I bought washing machine from ggn sector 29 store order no.341-q-sot 3607.
I have told the guy who sold me the product that we need installation visit tomorrow only, they said no problem!!, i told them we are not available over the weekdays so any how we need it tomorrow if you can't don't sell this but he sold saying it will be done tomorrow anyhow.
But you guys are good for nothing still sending installation guy on weekedays only.
If that was the case you should have told me when i bought this machine, u guys just need to sell ur products, u guys are good for nothing.

    It is under warranty
    Due to dust on panel we approached to service centre several time after that the picked on 26th february 2018
    And return it without working on it and was more damaged
    So they took it back bt not responding anything now

      My name is prashant and i live in surat gujrat i have purchased one 50 inch Philips led tv from Vijay sales last year. In three years warranty There is problem in tv in last six month i have so many times get complaint for display problem of my tv they are not resolved my complaint permanently every time engineer came and repair my tv then after 15 days problem comes again i have completed to vijay sales manager but they have not solved yet so please replace my tv i am having so much trubble my mobile no is [protected]

      My complaint is not resolved yet and when i called to your costumer care mr karn who attended my call not give me proper answer also when your sales executive mr vibhav panchal said they don't know about the problem now he insured me for proper solution but i don't trust for that please replace my tv or give me money back.

      I have complained so many times but my complain not resolved after 2 months my tv is not working from last 2 months and vijay sales executives are not giving me proper answer of my complain please solve my problem or i have to get some legal action against your company

        I write to you on behalf of Ayesha Nisar Sindhole (with her consent) who bought a fridge on 12/03/18 from your Opera House branch.

        The fridge was delivered today. The three young boys who came to deliver it were very careless and rude.

        Firstly they wanted to leave the packed fridge just like that and go, without opening and installing it. They said 'it was not their job to open the package'.

        When Aayesha insisted, they did it reluctantly in a very careless manner. They did not heed to her request for unboxing the fridge in her verandah and not inside her house as the room is very small. This is when I intervened.

        They were fumbling a lot so I asked them if they have done this before. One of them responded arrogantly 'Bas kya madam'. One of the other boys nudged him to ask for money from me. They asked for 'Khushi'.

        I refused as I was not very happy with their behaviour and handling of the appliance. But they did not leave and kept standing at Aayesha's house entrance. It was meant to be a very happy moment for her as she had been saving for this fridge for a very long time. I didn't want the scenario to get ugly so I gave them some money so that they would go away.

        Aayesha and I did not like being put in this situation by the delivery boys. Kindly train them better to be more careful with the appliances and not behave arrogantly with customers.

            Dear, sir
            I had purchase my double door refrigerator samsung company, 32 inch led t. V videocon company and microwave oven samsung company in same day last before month at time of 28th january, 2018 at place of odhav, sp ring road, ahmedabad.
            Problem with damage piece given by service boy and he was not to open a refrigerator and shown to us when i was open your product is damage so i was calling that time your company caller lady answer to me she is changed the product but after a hout time nothing to reply and when i call back to your customer service in odhav branch the telecaller lady tell to me no change by company because of i am late to tell the company but my prayer for that is just your delievered boy not to open the product or any person to your company for demo boy. Its your job for satisfaction to customer so i request change my refrigerator or change the first single door in refrigerator. I had raised the complaint in customer care but they are also tossing us. It was not under over scope, you contact your purchased vijay sales shop. We are thinking that we are your most reliable customer, we want quick service.

              Have brought iphone 8 plus from mira road branch in the month of january 2018, within 3-4 weeks o[censored]sage its starts giving problem. Using camera or using more than 3-4 apps, phone abruptly crashes and automatically restarts. It happens all the time when i used this phone. While buying this phone it was guaranteed by vijay sales staff that there is 12month warranty for the phone. I took my phone to in mira road branch, one sales person told me that they don’t handle such cases u have to visit apple store. I was disappointed from the service. As he told me to visit the store, i followed his command and visited the apple store in borivali. I explained my problem they told me its a software bug, they factory reseted my phone and after a week same problem is occurring. I want a replacement of this phone. Please vijay sales team, u have to take care of your customers.

