Most Urgent for Immdeiate attention please.
Most Respected Sirs,

I purchased Videocon LED TV on 9/9/2017 from Vijay Sales Borivali West with three years warranty. Within 1 year of the warranty period, the display of my TV has become blank only sound is heard.since 15/4/2018.ON 16/4/2018, 17/4/2018 and 30/4/2018 I lodged complaint with customer care and I was given complaint reference No: MUM[protected] Response code S31476, MUM[protected] Response code R42790 and MUM[protected] Response code S07040. On 23/4/2018 and 24/4/2018 techinicians from Videocon Service Centre visited my house and checked my TV and he told that the Panel is not working and Panel needs to be replaced and he has placed the Order for New Panel and within one week he will come and replace the Panel. However thereafter since more than One month has elapsed. Now the service centre is not picking up my calls and when I call customer care they always say that they have send reminders and within 24 hours service centre will call back to me. Till today I have niether received any call nor nor my TV is repaired nor my TV is replaced. It is very shocking a reputed company like Videocon having given warranty at the time of selling their product has failed to fulfil their commitment. I have also lodged complaint with Vijay Sales and they have also send reminders to Videocon but there is no response. Hence my complaint may be registered and either my TV be repaired immediately or my TV be replaced with New TV as I am suffering much inconvenience during my vacation period when I am at home deprived from watching TV Programmes and News. I am a Senior Citizen and great inconvenience is caused to me. It is a clear cut case of deficiency of service by Videocon Industries.

I have send messages on facebook page of Videocon Industries and send messages on facebook but it appears that none of the office bearers of Videocon Industries found any time to go through my messages till today. My TV is not working since 15/4/2018 and as on today about 40 days have elapsed. Niether my TV is repaired nor my TV is replaced. Even no reply is given to me till today. Service centres do not pick up my calls and Customercare gives assurances that they have send reminders and I will get call within 24 hours but no call is received. I have now become frustrated. If Videocon Industries do not fulfill their committments given to its customers then why they give warranty while selling their product. I cannot get my TV repairs from other Service Centres even by paying money as my TV is under warranty period. Hope that Videocon Industries will consider my grievance seriously and will take immediate steps either to repair my present TV or replace my TV with New TV and atleast confirm per return of post as to when they will do the needful

There is no response from Videocon Industries nor my complaint is resolved till date. Today is the 42nd day after the display of my TV has gone blank and it is still under warranty period and even two EMI of Bajaj Finance Ltd is yet to be repaid. Service centres are not responding when called and Customer care do not give satisfactory answers. I have become now frustrated. I am now doubtful whether Videocon Industries will take cognizance of my complaint and will repair or replace my TV or will I have to file a complaint before Consumer forum on the ground of deficiency of service of Videocon Industries and claim compensation and costs of litigation from the company. Hope that reputed organisation like Videocon will not compel me to approach Consumer forum for redressal of my grievances. Videocon Industries and its service centres are once again reminded and requested to forthwith treat my complaint as urgent and resolve the issue of my TV either by repairing it or by replacing it with new TV atleast with 2/3 days. If nothing is done or nothing is heard then I will have no other option but to approach consumer forum and claim compensation and damages from Videocon Industries for the loss and sufferings caused to me due to deficiency in the services after sale of their product and giving fake warranty when they do not intend to fulfill their committment during warranty period and thereby they have deceived and cheated me and wasted my hard earned money for purchase of the above product.

Yesterday Vikas Pandey asked me to send the photos of my TV, model number and copy of purchase bill and he told me that within an hour he will get approval for replacement of my TV as parts are not available and it cannot be repaired. However after sending the photos, I have not received any call nor any mail from Vikas Pandey Videocon Service Centre, Today is 44th day when the display of TV has gone blank. I have also forwarded the photos on Videocon Industries consumer complaint page and Vijay sales consumer complaint page. yesterday and today morning.Till now I am upset as I have not received any response to my mail or complaint.I once again remind you and request you to forthwith either repair my TV or replace my TV at the earliest.Next week my work will commence after vacation and therefore therefore no body will be available if techinicians of Videocon will visit my house for repairs or replacement. I am available till sunday 3/6/2018 whole day at home. Therefore if my TV is repaired or replaced before 3/6/2018 then there will not be any difficulty. Kindly do the needful and oblige. Anxiously awaiting your reply urgently with your favourable response and your co-operation.

Sir,

Today is 45 days over. Since 45 days I have been contacting your customer care and service centre on various numbers given to me by customer care i.e. [protected], [protected], [protected], , [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], and your customer care on 39404040 but I have failed to get any response from them and no satisfactory replies are given. Service centres do not pick up my calls and customer care gets irritated due to frequent calls.

