I have purchase acre laptop from Vijay sales. At the time of purchase Sales Man told that I will get 2 extension warranty @ Rs. 500/- and I will get head phone worth rs 3000/- after paying of Rs. 500/-
But both were the false commitment. I paid Rs. 1200/- for 2 year extinction warranty. And for offer part, still I am wafting to get head phone delivery. I have escalated this mater to acre and Vijay sales as well. But not body is bothered to get this resolve.
I feel that I have cheated by Sales man.
I will recommend that we purchase electronics items CROMA for better after sales service

My self shoeb kardekar, my contact number is [protected]. last year i have taken elica chimney from vijay sales kalyan store. as while when i am taking a product the store staff has commited that after a six months i'll be getting a free service by the vijay sales. i ask him that the service is by the company or by store or is there any charges for that. the guy who has attend me, said the free service by store. now i am want my free service so store csd is telling u have pay for that there is no free service. this a very very bad service first time i am getting from vijay sales kalyan store. before i have purchase home theater, washing machine, refrigerator any many more thing from vijay sales charni road. but i was always happy. so i requet to senior person of store look to the matter. regards shoeb kardekar

I am Anita Bhakuni purchase Eureka Forbes Water Purifier prime UV 8 months before after 6 months the machine is not working properly.
I have been calling for the same no Technician and Vijay sales team is attending my complaint.
My last complaint i have logged on 23rd of october as per the commitment of vijay sales they failed to give me service.
Machine is Leaking and Short circuit in panel.
I am Purchasing Mineral Water last 15 days and Vijay sales team not responding to my complaint.

Full description:I purchased Sony Led TV 32 inches from Vijay Sales Uttamnagar dated on 10th Nov 2016 but they delivered the product next day and after tons of follow up engineer did not visited for wall mount.Even Vijay sales & from engineer end they committed for installation on 11th Nov 2016. I wasted my completed day, No resolution provided, Hence i am requesting a refund and returning of product.

I purchased a LED 55" TV on 29th October however till now no one has come to wall mount it. I called the customer care services Several times and they always gave me fake commitment. I'm frustrated I don't want the TV anymore I'll purchase from croma or reliance digiexpress they provide time to time and better services
1st HORRIBLE experience with VIJAYSALES

Dear sir/madam, i have purchased a videocon ultra hd led tv n a philips home theatre on 30/10/16 i have filed a complaint on 2 nbefore that also i have complaint but no response has been given by them only they say is"kaal aayega" but they never come, i am very much disappointed by the service they delivered the product but has yet not given the after sales service i dont know how to fit it only the technician knows how to fit it, my requedt is that plzz send some one today itself i have even called customer care theysaid within 72 hrs they"llcome but whenever i call i get to hear this only, plzz do the needfull n send the demo peson n technician man as eary as possible

I have bought videocon 43" television from vijay sales vasai west branch as on 23/10/2016, which we got delivery on 29/10/2016. Wall mounting is pending from videocon, but vijay sales vasai west branch did not pick up my call from tuesday & top of that i hv called more than 50 times on today, but every time only bell rings. No one have courtesy to pick up customer calls. Is this vijay sales gives services to their customer?

I have purchased samsung k5570 led from vijay sales janakpuri, new delhi on dated 31st october.in this tv set top box of airtel is in-built. today, samsung engineer has installed the led. now i need to start my airtel connection, i am trying since 12.30 pm[protected], but no anybody picking the phone. its very urgent to talk with them.

Is this kind of service they are providing to their customers. please look into this serious matter and do the needful.

The window AC purchased on 29 Oct 2016 was to be delivered and installed latest by 31 Oct 2016 as per promise of Sales person Mr Vikil. However, till 6 pm on 1st Nov, the delivery has not been completed.

All the numbers i.e.[protected]selling store) and[protected]delivery support) are picked up once in 25 attempts and When I visited store personally around 1 pm today, I was told by Mr Vikil through some assistant that both delivery and Instt will b done btwn 4-5 pm today but nothing happened.

The people handling supplies are liars and useless and I vouch never to return to vijaysales ever after . Return my money and keep your ac as I am fed up. I am also of the feel that even my this attempt will prove useless without any response from vijaysales but still..

My tv model number is sony klv32w562d Very bad service not answering any calls.not giving power bank and bill even not giving free home dilevery first told we are giving the tv at andheri brach after coming over there they told its out of stock then taking us at hub mall and there after they took us to godown and at the evening they told our enginer will come after 2 days.

Free gift play station of cost Rs.17000/- on Sony led tv KD-55X8500D not given to us by Vijay sales Pimpri.

