I have purchased mi note 5 pro of 15500 rupess it was financed by me with the help of icici credit card they were given me all the necessary details that ur intallment wolud be 1470 for 6 months i had given 7000 downpayment but ur charging now 1860 per month every month i my card it was showing 1860 in all statement i have also enquired about but they said that installment is of 1860 but how is this possible it's not possible becoz this is not the possible amount in any how i need my money back

Wifi not working and if its work and we use internet then it automatically gets disconnect after 2, 3 minutes or if its turns on then it will not show the available network

    Hi purchased a brand new hit ach i air conditioner from vijay sales andheri infinity branch

    It was bought on sept 25th 2017 and since oct 2017 the day it was installed i started having problems

    I called vijay sales and was told to speak to hitachi people

    The ac needs to be repaired almsot every two months

    Again the ac is gone for repair and i am told it will take 7-10 days as he coil needs to be replaced

    I call the vijay sales manager mr shahid but get no help

    I need to ac replaced as i have really suffered a lot

    It has been the most ridiculous experience in spite of being a regular vijay sales customer

      My name is pooja chouhan. I m regular costmer of vijay sales. I purchase many item form vijay salez like 5 t. V., laptop, refreezrator, laptop, mobile, etc. But today i dicipointed with ur service and branch manger behavior. Because last i purchase tv some issue is come but i ignore them. But today issue going above head. Today i go my nearest branch of vijay sale in krishanagar to purchase t. V. (12990tcl) i saw there price and tell to sales man to give me some discount because i regular costmer of company and my friend also there ex sales service man. Then saleman dicussed with manager and give me 200rs dicount. Then i make payment and payment debited form my account but system have some error so bill not competed. Then manger told me give full price of t. V. Then i told then u give 200ra discount as refernce of my friend then managet speak some abuse language and don't come here again with refrence. He can't know speak to costmer and with girls. I rquest you sir please hang a board on door and write on board that don't come with referance otherwise i hang board out of shop. And please give my payment back and cancel my product. I not want buy any product form vijay sales and told to my group don't buy any thing form vijay sale because manager don't know how to speak with girls and another also. I don't want any product for vijay sales so give me back may payment in one day.. After i will do my final action... Thank you.

        I had purchased lenovo ideapad 330 on 5th august 2018 from vijay sales rcity ghatkopar branch.
        While giving demo, the representative no where told me that cd rom is not available in this model. It is the representative's responsibility to provide each and every information to the customer.
        Now i have purchased this laptop for my fiance who is in merchant navy and is on duty right now. Most of his work is depended on cd rom.in the model which i have purchased, there is just a dummy module of cd rom but inside it is empty. If such module is available the representative must have told me about this so i could have purchased another laptop. Now it is of no use to us anymore.
        Another thing the representative told me that the speed will boost upto 2 ghz after you use the laptop. Its actual is speed is 1ghz and till date it has not boosted. Why this false information was provided to me?
        When i called up vijay sales regarding my issue and told them to exchange the product they said there is no such policy of return or exchange here.
        So i have registered a complaint against vijay sales with consumer forum and my complaint no. Is 908503.
        Kindly let me know if there is any chance of exchange of this product?

          I have purchased the Videocon UHD LED VMMM50QHOZS-FDA on the date of[protected].

          Since it was having 3 years of warranty. The engineer arrived within two days and informed that it's a minor glitch and they will take the TV to the service station clean up the dust and get it back within next two to three working days.

          The experience after this was absolutely pathetic. I never got a call back from the service station nor from the customer care support regarding the updates. I had to call the customer care support on daily basis to get the updates but, I don't need to mention how bad the customer care support is. There is no process what so ever, the customer care representative are least helpful, there is no defined escalation process, there is no track of the complaint number. The only update that I got was we will send the service center a notice and they will give you a call back within 24 hours, which never happened till the time the complaint was closed. They also provided service station numbers but, didn't get any response on those numbers.

          After visiting since month there is no proper response from vijaysale team father visited at Videocon International Ltd when and technician told that the delivery of the TV is delayed because of a missing part.

          Father asked them about the ETR but, they did not provide any dates. He kept on calling the given number and the service stations for another one week but, no luck.

          I am really very disappointing by the sort of after sales service that has been provided by Videocon. It's a real shame that such bad service is being provided by a well known brand.

          I wold also like to know what are the ways to escalate things here since I never got a proper process to escalate from the customer care representative.