As a consumer of Videocon Product I have purchased 50" LED TV on assurance of 3 years warranty from Vijay sales on 9/9/2017 and on 15/4/2018 within one year period of warranty the display of my TV gone blank. I have repeatedly send complaints on Videocon Industries complaint forum and Vijay sales Forum but except giving fake assurance and asking me to wait for some time, no action is taken. Thrice I have lodged complaints with customer care and twice technicians visited my house and checked my TV and said that the panel is not working and needs to be replaced. However till today niether my TV is repaired nor replaced.

As a consumer I am suffering since last 45 days. I have therefore send mails to Videocon as well as to Vijay Sales but no satisfactory reply is given to me. I am therefore frustrated.

In view of my above pain kindly assist me from your end to get my complaint resolved at the earliest either my TV can be repaired or the same can be replaced. Even if it cannot be done atleast inform me that your company had given fake warranty committment and they do not intend to fulfil their committment. Please understand my problem seriously and do the needful to redress my grievances and either get my TV repaired or replace my TV and do the needful shortly. Period of warranty is getting over and nothing has been done till today. Your service centre Mr Vikas Pandey asked me to send images of my TV model Number and Purchase bill which I have already sent but till date he has not informed me the status of my complaint nor has taken any steps to resolve my complaint. Hence please treat this as urgent and do the needful to redress my grievances.

    I had bought blue star inverter ac from vijay sales not even one month the is not cooling it's not even cool 10x10 room worst ac model ac3cnhw12oatu (3 star inverter) 1ton, i request vijay sales to replace the same with good one or else different model suggest. Nxt preference hitachi or.. Urgent action preferred vijay sales recpt no 171-r-sct 291 dt 01.05.2018.

      I visited vijay sales patel nagar, delhi outlet.
      I was requiring for samsung 43” led tv and asked for offer.
      He said there is no offer samsung giving i[censored] go and search ghaffar market or few more shops for pricing.
      Go buy from there samsung running no offers than i told him to visit samsung official site bcz it’s showing offer there, he said to show me and i shown him screen shots and on website as well, than again he stop how’s that possible than again he started saying customers known all than y came here for offer you go try market or buy from wholesale.

      Like what the hell is this i told him y we do survey we always buy from here and we don’t have to open outlet.

      Is this way u treat customer i[censored]r staff is upset and don’t handle customers as well.

      I always buy stuff from vijay sales but now i thought i have to switch my shopping place.

        We purchased a videocon led tv from vijay sales showroom at pitampura delhi on 04/04/2018.

        The salesman, named shivam jaiswal assured us, that you'll be able to download & use all your apps from the play store.

        I particularly confirmed about amazon prime & hotstar and he confirmed.

        It wasn't so;

        After our complaint, the mechanics made regular visits but couldn't find the reason.

        Finally, some senior person came and told me that these apps won't be running on this tv, as this tv has only 512 mb ram.

        It's a clear case of misconduct by misguiding and making false assurance to the customer.

        The only purpose of buying a smart tv was to see the online shows & movies which currently are being seen on my phone on this bigger tv.

        Which remains unresolved.

        I told all this case in detail to the showroom manager mr. Nipun bhatia, and although he assured me a resolution but couldn't provide anything except assurances.

        I have asked him to replace this tv with any other brand tv, where we could have this facility.

        But still no action has been taken yet.

        I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

          I have purchased ac from your sales office in r city mall, ghatkopar, mumbai, maharashtra on 18.05.2018. The wagner tower fan was free with the purchase of ac. The ac was delivered on 19.05.2018 but wagner tower fan was not delivered. They have told me that that will be delivered separately. However i have contacted vijay sales several times but not able to get the response from the sales team. I request you to look into the matter and deliver the product.

            Respected sir,

            My name is nirav patel, i am really frustrated at way i have been provided service from on site go team regarding a simple update of tv details for the purchased sony tv model kd55x9300d from vijay sales which has been replaced by sony with kd55x9000f i have already provided the new details to the company at the vijay sales piplod branch surat. Yet after speaking with the escalation team member i have received a mail which still has the old tv details listed for the extended warranty. I fail to understand how hard it is to update such details and is this the way to treat your customers where the customer has to wait for more than a week and has to chase up rather the company updating the customer.

              I bought a philips uhd led in november 2015 from vijay sales kalyan.
              But now its panel is not working.
              Display goes off and blinks once.
              I made complaint to service centre but the technician asking for vs bill.
              But the ink on bill washed off.
              The technician checked the just by swtching on and saw it turned off said the display is damaged.

              I request you to send me a copy my duplicate bill invoice and replace with a new tv set if possible.

