I have purchased a vise ac from cg road showroom (Ahmedabad city), since i purchased this product i fed up.

I would like to highlight to you that, your technician had visited when i complain last time but he said that in this product (Vise ac) this much noise will come and room will be soon in normal temperature after just switch off the ac as currently outside temperature is very high..

This was really funny answer from him..

Hope you will also not agreed with this.. We are using ac since last more than 10 years and never feel like this your technician was just sharing his knowledge to convince to customer which not good when customer is not aware of ac use... We are not mad people the way he was giving understanding to us..

Still we are not satisfied with the ac.. Really please believe me that ac is not working properly. It's giving air like cooler and we feel that and now started making noise so we are not able to even sleep with this noise.

This product not even maintain cooling for few minutes after switch off it.
I have purchased first time of vijay sales (Ac) product with assuming that same will work like other ac but after started to use it, we came to know that it is working like air cooler not ac.

Hope you understand the voice of customer and give me solution on this.. If you guys are not able to solve it please replace it with new model

Product delivery was assured next day of purchase. The whole amount was paid by me on day of purchase. Its more than 3 days n get the product has not been delivered. The staff including the manager lied at every moment i called to check.
The staff too is non co-operative if our apearance is not rich. I experienced it wen i visited the shop in diff attires.
There also seemed to be some unsurity n unprofessionalism among the staff.
They only wanted to do their sales least bothered about customer requirements.

I have booked the Haier refrigerator on 31st May 2017 and I have been committed by your counter representative within 2/3 working days will get the delivery but till today my goods not yet deliver to me... I am constantly following up with your CS Borivali branch and complaint dept of Goregaon and from one week I am receiving only commitment but not the physical delivery of the product... It seems nobody bother about it

My self sulay son of shankuntalaben here writing complain about vijay sales this is happening with me second time and couple of times on phone given request about my ac services since three month i am trying to contact to store about vijay sales no body giving proper answer on phone not bother of customer calling i dont know wts going on in system no aware no customer services center to get proper feed back i want refund money or take back your appliances..

Whirlpool ac 1.5 t split invertor purchase on dt.28.05.17 & installed 3days back, ac split was 2 unit seperated i. E outdoor & indoor, the indoor unit was new make march 2017 & our door was make may 2016 yrs back (Objection given earlier). After installation found outdoor unit was make big noise /sound. Complain was lodge at whirlpool, engg, came but all in vain the noise problem as not solve. You are requested to replace the new unit or cancelled the order or give other co. U have make replace.

I am a regular customer of vijay sales. Earlier i was in mumbai. Vijay sales service in Mumbai was very good.
Now i stay in delhi. I am highly disappointed from the customer service of vijay sales. They never attend call neither they give right information. Last year in 2016 may, i had purchased vise ac. They never came for servicing. I had called them n no. Of times but no one responded. I visited lajpat nagar vijay sales office but no 1 entertained.
My ac has stopped cooling.
I will never recommend any one to purchase from vijay sales.

In pune vijay sales is having such a name. But the fact is they have poor service... They don't even look at the customers once the product is sold. Their service is the poorest. Even if the product is defective, they don't even listen to the complaints of customers or else give different excuses. I[censored] want your product properly.. Plz don't buy from vijay sales. I m regretting by buying the product from them. I have purchased daikin ac from them. They are example of pure fraud people. You all are fine to take my suggestion or open to face the same game.

Purchased a videocon washing machine on 26th may'17 and a defective machine was delivered on 27th may. A replacement was asked and a equally defective machine was sent after 3 days. Then waited for the technician to lodge the complaint. The technician too detected the machine was fault and then vijay sales gave us an option of brand change after a torturous week. Finally we zeroed down on panasonic and the same was delivered on 3rd june '17 and was promised an installation on the same day but the washing machine only was delivered late. Also as per observation, they say its a packed piece but the same is open from beneath and fool consumers. There is no guarantee on the piece u receive because of this and hence people are receiving defective pieces. Coz when the came to take the defective piece back, the packed it in the same manner as the had brought it and i was shocked. Installation is still awaited despite facing so man issues and was promised immediate installation but all in vain. Will never buy a product ever from vijay sales.

I purchased symphony storm 70i air cooler from vijay sales sector 29 on[protected]. Next day, the delivery boys came with the product and on check we found that the product was defective/ display piece... I haven't accepted the product and asked the delivery boys to take the product back... I never expected vijay sales involve in cheating the customer by giving the old product for new price...