              Deer all,

              Really feel embarrassed to see the the services of lg and vijay sales., still i haven't got any response from any one..
              Omg what all you guys are doing there.
              Sinve morning i was waiting for the revert from vijay sales and lg via mail bit no revert.
              Now today on 10th september i called to lg customer care number an lady has picked the call and i asked about the replacement she said yes yes yes sir noting more i thought she not have an atequate to speak with customers.
              After that i spoke mr. Nipun manager mobile no.[protected] of vijay sales at district center janak puri new delhi, first he said they will not replace as this lg smart led is broken by us, i will attached all audio clips to this mail. After arguing with him he confirmed over the call that he will ready to replace it and will send someone to collect led from my residence
              Now let's talk about the nonsense question puted by manager mr. Nipun. He asked us that led broken by outside or inside i replied inside... This is commonsense that if we force anything from outer surface that intently that product become broken from outer surface first then from inner.
              Now tell me how this received in inner broken condition... This is all about fake vijay sales and lg..

              Now at around 6 i got call from lg engineer mohan vishnwakarma he said wrbwilk replace only of we will pay 13000, are you guys mad, i will not pay single panny for this, this is what # you guys are talking about.
              You guys have not manner how to talk with customer.
              Now i callee nipun and informed if tomorrow till 12 if i will not get any response from lg or vijay sales will come to vijay sales district center and throw the led to your office and will file police complaint.

              Yor all are making fake promises to customers
              I will lodge this to everywhere on social netwrok

                My vise 48 inch tv speakers is not working. So we did call the vs service the tech came checked the bill which says 48inch.. I. E in warranty and checked the led tv and said requires a part. Then they disappeared and after multiple follow ups for 2 weeks they came with a 32 inch speaker.. Wow.. Then the guy removed some pics n said in 2 days he wld be back with the right speaker s which he didnt.. No followup frm vs.. So we then again followed up.. N the customer service guys again will just forward this.. Nearly a mnth now.. Nothing has happened.. Im suprised there is no 48 inch tv part in the warehouse of this big a brand.. And still waiting for the part to be changed.. N hope its a good part no defect... Can i get a reply from anyone there about this.. Or what ur ginna do about this.. Or will u just ignore this.. Saying this has been forwarded to the right dept.. I need answers not predictions..

                  I had purchased haier refrigerator on 16 june 2018 and till date i. E. 07 sep 2018 7 complaints have been made regarding the cooling of fridge. Everytime engineer comes and repair the same and after few days o[censored]sage the cooling becomes low or minimal.
                  Please get the same resolved urgently by replacing the product as 7 complaints of new product is shameful for vijay sales and haier who are selling the poor quality of product.

                    Hello Team,

                    I have purchased a juicer from Vijay Sales, Hinjawadi branch. However, on returning to home I come to know that my brother has already bought one for me as a Rakhi gift. I immediately called up the store customer care (which was within one hour).
                    The lady named "Pramila" listened to my problem and asked me to come over store. She will refund the amount after talking to her manager. I tried reaching her on that day but it was already 7:30 PM. It will take atleast 1.5 hour to reach there. So I postponed my visit to the store to next day. However since I need to go to China in next 15 days and I had issues with my passport, I was not able to go yesterday also. Today I had asked my brother to return it. However the lady changed from her words and said we can only exchange this.
                    I talked with her manager "Dashrath" and he said we dont trust you words rather we trust our internal personnel and disconnected my phone saying we will not return the product

                    That is how you behave to your customer. The manager didnot even bother to answer any of my questions and handed my phone to brother.
                    Can you please explain this kind of behavior.
                    And yes if you cant explain this, then please keep the product to yourself I dont even need your damn refund.

                        Dear vijay sales team,
                        This mail is to bringing some negative points in front of management.
                        I'm a regular customer for vijay sales arond last 7 years but this time the facilities and staff behavior has disappointed me to such a extend that i dont want to see the any vijay sales store.

                        Recently i purchased 1 hp laptop for the amount of rs 49, 000. Dated 13 august 2018.
                        I faced 1st issue of drive. For which i had been to vijay sales store from i had purchased.
                        After 2 days again the system got hang and not working. So again i visited to store.
                        This way total 5 times i need to visit to the store for solving my laptop problem.

