I have booked whirlpool fridge (265 l) on friday 13 jan 2018 with all money paid and asked sales customer to deliver fridge on monday as they also confirmed the date.
On monday they didn't deliver fridge (We both are working professionals so one o[censored]s had taken leave from office for that)
So we adjusted the date to 17 jan 2018 after 7 pm.
Delivery guy came at 5 pm. But as planned we have told after 7 pm.
And that guy didn't come today on 17 jan 2018.
Sales lady on phone said that they will definitely deliver today itself before 9pm.
So after 9pm i called them all phones are switched off.
Now what should i do.

We purchased the pch064 eureka forbes w/purifier prime uv on 5/1/2018 from chinchwad, pune. On 6/1/2018, a guy named as deepak goyal mane came to install the purifier. He did his job and went but did not tell me that dividend valve is missing. Then on 8/1/2018 we complained about the water leakage from our purifier pipe. Then the service guy came on 12/1/2018. He asked me about the dividend valve but i had no idea of it. So i called vijay sales and told them that valve is missing. What they gave me was some mirza’s no. I contacted mirza but i’m vain no response from him. I request you to kindly provide me with dividend valve and take action against the vijay sales in chinchwad, pune. Ppl are not serious here. If no action taken then i will approach your md.

I had purchased the slim fry microwave oven of brand samsung model mc28h5145vk from vijay sales kothrud branch on 07/01/2018. This microwave comes with starter kit which contains two borosil bowls. I didnt received this kit at the time of delivery. When i did the enquiry i was told that samsung does not provide any kind of starter kit with microwave and that is why we have not provided it to you. However the kit was mentioned in my bill. When i asked about the information given on the bill, they told me that they dont provide samsung start up kit and i was asked to come and collect kit given with whirlpool or ifb. I went to the shop on 13th where i asked for samsung kit only. However they provide me a very low quality plastic kit that too in a plastic carry bag instead of box and told me that this one only comes with samsung. When i told them that samsung provides borosil bowls they told me that samsung never provided e borosil and only lg provide it and i can buy it. I refuse to buy and came home with that plastic kit. However, after returning to home i came to know that my neighbor has bought same microwave oven from ezone and ezone has given her the actual kit which is provided by samsung. I am attaching herewith the image of kit my neighbor has got. Its not the question of buying borosil utensils but its the question of trust that is between buyer and a seller. I request you to look in to the matter.

Dear vijay sales

I am using ifb micro oven which i purchased last year from vijay sales in faridabad sector 15.

The oven does not auto - cut even after the timer is completed.

I am crushing myself for decision of buying a product of ifb, if one will have to struggle so much for getting the service done then there is no point of buying a product of such a company.

I ordered a Samsung fully automatic washing machine 5 days back and I got the delivery of a dented machine 3 days back, then I placed a request with vijay sales(janakpuri store) for replacement. Today I got the replaced machine that too was dented( more than the previous one), I called this customer service guy vijay from janakpuri store, he was so rude and straight away told me to start using the machine as it’s a very common issue and he also asked me to visit the store and talk to his manager for replacement. It was really very unprofessional behaviour on their part and I want a quick response from your end.

I have indesit company washing machine. The drum bearing broke and the drum moved out of its position. Called up vijay sales and they send technician from cooling sales. Got new drum and paid for it. After 2 months again the same problem. After calling vijay sales and cooling sales continously, they replaced the drum. But after that whenever the machine starts, lot of noise comes. When tried to call the concern people, they just gave promises and till date no one has come. Got another technician and according to him the drum is duplicate and due to this the noise is coming. This problem has been forwarded to the seniors but yet nothing have been done. It has been 4 months

I have submitted a complain for my vise led tv not working on 22nd dec 2017
Its been 17 days today this complain is not resolved its under warranty
I am very disappointing with the service which we are getting and we need this to be resolved asap
Called several times so far no response or action is being taken on it

Vijay sales took payment one week back from me for the new refrigetor samsung and twice they sent broken, dented ones to my home. They r thugs and cheators. Never respond properly and it seems they r trying to send broken pieces as new to consumers. Cheating and looting us. Coplete 9days have passed without delivery of refrigetor. Case is from chinchwad branch pcmc pune.

Yesterday (14. December.2017) i went on the janakpuri (110058) new delhi outlet and ask a hair straightener one of the salesman was showing me the product i was ready to purchase it. I ask to test this product but i realise that product is defaulted its not working in a proper way i asked employee to test me another product of the same brand and the same code he refused me that no we don't show any other product and you have to take this product only i was continuously telling him that product is defective please show me another one but he refused so i called the manager and i told him that this is the problem please show me the another one otherwise i'll not purchase so mr rahul choudhary (Outlet manager) misbehave with me in an favouring to his employee that no will not showing any other product if you want to buy. Buy or otherwise leave the outlet. He misbehaved with me and talked to me in an abusing way and he said that do whatever you want to do. Do but i'm not gonna show you any other product and now i'm not showing you any other product to you. If you can do anything you are free to do anything so he misbehaved with me on that outlet and insulted me he just shows his arrogance stupidity and eco and because of him i felt insulted and i just leave that product and said that i will do a complaint on your misbehaver. This is strictly unprofessional behaviour and unacceptable behaviour which he showed to me on the outlet.

