I have purchased one laptop from vijay sales, r city mall having bill no.015954 dt.4th july, 2018, time 20:28 hrs. He complaint is laptop processor is very slow and was told to hp authorized service center at ghatkopar, contact.[protected]. They told to change the laptop as the same is in warranty period if they repair it the warranty will go. I am trying to contact vijay sales on[protected] but it is out of order. Want to know will i get the replacement.

I had Purchased the VICE LED TV from Vijay sales 6 month ago. now i was facing the trouble in the product. i was register the complaint last 1.5 month ago, technician said part want to replace. so same complaint register on 19 june 2018 to CC but till date they are not give the proper solution to me

    Very bad servise . 2 times went to vijay sales customer care servise but nobody came.

    Why they are sales electeonics product ?
    Customer care servise very poor.
    Nobody visit for the installation of tv. Around 9 days went for my complaint no technision visit at my home. Whenever i call there telephone they can't receive and no response. It is totally shameless .

      Bad, worst service ever. Dont buy any product from Vijay Sales. I bought a onida tv on 3rd July and delivery was done on 7th July 2018. Till today no1 has called or come for installation n demo to my place. Above that sales person from vijay sales are ill mannered. Dont know how to treat customer. Poor customer service.

      Stop this nonsense n stop taking customer for granted.

        I had purchased a Videocon make refrigerator VZ263ME Silver from Vijay Sales Prabhadevi on[protected]Bill Enclosed) (It was a gift from my relative on my marriage). The Fridge is covered for 2 Years on-site warranty and 10 years of Compressor Warranty. On 13th June 2018, there was a problem with the cooling. I made a complaint to videocon customer care on 14th June, 2018 by calling on phone No.[protected]. After I successfully registered the complaint, I got the reference no. MUM[protected] and two no. [protected] and [protected] on 19th June 2018 but none of them answered my calls. After waiting for 7 days, no body from videocon attended the complaint. Hence, I called Vijay Sales customer care [protected] on 21st June 2018 and they told me that there is issues with Videocon company and they cant guaranty the service will be provided but still whenever I called they use to tell lies that Videocon service guy will visit within 2 days but no one comes or calls me. This was bit strange to me and I again called to Vijay Sales customer care and informed them the situation. But, they are not taking any responsibility of repairing my Refrigerator under warranty. Videocon Customer care no. is not available any more.

        This kind of irresponsible post-sale service from the company and Vijay Sales is not expected and they should arrange to either repair or replace my Refrigerator at the earliest possible.

          Sir/Madam
          This is to inform you that I Apoorva Chugh purchased an Electrolux split AC model no ES18Q4I ON 20th March 2018 from Vijay Sales, Indirapuram. Since last week(05/07/2018) the cooling went down. We called the customer care for our service requirements. They sent us a service engineer (cell: [protected]) with no knowledge of the services he had to provide and due to his negligence the AC went down. I tried to reach him again to ask the problem. After 3 hours and 10-15 calls the service engineer came back and told us that inside panel has gone down and will come the next day to change the part. Again the next day after calling the service centre numerous times they again sent two service engineers and they told us that outer panel has fused out and again they will need a day to get the part. During all this the service centre agent Mr. Mohammed Shafi (cell: [protected]) was extremely rude and kept disconnecting the calls. In this weather with excruciating heat how is one supposed to stay without an AC, and that too without any of our mistake.

          I am highly disappointed with the behaviour of Vijay Sales representatives and I seek help as we cannot bear this much heat. Please look into this matter on urgent basis because such behaviour is not acceptable.

          For your reference I've attached the bill as well. I expect a quick response.

            It's been three months i have purchased the laptop and also i have replaced it one time and again the new one is also dead. While using laptop automatically its dead and now its not charging and turning on.

            don't turn on keep it up for 2 minutes

              I had purchased a Vise 1.5 Ton window AC in 2015. It worked well for 2 seasons properly. But In 3rd season It stopped cooling. I talked to the Vijaya Sales customer care and complained about same. They suggested that the gas has been leaked and it needs to be repaired and refilled the gas. They quoted roughly 6000/- total cost. I found it very costly and unreasonable as the AC cost itself was 21000/-. I got it repaired outside Vijaya sales service and it started cooling properly. But the problem is that the gas leaked again in 1 week only and again I took it for repair. Disgustingly there were roughly 5-6 leakage in it's pipe. I again got it repaired. And it started cooling properly. But after 2-3 weeks again there were 10-15 leakage in it's pipe. I got screwed up. Actually it's pipe is quite thinner than the standard AC pipes and not durable. It's very fragile and of low quality. I got frustrated and expecting from Vijaya sales to take my concern seriously and provide me some durable solution as they have sold a low quality product to me. I have purchased order receipt.

