I purchased Gionee mobile F103 pro gold, six months back from Seasons mall store, the phone started having problems and goes off or hangs anytime. so i went to the store in seasons mall, they said i need to visit customer care centre and gave me printed address of MG road, i went there but the service centre guy told me that, they have shifted service centre for Gionee to Jewell square near Taj Hotel, so i had to travel all the back to KP . when i reached the service centre in Jewel square, again the the lady at that service centre told me that they dont do servicing for Gionee. This is absolutely frustrating. I had to travel all the way from Magerpatta to MG road and MG road to KP again. did not expected this kind of products to be sold by Vijay sales and this service, i would like someone to get in touch with me asap to organise the repair for my mobile or else i would like to request to refund my money as the product which i have purchased from you guys isnt value for money. Please treat this a a matter o[censored]rgency. Pls contact me on [protected]

While purchasing VISE A.C from Kalyan Vijay sales store at Kalyan, salesman told me that AC is 4way flow AC. But when it came to me it was 2way flow. The most important issue is 1.5ton AC is unable to cool 9X9 feet bedroom. When complaint to them, they send mechanic after 4to5 days. And mechanic is unable to demonstrate the cooling in room. He is giving many excuse and unsatisfactory answer, trying to impose that his excuses are correct.

My Self Dipak Joshi living in Bopal, I have purchased Electrolux AC by cash on 16th May, 2017 from Vijay Sales, near Iscon cross road, Ahmedabad branch but still I din’t received delivery. The sales person told me that we will get delivery within 2 working days so was expecting it on Thursday but it dint came and
I waited till Saturday and On Saturday evening I visited the branch and met to Delivery manager Jitubhai and he told me we will get delivery on Sunday between 5 yo 7 pm. Again we dint get delivery and on Monday we again visited branch and met with Rahul and he told that we will surely get delivery on Today.
So today I called to Rahul but he is saying that there is problem in Godown shifting so we might not get the delivery today.

I purchased bajaj air cooler dc 2016 glacier desert model no.- dc2016glacier on 29th april 2017 from vijay sales store located at pune rahatani (P-8 aundh annexe).

Its only 15 days and i am finding issues with product.
There is heavy water leakage from bajaj cooler.

May 16 i lodged a compaint with vijay sales, i called up many times vijay store to escalate it to bajaj electricals and have water leakage problem fixed from cooler.

Only one engineer came, he made some temporary fix, saying that he does not have proper product part, he promised to return next day and deploy proper part to fix water leakage problem.

No one has come after that to fix the issue with cooler.
Despite my repeated reminders i am not getting and positive reply from vijay sales.

Have purchased a vise ac split
Of 1.5 tonnes, no one botgers to come for service, if i call them up fpr service the technicians pass on the buck saying i dont have time its not my area
No onw from service center co ordinates
And the technician sohail stops answering the phone and disconnects the call technician is very rude and most pathetic customer experience regret buying vise should have brought voltas only

We have purchased a new videocon smart tv vide sales order code[protected] dated 06.05.2017 (Registered mobile number [protected], and [protected]) (Payment for the same was made on 6/05/2017 itself vide dd no 347104 dated 06/05/2017) and after various follow up the same was delivered on 12.5.2017.

Again after vigorous/continuous follow up the tv was installed on 15.05.2017 and while installation it was found that the volume/sound was not working and the same was brought to the notice of your outlet at chembur office. Subsequently complaint was lodged for the same on 17/05/2017. Till today the date being 20/05/2017 no engineer of the company has attended to the complaint. Further it is also observed that the system shuts down when the volume button is operated. Hence it is clear that we have been provided with a faulty smart tv which is not working although it is a new one.

In view of the above we request you to replace this faulty tv with a new good one/or refund of the amount at the earliest.

We bought a fridge from Vijay sales Lajpat nagar New delhi, after working for few days it stopped working we followed vijay sales service team and they came here 20 days back dismantle the fridge compressor and said other team will come with new compressor and fix that and take old one, but still after 22 days no body is picking phone and no response.
kindly help us to get our due.

I am sorry to inform you that the washing machine which i bought from vijay sales prabhadevi shop near siddhivinayak temple mumbai. Against cash memo no. V. N0. 107-pd01-17siaa0 5 ord. No 107-pd01-17soa 14 dated 01.01.2017with warrenty now the machine stops working since last ten days from (05.05.17). The technician comes three times but not resolved till date.

Ifb compliant no.[protected]..

Apart from this i make a complaint through vijay sales customer care but not resolved till date.

All these are causing great inconvenience and i feel cheated. I, therefore, request you to remove the fault if it is minor or replace it for a new one as per the conditions of warranty certificate. Your quick action will be highly appreciated.

