If you want to buy first hand good product, never in your dreams buy from vijay sales
I use to be a believer in ‘vijay sales’. Leave what they offer, how cheap they give products, whatever may be the campaign but at the end, you want a good product which works and is not “damaged”.
Vijay sales in vashi, in palm beach galleria mall is fraud and scam. I went to vijay sales to buy a refrigerator and select samsung 5 in 1 model rt34m5518s8/hl/2018, i got discount, hdfc offer and i told them deliver it to my house. After two days the truck came with my fridge with two delivery boys, who got my fridge to my house to my house with my help, and when they were removing i helped them to remove the cardboard, they kept and went away with my old fridge (No demo nothing just kept and vanished). I tried to open the vegetable try to check my warranty card, the vegetable tray handle came out and there was crack in the tray, then i check every corner, i found a dent in the inside part of mental portion and one dent in the back side of the fridge. I called the guy immediately, they asked what happened and told this, “sir, when you were removing the cardboard, that time the vegetable try broke/cracked and “, can you believe that a metal body got dent and a toughened glass got crack when slowly i was helping them to remove the cardboard. These are the people who ask for money for delivery, vijay sales just talks on they don’t ask money, but you will have to give them, or they will not leave. (Not secure). I had to call minimum 30 times on what to do, at the end they told they will replace, but you can’t use the fridge. I can’t use the fridge, i have paid for. After more two day another fridge got delivered, the same delivery boys come see the previous fridge kept in the kitchen and say, ‘sir why you used it, kisnai bola use karnai ko’ now they try to open the replaced fridge, and i did not help them this time as, i didn’t want them to say something happened because we help them. While removing they broke my tube light and tube light holder, as they were inexperienced. When they open this replaced fridge, there is a dent again! Now when they call vijay sales team (Customer care) they tell me “chota dent hai, chalega na”. The same day, leaving all my work went to the store in vashi, no one wants to attend me, the customer care guy are chatting about a movie when i am tensed waiting for them to attend, i told them i can understand can you give me any other fridge, they told it’s out of stoke, they told they will call and inform me when the third replacement fridge will come.
Now, the customer care of vijay sales, vashi calls me and tell all the fridge they have dent, new fridge will come after 15 days for the new one and you can’t use the old fridge, when i ask them can you them can you give me back my old fridge, they said laughingly, ‘sir wo scrap mai chala gaya hoga’, i don’t have my old fridge and can’t use the new fridge, i have paid vijay sales for what? When i try to connect the customer care, i need to narrate the story to every one 100 times, and when my brother (Suffering from cancer) got little angry and asked, how many day more, when will i get my fridge. I will complaint. So rahul from vijay sales vashi, sai ‘ch*&^e jo karnai hai kar mai nahi darta” and many bad words which i don’t want to mention. My brother got so upset that he had to get medicated as he is physiologically ill as he is going through chemo therapy. After all this i have no clue when i will get the fridge. Please help me in sharing this and let people know just by giving offers you are not doing a great thing on customer. I had purchased a Elica Gas Stove and 2 Philips Mixers, of which i took 1 mixer and asked to deliver the other 2 product at the new residence.
As i used my bajaj card, the address mentioned was my old residence, so at the time of booking i stated very clearly i want delivery on my new address and they promised yes we will.

When i called them after 3-4 days where is my product they said we will only deliver in your old address, so i spoke to the concerned person in the R CITY mall.
Than they promised we will deliver within a day at your new address

No communication from their side as if whats the status, whenever i call they say TODAY it will be delivered.
I have been hearing this from past 3-4 days.

Finally my Product is delivered today after so many calls from my end.
With Philips Product they had a free Movie Voucher, which i didn't received, now they expect me to follow up on the same.
Pathetic Service, No communication among the employees and they didn't deliver what they had promised.

I hope the product would be good and not damaged

I am purchase dell laptop in dec 2017 but not working properly it's taking to too much time for start and keyboard keys also not working. When i am called dell customer care they told me u hv to go for cc center. But when i was buy the product vijat sales person told me about dell service is good. If any issues comes in that within warranty period cc services provide at home u need not go any where. But this is not happened. Please help me asap.