I have purchased yamaha home theater from vijay sales some times back and now home theater is not working. I have made several visits to vijay sales mira road branch and matter escalated to the manager ankur as well. He assured me that he will look into this matter personally but still no one has visited my home. Its 25 days now and still no one has visited or attended this call.

This is just an annoying experience with the tv purchased vise led 55" on 22/8/2016 its been 8 months from purchase i have send the tv for atleast 3 times its been more in service center than my house had a problem with the screen still facing the same problem with the display it flickers i need the tv to be replaced i am fed up with the tv and once sent to the service center it takes atleast 2/3 weeks to the tv to get repaired please take this matter on a serious note so no further action needs to be taken.

Very very annoyed!!! I have been calling for servicing every single day from the past week asking for my ac to be serviced. The customer care has been giving me assurance of it been done everyday by evening and nobody responds on repeating complaints. They do not have numbers of their engineers is what they mention on asking for the number of the engineer because they state that they are on field. How do you communicate with your clients??? You cannot revert back on the services provided and customers concern.

First time i am very unsetisfide from vijay sales delivery person i don know whos name but he is age near by 35 3 person
1 driver not help them and 1 small boy he is good one but onther 2 person 1 is driver and 1 is 35 aged person brown hair.
He ask foe bribe 200 rs for tea water eveen i personaly take a. C gf to 4th floor and compressor 2nd floor to 4th floor i help them.
Really really very very very bed and poor person i will complain in cansumer court for this riggid man.

I bought a samsung FHD curved 40" television a year ago and now i have found colourful vertical lines and a brownish black spot on the screen. I called samsung customer care centre and talked about my problem, they said my television is not under warranty but Vijay Sales in Crown Plaza Faridabad gave me a Triple Protection warranty card . But when the technician arrived he said that triple protection warranty doesnt cover tv with model no. UA40J6300. Then why the hell your staff gave me that warranty card is this joke going on here. Because of that warranty card I didnt extend my warranty.
And now you have to take some strict action against it and repair it or replace it. Iam not going to give a penny for this from my pocket

Hi, this is to inform you that I had purchased a split ac of godrej company model no gsc18 wqr from vijay sales, rohini, Delhi. As I told them that I have only two required in ac first is it should be 5star and second is it has copper coil. But they cheated me and send me aluminium coil split ac. Now they forced me that u purchase another brand ac in high amount. I just want to know that its their business to achieve the sale target and grabbed more money from customers. My first visited in VIJAY SALES is worst. Hate it.

Hi there i bought one of the Ac with inverte one and one Television of 55"' one year ago i facing difficulty to servicing of my products couple of time given reminder of for my Ac servicing no one has bothered for the same no one has look in to the customer service requirement i am really disappointed with your services and i am not going to buy any single product from your store that was true bad experience i had and i am telling to my circle dont go with vijay sales they are not giving services after selling product

I have booked LG 220 LTR refrigerator from vijay sales in faridabad. Executive committed to me delivery next day but next day no response for vijay sales executive infact after calling me he didnt reply my call. After so many calls and misguiding he said this model no was out of stock and delivery surely next 2 days. But after 2 days no response and I have visited the show room and executive misbehaving me . After some argue i decided to select other model but this model is lower than my first selected model. He said the balance amount will be paid to you by cheque. I also agree with his commitment. After 3 week no response and information by vijay sales team regarding my cheque. After this I had decided to again visit the showroom and my cheque already made by 2 week ago but no one can inform me to collect the cheque.

Very third class and poor service of vijay sales in faridabad also no one responsible person in the showroom to handle all those issue. Third class and poor service.

I ordered 2 electrolux air conditioners from vijay sales.1 was for my factory, and one was for my home. My home's ac was damaged so ordered for a new ac. When i told the authorities of vijay sales to send people to remove my old ac, they denied for it. We protested but they denied again. The people of our house had to remove the ac which weighted more thn 50 kgs in which my bicep muscle got cramped. I request you to please look into the matter and update me.

My tv of vise company taken from vijay slaes thane is having some problem on its screen. There are 3-4 black patch seen on its screen. The company person have visited 1 time and was been told by him that company persons will come and take the tv back and will return it after repairing but there is no response after calling so many times.