                        Still im facing some major ptoblem in the laptop and im requesting to the vijay sales person to replace it. But he said as your replacement warranty is over so you can not ask for replacement.
                        Un authorized work is vijay sales should not kee customers laptops without logging complain, he didn't inform aboit the term and conditions.
                        This all was done by mr. Avinash from vijay sales, churning road branch, mumbai.
                        Where as my last visit to same store mr. Avinash had used bad words to my sister and my self. And shouted in front of public.
                        These behavior had open my eyes that never ever go back to vijay sales.

                        Now hp people are saying as this is already due under replacement warranty since its problem with vijay sales so customer need to deal with vijay sales.

                        In conclusion vijay sales has cheated me by there service.

                          I had vise led tv 39 inch it worked nicely for 1 year then the nightmare started after 1 year the tv blacked out, after that i called their service center they took 1.5 months to get it repaired after calling tons of time and after i got my tv back from service center it again blacked out after 1 week very pathetic and bad service from vise and i don't know what to do now

                            I Ms. Dhanashree Gohil had purchases the above mentioned TV from Vijay Sales Virar Branch on 5th December 2016. The TV display has git some issue for which we contacted Vijay sales to send its Videocone authorized technician.
                            The technician visited our place on 28/7/18and took a service charge of 590 and said part is not available with them. It is 30/8/18 today when we are approaching vijay sales for help and still the answer is same "PART NOT AVAILABLE". I am married and working the TV is at my parent's place now these old people are not even attended properly in the stores. So me and my Brother in law Mr. Suyog Kelkar are following up for the same.

                            Mr. Praful Pandey the so called floor sales manager of the stores is not even attending the calls. Is this the service that Vijay sales is rendering?? Do we still trust them for the products they sale, they can give services for their wear outs later? Are Managers like Mr Praful Pandey contact no -[protected] really worth??

                            Pitiful i would say!! Vijay sales say Mr. Praful Pandey works in franchisee but name that is getting spoiled that is of Vijay sales. Do people from Vijay sales even sense such things that their customers are getting pissed off by this quality of services?

                              This is to inform you about your extremely poor after sales service of vijay sales. It looks like other brands don’t listen to you at all.
                              I made a complaint regarding the malfunction of my prestige water kettle on 11 aug 2018 and there is no reply from them. Neither of their technician has even visited. My appliance is within the warranty period.
                              Every time i have to go to their show room customer care to know the status of my complaint because they do not pick the call at all. They are always busy. Moreover when i went to give the feedback regarding my kettle in the tab that they have kept in your show room at virar branch, the tab was fully discharged and the power switch was disconnected because the employees there were charging their own mobile phone from that power socket.

                                I have purchased vise tv before 3 years with 3 years warranty. Before 8 months tv started giving problems related to sound. I have lodged a complaint with customer care and have taken followup almost 20-30 times but waste. It is not yet repaired and now realized that i can just hope that someday their technician will come with repaired part which looks impossible as vise sales have worst support.
                                Customer care, service center all are pathetic. Customer care guys just take the remarks and will inform you that they will forward it to service center where in service center managed by some other third party don't even reply to calls.
                                I regret my decision to purchase something from vijay sales and in future will not take any product of vijay sales. I advise refrain from buying anything from vijay sales so that you don't have to suffer like me.

                                  I bought lg uhd led tv 55 inch from vijay sales, ashram road branch, ahmedabad on 12th of august 2018. On 23rd of august, i faced an issue of red vertical line appears on the screen display and immediately i called vijay sales ashram road branch and complained about it. The next day 24th of august, technician visited of lg company and he told me very clearly it's a major tv fault. He asked me what you want now and i told very clearly "i want simply replacement of it and replacement should be brand new tv because it's not only 15 days of buying it and such issue occurred and i'm totally unhappy for this with this product, vijay sales and lg. I don't want any other option, i just want replacement of it and that's what i have paid for and if you can't do that simply take it back and return my payment back".
                                  On 25th of august, i called ashram road branch to inform them about technician visit and replacement of it. They told me that till tuesday they will inform me about what action they will take once they will get an answer from lg company. See that's their look out, my thing is i have paid such a huge amount for it so i just and just want a replacement of it and in replacement i want new tv only. They were just not reacting to what i m saying and it's totally unacceptable and i'm unhappy towards their services and the way they handle it.
                                  Before they tell me about repairment or any other option, i want to make a complain about it that i want replacement of it and if that's not possible for them refund my money back i don't want this product and take this product back. I'm very straightforward from my side. Please take this complaint seriously as i have paid a lot of money for this tv and i don't want any compromise in it.

