We purchased the television set on 30th April 2016 ( Bill Attached ) and were given to understand that the set has a warranty period of One Year from the date of Purchase. We trust the brand and this is the third television set that we have purchased. As we are cautious about electronic equipment, we went for the scheme of Two Years additional Warranty and paid Rs.5000/- ( Additional warranty proof attached ).

On the 05th of July 2019, when we watching the television, the set suddenly stopped showing pictures but was showing Horizontal Lines. The volume and sound was clear. I have immediately called your call centre and lodged a complaint. Within 48 hours your technician came and checked the set. He concluded that the display has got corrupted due to moisture. I immediately asked him how can this happen in around three years and his response was that this is an electronic equipment. He further stated that I will have to pay Rs.29, 000 if I wanted to change the display.

May I ask if this is expected of a reputed brand like Sony which in three years get corrupted. The charges to repaid is an astronomical Rs.29, 000. We might as well got for an alternate brand. We took extra precaution of extended warranty which expired in April 2019 !! I would like to register my strongest complaint that a well known brand like Sony just stops functioning after three years.

Can I have justice please.

    We bought a chimey n cook top for Elica from Vijay sales. Last saturday..n received an exceptionally horrible n pathetic service...we were told that the both will be delivered on Wednesday...however..we received a call on Wednesday...that they need one more day...n we agreed that it's okay...then comes the twist...on Thursday we got a call...that they received a defective goods n the company had stopped selling the model (Elica chimney) and they won't be able to deliver it ...we had to visit the Vijay sales store( Faridabad) from where we purchased the item ...on asking how can they sell something which is not available...I was given stupid reason...on arguing...they arranged it to be delivered for today (July 21). Again we received a call that the delivery body couldnt deliver the product as the battery rickshaw that he boarded. Suddenly met with an issue...n took the chimney back to the store...really!!!..I mean what a service...lol...I beleive that was the only battery rickshaw in whole Faridabad or that was the only vehicle on road...horrible...I m sure this is our first n last order from Vijay sales...n will also make sure that I post it on all the social networking sites and consumer complaint forum...so that people are aware of such fake service...

        I got ac in damage condition. Last 3 days i continuously chasing for replacement but no action taken as of now. I already visited store for replacement but no done.

        Today 2 times i called there are not giving proper reply, once i ask him to talk to store manage he is putted me on hold.

        I must say this is highly unattainable or negligence of store. I m not happy with their service and support.

          I invested my 60k in hp paviliion laptop from vijay sales kothrud, pune branch. I bought in from vijay sales because i was in immediate need. When i opened the product, the screen of the laptop was flickering. Literally screen picture pixels shifted from, left to right. And it was badly flickering.
          I informed this to vijay sales, (From where i had bought) they asked me to get the product replaced
          But not they don't have same product as hp is no more providing the stalk.
          Now as a replacement are asking me to wait for 15-20 days, when the stalk comes up, they'll handover. (They are also not sure when)
          This is impating my business. I will not be able o work for more than 20 days. Which is a big loss. Staff is molding things however they want. Worst experience i ever had with vijay sales!!

                This is saurabh yadav i buy a Daikin Split Air conditioner from vijay sales pitam pura on 19 april 2018 and i also increase my warranty from vijay sales and now my air conditioner is not working properly so that why i call to vijay sales from 15dats but they didnt respond my calls or msg so thats why i comokaint here so please kindly informes to vijay sales pitam pura so that i use my AC as good as..

                I have purchased IFB machine on 15 June 19. At the time of purchase, the salesman told the delivery person called you and ask the preferred time of delivery. But to date, the product is not delivered yet. How's disappointed service.

