I brought Vise tv 98 cm 6 month before from Delhi lajpat Nagar market Vijay sales as per rule I have to call between 2 months for installation but some family reason I can't called for installation but now I'm calling your help line all line show busy no budy give me proper response I tried your all help line numbers so now what should I do for that please clear this help me.. thank you

I Mr.Santosh Sinalkar from Dr.Bhumkar hospital, Thane has ordered a Television from ghodbunder road, thane dated on 19/10/2016 cheque payment done .But yet not have recieved the delivery of the product and the sales person has visited for the fitting whose behaviour was very ill-mannered .product purchased was VISE LED VM48F501 of amount Rs.31490/-
Kindly look into the matter and i am very disappointed with your service.Please give a feedback.

Purchased water purifier on evening of 16.10.16. Installed on 17.10.16. Water Purifier stopped functioning from 19.10.16. Lodged complaint with Vijay Sales on 20.10.16. Complaint No.1610B201954. I was informed that it will be attended to at the earliest. I called again on 20th Oct, 22nd Oct, 24th, 25th, 26th Oct. Only response I get is company person is supposed to visit the same day. No call from either Vijay Sales or Eureka Forbes Person. Harassed and Helpless.

I have purchased Videocon LED TV from vijay sales kharghar last year & the tv was having some problem have registered a complaint regarding LED TV on 18th Oct, still no one has attended a call regarding this issue.
I feel very bad to say that daily Iam getting assurance that call will be attended today form last 3-4 days when ever have called at the end of the day, but still awaiting….!!!

I am ur customer for more than 3 years, unfortunately my hand cut during checking the refrigerator on vijay sales sec-7 dwarka, i asked their employees for bandage. But thats really worst that more than an hour their is no bandage or first aid facility their. My concern is, if there is any big problem happened their then who will be responsible and how team will tackle if in this small condition they was unable to help me. Thats really ridiculous.

Im have been using vijaya heater for 4 years.since then i have got 5times repair and it has to be kept aside for months.no representative or any body is useful or repaired it by any cost.its very pathetic service i have been every faced and worst product i used in my life.i need an immediate service support for it as it has 6 years warranty.i have purchased this item in adoni kurnool dist andhra pradesh.i tried to make service itself

Hi myself vijay, On 10th Oct i hve purchase godrej refregerator & panasonic washing machine frm vijaysales chembur branch.. I feel vry bad to say tht, i am vry unsatisfied frm ur sales team n also frm ur service bcz i thought I'll get my products on 11th oct tht was an dassera day bt unfortunately i got refregerator on 12th oct n till date i didn't receive my washing machine.. several time i called on customer care no. Of chembur branch bt no 1 is intrested to receive a call which is shown how u treating with ur customers n playing with there feelings.
It's truely disappointed.

I had a booking for videocon model ddb led vju32hh12cah - fda having booking code no[protected] dated[protected]. the salesperson said me that we will deliver it by tomorrow or day after tomorrow. it's[protected] today i didn't get any call from your store.

Even i didn't find on your website how to track my booking status.

Will you please let me know when i am going to have deliver the television at my delivery address.

This incident took place at bhandup west store. Home theatre was booked on 2nd october and it was assured that delivery of the same will be done on dusshera day (11th october 2016) and the same was not done.

Post follow up it was intimated by amol from the concerned store that delivery will be done next day

Can someone from vijay sales please revert for the reason of this lapse

I have purchased tv from vijay sales panvel branch. They have committed to deliver product on dassera before 12 p. M. But still i don't received delivery of tv. Also telephone executive is not supporting after asking about status of delivery and also telephone executive disconnecting call directly without giving any reason for delivery.

I have purchased vise led before 4 months, since purchase of the tv it used to stuck and sound use to not work for sometime and again normal after two months the mother board was found faulty. I asked for replacement which was not given and again i was asked to use the same tv. I continued watching the same tv again after 2 month the display is found faulty for which i complained but no response for a week the person came and took photos and told the technician will come and again the story will repeat. Vise is a brand you cannot trust on and i want a replace of the product or allow me to change the brand.

I spoke to sanobar who told will forward the request and was telling cannot replace. I want my rights as i have paid for the product and the given item was faulty from beginning.

I want a replacement or allow me to go with another brand else refund my money.

I have bought lg refrigerator from vijay sales - janak puri, new delhi on 02nd oct (Bill attached) & the same was delivered at my home on 03rd oct afternoon.

Stickers/tapes were pasted on the body of fridges (Photos attached) which i saw on 3rd evening once i reached home on 3rd evening.