                                    Dangerous scam!!! Red alert*!!! Caustions!!! Employees use bad words.
                                    If you want to buy first hand good product, never in your dreams buy from vijay sales
                                    I use to be a believer in ‘vijay sales’. Leave what they offer, how cheap they give products, whatever may be the campaign but at the end, you want a good product which works and is not “damaged”.
                                    Vijay sales in vashi, in palm beach galleria mall is fraud and scam. I went to vijay sales to buy a refrigerator and select samsung 5 in 1 model rt34m5518s8/hl/2018, i got discount, hdfc offer and i told them deliver it to my house. After two days the truck came with my fridge with two delivery boys, who got my fridge to my house to my house with my help, and when they were removing i helped them to remove the cardboard, they kept and went away with my old fridge (No demo nothing just kept and vanished). I tried to open the vegetable try to check my warranty card, the vegetable tray handle came out and there was crack in the tray, then i check every corner, i found a dent in the inside part of mental portion and one dent in the back side of the fridge. I called the guy immediately, they asked what happened and told this, “sir, when you were removing the cardboard, that time the vegetable try broke/cracked and “, can you believe that a metal body got dent and a toughened glass got crack when slowly i was helping them to remove the cardboard. These are the people who ask for money for delivery, vijay sales just talks on they don’t ask money, but you will have to give them, or they will not leave. (Not secure). I had to call minimum 30 times on what to do, at the end they told they will replace, but you can’t use the fridge. I can’t use the fridge, i have paid for. After more two day another fridge got delivered, the same delivery boys come see the previous fridge kept in the kitchen and say, ‘sir why you used it, kisnai bola use karnai ko’ now they try to open the replaced fridge, and i did not help them this time as, i didn’t want them to say something happened because we help them. While removing they broke my tube light and tube light holder, as they were inexperienced. When they open this replaced fridge, there is a dent again! Now when they call vijay sales team (Customer care) they tell me “chota dent hai, chalega na”. The same day, leaving all my work went to the store in vashi, no one wants to attend me, the customer care guy are chatting about a movie when i am tensed waiting for them to attend, i told them i can understand can you give me any other fridge, they told it’s out of stoke, they told they will call and inform me when the third replacement fridge will come.
                                    Now, the customer care of vijay sales, vashi calls me and tell all the fridge they have dent, new fridge will come after 15 days for the new one and you can’t use the old fridge, when i ask them can you them can you give me back my old fridge, they said laughingly, ‘sir wo scrap mai chala gaya hoga’, i don’t have my old fridge and can’t use the new fridge, i have paid vijay sales for what? When i try to connect the customer care, i need to narrate the story to every one 100 times, and when my brother (Suffering from cancer) got little angry and asked, how many day more, when will i get my fridge. I will complaint. So rahul from vijay sales vashi, sai ‘ch*&^e jo karnai hai kar mai nahi darta” and many bad words which i don’t want to mention. My brother got so upset that he had to get medicated as he is physiologically ill as he is going through chemo therapy. After all this i have no clue when i will get the fridge. Please help me in sharing this and let people know just by giving offers you are not doing a great thing on customer.                                       I had purchased a Elica Gas Stove and 2 Philips Mixers, of which i took 1 mixer and asked to deliver the other 2 product at the new residence.
                                      As i used my bajaj card, the address mentioned was my old residence, so at the time of booking i stated very clearly i want delivery on my new address and they promised yes we will.

                                      When i called them after 3-4 days where is my product they said we will only deliver in your old address, so i spoke to the concerned person in the R CITY mall.
                                      Than they promised we will deliver within a day at your new address

                                      No communication from their side as if whats the status, whenever i call they say TODAY it will be delivered.
                                      I have been hearing this from past 3-4 days.

                                      Finally my Product is delivered today after so many calls from my end.
                                      With Philips Product they had a free Movie Voucher, which i didn't received, now they expect me to follow up on the same.
                                      Pathetic Service, No communication among the employees and they didn't deliver what they had promised.

                                      I hope the product would be good and not damaged

                                      Would never choose VIJAY SALES ever.

                                      We have booked a Daikin AC from Janak Puri store. They delivered the wrong model last day and now they are wasting our time saying they will deliver it in next some hours but they are failed in every committed delivery time. What should we do? we are annoyed
