I bought sony htiv300 home theater on sunday 9th dec 2018form vijay sales miraroad branch, 1st problem is 1 speaker is defective, and 2nd problem at time of payment here hdfc bank staff confirm there is offer from hdfc bank 5% cashback & 0% rate if emi for 6 month, and today morning i get message from hdfc bank my emi converted for 6 month @ 13%.
I contunisly calling to [protected] vijay sales manager at miraroad branch, but he never answer on call.
This is requesting to vijay sales please resolved this problem as soon as possible.

    I have purchased samsung refrigerator on[protected] from vadodara vijay sales. I have purchased this on emi from hdfc bank. At the time of purchase vijay sales man and employee of hdfc bank has given me assurance that there will be no hidden cost or interest on emi. But surprisingly my first emi increased by 242 rs. My purchased price is 26000 but i will pay 2409x12 — 28908rs so my extra cost will be 2908 rs. This has created worse image of vijay sales that it has no transparency. So, please provide right information to customer at the time of selling. Dont missguide them.

      Poor after sales service
      Use less customer care executive
      Dear customer
      Plese do not trust on the words of sales person while purchasing
      Because i was made fake commitment while purchasing and no visit of technical guy at home since more than 8 days
      Once you have paid the bill then don't expect any help from them
      Make your mind set that you have to handle the rest
      Morever i got call from customer care executive
      While complaining him regarding my in convenience he sounds dis interested and told he just want to confirm that product has reached your home or not thats it
      And he disonnected my call while i was speaking, what kind of customer service is this???

        Registered complaint for 43 inches videocon tv bought from vijay sales dombivali. Provided all the detail with warranty. But there is no positive response. Not expecting such kind of poor response from such a reputed firm. Get feedback that co has closed but for co it is mandatory to provide the service support for next 10 yrs even it has closed.in fact this tv has offered with 5 yr warranty & when vijay sales is taking this product for sale they are actually responsible for giving the service support. The main intention of buying the product fron vijay sales is to have strong future service support. But we are totally dissappinted

          Hi i have purchased vise 43" tv year ago. Tv display has gone blank twice.
          First time it was about after nonth of purchase and service tech had repaired it and returned back after repairs.

          But on 16 nov tv broke down again and it is still under guarantee, but even after registering complaint no service tech has arrived and its been 10 days now and no one is bothered to attend our complaint.

          Is it that only while purchase we are your customers and after purchase and promise of waranty you are ignoring our call.

          It looks like i have to complain to consumer court to get my complaint attended.

          Worst service ever i recomend all my family and friends not to buy any appliances from vijay sales.

            Having issues with colors on screen and images are blurred. Please help in as soon possible. Since yesterday having problems on screen. We can able to see only two colors on screen yellow and violet. Rest image is as black and white screen. Need assistance to look in to the issue. Already in warranty period. So please consider the request and provide help in.

              Dear team, i bought this tv in last year in june and my tv is still in warranty and now i am facing problem in this, if i am facing this in warranty only so its mean after warranty i will face issues in this, so product quality should be good and now in my tv there is lineing in image and color for the same picture is not clear so please send a technician for same asap.

                delivery issues

And was promised that the product will be delivered at my house in 3-4 days yet even after 5 days the delivery is not been done. After personal visiting the shop i am informed that my first order is not been cancal yet and the second order in still far away from been processed. Even after full payments have been done in advance...

                  I bought an 55 inch lg led tv from rohini sec 3 branch.. I got its delivery on next morning.. On its delivery i didnt received bill.. They just give me challan for it.. Now 10 days have passed away.. Still no installation person have visited us and i didnt received bill for tv.. I found very poor service from vijay sales.. Customer care is not picking my call.. I will not buy anything from them.. Kindly look into the matter asap..

