I had booked fridge, dishwasher, and other stuff from vijaysales boriwali branch. The fridge was delivered damaged, and got scratches when i made that to notice the delivery team was reluctant to act on it. The fridge body has scratches on side, such costly item they delivered in very bad condition. After few days they delivered ifb dishwasher again it's door was not in proper alignment, the delivery person pushed that door hard to bring it in align also side molding had dent. When i tried to complaint their call center person he very rudely disconnected the call. I must very ill mannered staff they have also service is poor and of no good quality.

Trying to reach out to the after sale services department but all efforts seems to be in vain. Need to post complain regarding the LG WM bought from Vijay sales. Its not functional properly and it needs proper servicing.

      I purchased an Hitachi AC RSG314EAD (3 star) 1.2ton from VIJAY SALES at Linking road, Bandra. The unit was delivered to us at our residence in Bandra on 17th April, 2018.
      After installing the same the installing technician observed that not only the small locks in front on the indoor unit was missing but there was also a gas leak in the indoor unit. He called Hitachi's customer care and informed them to replace the unit as it was defective. Days were wasted in communication between Hitachi and Vijay Sales, Linking road. To make matters worst, an outdoor unit was sent today the 24th April, 2018, instead of indoor unit. After complaining again to Vijay Sales, they said that they would supply the indoor unit tomorrow. I am without an ac in this unbearable heat for so many days through no fault of mine. Can you please ask Vijay Sales at Linking Road to expedite the matter and not inconvenience us so much??

        I purchased videoncon 43" led from vijay sales (Goregaon east) branch on 18th april'18 which was delivered on 19th but the product was faulty. The led was having bulge on the screen (Just behind logo). Hence we informed the vijay sales goregaon east shop and they placed replacement request. The new product delivered today on 24th apr'18 but again the same issue. Replaced product is also faulty for the same reason. Not happy with the service of vijay sales. Need urgent resolution and compensation for the same.

          We bought philips led tv on 30/10/2015 with 5 year warranty n picture tube failed n product was replaced last year n after 6 month again picture tube got failed..

          It looks like i am cheated by philips company as they'd repaired the tv n given the same one to me n their behavior..

          Now more than 15 days has gone i 've logged the complained with you, technician came n said there is issue but issue is going on in company so don't know how much time it'll take..

          I found this is really ridicules n don't have any trust on this brand, as we're associated with vijay sales, pl get this replaced with other brand n confirm to me..

            We inform us our service provider vijay sales and electrolux company our ac not working properly. After installation we used that ac after 5 months its not cooling therefore we inform vijay sales and electrolux company. Electrolux executive come and open ac he would check 3 days after 3 days he told us coil problem we inform vijay sales in thane office from that day to now its approx 1 month they dont give us a proper details we suggest him if the problem is not clear then give us a replace a product but they told us if company will give then ok other wise we never do that.
            Now tell me what to do company told us coil will not available when its available our representative come and change but how many days it will take they dont know even its come or not they dont know i inform vijay sales same situation what they talk they never give a positive reply
            i[censored] dont take an action then we dont have an any option we complaint to consumer court.

              Plz guys think about life and health. You are unnessarily extending your timings. I[censored] know that customer will be come majorly in the evening then what is the use to opened up your branches at 10.45 am. Keep that opened at 12 pm or 1pm to 9 pm. So u r maintaining customers requirement but at the same time u have to think about your staff and their personal life too.
              There are many ways but u r just maintained to boost ur turnover.

                I had called to provided number of vijay sales dadar branch.
                And had enquired about sony bravia 43inch tv.
                The person opposite on call had told that this model is available with all the schemes of ₹0 down paymenton capital finance. As well as he said that scheme will be there for today itself. I asked him for his good name he disconnected the call.
                Therefore i went along with my father to buy that product
                We saw the tv and confirmed booking.
                There after we did all the formalities of emi.
                The capital finance person was like no no there is no ₹0 down payment scheme available.
                And that fellow told us
                U have to do d. P. Of 12800
                We was ok with that also
                So we asked him will we get delivery today itself
                He told us
                I[censored] r doing d. P. With cheque ur product will b delivered after 2 3 days
                And i[censored] are paying cash ur product will b delivered today itself
                We said ok and came down for payment as we wer paying in cash
                N then after one service boy came and told us u won't get a delivery today
                It will b a day after

                Wat was our use of coming there all the way from dadar east to prabhadevi??

                We literally wasted our 2 + hrs there and people refused to give delivery

                Plus the capital finance person was very unattentive to the customer
                He was just using phone and talking with 3 4 people at a time and then was getting self confused about the customer details

                  I have purchased new refrigerator of samsung make of 253 litres from vijay sales showroom at ashram road ahmedabad on[protected]. The side panels of refrigerator delivered on[protected] is swollen and appear like having big bubbles on both sides. We have not switched on the refrigerator. Please arrange a visit immediately and do needful action. We want a prompt response from vijay sales.

