On 3 feb i bought a panasonic microwave from vijay sales. Nn-ct744m. Since i had to go out of station i requested them to schedule my demo once i'm back. I have been calling up vijay sales on regular basis now but no one has been sent. Everytime i'm told that the engr will come or i'm given a false commitment that they will look into it. Disgusted by such unprofessional service. Should not have bought anything from your company as your customer satisfaction rate is only 8%. Wish i had seen this before buying.

    I purchased vise ac on[protected] having 3 three years warrwnty. The ac was not cooling 15 days back i made report and it was repaired yesterday on 4-5-2017. After repair it was cooling for three hours upto 7 pm, after that it stopped cooling, i request kindly it may please be get repaired immediately, as it is causing inconvenience in this hot summer.

    Since 15 days 3 time i visited at Bhandup Vijay sale store for my AC problem, dont know what they register our no. or timepass keyboard play, 3 time i call them they just note down our no. but no response from VS.

      I have bought a Videocon Refrigerator VZ225PTCRP Pointed Flower Red on 30th april 2017 at Uttam Nagar store. At the time of purchase, I have confirmed about delivery that you have to deliver around 8pm. Your executive has confirmed the same that we will deliver on monday at 8 pm.On Monday i have received call that we will deliver at approx 8:30pm to 9pm but they had not come for delivery, i have waited till 10 pm.

      Today, without asking/informing to me, they has come to deliver with defective piece.

      Today again i visited the Uttam nagar store and told the same to manager. Store manager told that we will deliver surely at 9pm today but still i am waiting to deliver.

      You guys can see how Vijay sales employee are making fools to the customers.

      This type of service provided by the Vijay Sales. All employees of this store are useless.

      Don't buy any products from here.

      Purchased Ac few days before but Vijay sales delivered damaged ac. Instead of water draining outside its coming in the room. Room has become swimming pool now. Later called the agent and they told that the techinican will come within 3 to 4 days.No immediate service provided.Please do not purchase from vijay sales.
      I bought a videocon fridge on 06/04/2017, we went out and told them to deliver at home then they have delivered a fridge with broken glass..and now I am calling the customer care no one is ther is pickup the call.

        I was informed by sales rep at vijaysales, kandivali w that siemens dishwasher carries 10 years rust free warrantee for inner lining of the dishwasher, but the guarantee card supplied by company bears no such coverage and siemens has categorically denied any such coverage over phone.

        Vijay sales representative had reconfirmed over phone that this is covered but there is no confirmation available to me on record.

        I wish vijay sales to resolve the issue immediately.

            I had booked Voltas 5star Ac on 17th of April 2017 and a sound bar from Opera House branch. Sound bar installation has been done but for Voltas AC it is taking so many day, already it was lately delivered on 26th of April and yesterday when the person had came for the installation he found some defect in the compressor (Out Box).

            I would like to know that how many days more will u need to change and install it is already late from the day of booking and why are your services slow. Customers cant wait for so many days.

              Water cooler simphany touch 110 was pu4ched on 21/04/2017. After trial we understand that it is not cooling properly. After complain it was attended but did not receive satisfactory reply from technician regarding product performances.
              Vijay sales us not responding in proper way after selling product. Now product is usd less to use it become scrap for us.
              If company want we can retudn this scrap in FREE.

They have assured me they will deliver after working hours. Time was after 7 0' clock evening. It's is 10:45 pm but still i am waiting for delivery. Worst service i have ever faced.

                  *vise air conditioner*
                  After my second ac service, my ac (First air conditioner) is not working properly. Cooling is not proper (No cooling). And i have bought a new vise ac (Second air conditioner), after few days it's cooling is not proper. I didn't expect this from vijay sales ac. Kindle see through this complaint. Jabb mai sunday ac book kar ne gaya to muje bola stack not avilable. 1 month lagega aur aapko lana hai to thane jakar khud lekar aao. Mera deal friday ko 30000rs mai hua tha aur sunday ko bola aaplo lena hai to 330000 mai lo yaha se. Agar aapke pass stock hai to muje stock khatam hua kaise bola .                         Besides this, 11 calls were not connected on 22.04.2017.
                        On 23.04.2017, calls not connected on customer care number as well as on showroom number. It has been almost 1 month since purchase. No customer care executive is able to provide a satisfactory solution to my problem.
                        I am a working woman & I am available at home only on weekends. If installation is not completed today, the matter would be delayed by another 1 week. It is tough to tide over Mumbai summers without an AC. It is more frustrating when I have already spent money to buy an AC but cannot get the benefit of it.

