I bought a Vise Led 48 inch on 27th July 2016. 15 days ago its display stopped working and only sound was working.

I registered the complaint to Lotus Electronics Bhopal from where I purchased the TV. The complaint was registered on 24th March 2017 but still my television has not been repaired. Please help.

My self Vinay Yelnoorkar on dated 26.03.2017 I booked AC in Vijay sales having details chasis no. ES12M5C (172-PNV03-17SOARFCV 120) at Panvel. Before booking I asked the representative of vijay sales for the delivery date they told it will be after two days but I told them please deliver it up to[protected]. According to delivery date I removed my window AC & modification of window is completed. But on dated[protected] when I visited to Vijay Sales at time 14:00 hrs. I came to know that delivery will not be possible up to[protected]. So I asked to sales manager why you committed me to deliver on dated[protected] he gave me lot of reasons & I asked him if the stock was not available why you took booking? Because of this matter I have to suffer physically & financially. So I request you to look in to the matter. If any details required please revert me.

Hi I am shashi bhushan from gurgaon palam vihar, have buy one split ac from vijay sales mg mall road gurgaon
And they have commit that on Saturday your ac will install
Saturday morning have call their customer care they said to me that still your case is not register then have asked them to please ask your sales team who has sale that ac to me to call me then one guy came on the phone his name is Rupesh he is big lier and really don't know how to talk with a customer
He told me that your case is register in LG they will come and install your ac
Then same day after noon have called to LG call center they confirmed me that still your call is not register may be agent is miss guide you please ask them to register the call 1st otherwise if we register then you need to pay full amount of installation charge which was actually not ask me before

Another think yesterday have check with rupesh twice and he has confirmed me that sir your call is register and today he has totally denied have face big issue today from vijay sales I really don't know why the sales person rupesh has falls commitment done actullay he is a big lier and customer is satisfied from vijay sales just because of these guys
Have taken leave from my office just bcos of his commitment who is the responsible for that

I purchased AO Smith water purifier on 28/06/2016 bill no : 304-DVM06-16SIAAO124 order number 304-DVM06-16SOA1015 from Preet Vihar showroom
My concern is I was attended by Mr Rahul and he told us it the best RO with low maintenance cost.
Now I am very much disappointed to know that it's filters are priced very high and company is saying you have to get its filters replaced every 3000 liter water and it's cost would be 3500 which annual cost comes around 10000 which is very high as compared to other water purifier available in market costing 2000 per annum.
I can't bear this high cost.
So I request you to return this product.

This is to place on record that the subject TV was purchased outright ... full down payment on 25/3/17, but till the writing of this mail, delivery has not been effected (Track order: [protected])
Since the Sales person in the Vijay Sales - Borivili branch could not confirm the time of delivery on 28th March - He was requested to deliver the same on 30th March. This was a gift to my parents, but unfortunately no delivery was made on the 30th and no call received about the inability to deliver though I had called in morning itself to check on delivery. It was only when I called in the evening, that I was told no delivery will be effected. And the saddest part is the Engg keeps calling as to when does he have to come and install the TV ...
Its sad that full payment made and the product has not yet reached destination. I have y'day informed the Dhawal who attended to my call y'day on 49555555, that if the product is not delivered today 31/3, it may be treated as order cancelled and the full reimbursement to be made to me.

I have purchased Godrej Refrigerator from vijay sales at satara road, pune on 28 March 2017. They will scheduled my product delivery on 30 March 2017. But till I don't get my product and no one call from vijay sales... So I have canceled my purchase and want my all money back. Otherwise I will complaint in consumer forum. Thanks

i think this model be outdated.

Myself CHANDRAKANT SINGH bought Aquaguard Superb RO+UV+UF from Vijay Sales Pitampura branch, HD-2, Block-HD, Pitampura residential scheme, Delhi on 15 march 2017 via credit card payment of Rs.16500/-
Before delivery I cancelled the order telephonically which was accepted and I was assured that refund will be processed within 7 to 10 days and will be informed.
Till now they have neither contacted me nor picking the phone provided on bill. It is very unsatisfactory service. I have been a regular customer at Vijay sales and bought most of my electronic and home appliances from vijay sales. This time its disappointing.

Bad Service Provider in Kalyan(W), Thane I had purchase TOSHIBA LED 32P2305 tv 2.5 yrs before and just in Sept 2016 this TV display off.