I purchased chimney from chandan nagar vijay sales. This store even does not have even single unit in its godown so sales person asked to deposit money and your chimney will be delivered in few days. I called after 4 days to know status but after numerous attempt no body replies to call and even i experienced they were disconnected call.
Ultimate one person received call and talked very rudely and said please call after 10 days. Not sure when it will be delivered and what will happen to installation process.

I had purchased a videocon smart tv from vijay sales kalyan west vide receipt no. 167-q-sif-3130 dt. 24.02.18.
On 14 august, 2018 suddenly the sound of the tv went off. I made a complaint with vijay sales kalyan west on 15th august, 2018.
On 18th august, 2018, the representative of videocon came to check and it was found that the speaker has stopped functioning and need to be replaced. He said it will take 10 to 15 days, since videocon company has been closed.
It is just 6 months from the time i purchased a smart tv and i have started facing problem.
I am forced to watch tv without sound since 14th august, 2018.
I have invested my hard earned money of rs.22, 990/- believing that vijay sales would provide me the best product.
I have on 18th august, 2018, also made complaint to vijay sales, kalyan west through email at [protected]@vijaysales.com.
I would request you to replace this defective tv as this piece would continue to give problems in the future, and i would not get the needed service.

Solicit your early action in the matter.

Worst staff... I dont know ho to describe this in words... Rude to rude male or females both are same... My mom is not welll in middle they didnnt gave water to her... Then they say you go to mahim branch... Again mahim branch said go to prabhavedi vija sales... We have purchased our lifes first t. V.
From your reputed outlet in santacruz, mumbai.
Around 27 march, 2018 we booked the electronics from your shop.
Then we made the full payments on 30th march 2018.
Around 1st april, 2018 we got our delivery and on 4th we got the t. V. Installed since the moment it has got installed we have loged a complaint for the same regarding its usb slot not working.
After n number of times we tried getting in touch with you and videocon firstly we nevwr received any feedback and finaly when we got an answer of the mother board being damaged.
Its been a high time an its not expected from such a renowned vijaysales post service.
We need an urgent replacement for our t. V. And that too as soon as possible.

Its been 6 months and we have given more than enough time for u'll to take an action.

Approximately two days back we have again contacted vijay sales and still we haven't received any call.

I lodged complaint for non working of spin function of wasting machine, engineer visited & removed damaged motor/capacitor but even though it's their co. Machine, their engineer not received new part to replace yet, already 3-4 days are lapsed after lodging complaint. Waiting for solution to problem asap.

The model is the warranty period
There was the problem before wwhich wass solved by ur engineer... And this time there is new problem that's shock is coming for the television due to which we cant use the television so plzzz take my complain and resolve the problem ass ssoon as possible by sending u r enginerr...

Our tv is not working for last 1mth. We laogged a complaint on customer care but still their was no response. We calledin the store for the same but the staff present in panvel branch are not able to solve the problem. And are suggesting to buy new tv. And also dont have manners to talk to customers. If you are not able to solve the problem why would we buy another product from you.

Have lodged complaint to vijay sales customer care more than month ago... But still that is not being resolved... Called customer care several times but only answer got is "will look personally in this matter"
Very confidently they commit that next time we will not have to call them again... But then we are again at ground zero. Wonder what happens to these false commitments. Is these false commitments for all customers??
Being under warranty if this is the speed of your response. I am sure all would surpass their warranty period before your executive would take any action towards the complaint. This is certainly leading to customer dissatisfaction which is a big question mark on your brand value. You should ideally stop promoting
Your brand. Regret to buy from vijay sales.

Sir,
This is to inform you that I had purchase TV (Videocon 55 '') on 18/08/2017 from Vijay Sales, Prabhadevi Branch, Mumbai. (Enclosed the Bill for your ready reference)
On 19/06/2018, I lodged complaint with Vijay Sales as line was appearing on screen and not viewed properly (Complaint No. 1806B192156). For more than 15 days my compliant was not attended. On repated request and reminder on 3/7/2018 they took TV for repairing and informed that in weeks time it will be repaired. After 7 days when inquired they told it may take 15 days.
I regret to inform that nowadays I am not satisfied with the services of Vijay Sales, Prabhadevi Branch.
Though more than one month has elapsed my TV is not repaired nor replace.
I therefore request you to look into the matter and replace the TV with now one, as it seems that it is not repairable and it is in Warranty Period.

