Purchased Hitchi AC on first day o[censored]se theres a whistling noise very 5 secs, all night had to bear the noise in morning the Gurgaon office instead of replacing the machine sent a layman looking technician who beat up the AC, noise is still there but he conveyed he couldn't hear anything.Attaching video at end of it whistling noise is there.The technician even refused to hear the AC or the video saying its normal AC noise.I just needed a replacement but looks like Gurugram Office people are not even hearing and planning to harass by sending such technicians instead of replacement.

    I had purchased a Electrolux 1 Ton AC from Vijay Sales Borivali branch on 29th March'15. Code No.[protected].
    I was told that I will get the delivery within a few days. Since then 15 days have passed I have still not yet received the delivery. I have been following it up with your customer careviews, borivali branch and your delivery people as well but no one is responding properly. I even went to your borivali branch again on 10th to enquire but they gave me number of a delivery person and told me I would receive the delivery today itself but 2 days have passed after that as well and still I am made to follow for a product which I have paid to you.
    I buy most of my electronic devices from Vijay Sales. But now I don't think I will go again to Vijay Sales as you people do not respect your customer and don't even try to solve the problems faced.
    I cancelled a laptop purchase that I was supposed to do from Vijay Sales.
    Request you to kindly deliver my product if you fell like doing it.
    Kindly get in touch if anyone really reads the complaints.

      We purchased a phone from vijaysales with 10 days there was issue in the phone, we asked them fr a replacement and the manager at the store did not hav any answer to it. He says there is no after sale service and not ready to corporate with us.
      I hav videod his way of talking and creating a ruckus if issue is not resolved ill put it social media. For not giving any support to the customer. This not the way u treat ur customer

      Vijay sales delivery transport is really worst.. When we call on service center they just tell me we will dispatch soon, but not happend.. No one will ready to take initiative, it was really disappointing..

        Me n my mother visited 3 times to vijay store @ saudagar to buy tv. And the sales person laxman said in first visit to me that sir we will deliver tv tomm and i[censored] do payment tomm morning, will deliver tv in evening. He gave me his managers number [protected] for reference . But when my mother n brother visited shop tomm morning, the manager whose number laxman gave to me said my mother that we dont have stock, tv is not available until 6 to 7 days. Then they left the store again. My brother told me what happened at store and i called from office to manager n he told me the same 6 to 7 days, later then i went store after my office hours. Laxman said sir we do not have tv now, we will deliver tv tommorow morning. I dont know whats wrong with stock managent system or is something wrong with laxman itself. This is totally wrong.

          No one is respond me.

          No one is pic up my phone and no one is responding properly.
          I have purchase all home appliances from vijay sales and now we are planning to purchase new TV but this kind of behavior is not like.

              Dear team,

              I am putting this complaint against vijay sales pune satara road, pune,

              We had booked friz on 28 march 2017 and same was committed for delivery till 30 march, when we called 30 march at showroom they said it wikk goes 3 more days, and after 3 day's when i visited showroom they said again 3 days it will take for delivery. Becouse stock is not available.

              And there store manager mr. Bipin was using very ruff language with us.

              If the stock is not available then manager should clear the delivery time. And they dont want to use ruff language with the customer.

              Request you to look into this matter seriously.

                Hi,

                i have checked one speaker online which was costing around 8 k.
                In which there was an availability of Bajaj EMI scheme.
                Later i checked with Khar and Santacruz Vijay sales stores.
                There i found that there was not any EMI finance scheme on this.
                could you please explain why this fake information was provided on internet.
                or i need to send this complaint to consumer court.

                  I bought many things from Vijay Sales Belapur branch like 2 split ACs, Two LEDs, Home theatre, washing machine, fridge etc on 01/04/17 but I got the worst experience in delivery and installation too. At the time of selling the product they are like bolbacchans. If a seller is not having product in stock then how can he sell the product. This means you are fooling the customer. And at the time of delivery they say that sorry sir product is out of stock. Isn't that silly answer? The commitment of installing product is within 48hrs but till now my product is not installed. Is this the coustmer service VIJAY SALES give ?

