Helo, my name is mr. Mehra ([protected]) vijay sales sold me a defected gas (Su flame brand) on contacting them thy said we will replace with a new one, from two days after me following thm their person delivery boy shud call me and say sir i’m coming with ur new pcs after reaching my building he would say sir sory we did not load ur gas in our truck this thy did with me two times, today in morning their person did the same thing, and now i get a call from thm saying sir we cannot replace ur gas. Vijay sales keep it up for this way of service 👍.

    Within one month of purchase my vise tv stop functioning, last 3 month i am regularly following with customer care vijay sales on telephonic number, 2.5 month before service man came and check the tv, since than i am waiting for default part to be replace, one week before service man came without part to replace and than gone, saying part is not available, this is 3rd class service on 3rd class product by 3rd class company.

      I booked a whirlpool washing machine and made full payment on 19.11.17. The machine was delivered on 20.11.17 and old machine (Working condition) was picked up @ 7.00 pm. However, due to size difference we went to store @ 8.00 pm booked another machine and made balance payment. We requested them to get the new machine picked upon 21.11.17. The sales person said both thing will be done on 22.11.17. We cross verified about the deliver since we have going out of station on 23.11.17 and our parents (Senior citizen) will be home. Today on 22.11.17 i am informed about company policy about first pick up then delivery leaving my senior parents doing washing for 5 days. I want to cancel my order with vijay sales as delivery is pathetic

        While purchasing the ifb washing machine, it was told that the technician would visit for installation after 7 days which was not agreed by me and was about to leave the shop. Mr. Dilip the manager at kothrud sales office, called and requested that he will personally look in to and ensure that the technician would visit the shop within 2 days and requested to make a purchase.
        Now, its been more than 7 days days, and mr. Dilip says he is not bothered at all and one lady who coordinates the technician visits at this office says she had told that the visit was not possible, it was my decesion that i made purchase at my risk. She is not bothered and instructed me to speak with dilip and mr. Dilip who avoids my call and says he is on leave.
        This is serious worst blunder post-purchase of the product from you and it appears that you motivate your customers to be negative ambassadors.
        This shows how you treat your customers, the language is very vulger and very brittle as if they are not bothered at all. With special reference, the lady at your office coordinating the technician vivists, told blindly that if you are not satisfied, you may return the machine.

        I would take the feedback from this behavior and for sure will not promote your worst service providing and non treating customers well to any one in my relation and whom i know.

        The both employees are least bothered and were stating this is how the process is. Customer should contact IFB directly and IFB person telss you purchased from Vijay Sales and you coordinate with them.
        Is this the way?? I strongly doubt how your behavious would be in case of any issues related to the machine non-functioning if any in furture.

        This is very seriouos violation of commitment given by your employee who are representing the top brand Vijay Sales. and this is how the Vilay sales is being found in public... and be sure I would definaately not recommend such FALTU store for any purchase.

        See the culture of Tatas, Reliances and other competitors. really shame on the culture at your office.

          I have registered complaint to vijay sales on 26th oct'17 reg. Repair of my onida lcd television which was purchased from vijay sales few months back with 1+2 years extended warranty.

          Post registering complaint engineer visited at my place on 2-3rd nov'17 and post inspection he said that front panel of the tv need to be replaced and he gave us 1 week tat for the same.

          Now almost 18-19 days are passed but no one has visited for the replacement. I called vijay sales customer care 3 times but they are saying that they are not getting response from company (Onida).

          If the vijay sales is offering extended warranty on behalf of any company then they have to ensure issued to be addressed on time.

          This is high time and vijay sales customer care executives are not professional. They do respond properly.

            I had purchased philips led tv 40 inches from vijay sales bhiwandi, in three year warranty period
            Two times tv panel & display not working then engineers change display or panel on from apr to sept 2017,
            After that in nov 2017 warrnaty period are finished, same problem are arise and company engg tell me your warranty are expired. If product of philips are defective.
            Kindly provide display or panel which are defective in warranty.