We have purchase samsung led 46" tv from dombivili on 22 april in the month of july tv was not working we were out of town so my hysband gave complaint in samsung customer care the executive came than he was suppose to come bask after 2 days, but he did not turn up. So we called in vijay sales and again given complaint the executive visited on[protected] again he said he will let us know, after that we got a call from samsung executive num [protected] he said we are not able get motherboard of your tv & even we do not have same model tv so could not replace we can refund the amount back to your.
He has asked addhard card number & my cheque scan copy to refund, now today when i called customer care they said there is no request of refund & the person is not lifting phone

Regarding above subject i getting massage about delivery from last 2 days how ever i not get proper call about delivery. I request by this massage that kindly make delivery today only assuming that this is special case kindly tell your delivery boy contact me immediately for delivery details. Your representative mr. Chandan has contacted me but not conformed about delivery.

I purchased MI A1 mobile phone from Vijay Sales, Delhi (Rohini) Branch on dated 12.09.2017 with one year manufacturer warranty and one year Extended Warranty of Vijay Sales vide Invoice Code No.[protected]. on dated 31st July'18, a bike snatcher snatched my above phone and sped away. I lodged an online complaint in this regard also. However, when I contacted Vijay Sales to refund my amount of Extended Warranty, the representative refused to do anything with regard to refund. I told her that since the phone is not available, Extended warranty has no value and requested to refund it since, the mobile was already under manufacturer warranty. Whereas in Exteded Waranty brouchure of Vijay Sales(attached) under FAQ- in answer to question no 4. 'I changed my mind and I want to cancel the plan, can I get a refund? Ans. - While We will be sorry to see you cancel the plan, we can certainly refund the plan within 30 days, provided you have not already filed a service request.'

In view of above, it is requested to refund my Extended Warrant Amount to me at the earliest in accordance with the terms and conditions of 'Extended Warranty'

I bought samsung 40inch tv, lg washing machine, lg freez, & kent water heater from yr dadar siddhivinayak branch. My register mobile no is [protected]. Tv salesman told me it's smart tv while company person who came for installation told me it's not smart tv. Same way kent salesman didn't btell me i need to buy pump for kent to work. Company fellow told me water purifier won't work without pump which i have to purchase. I bought pump worth 9000 rs. & installed now he is telling it won't work without kent pump& if anything happens after installation they won't take gurantee. Hr talked also very redely.

Very very dissatisfied with improper information as well the way it has been handled.. Never ever visit again if this is not rectified for sure..

To whom so ever it may concern,

I'm not a new customer of vijay sales, have purchased quite a few things in the past for personal and business use both as they offer a wide range of products with good prices but this time when i needed their help for my new house, i was really disappointed!! A new house as you can imagine needs a long list of appliances and other daily use items. When i went to purchase air conditioners from my local vijay sales (In vaibhav khand indirapuram) i was told that the payment and the product both would be done according to my liking. I had asked that the bill be made for a different address but the products to be delivered at a different address which in this case was very close to the store (Windsor park vaibhav khand). When i went for the final payment (Via cheque) i was refused over all my earlier agreements and told that they cannot do such deliveries and told me that i can go else where to purchase my things!! The gentleman who had agreed to all my terms and conditions was the sales executive mr. Ajay nagar who wasn't present on the day i went to pay for the whole purchase; had spoken to his senior mr. Ranjay (Sales manager). Mr. Ranjay also had said that he has confirmed the whole situation with his ca who had initially not agreed but later through a different thought process said yes to the whole thing!!
In short i was denied the air conditioners which i desperately needed for my house warming pooja which put a huge kink on my d-day!!! I'm really disappointed with the way the staff behaved that day and i'm pretty sure of not recommending this particular store again to anyone.

We bought a refrigerator on 11/05/2018 & it is not working now it's been 3 months only and it is in not a good condition now we registered complain on 30 july at both haier and vijay sales and they didn't give satisfactory answer and were rude and after so many wait the person came to fix it at 8:30 on 31 and and we would request you for replacement and ask your staff to be good to customers!!
