I have complaint them about my television which is under warranty and its motherboard has gone. They have given me 3 days TAT for resolving that issue.
In that 3 days, I am following up for the part delivery and all. They didn't have the courtesy to intimate at least once for updations. And on third day their phone gets unanswered or either switched off. On the fourth day when I had to scold on them they have said the parts were unavailable and it will take more 3 days. I am not satisfied with the service of Vijay sales, they are giving this type of ignorance when the product is under warranty what if the product will out o[censored]nder warranty.

My Washing machine is getting issue...
it gives noise and product is not upto mark..After couple of visit of support person..i am still having same issue...my product is still in warranty period, Clothes are not washed properly and dryer is doing it work.i was a very bad experience with Vijay sales with me .
i want to change my machine as soon as possible...

I have purchased a samsung uhd hdr tv on 31/1/2017 model number ku6470 43inch for hdr and 4k gaming my main purpose was purchasing a good hdr tv because this is new technology and samsung advertising and labeling this tv as a HDR Premium tv. i have seen advertisement so i go to vijay sales and asked that this model have hdr so they said yes so i ask some questions about tv and then i purchased this tv but when i come home and test it on hdr so color was not vibrant and good which come in hdr tv i do all setting but nothing happens in gaming it is not smoth and not colorfull which a hdr tv should be so i research on Internet do i found that this tv dont have hdr10 and 10 bit penal and white color gamut which makes hdr which is very important component of hdr and also a standard of hdr
soo how samsung can sold this tv as a HDR premium tv premium word for a premium class a high class product so this is totally miss guiding people i go to vijay sale and told them that this tv is not proper hdr so there is no use of this tv for me because for which technology i purchased this tv it is not properly present in tv i go to vijay sales told that my problem they sad no they totally no listing me i also said that plz give me higher model i will pay for that only after 3 days of purchase but they refuse said talk to samsung when i call samsung they also said we don't provide and replacement and said our technician will call you my tv is not installed yet already 10 days gone plz help me resolve this issue

In 2-3 days screen Always showing " Google Play Services has stopped. Send Data?" then I click it on "ALLOW". But after that massage shows "Unfortunately, Google Play services has stopped."

But after lot of my efforts, I am not able to reset my LED Tv.

These above massages show in every 15-20 sec & during this msg LED screen close all the operating app.

Please get resolve at priority.

I got a message that "Get 5% Caskback on Electronics at Vijay Sales". I visited the Vijay Sales page. I was shocked since the price for all products are quoted very very high. For example If I choose ""Samsung UA32FH[protected].1 cm) HD Ready LED TV" the rate of TV in Amazon is 18990 rs. only, but in Vijay sales site it shows 22900 rs. The difference is 3910 rs. Then only I understand that to attract the peoples the Vijay sales company advertises like 5% interest. But the reality is cheating. Please dont go for Vijay sales. Compare price with other sellers. It would be atleast 20% difference.

I have purchased vedeocon 32 " and 39 " led from this counter, They misguide us before selling.They assure to us in these product setbox is inbuilt and recording can be done.only main switch should be open, but engineer of the vedeocon refuse for this and there is no recording in these LCD.Engineer of vedeocon saying we have to purchase a seprate setup box .approximetly costin is Rs 8500\=

I went to buy fully automatic washing machine. I wanted to buy ifb/lg or whirlpool but there smart salesman and the senior staff converted me to samsung washing machine which doesn't have any feachers according to my requirement. And i am sure that is the least selling or dumb product. Maybe they are getting more commission on this particular product. Now my clothes are getting torn of and not getting cleaned.

When i called up these guys to say that i am not satisfied with the product and want to change the product. They refused to do so and stopped entertaining my calls.

I am feeling cheated and betrayed. Because it was forcefully sold to me.

It was my hard earned money and for their own benefit in terms of commission and meeting their sales targets they misguided me.

Since 2012 i have been a very loyal customer to Vijay Sales, Banner i have almost bought goods of Rs. 450000.

Unfortunately their customer care service quality has degraded and all they want to do is increase their sales and
NO COMMITMENTS TOWARDS AFTER SALES SERVICE

I bought a Videocon UHD LED 50 inches TV Model: VNB50Q519SA-FDA worth Rs 53000 thousand, Vijay sales representative Name: Prashal and Manger Suryakant Banner branch sold me this TV stating it is Android SMART TV with features like Wi-Fi connectivity, Youtube, Games, MARICAST..etc.

They installed the TV and later i released that none of the SMART features work, i logged a complaint(PUN[protected]) and the Technician without any discussions said these feature would only work if LAN connectivity is given or the Wi-Fi router is kept below the TV set.
For MIRICAST(mobile mirroring ) as well the mobile is supposed to be kept below the TV and not even 2 feet away
Currently my Wi-Fi router is 10 feet away and works absolutely fine with every device i have.
Technician even went to an extent saying that the USER manual clearly states that these features may not work, I checked the User manual and there was no such reference.

I am amazed that why would VIJAY Sales will sale me a TV saying it is WI-FI enabled but only works with a LAN.
I then visited the Vijay Slaes Banner branch, store manager Suryakant told me they have logged a complaint with Videocon...since then it 3 months and they still say they need more time.
And every time i call them they say they will log a new complaint and nothing happens

On top of it i have to call them again and again for an update and the reply they give me is Vijay sales was trying to reach me but my cell was not reachable, please come up with a better excuse.