On the removal of tapes large dents were visible therefore it will not be wrong to mention that tapes were intentionally pasted to hide those dents.

This is the pure case of cheating & needs to be looked into urgently.

I purchased an Eureka Forbes W/Purifier Prime UV on 28th Aug 2016 from Ghatkopar Branch. The W/purifier has some problem in its internal circuit. I have raised the complaint to the store but till now they have not given replacement or any other solution. They sent mechanic thrice to check the problem in the beginning but nothing happened. It was a really bad experience that till now I am not getting replacement. Noe the store does not pick up phone calls and they don't respond also. Please tell me what I am supposed to do now? Its been a month and they are just sitting quite. It's really unprofessional. Hope to get a help from here.

On 2-4-2016 vide order no- 361-UND04-16SOAT 12, i purchased a window ac 185DY (5 Star) 1.5T from vijay sales noida. In the first week of this month suddenly had a problem and i made a complaint to voltas customer care but to my utter surpise no one came to resolve my complaint for 4 days despite making several calls. A guy came after 4 days to repair the ac though he repaired the ac but his behaviour was very bad. Now within 20 days of repair the same problem occured again, now its been three days since i made the complaint again and same story is being repeated after making numerous calls a guy came but said that some part is damaged and they dont have the same part and it will further 3-4 days to repair. I purchased the item from vijay sales and i request to redress my grevience at the earliest and take necessary action for unnecessary delay caused by service centre people.
My AC is still under the warrenty period.

I have negotiated and agreed for godrej refrigerator from vijay slaes vashi store for rupees 15000 but at the time for payment they started saying that i need to pay more as price has increased and they missed to update the prices.

They keep on saying the same and finally i end up paying 500 rupees extra however they were demanding 1200 rupees extra from the agreed amount.
This behavior of m/s vijay sales is very bad and i found my self cheated by such big store.

Even after 2 days of making the payment their is no intimation for delivery. And on calling the customer care thrice they keep on saying that they will arrange the call from store and provide you the update

Very bad service and people.

I am totally disappointed by the Service provided from your end .
I have purchased new Front end washing machine . Order No. 192-PSR09-16SO 157 From Vijay sales, Pune Satara Road Branch.
The Rat mat which fits at the bottom of the machine was of wrong size. Your Representative informed that he will bring the right size within 2 days.
After 2 days another person from your service section came and informed that it has to be provided from Vijay sales only.
Hence visited VIJAY Sales, informed them ..They promised me that it will provided within 1 day.but so far, no response. Also tried to contact them on the number provided on the invoice but no one picks the call.

I bought samsung fully automatic washing machine from vijay sales, sector 29, gurgaon. They promised a 'washing kit' inside the machine but nothing was there when we opened it. Moreover, when we contacted customer care no, they said samsung will provide it. When we contacted samsung people, they told that its responsibility of vijay sales. When we again tried to contact vijay sales, the contact no. Only rings up, nobody picks it up. When two calls from vijay sales executives approached us for ensuring the machine delivery, we told them about our issue but nothing happened thereafter. Moreover, i wrote mails and reminders to vijay sales but so far no response from their side. It seems that vijay sales is least bothered about customer satisfaction and expert in making false promises. Its not matter of a washing kit only but issue of befooling customers by making false promises, which vijay sales is not able to fulfil. Though i had been a regular customer of vijay sales and purchased several products like, one plasma tv, two smart phones, one tablet, one fridge and swveral other small and big items from this outlet of vijay sales just because of the brand name but i faced some or other problem every time. Now, it has reached to its height of irresponsibility. So, i'll not recommend anyone to purchase anything from there and i myself have also taken decision not to purchase anything from there in future. Its simply poor & customer-unfriendly company.

I ordered for an apple mac book pro at vijay sales in hub mall goregaon. They promised me the delivery after four days. Then again two days.
Now again when i contacted them, they said it will take 7 days more. I have already done my whole payment. Now no onje properly responded.
Even now i say, dont ever go in that store. You will loose your money, time and energy as well.
Worst vijay sales ever

We buy 1.5 ton window ac from vijay sales dwarka sector 7 delhi, on 28-jul-16.
That ac has stopped cooling due to condenser leakage, we submit the complaint at vijay sales on 30-aug-16, vijay sales engineer visited us on 02-sep-16 and failed to repair the ac, our ac unrepaired till today 19-sep-16, vijay sales customer care has stopped responding our phones. Please help us to repair our ac immediately.