I contacted dell they told me to format it even then the issue is not resolved so they told me to go to vijay sales i went vijay sales they told me to go to dell. Who will resolve my issue? Our prime minister?.
              Resolve it as soon as possible or replace my product this is not expected feom a trusted brand like vijay sales.

                With reference to above mentioned subject this is to hereby informed you that, i have lodged the complaint regarding display issue of tv on 20 oct.2017. Technician has been visited and submitted his report to your office and the representative of your company mr. Jatin sir picked up my tv on 31.10.17 under challah no. V 72167. I am keep calling to customer care from that date to till date but there is no any response from them. Kindly note that the period of 20 days has already been gone from the complaint date. I want know what is the rules and regulations of your companies pertains to product services or otherwise. I am so suffering from this and i m also hurt from your company, which may please note. It is not good for your compani's prestige.
                Therefore you are requested to look into the matter and do the needful at an early time.

                  I had given my tv which is under warranty for repairs, on the 12th of oct and still haven't heard from them, in spite of repeatedly calling them up. The customer service and care is absolutely horrible and pathetic and they make only false promises, i was promised a call back and delivery of my tv but haven't got any till date
                  Today 10th nov they given mi other tv for temporary use which i collected from vijaya sales bhiwandi that tv is also not working properly. If they no its not working then why the given it to me. I dont know anything now i need my tv repair as soon as possible otherwise give me new tv for replacement of old.
                  I am complaining about my led since nearby past month

                    I have purchased vise led 50" tv from vijay sales virar shop in the month of april 2015. I have faced the same issue of ic gone in same year of 2017 first in the month of mar 2017 and in current month. But both the time i have to follow up very much they dont even have the courtesy to call me back and share the status. Their customer care is always keep ringing and if its mobile numbers they keep it switched off or unreachable. Also they technician and shop managers name mr. Jatin panchal ([protected]) has dont have the decency while talking to the female customer. He just casually says you have to wait more 2-3 days. Their customer care ladies are too arrogant. I have lodge the complaint on 2nd nov 2017 and they send the technician on 8th nov 2017. Even their resolution is still pending. Unsatisfactory support. And when i called in morning they are just kept me on hold. Please help me to resolve.

                    Still the issue is unresolved. I have taken a leave on saturday so that they can come in their official time to change the part. The same has informed them in morning but still after 1 pm they stop taking our calls even their customer care numbers ‭[protected] &[protected] has kept ringing. In evening at 5.15 pm Ms. Winny ( ‭[protected] has received my call and I ask her when the person will come she just started arguing with me like I am the borrower of Vijay sales. I actually fed up today officially 11 days crossed and since 28th Oct my TV is switched off why should we pay DTH and all charges when we did not even use it for a second.
                    Sir, this is my humble request please please please take some strict action against VIJAY SALES customer support as they are taking us for granted.

                    I have just received one call from Head office technician number[protected] he said he will be coming at 3 pm. Now let me know I have taken a leave on saturday then how can my company can allow me to leave early every time for my personal reason?????? And when I requested your technician to wait or come by 8 pm as I will try to leave at least 1 hour early then also he refuse to adjust. Is customer should work as per your convenient time or the service team has to work as per consumer time. This is second time your technician has called and I requested him to wait. In dont understand. Why dont you send the person who earlier visited for checking the issue as he stays nearby our location so that he can be lil flexible as per our convenient time. Pls dont do this as its already been delayed from your side to resolved the issue. Si, request you to arrange the person by today at 8-9 pm and let us know so that we can also be available.

                        We had purchased philips led tv in january 2016 from vijay sales vasai with a warranty period of 5 years. However, it stopped working suddenly in october 2017 due to panel failure (Within 1 and a half years). Since philips is unable to find a new panel for the same model we have been kept on hold in search of panel for more than 2 weeks without any information or phone call either from philips or from vijay sales... We had to keep following up with them continuously through phone call and branch visits end number of times only to get an answer from them stating 'your request is under process'... Finally we were told that as panel is not available tv set would be replaced for which we are still waiting for, again no follow up call from vijay sales to us. We have been customers of vijay sales for a long time but if this is how vijay sales handles their customers then we will have to think before buying or recommending vijay sales to others. We at least expect vijay sales to call us and inform about the exact date when our request will be resolved instead of telling us every time 'it is under process' or 'we are not getting any information from philips' so that we don't have to keep following up with them or keep visiting their branch office..