                    I purchased elica chimney on 11.11.18 from your dev arc mall outlet, ahmedabad. It was advised by the sales person that it will be installed in couple of days of delivery. The unit was delivered on 12.11.18. Even after 5 days of delivery, it is yet get installed. Above mentioned outlet was contacted and advised for the same. Even elica waa contacted. After continuations follow ups, engineer from elica visited on 17.11.18, he couldn't install the unit as no pipe was supplied by the vijay sales.
                    Even after full payment, no one in the outlet is absorbing the accountability and taking lead to resolve the issue.
                    Please advise the branch to coordinate and get the unit installed immediately.

                      I have purchased lg side by side refrigerator from vijay sales on 06/11/2018 and i was told by manager (Yogesh contact no - [protected]) that if i make payment through my icici credit card with 12 emi, no cost emi i. E, no interest will be levied on 12 installment along with 15% cashback will be credited to my account within 90 days but as of now my first emi is deducted and interest is also levied.. Now mr yogesh has changed the statement to check with bank and bank is saying there is no as such scheme on this product.

                      Kindly note i have not taken delivery of the product till date. Kindly help me in resolving this issue

                      The delivery was delayed and when continuous follow up done the Refrigerator delivered was having dent on the side wall and that particular piece was delivered from the showroom itself instead of the Central godown in OKHLA But due pressure of continuous follow up they delivered a dented product. KUDOS to the service of VIJAY SALES.

                        Hi,
                        I had purchased videocon led tv from vijay sales mira road branch with 3 years warranty + garranty
                        Worth of 35000+ and within a year the product became faulty. I am really unhappy about the unprofessional and irresponsible attitude! They are extremely uncooperative! They suggested me vediocon led to buy and now when the product is faulty and vediocon company is not producing led, i am stuck and harassed by the staff so much that i am planning to go to consumer court against them. I had registered my complaint several times still i have not received any response from your team and no representative attend the fault. And when someone finally came, he took rupees 2100 for transportation of the product which never took place.
                        Kindly do the needful action immediately...

                          I have ordered panasonic tv and bajaj geaser led on 6th nov 2018 and i was told that the delivery of the same would be done on 9th november 2018.

                          My complaint is if there is delay in the delivery you should drop message to the customer and give proper information.

                          Kindly take this feedback as it is very disappointing and in future i am sure that i will never deal with vijay sales. And not recommend this organization to my friends and relatives.

                            On dated 20/12/2014 i have purchased a tv (Vise led tv 39 vn39f401) from lotus, indore (Mp) and presently i am leaving at bharuch (Gj).
                            After booting, image not showing clearly and vertical lines observed on display screen, while voice is clear.
                            I want to check the said tv at any service centre of vise in gujarat.
                            I communicated to vijay sales vadodara and ahmedabad, but they refused to take matter and no satisfactory reply given.
                            Kindly suggest and give me solution at the earliest.

                              We have purchsed lg washing machine on 4th nov with booking order ref same mobile number for delivery on 5th nov. Till today, product not delivered and each and every body we called/ calls from call center are making promises proves falls. Is there anybody, a proper system in vijay sales to ensure delivery as per scheduled date promised to buyer. Its disgusting and annoying us. Very sad affairs. Need immediate help. Anybody responsible please look into and compensate us.

                                  I imtiaz ([protected]) receive my samsung single door refrigerator on 30th october 2018. At 9:00 pm which seems to be damage i called customer care and inform the same as delivery man refuse to take the same. But from that date till 7th november 2018 no one help me for my concern. I kept calling to the vijay sales chembur store customer care but it was only words.in vijaysales chembur branch i spoke to pinky and she inform me that she will take care of the same but when i called again on 6th november after 2 days of the call made she said she forgot and she will delivery it on dated 7th november 2018. But again on dated 7th november she again called me and said it will be delivery on 8th november 2018 as the delivery boy forget to pick the refrigerator. As i live alone it was worst for me to wait as i have to go on job after 3:30 pm and they are not ready to delivery my refrigerator before 3 pm i have already taken 2 leaves from my office and which have mage my lost i have also mail them but no revert no the mail nor proper help made. Hence want all my lost to be taken by the company.
                                  My leaves loss 2 days
                                  My food / cold drink got nassy
                                  My time for more then 8 days wasted calling and speaking with them.

