I booked a whirlpool washing machine and made full payment on 19.11.17. The machine was delivered on 20.11.17 and old machine (Working condition) was picked up @ 7.00 pm. While purchasing the ifb washing machine, it was told that the technician would visit for installation after 7 days which was not agreed by me and was about to leave the shop. Mr. Dilip the manager at kothrud sales office, called and requested that he will personally look in to and ensure that the technician would visit the shop within 2 days and requested to make a purchase.

I have registered complaint to vijay sales on 26th oct'17 reg. Repair of my onida lcd television which was purchased from vijay sales few months back with 1+2 years extended warranty.

Post registering complaint engineer visited at my place on 2-3rd nov'17 and post inspection he said that front panel of the tv need to be replaced and he gave us 1 week tat for the same.

Two times tv panel & display not working then engineers change display or panel on from apr to sept 2017,
After that in nov 2017 warrnaty period are finished, same problem are arise and company engg tell me your warranty are expired. If product of philips are defective.

I purchased a dell laptop from vijay sales the laptop is very slow and freezes a lot. I contacted dell they told me to format it even then the issue is not resolved so they told me to go to vijay sales i went vijay sales they told me to go to dell. Who will resolve my issue? Our prime minister?.
