Please note that I have not received any calls from Vijay Sales till today, and I have been put to lot of inconvenience by watching the newly purchased Videocon TV without its sound system.
Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

This is further to my complaints dated 20th August, and 23rd August, 2018.
It is almost 3 weeks since I have lodged a complaint with Vijay Sales, Kalyan West, but I have not received any response from Vijay Sales.
At the time of purchase, and till the time Vijay Sales had received the money for the product, the attitude was very good; but now when I am put to inconvenience, they turn a deaf ear.
I have paid the full money for the product, but the product had turned out to be a defective one.
I have been cheated by Vijay Sales. They know very well that the customer can only keep complaining, but do not have the courage or the financial capacity to go to Court. They very well know the customers' weekness, which they are taking advantage.
I had many a time told Vijay Sales to exchange this defective TV with a good one so that I can at least view it.
They are not bothered since they have already received the money. It is not they who are suffering, but the customer.
None of the promise of Vijay Sales could be trusted.
It is almost 3 weeks I am unable to use the brand new TV purchased from Vijay Sales 6 months back.
When I suggest them to exchange the TV with a reliable working TV, they say that their rule does not permit it.
BUT WHEN THE CUSTOMER WHO HAD PAID THE FULL MONEY; AND WHO HAD LODGED A COMPLAINT 3 WEEKS BACK, SUFFERS; THEY ARE OK WITH IT, AND THEIR RULE PERMITS THAT.
VIJAY SALES IS INTERESTED IN MONEY AND NOT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