                    Regret to complaint about unprofessional way of dealing of your staff of Rajouri garden store, New Delhi. This is pertaining to my order dated 09.06.2019 for Faber Kitchen Chimney Hood. Expected date of delivery of the same was 13.06.2019. Product was not delivered on 13.06.2019 and no intimation was made to me from store side. On non delivery of the product, when i queried the same from Mr. Nitesh over store phone no. [protected] (Faber sales person at your store) on 13.06.2019, He intimated me that there is 2 days delay from Faber side for this product, but he promised to arrange the delivery and installation on the same day within next two days. I believed him and waited for another two days. on 14.06.2019 i again spoke to Mr. Nitesh to confirm his promise. He said, yes now stock is available with him and he will get the product delivered and installed in time. i again waited for delivery/installation on 15.06.2019. When not delivered, i tried to contact Mr. Nitesh on 16.06.2019 in the morning, your reception staff said that sales representatives come at 12 o; clock, and they will arrange a call back from Mr. Nitesh. Regret to say that i again waited till 1345 Hrs for call back, but I myself called again to tried to speak to store manager. Store Manager Madam Gauri Goswami spoke to me and intimate that they can not deliver the product that day also, since they are not able to generate PO and their head office is in Mumbai, which is closed. When i narrated her complete storey over her phone [protected], she made another promise to deliver the product on 17.06.2019 and get it install on the same day.
                    But sorry to say, that on 17.06.2019, before the product gets delivered, i got call from Faber side that they will not install the product on 17.06.2019. I tried to contact Madam Gauri Goswami who made me promise one day before, but sorry to say that your responsible store manager, kept her phone switched off. I again tried to contact your store through reception, i could spoke to one more store manager Mr. Rahul Gupta, who again promised to get the product installed on same day itself. I waited for complete day and again called up Mr. Rahul Gupta. Surprisingly he said that he had already instructed his team to install the product on the same day. You must be regret to know that product is not yet installed till now.

                    Matter is not about product installation, so you are requested not to close my complaint with regret from your side with early installation. Matter is about customer service and mental agony i faced by talking to your team. You team could have initially told me that product will be delivered after 10 days, i would not have reacted. But your team kept me giving one after another time lines on my every call and never called me and apprised me about delayed delivery.
                    I believed the name of Vijay Sales. So, You are requested to take necessary strict action against team under intimation to me. Without my letter of satisfaction, you are requested not to close my complaint. If closed without my consent, i may escalate my complaint to another higher level.

                      I have ordered a stove from Vijay Sales Ghatkopar West branch on Sunday dated 9th June I was told it would be delivered within 4 to 5 days and I got it today ie Saturday 15th June. Now they are saying technician will come on Monday. I agree that they mentioned it takes 48 working hours but there is something called as customer satisfaction. If you cannot consider the delay in delivery and provide technician on priority then why would someone come to vijay sales again, that means there is nothing like customer retention in your books.
                      Me and my husband both go to office and are available only during weekends.

                      I think it was a big mistake that we booked our stove from vijay sales.

                      Product bought on 22nd May 2019 delivered on 23rd May launched complaint for door closing on 24th . Still no response from Bosch or Vijay Sales .

                      Worst customer satisfactions. Even call ignorance as well call dropping while middle of call.

                        I purchased an AC: Carrier Window AC Estrella Neo 1.5 Ton 5 Star through your company/store Vijay Sales at Delhi (Vikas Marg - Delhi 110092) on the date of 08/06/2019. Yesterday I have received a defective product from Vijay Sales, this AC automatically shut down in every 20-40 minutes then again need to switched off/on, this Carrier Window AC is very Noisy and very much vibrate on running. It's a useless product as I purchased it only 3 days back.
                        At the time of purchasing Vijay Sales salesman informed me that a Carrier representative will come for installation, but on the date of delivery 10/06/2019, a guy has came from third party AC service company (Siri Krishan AC Services) he did not install AC properly and even he don't know about the AC functions (Demo) charged Rs. 900 for the installation, the AC is very Noisy and very much vibrating. Then today (11/06/2019) I called Carrier customer care no.[protected] and they informed me that they don't have any information regarding this purchase from Vijay Sales. After that I go to Vijay Sales branch at Vikas Marg and your representative informed that the AC which is delivered to me was a defective one, this is my first and very bad experience with Vijay Sales really, it is very pathetic service that you guys are providing to your customer.