                    I hv visited vijay sales s g highway branch ahmedabad on 15 th april18.
                    I got finalised 3 products and got an x price by sales person there as a deal i found it ok and decided to buy.
                    Then suddenly the lady who was dealing with me denied the price also some senior person also talked rudely since i was with family i decided not to argue.
                    I m an existing customer to vijay sales since last 3-4 years and i normally prefer buying from vijay sales only.
                    But by such instances you will loose good quality customers.
                    I have faced this problem though i m existing customer what abt new customer who are trusting your brand.

                    Really very poor service and treatment while nobody was even bothered to tell that the offer can’t be fulfilled. I personally asked the sales person and than he started shouting on me and giving other excuses wherein i was with my wife and kid.

                    Kindly take s note of such behaviour and non customer centric approach by staff of vijay sales.

                    LED philips purchase 1.5 yrs before, 2 it went screen out. 1 st time problem was rectified by a person. again in 3 months same problem occured, despite of complain registered in jan 2018 no one has visited. i want to replace my TV since it has 3 yrs warranty.

                      I had purchase hitachi split ac on 8/4/2018 from vijay sales. Indoor and outdoor unit revceived before two days. Today on 12th of april instalation tachnician come but the cooper pipe is not in that box so without connection go back and afte 3 hours of constunt call to vijay sales maninagar no reply come from also no call taken from the dealer. It is very serious that instrument come with out all item of connection

                        I had purchased this jbl 2.1 soundbar from vs prabhadevi mumbai on 22nd march 2018.

                        03rd april 2018, just about 10 days later, the subwoofer stopped working, as it goes into sleep/standby mode perpetually. (Worked perfectly for 10 days)

                        04th april 2018 at 11:00 am, called vs customer care and raised complaint and was given many promises that within 48 hrs someone would attent to this problem from jbl. No complaint tracking number given, nor does this reflect on the myvs app which i was told to download (Waste of time) your useless app!

                        Today it is 06th april 2018 and finall received soft copy of invoice after much headache. I shudder to think how long you folks will take to get my non functional sounbar working again or replace the faulty item?

                        I kindly request you to sort out this matter soonest, failing which am planning to employ a lawyer and take this matter to the consumer grievance forum / court.

                        Calling vs prabhadevi showroom is a nightmare as the telephone is always busy, need to keep trying for 2 hrs at least, when not busy tone, nobody picks up! What a sorry state of affairs for such a reputable business vs.

                        Corporate office reading in copy - kindly forward this email to your highest management to make them aware of the sorry state of affairs at vs, without failure, or else you are just fanning the flames to vs doom sooner or later!

                        Please note - i need a full replacement with a fully functional jbl 2.1 soundbar or refund my money at the earliest. Do not play time wasting games with self!

                        Today, 10th april 2018, no action yet from jbl or vijay sales for replacement of non functional newly purchased jbl 2.1 soundbar

                        Jbl senior technician visited onsite and confirmed loose connection making / breaking contact inside sub woofer unit. Needs to be replaced / renewed.

                        Item is not working after 10days of purchase!! Should be replaced with new, not repaired or refurbished!

                        JBL/ Harmon India sent a complete new replacement. They were very professional and good to deal with. Vijay Sales HEAD Office too did a good job!!

                        We just purchased hp laptop of around 15.6inc.so as mentioned the laptop bag which was free on laptop was given to us but it was of small size ...we asked for bigeer one but they refused to give as it it was not available with them for these bigger sized laptops (as told by the seller)...so what can be done...

                          Vijay sales pune, at pimple saudagar yesterday on 8th april i bought aquaguard ro delivery date is promised on next day 9th april 2018, i called several time on the delivery date. It is still confirmed to give delivery in day, even i visited shope. They still confirmed that i will get delivery till 10 pm in night.

                          I didnt got delivery. This guys making fake commitments. If they don't know to keep commitments they should close there shop and go home.

                            I had registered a compliant in Vijay Sales for my Electrolux AC cooling problem for which technician took the AC unit and compressor saying he will reinstall it next day but now it has been week and Vinay Sales nor technicial is responding.

                            I think it's a pure theft.

                            Need an immediate action.