                Dear vijay sales team,


                This is with reference of the onida smart led (Model no:- leo40kyfain) purchased from vijay sales from exhibition br on date[protected] attached bill for reference.

                There were many option for led tv while i was purchasing it but i decided to go for onida smart led because of its international brand image, trust, better after sales service & warranty backup about which we were assured by vijay sales.

                At the time of purchased of this tv we were informed that it will come with full manufacture warranty support for 3 years as i have extended 2 year warranty.

                Issue: -

                Near about 2 month ago on 23 dec 2017 i did complain at vijay sales regarding my tv that its showing a line in display panel they assured us that we will send the technician and repair the tv. After few days, a technician came to my home and tried to repair the tv but he was unable to do so. He said will change display panel in 2 days and went away.

                After 1st visit we again i complain after 5 days that no technician came. And daily i keep calling them every day i get same response that we will escalate your complaint to manager and get it resolve in 1 day

                After a 15 -20 days later i get call from onida technician he said me that he get the panel but its look faulty so he wont come and install and new panel will be arrange in 2 days!

                It been passed 2 month now i keep calling them to get the solution of it and every day i get same response that we will escalate your complaint to manager and get it resolve in 1 day

                Then at last saturday after a 2 month around same technician came and check the tv and again he open my tv and try to fix it without bring the panel.
                For which i have been waited for 2 month now?

                When i asked him about the problem then he said that the service centre has sent him without panel even they know that my panel need to be replaced. And he open my tv and broke it and now i am having a tv which whole screen is broken?.

                Now here are some point about which i would like to draw your attention: -

                1) we were not getting any kind of response from company and vijay sales as every time i was taking the follow-up for knowing the status and waiting for the solution.

                2) thanks to vijay sales for not responding to any of my complaint calls as i have been calling them daily.

                3) i was fool to trust vijay sales and invest my money on tv and was delivered fake promises from them

                4) i think it was fault to not to take any action against vijay sales even after 2 months and keep listening them.

                5) it was my fault that i let onida technician to visit to my house and let him repair my tv without him informing me that he never brought the panel
                For which they made me wait for 2 month

                6) none of the company manager have revert to me and only the same technician has come and even he broke my tv even more that i am not able to use it anymore

                Now, you guys have wasted enough of my time and harassed me mentally. I am not able to focus on work.


                Thanks for your useless efforts and i will not going to buy any product from vijay sales and specially onida brand

                        This is with reference of the Haire LED TV (Model No:- LE55B9500U) purchased from Vijay Sales from Krishna Nager on date 22nd Nov-2017 Sale Invoice on customer my name.

                        There were many option for LED TV while I was purchasing it but I decided to go for Haier TV because of its international brand image, trust, better aftersales service & warranty backup about which we were assured by Vijay Sales.

                        At the time of purchased of this TV we were informed that it will come with full manufacture warranty support for 3 years.

                        Issue: -

                        Near about 1 month purchased of TV 1 days while watching the TV it suddenly fire itself about which we did complain at Vijay Sales Krishanagar branch. They assured us that we will send the technician and repair the TV. After few days, a technician came to my home and tried to repair the TV but he was unable to do so. He didn’t reply anything to us about the problem and went away.

                        After 1st Visit we again complain after 2 days. We call them to get the solution of it. Then after a week same technician came and check the TV and again he was unable to start it. When I asked him about the problem then he said that this TV is dead so he will discuss with his reporting manager and we will get revert about this. He left our home without giving any Job sheet 2nd time or any copy of his visit.  We were waiting for the call from the company but have got any reply about it. Then i called to Mr Mahesh Prajapati who is BMS in Haier India for knowing the status of it. So, he replied to us that we have replaced the new PCB and motherboard but even then, your LED is not starting which mean it a kind of conclusion that TV was panel is broken Physically. So, we can’t repair or replace.

                        Now here are some point about which I would like to draw your attention: -

                        1)      We were not getting any kind of response from company and Vijay Sales as every time I was taking the follow-up for knowing the status and waiting for the solution.

                        2)      After the 1st visit of technician Mr. imran, he didn’t reply to us anything when we asked him by calling so he told that it look like a physical damage but he is not sure.

