I purchased a microwave oven (make- Godrej) (Model No. GMX23CAIMKM) from your Tilak Road Pune branch on 26/03/2017.
I received the delivery on 27/03/2017. When Godrej company technician came for giving the demo on 28/03/2017, he noticed that one of the part known as 'Coupler' is missing in the product.
I tried to contact the store immediately, but nobody picked up the phone. On next day on 29/03/2017, I informed your store about the missing part. I was told that, after checking the details of dispatch and the stock, they will revert to me regarding the same. But I did not receive any reply from your side.
Hence I once again contacted the store manager Mr. Prashant on the morning of 30/03/2017. He again asked for another day to look into the matter. I did not receive any reply from him, hence I personally visited your store on the evening of 31/03/2017. After consulting with the company technician over the telephone, your manager Mr. Prashan gave me the part know as 'Coupler' and I was assured that, I will not have any problem installing the same.
However, when I came home and tried to install the part, I could not do so. Hence, I contacted the company technician and after discussion with him, it was revealed that, I had received a wrong part from your store. The Coupler given to me, was suitable for some other model and not of mine.
On the same day, I brought the fact to the notice of Mr. Prashant. I was told that, the correct part required by me will have to be ordered from the company and will require two to three days to arrive.
Finally today on 04/04/2017, I received a call from your store, that the part required by me has arrived and they asked me to collect the same from the store.
I requested them to send a person/technician to my house, to install the part. For the obvious reason that, once I have received the wrong part and I was not able to install it, so the same thing should not happen again.
But they have refused to send a person saying there is shortage of man power.
Here I would like to bring to your notice that, first of all it was your fault that the part 'Coupler' was missing in the product delivered to me. Secondly, still I went to your store again, to collect the part, but this time I was given the wrong one. And now once again you are asking me to come your store all the way again and collect the part. This is simply not done...
So please take a note of this and send your person to my house with the correct part to install the same. I am enclosing herewith copy of the invoice for your reference and to trace the other details.