                I have purchased refrigerator feom vijay sales but because of some space issue it was not going inside the hall so we asked for replacement.. There delivery guy said company person will come and remove doors and it will go. But company person said it wont go inside even after removing doors. So we asked for replacement as we have not installed it.
                But vijay sales people are not at all co-operative and giving replacement as we cannot keep it hall because of its big size..
                We paid full amount and not refund they are making

                We have taken cooler at vijay sales kharghar on 24 april, but it turn out to be a damage piece hence we called vijay sales and kenstar but no response from either sides.
                I have purchased VISE Air conditioner from Vijay Sales approx. 18 months back with Extended Warranty. In 18 months I have complaint 12-15 times regarding cooling issue & water leakage, I even paid extra charge for BDS inspite of my AC being in warranty but still the problem is not resolved.
                I have bought TV of VISE last year and product is under warranty. I made complaint on 25th april and still as on 14th may they say it will take time to resolve...

                  I have been told by the vijay sales Executive DAULAT that I will be getting 2018 model of DIAKIN ac. Bt received 1 year old that is AUG 2017 MODEL outdoor and indoor unit whixh the product is also getting frequently tripped. I have been cheated at high. If i dnt get any action for this or compensation I will raise my complaint to even more level high. It is so disgusting service by VIJAY SALES. i want action for this.

                    I bought an ac from vijay sales infiniti mall, andheri, mumbai on the 14th
                    (Sales order 111-r-so1711)
                    First the bill was made wrong with the wrong model - you billed me for a 5 star model and put down a 3 star
                    I had to go back to correct this (Waste of time, money, effort)
                    Then the manager there promised me delivery by today (16th)
                    When i called customer service, twice they assured me that the delivery would happen
                    But the ac has not been delivered.
                    This is downright fraud and malpractice

                      I am really very disappointed with the customer service received from vijay sales for the complaint logged. Customer sensitivity is as good as negative. This is the 2nd time i have faced this issue with them and even after follow-ups, no update received. After trying to reach them couple of times on their customer care number and waiting about 30mins each time, i had dropped them a mail at [protected]@vgmail.in on 2nd may'18 to finally get a complaint nos. Mum[protected] on 8th may'18 that too after a reminder.

                      Below is the
                      We received a sms (Servicing will be done by cooling[protected], sv point [protected]) on 11th stating that engineer will come on that evening at 4pm to attend the call, but he didn't turn up.

                      On 12th, your engineer called and said he will attend the call that evening but the same result. He never turned up. He was even insisting that the machine is out of warranty as it seems he wanted to ask for extra money for servicing. I made it clear to him twice that machine is very much in warranty.

                      Finally yesterday on 13th, your engineer came in the evening and checked and just left saying hard copy of the bill will be needed and soft copy wont work. He again said that machine is out of warranty which we told him to check the records. He even wanted us to pay rs. 350 extra as hard copy wasn't available. He asked us to get the hard copy form vijay sales store. When we called him on 14th, he said he has already closed the ticket.

                      Now in mean time our machine dryer has stopped working. Kindly let us know how are you gong to assist us to resolve this issue else i will be escalating it to the higher ups and log consumer complain too.

                      I don't think this is the kind of customer service we are looking for when we purchase anything from vijay sales.

                      Hope we will get the update at the earliest.

                        The purchase date for the microwave i purchased is 9th may 2018. The delivery was suppose to be done 48 hours later. Delivery was done after 4 days. Today is 15th may 2018, the product is just lying here at my house. No update from the installation team. This is the worst buying experience ever. Such good brand but service is pathetic. Slow and no service performance. I want to return the product now. I would rather consider buying from a store that appreciates my business.

                          I bought an led in may 2016 and bought an extended 3 year warranty. There was a recent issue in the led for which i raised a request with the customer care.

                          However when asked about payment details.. I was told that the details will be provided by the visiting engineer. Agreed.

                          So my question is - why doesn't the customer care executives know about the charges? Wouldn't these be standard all over.

                          Other charges are secondary.

                          Today i got a call from the engineer and was informed visiting charges are 590rs

                          Honestly, this is like fooling customers. I have never heard 590rs just for a visit?

                          This is vijay sales, a reputed fraud.

                          Why aren't we receiving charges and details when we 1st talk about our concerns.

                          All that i was asked for by the engineer was my purchase details and address. Wouldn't this data be already stored in your database.

                          I'd really appreciate if someone could look into this and get back to me.

                            One of the worst services ever.. In spite of calling the customer care from last 15days, no proper response.. Everytime i get a reply that it will be done in 48hours.. The customer care staff is least interested in hearing the problems.. Tv installation was done but d2h connection is still pending.. Everytime a new person will pick up the call, will hear the whole story and the end reply will be that it will be done in 48 hours..