I swapnil kumar have brought 1 fridge1miksy & 1 oven at palm beech road branch. they promised to deliver on the dipawli day. but not delivered. i have to go outside on next day. i told my one friend to collect the delivery when they will send on other day. nxt day a call came from vijay sales that they are sending my delivery. my frnd went to my place to collect the delivery. but the luggage man said that only miksy is here. about other product you had purchased call the shop. then vijay salesman again told that other product will come after some time. so this way we are waiting for two days for our delivery. and make my dipawli in thia way. what a rubbish shop this is. worsed i ever deal with. if you are not able to deliver your product on time.. close this bloody shop and do some other work. sitting in ac shop with tie and shoes in not the benchmark for a good shop. purchase my needy items wd your shop is my biggest mistake. i know that in spite of making this complain nothig is going to. happen. because this is vijay sale's site complain. i am waiting and wnt to see that what will happen after this complain..

I bought TV from Andheri branch which was suppose to deliver on laxmipujan day however it did not come. Also their phone was continously busy. We were waiting for full day bt they did not come. We had planned it to come on Laxmipujan. They had promised t deliver it on 30th oct but did not deliver.

They have sent message me on 30th informing it will be felivered today bt did not get. Again they sent the same message on 31st and it got delivered. It was surprise for my dad and we always take new thing on laxmi pujan but this time we did not get it. It is the tradition we have followed from so many years bt because of vijay sales it broke. If they would have informed they will not be able to deliver then we would have understood bt they made false promise just for sales.

Also they said the tv jas 1year warrenty from videocon and 4 yrs extended frm vijay sales. But that is false again because videocon has their 3 yrs warrenty.

I want vijay sales to make it up to cover the experience

I brought vise tv in feb 16. initially it had good sound but since last few months sound is not clear and i have to increase the volume even then also sound is not clear.i have checked settings also but same issue is continuing. I think speakers are ordinary and neef to replace with good speakers.Requesting you to resolve the issue at the earliest.

I have purchaed an tv from vijay sales pune on 24-oct-2016 and i have got it through bajaj finace through emi. ihave got tv delivery on 25-oct-2016 at 8:00 p. m.. the auto wala who bought tv has opened tv and shown me an table top stand and i told him that i want to do wall mount. he told ok he said thanks and left away. he didnt show me wall mount bracket and told regarding the bracket also. after that i talk to mukesh the guy who sold me tv in vijay sales he told that come to vijay sales we will give bracket on 26th - oct-2016 i went to take bracket bracket is not available there. mukesh told to meet ganesh ganesh is saying we will order you will be getting in 7 to 12 business days. i calle dup to mukesh he came with his tem leas mahesh he gave me an 50 inches wall mount bracket which is useless for me. i cam to home i got an call from service engineer from videocon mrugunda das saying i am in dhanori we will wall mount it. i tlod ok he checked and told we can t wall mount it this is not the satand again 0n 27th - ocy-2016 i have returned it to vijay sales to mahesh who is team lead of mukesh from sales team. he told we will arrange it in 4 days i dont know when 4 days will be happened and when i will get the wall mount tv is as ide idle in my home from past 6 days. i have called up to mukesh from 27th oct 10 to 30 times from 3 days he is not picking the call and nit saying when i will be able to get the bracket. by 1st end of the day by 7:00 p. m with my own expenses i am going to sale my tv to vijay sales only other wise i will log an complaint to th near by ps regarding the issue and i will publish to all the press, media and news papers. by 1st nov i am unable to get it i will have my own decision on vijay sales. he may have n no of branches but no response from team and branch is waste of vijay sales. for more concerns please call me on [protected] or on [protected] i am calling to vijay sales from 3 days to landline [protected] number is busy always please help me asap.

When i was book (27/102016) my refrigerator that time i was informed to vijay sales staff i want my refrigerator at tomorrow (28/10/2016) he told me it is possible after i will book my refrigerator.
But vijay sales not delivered my refrigerator at same date and i was call (28/10/2016) so much time to vijay sales reception, delivery contact number but he was not informed me it's delly. today also not informed. when i was called that time he was told me it's delly.
Pls see how much care less about vijay sales.

I paid money through bajaj emi card and sbi credit card on 24.10.2016 and i was promised that a start up kit (Tata sky) will be provided. They took rs 800/- for delivery charges..
But even consistent follow up, i have not received it.
Further the tv delivered was having a manufacturing defect (Software problem), which took a day in rectifying it by lg personnel.

Still i am awaiting for start up kit. Very poor commitment keeping.
Rude behaviour by staffers after sales. After making payment (The second day) and thereafter.

While making a sale deal, they promise a lot.

Very poor service brought a frigde from vijay sales but it was defected and there is no proper response from videocon as well as from the dealer vijay sales need to say very poor service they are keep on delaying the process and it is very irritating.. vijaysales (paschim vihar) i request all o[censored] dont buy any product from vijay sales as they don't listen to d customer just they want to increase there sales nothing else...

I brought Vise tv 98 cm 6 month before from Delhi lajpat Nagar market Vijay sales as per rule I have to call between 2 months for installation but some family reason I can't called for installation but now I'm calling your help line all line show busy no budy give me proper response I tried your all help line numbers so now what should I do for that please clear this help me.. thank you
