I purchased aquaguard on 30th october from charni road branch mumbai, for which i had asked urgent installation as my daughter was down with health. They promised to remain assured about installation and said that it will be done on tuesday. But installation dint happen on tuesday. Neither did your branch people contact installation engineer regarding the problems faced by him during installation nor did they had courtesy to call me back. Total negligence it was. I had to visit the branch and get the updates of all. Mr. Pradip lakhania promised me yesterday, installation will be done today by engineer at 11.30. Engineer came at 13.00 today, investigated to find out that aquaguard was having defective circuit and insisted to get aquaguard replaced. Still your branch was unaware of problem bcoz as usual they dint feel to call back and enquire the issue faced. Instead i had to call them and tell the issue. This is how your branch is lethargic, doesn't care about customer. I doubt to purchase anything from you people henceforth due to your careless service
