Once AGAIN a VERY BAD and NASTY experience with VIJAY SALES.
Purchased on 27th June 2018, TCL LED TV 43P6US from Prabhadevi Showroom again, basis the good response earlier from VS for my JBL Soundbar 2.1
Howere today, 2 weeks after purchase, the TV has already started showing problems.
1. Wifi Connectivity - Wifi keeps DROPPING
2. Pre Loaded APPS dont Work - YuppTv app keeps crashing.
TCL TV India Customer Support is HORRIBLE, with totally unprofessional and incompetent employees.
Earlier on when I tried calling TCL support for Tech Support on connecting my JBL 2.1 Sound Bar via HDMI/ARC Port, was informed by their CHIEF TECH that ARC is not supported in this TV. However, using google I found my answer and same started working.
Today I called TCL Customer Support for Wifi Drop and YuppTv App Crashing - response from them - will send DEMO [protected]@@!!!
Would kindly suggest VS to REFUND my money or REPLACE my SMART LED 4K UHD TV with another EQUIVALENT 4K UHD, but NOT TCL!! Soonest! These TCL Support guys will soon give me heart attack!