                  Purchased on EMI Haier fridge from Vijay Sales, we have been charged 2 emi's of Rs 2050 for the same. spoke to the executive at Khar outlet, they are not willing to help, also received call from executive saying do whatever you want to do, we cannot help you with this.
                  there are two different loan accounts generated and two differenct emi are beeing deducted from my account.

                  Non of the officials are willing to help at the branch and when we receive a call from your executive he threatens us and say's do what ever you want to do ... thats heights of arrogance at no fault from us ... vijay sales has raised two invoices for the same product ... and taken the payment twice hence i m beeing deducted with two emi and they want to shred of the responsibility and i am paying for no reason and no fault because if i bounce the emi my credit will be effected and since they are quite aware about it ... they are very arrogant and careless... this is loot ... and violation of my consumer rights...

                    This is with reference to our purchase of television with product sony led klv-32r302f purchased on 3rd may 2018 through vijay sales trombay road, chembur branch, mumbai. The invoice number is 108-r-sif-657 and order no - 108-r-so-2086 where we made a payment of rs. 25990 through bajaj finance. We had taken the television to gift my niece on her wedding the very next day. I had asked to give immediate delievery. We took the product and gifted the same to my niece on her wedding. Now my niece wanted to get the television installed in her house so she called up sony service centre panvel branch on 3rd july 2018 and asked them to visit for installation and demo. The person who visited from sony service centre was the one who unboxed the television and he himself brought to our notice that the television is a used piece as there ere scratches all over the television and the television had pre-settings already done. The television did not even have the transparent stickers on it. According to the service centre person the television was already unboxed.

                    We approached vijay sales on 5th july 2018, they denied any act happened of that sort and instead of addressing our complaint started shouting at us that it is not their fault and we have come in 1 or 2 days or should have checked the piece before. My question to sony india and vijay sales is that when the product was purchased with the intention to gift our loved one and when we trust a brand like sony that after making payment to them we will receive fair product how can the dealer question us on the same, this is a very serous issue as they took the advantage of we being in a hurry in our wedding preparations and took the opportunity to fool us. The manager at the showroom misbehaved with us and ignored our complaint. The money which we paid is our hard earned money and today we feel cheated by vijay sales and sony. It was gift meant for my niece and this act of cheating has left me embarrassed in front of them too. We request here to kindly look against the matter and take appropriate action against vijay sales and help us either get our money back or get the product replaced.

                        I had recently purchased new tcl led 43p6us tv from vijay sales prabhadevi show room (Invoice number 156-r-si 4003), on 27 june 2018 and was informed that within 24 - 48 hrs a technician would arrive to initiate and install my new tv.

                        Today is 03 june 2018 and 144 hrs less sunday 24 hrs is 120 hrs later, there is absolutely no news or even a phone call from anyone.

                        Have been chasing this issue daily since purchase but all empty promises from both parties, vijay sales and tcl india customer support no. [protected]

                        Am quite fed up trying to organise a response from either party.

                        Vijay sales, please stop selling krap which does not have enough backup, after sales.

                        Tcl india, please stop selling a product which you are unable to support.

                        I need immediate action for installation please!!

                        Once AGAIN a VERY BAD and NASTY experience with VIJAY SALES.

                        Purchased on 27th June 2018, TCL LED TV 43P6US from Prabhadevi Showroom again, basis the good response earlier from VS for my JBL Soundbar 2.1

                        Howere today, 2 weeks after purchase, the TV has already started showing problems.

                        1. Wifi Connectivity - Wifi keeps DROPPING
                        2. Pre Loaded APPS dont Work - YuppTv app keeps crashing.

                        TCL TV India Customer Support is HORRIBLE, with totally unprofessional and incompetent employees.

                        Earlier on when I tried calling TCL support for Tech Support on connecting my JBL 2.1 Sound Bar via HDMI/ARC Port, was informed by their CHIEF TECH that ARC is not supported in this TV. However, using google I found my answer and same started working.

                        Today I called TCL Customer Support for Wifi Drop and YuppTv App Crashing - response from them - will send DEMO [protected]@@!!!

                        Would kindly suggest VS to REFUND my money or REPLACE my SMART LED 4K UHD TV with another EQUIVALENT 4K UHD, but NOT TCL!! Soonest! These TCL Support guys will soon give me heart attack!