                        3)      While we called Mr. Imran again for knowing the status, he accepted that if the Tv is Physically broken or damage then the inner part won’t fire up.

                        4)      Crake on the TV panel is very small from which is clearly said that the inner part can’t be fired because of it.

                        5)      When I have spoken with the Mr Harsh Thekdi who is also part of Haier India Ltd, he started to shout on me with anger which was improper behaviour.  He also told that we will not replace it and even won’t any technician. He even refuses to give any written reply for this TV problem.

                        6)      None of the company manager have come to visit the TV at my home only the same technician has come and even he is also not sure about the Physical damage.

                        7)       Also, it is said that PCB and mother board is changed but if the panel was physically damage than there was need to change the PCB and motherboard.

                         Now, you guys have wasted enough of my time and harassed me mentally. I am not able to focus on work.   

                        Action: -

                            So, you guys have not left any option for me rather than going to 1st Consumer Form then 2nd to digital media and 3rd to Press release against Vijay sales, Haier India, Mr Harsh Thekdi, Mr. Bhavesh Chaudhari & Mr. Mahesh Prajapati for default commitment of warranty, inferior product quality, improper behaviour and no response, mentally harassment and lose in my business because of this.     

                        Request:-

                        I will wait for your reply for 2 days to replace this TV with another new same model TV or refunding me my completely money.

                        My led tv is fire automatic campni services engineer is ded, then I placed a request with vijay sales(Krishna Nager store) for replacement.  I called this customer service guy vijay from Krishna Nager store, he was so rude and straight away told me to start using the tv as it’s a very common issue and he also asked me to visit the store and talk to his manager for replacement. It was really very unprofessional behaviour on their part and I want a quick response from your end.

                          Hi,
                          I have purchased Hitachi 2 ton 5 star AC from Vijay Sales Kharghar, Navi Mumbai on 22nd Oct, 2017. AC was installed by Hitachi Service center in few day. while installation outdoor of AC was not installed properly. outdoor stand was adjusted forcefully to match with outdoor wholes.
                          since I have done new concealed piping for my old AC, technician told that same piping will work and he started installation.
                          Installation was finished and AC was working properly.
                          in three days for installation we experienced less Cooling and I registered complaint in Vijay sale kharghar.
                          A technician visited within a week and saw the way machine was installed and took some picture and sent to his boss and he went away that day.
                          another technician has visited and found AC gas leakage Is a issue.
                          to find out which part was leaking he conducted nitrogen test in outdoor ad found no leakage then he refused to conduct leakage in piping and said to pay 2000/- for piping leak testing.
                          I told him since your technician told that piping is ok to install know I will not pay any amount.
                          so he charged nitrogen in piping and indoor both and said our indoor is ok and leakage is in piping.
                          I called my technician who earlier done the piping for me. he conducted the nitrogen test and found no leakage in piping.
                          so I again called Vijay sales saying that your hitachi service guy have not checked indoor individual, so do the same test only on indoor.
                          know I am following up for indoor nitrogen test from last 3 months but know they are saying that you have to pay for same.

                          My AC is new and still in warranty and I don't want to pay for any thing now. they should come and do nitrogen test on indoor without any cost.
                          but they are refusing it.
                          I want them to take the machine back and give my money back, but they are not listening to my request.

                          know they should look in to my complaint as soon as possible or I want my full money back along with some penalty from Vijay sales as they are not showing any interest in my complaint neither they are connecting me to service center.

                          I have taken durable loan to buy this ac and I am regular in paying my emi's this is really bad to see that they are charging for checking there own AC which is in guarantee.

                          I think this is loot.