                            Hi,

                            I have purchased lg fridge from vijay sales. After some time i complained to lg directly regarding water leakage from fridge. That time they provide some solutions to me but those was not worked. I am still facing the same problem. I complained to vijay sales 1 month before. Same engineer visited 2 times. Not provided any solution. I have visited many times to vijay sales baner branch, and all time they told me we are working on it. Please let me know if you are going to solve my problem or not directly. I am not fool to visit your branch again and again.

                              I have purchased samsung washing machine 11kg top load on 29th oct 2017 and the machine got delivered on 30th oct 2017. Engineer visited on 31st oct 2017 and installed the machine and provided us the demo. The machine has damages in the bottom and back. The engineer didn't inform us on the damages. Today we noticed the damages of the same and tried calling vijay sales customer care[protected]. No one is responding the calls. Please suggest what is the process of replacement of the machine.                                 Have booked a whirlpool ac from vijay sales opera house on friday ie 28th oct the order no is : 105 - q - so 5490

                                The ac was delivered two days later ie on 30th oct but now 4 days have passed after delivery of the ac and 6 days from booking but the installation is still pending

                                Went yesterday to the store but was told that the pincode was missing from the address hence the guys could not make it... But if the pin code was missing how can it be delivered and if it is the case they should have called and asked for the same

                                Y u should wait for the customer to visit you n then you tell the issues still after giving the address again there is no sign of the company guy

                                Your phone no are always busy or no one answers the call

                                Sir this is the 2nd ac i. Have bought from vijay sales and on the 1st time also i have suffered a lot

                                I am a loyal customer of vijay sales having purchased may things from the store

                                But how seriously doubt visiting and buying anything again from vijay sales.

                                  I had recently purchased lg make washing machine from vijay sales - kharghar outlet. The washing machine was delivered on 28th oct 2017.

                                  The demo person had visited our home on 29th oct 2017 in the evening and in front of him the packing box was opened

                                    I purchased aquaguard on 30th october from charni road branch mumbai, for which i had asked urgent installation as my daughter was down with health. They promised to remain assured about installation and said that it will be done on tuesday. But installation dint happen on tuesday. Neither did your branch people contact installation engineer regarding the problems faced by him during installation nor did they had courtesy to call me back. Total negligence it was. I had to visit the branch and get the updates of all. Mr. Pradip lakhania promised me yesterday, installation will be done today by engineer at 11.30. Engineer came at 13.00 today, investigated to find out that aquaguard was having defective circuit and insisted to get aquaguard replaced. Still your branch was unaware of problem bcoz as usual they dint feel to call back and enquire the issue faced. Instead i had to call them and tell the issue. This is how your branch is lethargic, doesn't care about customer. I doubt to purchase anything from you people henceforth due to your careless service

                                      My register mobile no [protected]. On 16th oct 2017 purchased led onida tv with 2yr manufacturer warranty + 2yrs extended warranty.

                                      Unfortunately when we saw the warranty card it's was for one yr, when checked the same with vijay sales executive who sold the tv said he will delivery the extra offer warranty card in one week time but unfortunately till date i haven't received any extra offer warranty card from vijay sales.

                                      I purchased many products in last 2yrs from vijay sales due to trust but now i feel i am loosing my trust on vijay sales commitment.

                                      Hope to get a positive reply and services

                                        Onida led purchased from vijaysales pimpri chinchwad on 28th january 2017. Display doesn't show picture and is black since 19th october 2017. I had registered complaint on 20th october 2017. No response till date. I requested to vijaysales pimpri to provide a standby tv and take your time to resolve the problem. Not getting satisfactory response. Please look into it, and make me feel, a happy vijaysales customer.