                    I had purchased a Washing Machine, Water Purifier & a Window AC from Vijay Sales Outlet at Vikas Marg, New Delhi on 29.03.2017 for an aggregate amount of Rs 71700/- via Order No - 304-DVM03-17SOA 713 & 346 . But, contrary to its reputation in the market and my pre-purchase enthusiasm, I have to state that I feel duped by the representatives as the after sales service by the outlet is totally useless.

                    I would like to inform that I was told by your sales person that all the items would be delivered immediately after payment and since there was a free offer on AC installation till 31.03.17, I was advised to purchase the items before that time so as to avail the benefit of the offer. Accordingly, I had transferred the funds to Vijay Sales Bank Account on 29.03.17 with a thought that the items would be delivered on the same day and I can have the AC installed before 31st Mar, 17.

                    But to my surprise, even after following up the sales person/ accounts department and various other employees for the whole day, I was told that the order would be delivered after two days for reasons known best to them. Being a rational consumer, I am not saying that all the representatives treat the customers like this, but its very sad to know that they are least bother about customer’s problem.

                    However, my problems did not come to an end as the installation of Water purifier is still pending. I had been requesting their sales person for the past one week to arrange for the installation of Water purifier, but the same has still not been arranged and now I am literally fed up with his daily excuses. Such uncaring and unprofessional conduct from a company that vows on delivering exceptional service comes across as totally unacceptable and oxymoron-ish. I request you to please arrange for the same immediately.

                      I have purchased the Bluestar split inverter AC on 26th March from vijay sales, pune. The installation for AC was done on 30th March 2017 under call number J[protected] and technician was not able to start the AC due to communication error he was getting in the AC .

                      He told me to raise a complaint so that a person from bluestar can look at it and rectify the issue.
                      I have raised the complaint number B[protected] on 3rd april at 1: 00 PM.

                      The customer care person told me that dealer from supra enterprises will respond you in 24 hours. The time has already passed and the dealer is not picking up my phone neither he is calling me back for when he will rectify the issue .

                      Selling faulting AC and after that not evening acknowledging the issue is the worst I am getting.

                      The service i am getting from bluestar/vijay sales is very worst. In this case, now i don't want to continue with this faulty AC. Please take this AC back and provide me the refund at the earliest.

                        I bought a Panasonic AC on 1st April' 2017 from Vijay Sales, Orange County, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, UP store. Bill provided to me was having only one contact number[protected]. When I asked sales executive for his mobile number so I can contact him in case product delivery doesn't go smoothly. For that sales executive has simply denied that stating it is against our company policies. I tried to contact Vijay sales using[protected] on 4th April when my AC not got delivered. I found this number busy, I tried 21 times since than but this number is still busy.

                        Which forced me to look for some other contact number on net. I got the number of their Administrative Office in Mumbai at[protected] on net. When I contacted them they asked me to contact Delhi Office at[protected]. When I contacted their Delhi number I got the response that it is an invalid number. Then I tried to contact Delhi Customer Care at[protected], after routing I got IVR message that we are unable to take your call at the moment and call got disconnected.

                        I have tried to contact them on [protected]@vijaysales.com and [protected]@vijaysales.com with detailed problem but they haven't responded to that also.

                          The whirpool fridge was delivered on 5.4.17
                          The two items 2 daiken acs and water purifier were to be delivered today.

                          To my great surprise and unexpected from company of your repute, since morning till 8.45 pm i dialled your showroom landline telephone no. atleast 200 times. The telephone was either busy or not replied. Busy one can understand but no reply is a real shame.

                          You should have responsible staff to attend calls.

                          No one came to deliver my items. I ordered these items because i wanted immediately. I am living here with family n understand how it is without ac n water purifier in this summer time.

                          Please make sure that my ordered items are delivered first thing in the morning.