                            Dear team,

                            I was a regular customer of vijay sales. I had purchased 55inch videcon television from vijay sales. At the time of purchasing they gave me all sweet talks that the telivison has 5 years warranty and it's best selling telivision but it's been more than a month that the display of the telivison is not working. Have registered multiple complains but no resolution. I would suggest never buy anything from vijay sales. They provide all used products to the client

                              I had purchased split ac from vijay sales, s. G road, ahmedabad on 21st feb 2017, i was told confidently by your manager that from date of purchase 3 (Three) free services will be provided by the service provider, unfortunately in whole year no one has come to check.
                              When i called today to vijay sales for checking why no one has come to service ac then the reply was that i should have called for service if there is any problem.
                              I would like to know that when any new produced is purchased, service is to be provided to protect any damages for future and not when product is damaged and customer has to call in warranty period. I am bit disappointed with the understanding of your staff.
                              Also he mentioned that now services are not provided its stopped? Is this true?
                              I need to think twice now to buy any product which is not your product.
                              Kindly look into and improve customer services and train your staff for softskills, they talk very arrogantly.

                                My self sagar ([protected]) from bhandup.
                                I have ordered the whirlpool single door refrigerator 200l where (Rs.2000) less prize is already available in online market for same product then also we have purchased the product from vijay sales because we trust the service of vijay sale as we have good experience of past.
                                But this time we are very disappoint as we are ready compromise for price part but the product which you have delivered to me was observed in damage condition & lost of dust accumulated on outside & inside of fridge.

                                  I have purchased 2 tvs mobile fridge and washing machine.
                                  First i want to hare some issues of executives they are not friendly they arr not responsible.. Customer have to find where is loan department.. Where is cash counter etc. No one is there to help cutomer it means you want to say you dont need customers we need you?
                                  Secound, third class after sales services and relations.. Your branch manager don't know how to talk with customers espesialy lady customers as per him after i purchase any product vijay sales is not responible for anything we have to deal directly company only... Then why do we prefer vijay sales we have other options.. He said do what can you do i don't care.. Is it way to talk with customers.. If deb arc mall ahmedabad branch manager is like this what we expect from executive level persons.. I want apology from him or i will take action

                                    I have booked whirlpool fridge (265 l) on friday 13 jan 2018 with all money paid and asked sales customer to deliver fridge on monday as they also confirmed the date.
                                    On monday they didn't deliver fridge (We both are working professionals so one o[censored]s had taken leave from office for that)
                                    So we adjusted the date to 17 jan 2018 after 7 pm.
                                    Delivery guy came at 5 pm. But as planned we have told after 7 pm.
                                    And that guy didn't come today on 17 jan 2018.
                                    Sales lady on phone said that they will definitely deliver today itself before 9pm.
                                    So after 9pm i called them all phones are switched off.
                                    Now what should i do.

                                      We purchased the pch064 eureka forbes w/purifier prime uv on 5/1/2018 from chinchwad, pune. On 6/1/2018, a guy named as deepak goyal mane came to install the purifier. He did his job and went but did not tell me that dividend valve is missing. Then on 8/1/2018 we complained about the water leakage from our purifier pipe. Then the service guy came on 12/1/2018. He asked me about the dividend valve but i had no idea of it. So i called vijay sales and told them that valve is missing. What they gave me was some mirza’s no. I contacted mirza but i’m vain no response from him. I request you to kindly provide me with dividend valve and take action against the vijay sales in chinchwad, pune. Ppl are not serious here. If no action taken then i will approach your md.

                                        Hello sir,

                                        I had purchased the slim fry microwave oven of brand samsung model mc28h5145vk from vijay sales kothrud branch on 07/01/2018. This microwave comes with starter kit which contains two borosil bowls. I didnt received this kit at the time of delivery. When i did the enquiry i was told that samsung does not provide any kind of starter kit with microwave and that is why we have not provided it to you. However the kit was mentioned in my bill. When i asked about the information given on the bill, they told me that they dont provide samsung start up kit and i was asked to come and collect kit given with whirlpool or ifb. I went to the shop on 13th where i asked for samsung kit only. However they provide me a very low quality plastic kit that too in a plastic carry bag instead of box and told me that this one only comes with samsung. When i told them that samsung provides borosil bowls they told me that samsung never provided e borosil and only lg provide it and i can buy it. I refuse to buy and came home with that plastic kit. However, after returning to home i came to know that my neighbor has bought same microwave oven from ezone and ezone has given her the actual kit which is provided by samsung. I am attaching herewith the image of kit my neighbor has got. Its not the question of buying borosil utensils but its the question of trust that is between buyer and a seller. I request you to look in to the matter.