                              I have given complain of my tv last week but still now the problem is not resolve... Is this the way u dealing with the customers... Ur telly caller also not have manners to talk... N also i realise i did a huge big mistake taking tv from ur shop... Damn pathetic service o[censored]rs. Everyday m calling n requesting the telly callers to plz send someone for the pickup but they are just doing fake commitment... I[censored] company can't send the man according to costumers request then why u commit for the same... Now i will do one thing i myself will get the tv to your damn shop coz u ppl are least bother

                                  I rahul kakad had purchased videocon ddb television from vijay sales on dtd. 10.04.2017
                                  The same television has been faulty twice in a year.
                                  It is faulty today. When tv is on condition suddenly the some smoke arise from the backside. This is the second time.
                                  My family is afraid of veiwing to use the same television.
                                  Hence it is requested to replace the television as the same is in the warantee period.
                                  Pl compensate suitable against the horror caused by this incidence through which my family members passed through,

                                    My original complaint refrence no 1712b051403 dt.[protected] was attended by your technicians after l0 days that too after lots of reminder calls and emails from me.
                                    That time your technician just cleaned the air filter and gave lots of advice and tips about how to use ac and told us to observe for some days. But the problem of burning / gas like smell, poor cooling, and unbearable noise not solved. Received call from vijay sales vecare andher inquiring whether problem is resolved or not. My reply was negative, in response your customer care executive assured me of needful action from your side. But no further action taken by your customer care or service center vecare in this regard.

                                    I again complained to your customer care reference no. 1803-b13100697 dt.[protected]. One of your technician attended 2 times in this regard again he cleaned the air filter and gave lots of advice and tips as to how to use the ac he also told me that he will recommend to the vijay sales to do wet service to solve the problem.
                                    After two days i received call from vecare andheri asking whether my complaint is solved, my reply was negative and i told the customer care executive all the facts.

                                    I waited for 2 days but no initiative from your side so i again called the vecare andheri on [protected] inquiring about the status of my complaint. I was shocked to know that my complaint was resolved and closed in their records. I requested to your customer care executive to transfer my call to some senior person. My call was transferred to mr. Rajesh rajbahar mobile no.[protected]. He arranged another technician visit on friday[protected].

                                    This technician one man show came without any assistant he had done the wet service with my help. After wet service he sprayed deodorant in different parts of ac and told that there will be no bad smell in future. But still the problem not solved, instead it had became more troubling and unbearable with tremendous increase in the noise after wet wash, bad gas like burning smell and poor cooling problems are also not solved.

                                    Again receive call from vecare andheri on[protected] inquiring about the issue. Again my answer was negative and also reported the above mentioned facts to the executive. As usual your customer care executive assured me that she will do the needful to resolve the issue. But there after no call from your vecare in this regard.

                                    I waited from 3 days and again called vecare andheri on[protected] times, every time the customer care executive assured me that she will do the need full to resolve my issue but nothing was actually done in this regard. Again on[protected] i called vecare andheri 5 times first 2 calls i talked to customer care executive she again assured me that she will do the need full, but i was not convinced so i requested to transfer my 3rd call to some senior person, and my call was transferred to mr. Rajesh rajbahar he also assured me that he will arrange technician visit as early as possible.

                                    But still no technician calls or visits, i also reminded mr. Rajesh rajbahar by calling his personal mobile no. He told me that my complaint is forwarded to vijay sales and some senior technician will visit and check the problem, he assured me that my complaint will be resolved but it was just a false assurance.

                                    On[protected] i called your customer care no.[protected] and in formed about all the facts the customer care executive told me that he had registered my complaint and technician will visit shortly. There after no visit/call from any technician or any customer care executive in this regard till today[protected].6.00pm.

                                    My complaint is pending / unsolved from[protected] almost 4 months passed. I have to call again and again or mail again and again to remind vijay sales customer care as regards to my issue. I forgot to call your customer care departments closes complaints without resolving. Your customer care and service center persons are just doing nothing concrete to resolve my issue.

                                    This indicates very irresponsible behavior on the part of vijay sales customer care and vijay sales service center vecare andheri. Worst customer care i ever came across.

                                    This is my last mail in this regard, if no prompt action taken from your side i have to initiate legal action against vijay sales

                                    I have received a product which is one year old and charged me the same amount of 2018

                                    Nobody is ready to reply or replace the old product.

                                      Dear all,

                                      We have purchased split ac on 18th mar 18 on gudi padwa day from vijay sales borivali west mumbai.

                                      We have paid cheque on 18th mar 18 and got cleared within 3 days.

                                      We have not received our delivery and fitted till date. (Writing this message after 12 days of harassment / no proper rely by vijay sales office)

                                      Further we are doing daily inquiry to vijay sales but no concrete answers from vijay sales office.

                                      In fact they have delivered broken ac with black spot on ac and we have rejected the same piece.

                                      Ac men from daikin has come to our house and not fitted and rejected the same.

                                      Now it is high time as i believe after taking money vijay sales is not interested any more

                                      We await your reply by today else we will file complaint against vijay sales with this copy of email and will publish the same in all news paper for same.

                                        Your Cashier Mr Sushant Lanket & his boss Mr Tarun K were trying to cheat us by giving us wrong information on the SBI credit card cash back offer AFTER we made the purchase. The issue was later sorted out after intervention of Mr Gaurav from accounts. Both Tarun & Lanket kept giving contradicting information till Mr Gaurav clarified
                                        Tarun kept insisting to send an email to him only; didn't trust him with any action so posting here