                            Booked a samsung double door fridge under exchange from vijay sales on 26/03/2017 which was deliviered on 28/03/2017 upon receipt there was a dent on the back side of the fridge raised a complaint for replacement the same was replaced on 30/03/2017 10:30pm but to my surprise it was the same fridge which was on display at the showroom & hence did not accept it again raised a complaint for replacement which was replaced on 01/04/2017 with a fresh one. In the meantime i had to visit vijay sales at least 5 times for the same complaint & follow-up. Bad after sales service nobody seems to know anything about my complaint or what to do with it. I felt like i was taken for a ride all these days as they did not have the stock for replacement. I had to face a whole of issues at my residence also. I was totally stressed out. My family was not happy at my decision to buy a fridge from vijay sales . I lost a whole of medicines which were to be kept under refrigeration, dairy products was spoiled, vegetables & fruits were rotten & had to be thrown away. Pls help as the agency is not negotiating to my problems. Needs a reimbursement to all the losses caused due the negligence of vijay sales..

                              I hv submitted a compaint 20 days back for service...and the tecnician has nit turned up. The service manager Mr. Jatin (mobile [protected]) is very rude and every time he says some one will come and no one is coming. This is happening since last 20 days...

                              I recommend not to buy any Vise products...it has pathetic after sales service...total thumbs down...

                                  I need a refund I bought a sharp inverter a/c from Vijay sales on 28th may 2015 with lot of promises given by sales man at the store for the product especially its inverter a/c and charged me more than 40 thousand for it . With in few months I have started to face gas problem now every time I can't spend 5000 for gas refill secondly service wen I call service centre @ Vijay they tell me sharp is gone from India so they can't promise the service to be done on time so why were they so fast while taking 40 thousand . I need a refund for this product .period !

                                    I purchased a microwave oven (make- Godrej) (Model No. GMX23CAIMKM) from your Tilak Road Pune branch on 26/03/2017.

                                    I received the delivery on 27/03/2017. When Godrej company technician came for giving the demo on 28/03/2017, he noticed that one of the part known as 'Coupler' is missing in the product.

                                    I tried to contact the store immediately, but nobody picked up the phone. On next day on 29/03/2017, I informed your store about the missing part. I was told that, after checking the details of dispatch and the stock, they will revert to me regarding the same. But I did not receive any reply from your side.

                                    Hence I once again contacted the store manager Mr. Prashant on the morning of 30/03/2017. He again asked for another day to look into the matter. I did not receive any reply from him, hence I personally visited your store on the evening of 31/03/2017. After consulting with the company technician over the telephone, your manager Mr. Prashan gave me the part know as 'Coupler' and I was assured that, I will not have any problem installing the same.

                                    However, when I came home and tried to install the part, I could not do so. Hence, I contacted the company technician and after discussion with him, it was revealed that, I had received a wrong part from your store. The Coupler given to me, was suitable for some other model and not of mine.

                                    On the same day, I brought the fact to the notice of Mr. Prashant. I was told that, the correct part required by me will have to be ordered from the company and will require two to three days to arrive.

                                    Finally today on 04/04/2017, I received a call from your store, that the part required by me has arrived and they asked me to collect the same from the store.

                                    I requested them to send a person/technician to my house, to install the part. For the obvious reason that, once I have received the wrong part and I was not able to install it, so the same thing should not happen again.

                                    But they have refused to send a person saying there is shortage of man power.

                                    Here I would like to bring to your notice that, first of all it was your fault that the part 'Coupler' was missing in the product delivered to me. Secondly, still I went to your store again, to collect the part, but this time I was given the wrong one. And now once again you are asking me to come your store all the way again and collect the part. This is simply not done...

                                    So please take a note of this and send your person to my house with the correct part to install the same. I am enclosing herewith copy of the invoice for your reference and to trace the other details.

                                      There are very good salesperson at VIjay Sales, good enough to lure the customer for their product sales. It is only after the customer pays the token amount then they show their real face. Company is follwing an unsaid and unwritten motto which is:
                                      Before making the sales : Customer IS GOD
                                      After making the sale: Customer IS DOG
                                      After paying the booking amount the customer has to wait for an uncertain period of time for the delivery, the main cause being negligence from VIjay Sales to forward the order to the main company. And after the product is delivered then they will behave as if they have no responsibility towards the customer.                                         I bought a Vise Led 48 inch on 27th July 2016. 15 days ago its display stopped working and only sound was working.

                                        I registered the complaint to Lotus Electronics Bhopal from where I purchased the TV. The complaint was registered on 24th March 2017 but still my television has not been repaired. Please help.