So my request is i should get a proper response on my complaint and strict & proper action should be taken against my complaint please.

We visited vijay sales outlet at dev arc mall today for purchasing refrigerator. First of all we waited for 15 minutes for someone to come and explain the features but after calling twice someone came was not able to explain features. Moreover the sales person asked not to touch fridge. Despite of this pathetic response the store manager came and misbehaved saying “jo bolna hain bolo “and talked extremely rudely. Myself being pregnant asked him to talk properly but despite of that he continued talking rudely and misbehaving. The name of employee was neelai. Detailed envistigation is required to handle such pathetic customer service

*do not buy any product from vijay sales - fraud cheats* selling demo piece to customer without informing, because they commit about product they do not have in stock.
I purchased fridge on friday and delivery was not done on saturday.
When called for status they kept transferring and cutting call.
Then informed piece was defective and said will send from bhiwandi.
They sent delivery aftr 2 days and that was demo piece with sticker glue marks and scratch, with no plastic packing or thermacol safety.
Beware and think before opting pruchase at vijay sales

I usha engur bought a led of vise company from vijay sales in february 2017. I made a complaint my led display had a problem. After many requests my led was collected after one week on17th november. Now it's almost 20days i have not got a proper confirmation of when i will get my led serviced. Everytime when i call i am told that they will forward my request but to use. I am fed up now i want my led repaired fast or replace it. Or i will have to make a complaint in consumer court which i will if you don't give a proper reply to this. So please do the needful.

Helo, my name is mr. Mehra ([protected]) vijay sales sold me a defected gas (Su flame brand) on contacting them thy said we will replace with a new one, from two days after me following thm their person delivery boy shud call me and say sir i’m coming with ur new pcs after reaching my building he would say sir sory we did not load ur gas in our truck this thy did with me two times, today in morning their person did the same thing, and now i get a call from thm saying sir we cannot replace ur gas. Vijay sales keep it up for this way of service 👍.

Within one month of purchase my vise tv stop functioning, last 3 month i am regularly following with customer care vijay sales on telephonic number, 2.5 month before service man came and check the tv, since than i am waiting for default part to be replace, one week before service man came without part to replace and than gone, saying part is not available, this is 3rd class service on 3rd class product by 3rd class company.

I booked a whirlpool washing machine and made full payment on 19.11.17. The machine was delivered on 20.11.17 and old machine (Working condition) was picked up @ 7.00 pm. However, due to size difference we went to store @ 8.00 pm booked another machine and made balance payment. We requested them to get the new machine picked upon 21.11.17. The sales person said both thing will be done on 22.11.17. We cross verified about the deliver since we have going out of station on 23.11.17 and our parents (Senior citizen) will be home. Today on 22.11.17 i am informed about company policy about first pick up then delivery leaving my senior parents doing washing for 5 days. I want to cancel my order with vijay sales as delivery is pathetic

While purchasing the ifb washing machine, it was told that the technician would visit for installation after 7 days which was not agreed by me and was about to leave the shop. Mr. Dilip the manager at kothrud sales office, called and requested that he will personally look in to and ensure that the technician would visit the shop within 2 days and requested to make a purchase.
Now, its been more than 7 days days, and mr. Dilip says he is not bothered at all and one lady who coordinates the technician visits at this office says she had told that the visit was not possible, it was my decesion that i made purchase at my risk. She is not bothered and instructed me to speak with dilip and mr. Dilip who avoids my call and says he is on leave.
This is serious worst blunder post-purchase of the product from you and it appears that you motivate your customers to be negative ambassadors.
This shows how you treat your customers, the language is very vulger and very brittle as if they are not bothered at all. With special reference, the lady at your office coordinating the technician vivists, told blindly that if you are not satisfied, you may return the machine.

I would take the feedback from this behavior and for sure will not promote your worst service providing and non treating customers well to any one in my relation and whom i know.

I have registered complaint to vijay sales on 26th oct'17 reg. Repair of my onida lcd television which was purchased from vijay sales few months back with 1+2 years extended warranty.

Post registering complaint engineer visited at my place on 2-3rd nov'17 and post inspection he said that front panel of the tv need to be replaced and he gave us 1 week tat for the same.

Now almost 18-19 days are passed but no one has visited for the replacement. I called vijay sales customer care 3 times but they are saying that they are not getting response from company (Onida).

If the vijay sales is offering extended warranty on behalf of any company then they have to ensure issued to be addressed on time.

This is high time and vijay sales customer care executives are not professional. They do respond properly.

I had purchased philips led tv 40 inches from vijay sales bhiwandi, in three year warranty period
Two times tv panel & display not working then engineers change display or panel on from apr to sept 2017,
After that in nov 2017 warrnaty period are finished, same problem are arise and company engg tell me your warranty are expired. If product of philips are defective.
Kindly provide display or panel which are defective in warranty.

I purchased a dell laptop from vijay sales the laptop is very slow and freezes a lot. I contacted dell they told me to format it even then the issue is not resolved so they told me to go to vijay sales i went vijay sales they told me to go to dell. Who will resolve my issue? Our prime minister?.
Resolve it as soon as possible or replace my product this is not expected feom a trusted brand like vijay sales.