                              I purchased a Videocon refrigerator just before 6 months of 30000 so it's in warranty now. Just prior to one month, the refrigerator stopped working and on 6 April 2018 I registered a complaint to the Videocon service centre. They sent their engineer thrice at my place to solve the issue but they did not have any knowledge and just went without repairing it. it's been over and above one month that the refrigerator is not working and daily lot of good is getting wasted due to this and that too in summer. I got the news that the Videocon company is about to get shut and so the engineers are not getting their salaries and they have left the job. So I then approached vijay sales vasai branch and spoke to the manager about my problem. He was very rude to me and didn't even bother to help me. I told him if he can send any engineer through their reference on an urgent basis and if not then please provide a replacement asap but he denied and did not help at all. Now whom shall I approach. I purchased it from vijay sales. They got their profit on the sales so they think they are done with their work. Is this a good service provided by them?? They do not believe in providing after sales service. Their service just ends when the customer has made the payment and they get the money. Videocon is almost shut now. No one to repair my refrigerator. What shall I do of this 6 months old refrigerator now.

                                Dear manager,

                                We had purchased hitachi air condition on 4th march 2017 with extended warranty with wonderful promises about your warranty.
                                This is very sad to inform you that there is cooling issue in my air conditioner and complain lock on 2nd may and promised by customer executive that it will attend in 2 days. On follow up with you executive on 4th may, they were say we are preparing complain sheet.
                                I am surprised to see this kind of false commitment from vijaya sale.

                                Kindly provide the service in 24 he or i don’t i have any choice to go to consumer court.

                                  We purchased a 1.5 ton ac, voltas from the prabha devi, vijay sales outlet on the 5th of april, 2018. We are sold the ac and promised installation by the vijay sales staff. Since we live in baroda, we arrived in mumbai to complete the installation on the 4th of may, 2017.
                                  Since the 4th we have been put through a terrible ordeal with the vijay sales staff.
                                  Firstly, the voltas technician has refused to install the ac. According to the technician the square are of the room is not compatible with the 1.5 ton ac purchased.
                                  Despite repeated requests, the voltas technician was unable to produce any official list of rules and regulations which mention that the company can refuse installation.
                                  Secondly, even if such a rule existed, why were we not informed at the time of purchase about such rules. Why were we sold the ac hurriedly without any sales executive asking us about the size of the room.
                                  The owner of the ac is a senior citizen, and she has been put through enough stress by the impolite staff at vijay sales, namely, the manager-sunil.

                                  We have now been promised a refund of our money, and have been confined to our home since the 5th, waiting for the vijay sales team to collect the ac and for the company to process the request.

                                  This is terrible service and we would like to register a formal complaint.
                                  Moreover, we will take this up with the court, the media and ensure such mis selling and inconvenience is not caused to future customers.

                                    The aforesaid mobile was purchased on 18/04/2018 and returned on 01/05/2018 @ borivali west outlet. We were assured about refund within 3 days by sujit gupta but still not received sum of rs22990 in the name of dhiraj v advani inspite of regular follow up. Dolts like amit shirgaonkar do not even take calls or reply. I am afraid co. Name gets tarnished by such unhelpful n unbecoming attitude towards customers.                                       We bought Videocon (MODEL NO VKG50FH-FDA) from Vijay Sales Borivli West Mumbai on 27.05.2015 under warranty (3 years) for Rs. 55990 (aprrox. 560000) Requested for repair : mid of February 2018 Since the part of the TV was not available, they offered replacement with a new Videocon TV of 50”. We surrendered the TV by visiting the factory of Videocon on 19.03.2018 as advised by Vijay Sales. We were then promised that Videocon TV( Model no. VNV50Q549SAMP) will be given. But later on we were asked to pay extra Rs.5000/= Cost of new LED Rs.43000 (currently in Vijay Sales). There are only two models of Videocon that are available with their valuations currently in Vijay Sales. 1. Model no. VNV50Q549SAMP 2. Model no. VNV55Q549SAMP We had asked for the 55 inches TV COST equivalent to our previous LED. They had given us options : 1) We will get old model's new TV as replacement. 2) We can pay 5, 000₹ For LED of 50” (43, 000₹ VIJAYSALE PRICE). 3) We can pay 17, 000₹ FOR new LED of 55”. (Valuation 54, 000₹ VIJAY SALES) We asked for opting the option 1...to which we were told that the TV is not available. AS WE DONOT WANT TO PAY SINCE LED WAS UNDER WARRANTY