                                    Worst service encountered today from Vijay sale Ulhasnagar branch. Very lazy staff with less knowledge. First they will promise you some price quotes then when you will proceed for a particular product then prices will get start increasing slowly slowly.
                                    Even for payment mode, they will tell you hundreds of ways but when you will proceed for the payment, either their server is down or they will ask a documents which we normally dont carry.

                                    Today morning i visited to above mentioned branch for purchasing an refrigerator for round 30K-35k. A sale executive Mr. Praful (Sales Guy) started guiding me regarding the refrigerator. For every piece in which i showed my interest, everytime he use to go back to the counter to check the current price for it. then at last i finalised one Samsung Convertable 324 Ltr refrigerator. After processing the half payment system he came & informed that this model is not available in stock & will take 5-6 days in delivery. Then i selected other model as i was looking for next day delivery.
                                    Then i opted for EMI option, some guys came & started processing my EMI. In every 2-3 min they were calling someone & asking for what to do & how to process now, how to fill this now. They were almost "0" in EMI processing knowledge but still Vijay Sales authority allowed them to process this. I guess Vijay Sale Authorities are not aware how serious payment module is. Small error can make customer suffer very badly.

                                    After trying his best after around 45 min, guy told me that sir server is not working. But i was 100% sure that server was Ok, only that guy was not able to do it, so just gave the excuse, because i was continuously listening to his telephonic conversation & from that i can figure it out that the person to whom this payment guy was talking on call, asked him to say server is not working, & this guy will be back in office in 2 hrs, so he will process the payment. So, i came back to my home.

                                    After 3 hours i got call from Mr. Praful, sir our server is fine now, you can come & make the payment. I again went back for the payment, then again after an hour they asked me for a cheque for processing EMI. No one informed me about this nor in morning visit neither when Mr. Praful called me in evening. When i raised this query payment guys & Sale guy available there started looking each other faces & started exiting from there one by one.

                                    I went to Manager, reported everything to him, but shockingly he went to them & was talking to them very casually like he is asking wether they has lunch or not or how are their health. Then came back to me & said sir i feel sorry for this. Now what we can do, we need cheque so we cant help you in this issue. But my main issue is why dint they informed me all this thing in morning or when they called me back for processing the payment. They knew that i m planning for EMI option, still dint informed me this & in front of manager they were saying this is customer fault as we had informed him, but when i asked them to say this in front of me, no one dared to come in front of me. We are not sitting in home & go for shopping everyday. Who will bear all my travelling expenses which i had bear just because of their lazyness & low knowledge possessing.

                                    I was an regular customer of Vijay sales. I had purchased 2 laptop (Sony Vaio & Macbook Air), 5-6 mobile phones in 3-4 years, 2 washing machines in last 3 years, 1 LED tv. When ever i need any electronic product i always go to Vijay sales.

                                    But now after this incident, i am sorry, but i will have to think 10000 times now. As a customer i am feeling very rudely treated. I think Vijay sales has achieved his monthly target for this month thats why now they are not valuing their customer.

                                    Now i will never go to Vijay Sales again after this experience.

                                      I have ordered samsung washing machine and samsung led on 6th nov 2018 and i was told that the delivery of the same would be done on 8th november 2018,
                                      I received the washing machine on time... My complaint is if there is delay in the delivery you should drop message to the customer and give proper information.
                                      Also if there is more than one product purchased by the customer.. Try delivery everything together to save time.
                                      Kindly take this feedback as it is very disappointing...
                                      You can also ask the convenient time of the customer to delivery of product as there is high possibility of people being out... Especially during the festive days...