                          I am pankaj singh, and i have purchased above item from vijay sales, mahim, mumbai on 17th apr. 2017, for this purchase i had take a proforma invoice date 23th mar. 2017. But there is problem in bill (Tax invoice) because in the tax invoice there is difference between proforma invoice, total rs. 1000/- difference. Today (21st apr. 2017) i have visited to vijay sales, mahim, mumbai and talked to the store manager but the manager refused me now i am stuck in this. I have so many friends who wants to purchase so much items and i also recommended to them and also taken proforma invoice but now i am going to stop them because vijay sales mahim is not co-operative nature.

                          Our organisation provided this facility to there employee and now there is a difference in proforma invoice and tax invoice, due to this my organisation rejected my proposal.

                            I, pratik narayan vengurlekar staying in dubai want to complaint regarding vijay sales on behalf of my father narayan vasant vengurlekar (Age 72 years senior citizen) residing at a 402, shree sainath, majaswadi samarth nagar, jogeshwari-east 400060
                            My father is one of the best customer of vijay sales, he always prefer to buy goods from vijay sales from last many years. He purchased many things from vijay sales in last 6 months like philips mixer grinder on 05/11/16, siemens washing machine on 05/11/16, hair dryer and chimney but all this product we got some issues like washing machine serial no. Was different while booking and receiving product. After receiving also we faced some technical issue (Black smoke) for that we already made complaint.
                            We ignored this type of earlier issues and my father still purchased faber chimney from vijay sale bandra west (Invoice no.114-lrd 02-1750) on 01/02/2017 because we having trust of many years on vijay sales
                            My father buy faber chimney on suggestion of vijay sales salesman that this is best chimney in vijay sales but we faced lots of problems in last 2/3 months. Faber mechanic installed chimney on 07/02/2017 and mechanic did not show demo due to electric connection problem and also mechanic was in very hurry. As per my father’s 2/3 times phone request faber mechanic came for demonstration after some days.
                            But after that my father noticed one of light of faber chimney was not working and also suction power is also not good (As per suggestion of vijay sales salesman) after that my father also observed that third push button was damaged inside of the machine.
                            Regarding this issue my father spoke with customer care many times but my father was not getting satisfactory reply that why we are facing this type of issue?
                            So when i came to my home in mumbai from dubai, i noticed that faber chimney product received from vijay sales is like demo product (Not looking fresh piece) then regarding this issue we complaint to customer care and personally met to mr. Mehboob vijay sales bandra west.
                            After discussion with mr. Mehboob, he advise to call elica mechanic and take suggestion for which chimney is best and said that vijay sales will replace faber (Demo/defective) product which is installed in our home.
                            As per mr. Mehboob advise we called to elica mechanic and took advise from him and also paid rs 250/ charges. (Image attached) we also visited vijay sales andheri branch, they both gave advise to buy following type of elica chimney: flat glass van no.103774 suction power 1150 tc slim / power plus led / filter buffle / finish steel transperant black glass offer price rs 13300. (Image attached for van no.)
                            We showed chimney photos and information to mr mehboob and gave additional amount of rs. 4300/ by cheque for ordering elica 1150 suction power chimney. (Image attached)
                            We received elica chimney on 19/03/2017 with printed bill but in that printed bill following points wish to highlight :
                            1) suction power and model no. Was not mentioned on bill (Image attached)
                            2) chimney is without led light. (Chimney having normal light)
                            3) van no. Was not mentioned on bill.
                            4) decal on chimney box showing 1150 suction power that is correct (Image attached)
                            5) suction power is not mentioned on chimney motor decal (Image attached)
                            Due to this reason my father wants to confirm that vijay sales sent correct model to us or not?
                            So he called to vijay sales many times after receiving elica chimney but mr mehboob try to avoid for taking call and also other customer care officer was not able to give us proper feedback.
                            On 3rd april 2017 elica mechanic installed elica chimney and completed pipe fitting and also paid installation extra charges (Bill image attached)
                            On same day chimney was not working properly so we did telephonic complaint on 4th april 2017,
                            Complaint no.: crm id 321458.
                            On 5th april 2017 elica mechanic came and said that our chimney motor is faulty (Bill image attached) and also also said he will replace motor.
                            Regarding this issue we called to customer care and ask the question that 1) why chimney motor is faulty? Which we did not used also and on installation day we faced technical issue. We also ask that, 2) why vijay sales are sending repeatedly faulty product to valued customer. 3) we also ask for replacement of faulty product instead of giving answer to our query, customer care trying to convince that they will get back to us.
                            After many telephonic conversations with customer care, they trying to convince that they will replace chimney motor with suction power 925 instead of 1150 suction power chimney (Which already mentioned on chimney box) which is wrong and also they will not give replacement of faulty chimney which is not working from same day of installation. After that we feel shocked because we came to know that our chimney suction power is 925 instead of 1150 and also came to know vijay mr. Mehboob cheated to my father while giving information and booking.
                            Customer care and mr. Mehboob trying to convince that we book 925 suction power chimney while booking so they will replace 925 suction power motor instead of relacing with 1150 suction power new chimney, which is wrong because we have image of booking slip in which product code is mentioned 103774 (Elica 1150 suction power led light chimney) (Sales person showing mehboob name.) if we booked 925 suction power chimney than how decal on box showing 1150 suction power?