I purchased a toshiba tv 32l400ze from vijay sales chemburon 21/3/15. While purchasing i was told that there's a warranty of three years on the tv as compared to other brands. The same was also displayed on tv. Now the tv is not starting. After complaining to customer care it is been told that there's warranty of only 1 year. Kindly attend the issue at the earliest and stick to the customer promise given while selling products. It won't take time that fake product selling strategies and fooling customers by vijay sales chembur will come in light. Call me on [protected]-anup

I had purchased 3 Vise from kalyan outlet for my hotel pinto park in ulhasnagar but unfortunatly one 32inch tv again second time is not working for which i was said its motherboard is not working again which was replaced last time & after making several calls to your customer care has been taken by u on 11th may & not yet been resolved and this same tv last time was repaired after two months
Now 48 inch tv also is not working for which i please request you to resolve it or get it replaced by other1 as soon as possible

We wanted to purchase 1 tone split AC with sleep mode function for our home. We went to Vijay sales for inquiry on 7th May 2017. The sales person showed us different models with sleep mode function, in which we selected Hitachi Model. Before making payment we asked the sales person to confirm about sleep mode function in AC, he said he has confirmed. Then we made the payment of Rs. 28000.00 on same day and received delivery of AC on next day. The installation people came on 9th May 2017 and installed the AC. After installation we came to know that there is no sleep mode function in that particular model. Then we called Vijay sales they didn't responded properly. We went to Vijay sales office on 14th May 2017, the sales person said that he has given us wrong information about the product.
We said that we wanted to either refund or change the product. But the manager did not agree. The manager of Vijay sales was very rude in communication.

We have book new washing machine from you LG make 10 days back and delivered 8 days back. This machine was making lot of noise and one day it was filled down. On 13/05/2017 technician from visited and inspected machine and he observed that noise is committing which is enclosed for your reference so you are requested to change the machine

I was told that symphony air cooler touch 35 would be delivered by 12th of may 2017which we had bought on 10th of may 2017, After waiting whole day on 12, I called at Vijay sales Panchvati branch Ahmedabad, I was told to get a call back in 10 minutes which obviously never happened. It's 13th may 2017 today. I haven't got the product yet. And these guys are not answering my call. This is pathetic and highly highly DISAPPOINTING . No response from anyone . What am I supposed to do. I have even dropped a mail to customer care in Mumbai, which is equally inappropriate and irresponsible. Would never ever recommend this place today anyone. Would have been better of purchased online.

The service I received at the Andheri branch of Vijay Sales on 05/05/2017 was horrendous. After giving me misinformation about the product I needed I was informed that delivery and instillation were scheduled for 07/05/2017. Instillation did not happen however, despite me sitting at home the entire day. After waiting all day and calling constantly I found out that the sales assistant had written my number down wrong. This meant that the instillation would be scheduled on another day, a day in which I would be out of town. The instillation happened and upon returning to my apartment I am disgusted by the work that has been done. The instillation is atrocious. The AC is not fitted in the correct place and is not straight. The instillation has meant that the screen on my living room window has been torn. There is no water drainage, the pipe has just been left to leak all over my balcony. The outside vent was fitted incorrectly. Outside pipes have been covered with box board and taped to the window and they have not bothered to put a plug on the cable meaning that the wires are directly fitted into the wall. It's unprofessional, untidy and unsafe.

I had purchased symphony air cooler from vijay sales Mahim Branch on 14.04.2017
Vide order.no.101-MH04-17SOA 139 dated 14.04.2017.Cooler Model no.diet 35 T.
After receipt of said cooler I observed that cooler is not cooling properly and some problem in pumping system.
I immediately lodged the complain to Mahim branch with a request to resolve the problem immediately.
The work was assigned to Mr.Kishor Mob.no.[protected] he came to my home on 10.05.17 at 8.40 night but I was away from home.I requested him to come 10 am but he did not reached my home and dropped message to call me at 8.50 night.
This is totally irresponsible behavior and attending the customers complaint at night is not correct way.
Please change this mechanic.

This is to inform you that myself (Krunal makwana) had recently purchased speakers of philips of rs 8990/- on bajaj card dt:-07/05/17.
Vsales representative promised me that the said consignment will be delivered at my place by dt:-08/05/17 but instead of giving delivery on time they were not at all bothered to update me the actual facts and kept telling me that the concern delivery boy will be reaching late at your place, which never showed up by the end of day.

Is this what we are paying for???

I have purchesed vise spilt ac (Invertor) last year may'2016 from vijay seles rander, surat. I have called for service on 21 april'2017, there are no any spare part service provided by company till date. I have called 30 times after 21 april and really disappointed from vijay sales. Please anybody not purchase any item from vijay sales, badest after sales service.

On 08/05/2017, we Purchased Gionee P5 from Vijay Sales Model Town Branch. We asked for a mobile phone with specific feature of OTG support and we were assured by the executive that the mobile is equipped with the feature. As a loyal customer i trusted the words of the executive & buy the phone at Rs. 9199. When we put the phone into use as per our OTG requirement the phone did not have that feature installed. Same day after realising deficiency we asked the store executive to exchange it with the equipped phone. In reply to that the executive denied to exchange the phone and replied in sarcastic manner.
We trusted the words of your executive and purchased the phone we didnot have even use the phone for a day, nor we have damaged it. Rather it is a clear case of breach of trust from your executive.
We want to exchange our product with the equipped one and an action against the executive who misbehaved with us.
We have attached the photo of products, copy of bill along with it.
Kindly take strict action against the executive and the branch manager.

On 3 feb i bought a panasonic microwave from vijay sales. Nn-ct744m. Since i had to go out of station i requested them to schedule my demo once i'm back. I have been calling up vijay sales on regular basis now but no one has been sent. Everytime i'm told that the engr will come or i'm given a false commitment that they will look into it. Disgusted by such unprofessional service. Should not have bought anything from your company as your customer satisfaction rate is only 8%. Wish i had seen this before buying.

I purchased vise ac on[protected] having 3 three years warrwnty. The ac was not cooling 15 days back i made report and it was repaired yesterday on 4-5-2017. After repair it was cooling for three hours upto 7 pm, after that it stopped cooling, i request kindly it may please be get repaired immediately, as it is causing inconvenience in this hot summer.