                        I purchase the Samsung tv on 10/06/19 the salesman says the product is deliver between 2 to 3days by today is 14/06/19 the tv is not yet delivered. very poor service given by the Vijay sales.
                        I am having the same problem. I bought the same Estrella carrier window ac and it's defective. Vijay sales is so non responsive. They are unable to effectively deal with my problem and now I am stuck with a brand new defective Carrier ac.

                          Booked a Samsung double door convertible refrigerator on dt 08.06.2019. delivery committed by 10.06.2019 which is not done, not even a single call from concern in a whole day. instead of that i have done a follow up 4 times.

                          1st call on 1 pm-delivery time is 2 to 8 pm (said by a lady staff)
                          2nd call on 5 pm-your delivery is today only (said by a lady staff)
                          3rd- you will receive by 8.30pm (said by a male staff)
                          4th- delivery boy is not picking a call i will call you in some time (said by a mail staff).

                          and after this didn`t receive any call or update..
                          this is my 4th time buying a product from vijay sales bhandup west (400078)
                          store which is located near sangrila company..

                          what is exactly happening please tell me..

                          seriously not acceptable this things from vijay sales.. not happy with this service..

                            With your medium i want to draw attention towards bad after sales service of vijay sales rajouri garden i bought ac on 3 rd june and made payment on 4 th june and i got delivery on 7 june after making so much call to sale executive and is 10 jun le i have got no phone call from vijay sales regarding the installation still is no response from vijay sales i am must say their main aim is to sell the product and not to provide after sale service

                            I purchased an UHD LED TV on 2.6.2019 from Vijay Sales from Chembur branch. I got the delivery on 3.6.2019 but the packing condition was not good, it looks like someone has dropped it while delivering it. Please look into the matter and please replace the TV.

                              I have purchased vise ac from Vijay sales in Delhi Lajpat Nagar on 10/4/2019.after 1 and half months ac stop cooling.And your number is always busy and tried so many times no one is picking up the call.so I personally go to your store twice at Lajpat Nagar to complain for same but no one visited yet.what pathetic service.either you change my ac or exchange my ac with other brands.i am really frustrated now.i will never buy anything from Vijay sales ever in my life.

                                They come and correct the issue but after 10-15 min problem occurs again

                                I have booked blue star windows ac 1.5 ton on 2nd June from vijay sales sector 15 faridabad with full payment. I was told that delivery will happen by 5th June but I have not received ac till 6th June. No one is picking phone either from local store or from customer care. Next time I will prefer to purchase from authorized dealer.

                                  We purchase Eurekha Fobes vogue from your vasai showroom on dated 6th of April' 2019

                                  We use that product for first time, it was work for 1/2 hour only then after
                                  the suction for said product is not working.

                                  we wanted someone from Company to check and inform us how to use.

                                  We wanted that product, so pls send some one to solve the issue enless we exchange that product within warrenty time

                                    Since two to three days I am calling for my refrigerator fixing but the people from Piplod branch surat are not responding properly also the way of talking to customers is also too much inappropriate. They are not sending the technician. They are being rude also it’s their duty to solve my problem to it’s earliest as I have called them for many more times and every time I had mentioned it to them that it’s really urgent. It’s not being even a yr and my refrigerator is out of order, I don’t blame you guys for ur product but then it is your responsibility to fix it at it’s earliest. I am very much upset with this.

                                      I brought Lg tv on 5.06.2019...I have done fully payment...at the same time...The sales person told me delivery will be on next day means 6 the June ...But still not received my order...So I was try to called customer care as well as delivery helpline number...but no response on call...very pathetic service ...so much disappointed...if you demanding fully payment at same time...then full fill the commitments ...