                            Due to this unfaithfully behaviour of vijay sale salesman and customer care my father narayan vasant vengurlekar (Senior citizen) is suffering mental harassment.
                            Regarding this issue my sister prerana vengurlekar already two times mail to elica customer care dated 09/04/17 and 14/04/17 but still we did not get reply for my sister mail. (Image attached)
                            From above mail i want to highlight some points:
                            1) why vijay sales sending demo / defective product to their valued and senior citizen customer?
                            2) why vijay sales sending different model no. Which we didn’t selected.?
                            3) why vijay sales not providing or mentioning full information about product while billing?
                            4) why vijay sales salesman trying to cheat there customer by giving incomplete and false information?
                            5) why we are not getting replacement of faulty chimney without led light which is having different suction power and model no.?
                            I am requesting you to resolve my issue and replace the faulty chimney with correct model no. Which we booked asap. (We book chimney flat glass van no.103774 suction power 1150 tc slim / power plus led / filter buffle / finish steel transperant black glass) offer price rs 13300.
                            I am also requsting you investigate matter that why this type of issues going in vijay sales.

                              I have given complaint of my videocon washing approx 20 days back, which was purchased from your gurgaon outlet one year back only... At the time of complaint it was told me that within 48 hours engineer will visit and problem will be solved... Now i m calling your gurgaon outlet to give you status of my complaint but nobody picking up the phone, if i dial your number 100 times only one time it connected and that also if not picked up where would the customer go... The frequency of connecting call to your outlet is 1/100... Today 's world no body has so much of time... I purchased ac, washing machine, double door lg fridge from out let... And was planning to buy a led smart tv... But thank god i came to know your after sale services...

                              My complaint is still unresolved... Is this the way you treat your customer... If my complaint not resolved in next 2 days... I ll return the product at your outlet...

                                The brand Vijay Sales seems to be turning worse from bad. Purchased Voltas Air Cooler yesterday (19-Apr) which they refused to deliver inspite of me offering to pay for delivery charges. Thereon I had to personally arrange for carriage. After checking in at home, opened the package to find that a rolling wheel was missing. So basically, the cooler turned handicap the very first day. Now, the biggest concerns is that since yesterday i have been trying to call Janakpuri branch number and the customer care number mentioned on the invoice but seems like no one is bothered to answer the call from the other side. Few calls did happen to be picked by someone but were simply hung up without uttering a word. Now simply dont know whom to contact for the handicapped cooler.
                                Well this is not the first time I am purchasing from Vijay sales, but all i can say that every passing day this brand seems to be turning pathetic. The employee addressing the products are simply not worth, they are hardly bothered about the customer requirements and also fail to give proper answers to queries raised by us at the time of purchase. They simply carry an attitude " Lena hai to lo warna raasta maapo". Well as far as i am concerned this will be my last purchase from Vijay sales and will share the same feedback with all my loved and dear ones.

                                  I have ever seen very cheap TV Vijay sale in house brand vise TV
                                  I bought vise TV 43 inch five month back display not working while installation after four month use poor quality sound and picture
                                  Hand push on screen display got crack now when I have ask to fix I will pay money they don't have engineer to send fistoff all after four days engineer visited that too from vedioco company he don't have idea about vise parts and could not fix
                                  After putting lot of money I made wrong decision to buy vise TV instead of Sony of sumsung
                                  They don't have parts of their in house product
                                  Buy back only three thousand of value of TV cost me 38k
                                  Fooling me from past four week service centre people at Pune Chandan Nagar road showroom
                                  Very bad service and poor product no response

                                  I got call from Vijay sales they are giving option of replacing display @ 34k or buy back value 3k
                                  That means TV will cost me 70k very nice technology
                                  I want only glass to replace plz find some solution or buy back give me good deal so I can go for new TV

                                    I purchased a fridge on Tuesday and their sales executive told me your product will deliver on Wednesday confirm. but still I didn't get product.
                                    See if you are not able to give delivery on time then please don't do fake promise.OK.

                                    I am still taking follow-up but their phone lines are busy all time.

                                      I have bought Symphony cooler from Vijaya Sales, Kotak Enclave, Delhi and the product is not working from the time it is delivered. I have logged complaint with their team many times but to not avail, they havn't listen. And, now, employee are not even picking the phone. What kind of attitude is this..?? We are waiting for last 4 days to change the product.. No response from them.. Seriously .. I haven't thought of this kind of attitude is that..???