I made a complaint in Sept- 2016 but till now it is not resolved whenever I call them they are telling us lies each time even there call center executive also telling lies with the customer.

Please resolved my tv display problem.

I have bought Lava mobile on 1st Nov 2016 from your outlet at vasai, very next day i came to your outlet to return the mobile, problems were battery was not getting charged & suddenly was getting switched off, your executives diverted me to Lava service station, this was not expected from your staff, we went to Lava service station, they didn't agree to replace the mobile & just formatted mobile & given back, after that visited several times to Lava service station, but the same problem still persists, i have sent mail to Lava company also but no response, i bought lava mobile because, i was trusting Vijay sales, if any problem will be there, will get support from vijay sales, actually i have bought many products from vijay sales & never faced any problem, this was 1st time i faced some problem, this is critical, we can know about service of any organisation only when problem arise, till that everything will be fine only, i hope my belief about vijay sales was true & i will get support from you & help in sorting out this issue & help in getting my mobile replaced

I had purchased vise washing machine vise TV n a Haier refrigerator. I had purchased on installment basis but when the delivery time came u store people from korum mall Thane denied to deliver the washing machine to my other house which was only 2 mins from my original home. As i have 2 house that is one belong to my mom n other belongs to me n i had given documents of my mom's address. I had to exchange washing machine from my other address but they refuse to give delivery n the finance person from bajaj was also not understanding very bad experience with u people I ll never refer others to take from ur store very bad

I purchased a fridge from Vijay sales (Rs 27500) via HDFC bank credit card and 14% interst for 1 year. EMI calculated was Rs. 2469.15 and Total Interest: 2129.8 .

however HDFC is charging EMI of Rs. 2517 per month now.

When contacted to customer care number[protected], they are asking to contact dombivali brach office number.

When I try dombivali offcie number[protected], its always busy and i cannot connect.

I had bought a Godrej Convection Microwave from Vijay Sales, Tip Top Plaza Hotel, L B S Marg. Thane West.
The lights in it are not working now.
I went to Vijay Sales, Customer Care on Friday 3rd March 2017.
The staff there PROMISED me that the technician would come to my place on Tuesday 7th if not on Monday 6th. To my request to send the technician on Saturday 4th she replied in the negative. But when I requested again to send on Monday, she agreed.

We are on Thursday 9th and yet their person has not come to my place.

Not only that NOBODY has contacted me as yet to let me know what is happening.

My father is purchesed a videocon 32"led tv at 21/08/16 and the installetion we noticed the desktop stand is not in good condition we complaining about that with your tachnicion but they said the problem from videocon company so who can we resolve this problem. kindly saggesed a batter way to solved this problem.after this we are see the some dots in tv displey when the tv is on condition.

I purchased a Panasonic Microwave from your Vijay Sales of Mira road branch as a wedding gift for my cousin, however when I visited her place the model was delivered, trusting the brand i did not visit personally to check however it was shocking that a brand like vijay sales will cheat. The service is appauling.
Please help I have purchased microwave around 25th December 2016, model NN-CT364B, the product delivered was model no - NN-CT353.

I have bought Videocon LED from vijay Sales, on condition of D2H free connection for 1 year. I followup with Vijay Customer care team for Installation of D2H, I got replay from Vijaj Sales, person will come directly from D2h and ido the installation, you have to pay 999 amont for installation.
Person has came and installed the D2h, he used my mobil to cordinate with D2h Customer care.
He asking me which package offerd by Vijay Sales .
I told him, vijay sales told me to pay 999 amount for istallaton, you will get one subcription free .

i am not happy with the service of D2H and Vijay Sales Cordination.

Vijay Sales point is to sales but not providing Good services to Customer.

Dear Sir,

I had lodged a complaint dt. 04.02.17 (14 days passed, No solution) regarding my LED TV. I have purchased one LED Indrod Smart Tv 32 wide V.No. 336-DGD03-16SI- 1264 Dt. 30.03.2016 form your Paschim Vihar Vijay Sales outlet in Oct 2015. You can search Invoice by my register mobile no. i.e. [protected].
That is under warranty for 3 years.
Now one serious error had come in this LED. Massage flash " Google play services stop". And after this massage no any command able to operate in system. Also reset is not operating.
Your technician comes & comes again, but no one have solution for this error.
I am complaining form 04.02.2017. 14 days had already passed. You can much understand the importance of entertainment in today's life & Tv is most common & available source of entertainment. So, Kindly treat this at most Priority.