Today is 3rd FEB and i have informed Suryakant that i need a solution by EOD, i have lost hope in them but still wait for today for them to respond.

I m Satish Dhage from Wadgaon Sheri recently I have purchased a fridge from your shop located. at Chandan Nagar branch @ 24000/- when there is a advertised in Sakal that there is a gift worth Rs. 900 /- (a non stick tawa or perl pet bottle) but unfortunately I have received very poor bottol without a lid ( Dhakkan). Can u please look into the matter & clear the issue.

Sale order v no 106-BR01-17SO 904 Date 26-01-17 Code[protected] Name Nilima Walinjkar. Not delivered today 28/01/17 till 18:00hrs. Your delivery man's mob no is [protected] is very arrogant. I requested him to deliver the same tomorrow morning. He denied my request and firmly said tomorrow onwards we will deliver the same after 18:00hrs and we are not concern with Vijay Sales. Is this the way of services provided by Vijay Sales? Please guide us.

Not happy with ur pathetic service.
Bought washing machine got delivered however product was damage.
Got information when person came for demo.
For the same waited for fully day at home after busy schedule and got unsatisfied from your end.
I will upload photo and bill on social media also inform to friends and relatives do not buy any product from Vijay Sales.

We had a ordered a Samsung fridge from this vijaysale exhibition that was held in the ground in BKC. This is a ultimate blunder to bring customer in falls trap. They promise stuffs and make the customers pay full money and the product is never delivered on time and they say that the product is not available for the company or they say that Samsung as not deliverd the product. Which is no way any concer to the end user. If they never had the product in their inventory or stock it should never have been put on display. More over these people never respond to complaints made and they never provide proper feedback on the status of the product. Every time we make a call to their complaint centre they tend to make us feel if we are the once that are doing the mistake and they are the users.
This makes us feel that the entire vijaysale is a bogus system. Please avoid theirs money making exhibitions

I had purchased Vise LED TV and Google Chromecast from Vijay Sales, Goregaon when I visited the branch on 17th Jan 2017. I carried the Vise Led TV with me with a Tax Invoice because I didnt want to risk the time of delivery. However, due to unavailability of the Google Chromecast at the store, the store assistant (MR SANDEEP), and later even the cashier, told me that they will deliver to me at 18th Jan 2017 (I asked it because I work for 13 hours a day and was on a leave on 17th). I made the payment for it through debit card because of this commitment and a sales order was given to me. I AM CLEARLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE FACT THEY DIDNT DELIVER MY PRODUCT AS PER THEIR PROMISE. Another huge disappointment came after talking to the customer services agents @ [protected]. THE AGENTS APPEARED TO BE DIZZY (or DRUNK) and didnt handle the query properly. These agents were ANIL, DEEPAK (on second call).

I have attached the Sales Order. Please help and urge these guys to deliver my goods by tomorrow.

I got very bad experience like that some parts recived partial and some r missing some r broken ...this type of service vijay sales provide ...look into this matter...out contact me...I felt like why I purchase led ...

My order no. Is 115-EX01-17SOA 1268, which was given in bkc exibition on 8th jan, 2016.. A salesman name Rahil, with whom we were dealing for chosing SAMSUNG T.v.. We have choosen model no. K5100 40 jnch and the price was decided 38k after giving discount by both samsung and vijay sales manager, but just now after installation we came to know that its model no. is J5100 instead of K series... So basically we became fool as we trusted on vijay sales ... This type of fraud services were not expected from such big brand

But ...I bought a mixer of Maharaja from your Vashi outlet and had a Bad experience I have being Following up with ur team and lastly went there today were they gave me a solution that 1000 will be deducted for no fault of mine ???
***Just wanted to tell you that after this incident too I have gifted a Cell Phone to my Wife for Rs 20000 which was bought from our Vijays sales..

Purchased AO Smith X4 water purifier on 29th Dec 2016 & full payment made. Scheduled delivery was 1st Jan 2017. Twice it was confirmed that the delivery shall be made by 9.00 PM on 1st Jan 2017. But delivery was not made. Upon contacting Vijay Sales, it was told that now delivery will be done by 5.00 PM on 2nd Jan 2017. But same has not happened. Very poor commitment from Vijay Sales. Only one contact no [protected] is not attended properly by Vijay Sales. Ring goes on but no body picks up. So, feeling angry with this kind of sales service.

On 16 December 2016 I went to vijay sales pitampura looking for a laptop and indeed i found one laptop which was catering my needs. The staff member said to me that it costs 54500 so i left the shop by telling him that i will come within two days to purchase it.
When i went on 19 December 2016 to purchase it the staff said that it's price has increased to 56500 but the VSP of laptop was not increased on there database still he was saying it's 56500 now. So without wasting my energy there i left the Vijay Sales store and purchased the same laptop from Reliance Digital for 55000 with a free Sony sound bar worth 15000. Thanku reliance digital for your utmost customer care.
And Vijay sales your staff need tp learn how to cater your customers.

I bought Videocon washing machine from your bhiwandi shop by bajaj finance loan approval no.SF55334566.i had paid rs.5400 for down payment. I submitted aadar card as residential proof they told me your product will deliver after submitting electricity bill. I give him electricity bill, they told me now bring ghar patti bill they are not delivering my product.