                        Attached is a complaint right from BEGINNING.

I haven't connected it to bluetooth, aux, radio, usb it wasn't working in any of that form... So i just wanted to ask that where i have to take it to get repaired or get replaced?

                            I have purchase heier ac on 23 june 2018 from vijay sale gt karnal road sharadra. Firt bad experence, ac was delivered on 26 june 18 as bill was misplaced by delivery boy.

                            Ac installed on 28 june 2018 by some agency, 1650 was paid by me from installation and stand.

                            On 30 june 2018 ac is not working properly inner vent got ice blockage on complaint to installation boy, he checked and update ac gas is low, he put meter and insert some pressure in outer unit.

                            Cooling get bad ally effected, number of engineer visited my place and give false and unjustifiable reason for not cooling unit.

                            I am using ac from last 20 years of different brand carrier, lg, samsung, carrier all are place in my home having 2 floor all are working good after 5 years.

                            Haier engineer visited and giving false reason for not cooling at different temperature. On asking them to check cooling they refuse and tell gas is ok

                            If gas is ok then why ac is not working properly there is some fault in unit which company deliberately avoiding to redress.

                            Haier engineer taking photo by replacing tape and opening window to dilute our claim, brij kishore/hemant/sandeep namberdar bad ally reacted with my wife/ and taking photograph with out permission.

                            Kindly replace the unit other wise i will file consumer compalint

                              Dear sir/madam,
                              I regret to bring to your notice the purchase of a philips uhd led 49put7791 from your showroom located at palm beach galleria, palm beach road vashi, navi mumbai maharashtra.

                              Details of purchase are as under.

                              Purchase philips uhd led 49put7791 against order no 163-q-sft 270, date 31/12/2017.

                              Regret and protest as under.

                              1 the showroom has packed and delivered the displayed (Repaired) philips uhd led 49put7791 this being a defective one.

                              2. The packing came without any warranty card or user manual on bringing this to notice showroom informs that the bill is the warranty card.

                              From day one this tv is giving problems.

                              From sound issues to connecting to home theater, to picture quality.

                              Frequently while watching a program the tv goes blank with a blue screen. We need to switch off/on the tv to resolve the problem. As of late the tv restarts but background channel plays. (Background is audioble but no picture, screen shows restarting).

                              Technicians have checked and confirmed problem with tv and say that "mother board" needs to be replaced.

                              This is a new tv still in warranty. I request that the tv be replaced immediately or refund the cost.

                              Many such request to vijay sales/philips has been ignored. (Complain ref no: /tha[protected] scode s25061/tha [protected] response code r22379/tha [protected] scode s32423) and many more

                              Being a customer i have some rights, please do not trample on it.

                              I hope this issue is sorted out at the earliest as it is causing a lot of stress, anxiety and leading to health issues.

                                We have purchased 32"tv, bill #222-pbg01-17si399, dtd14.01.2017 from vijay sales, waghire, pimpri, pune, which has warranty of three years. On 23rd june, 2018, we have lounge complain as tv was not getting on. The person came and diagnose to replace mother board and promised to replace the board with in 3 to 4 days. However till date no firm commitment is given even after one week of the complaint irrespective of daily follow ups.

                                  I bought a lenovo ideapad 330 laptop at vijay sales, ashram road on 27 th june, 18. On that day they did not install ms office and told me to come next day. On next day they say d installing service is stopped at ms office level so come to next day. The next day they again ansewred same. And told that they are not responsible for this. This is the prblm between me and ms office company. So, they cant help me anymore.

                                    After purchasing Videocon television on festival offer we really should say all customer Never ever buy any appliences from you as you only sale all dead stock of the companies on discounted rate which dont have any spare part in market and after service from your end and also from companies end

                                      Sorry to say that Vijay sales delhi customer care & landline of Vijay sales Gurgaon is so pathetic...I bought my LED on Saturday ...they commited to get it install on monday positively but today is Thursday & they r very irresponsible...no calls & their landline giving whole day busy tone.

                                      Please help me to resolve it ASAP otherwise I need my money back.

                                        We recently purchased an eletrolux a/c model no. - oes18q4i from vijay sales faridabad. It was installed and then when we start that it was not cooling first. First they said the gas was leaked now they are saying the coil is also leaked. My worst experience yet.in this whether the vijay sales guys not cooperating and sold us a already defective product and cheated us. My calls are continously being declined by them. I want as soon action as possible!
