Hi,
I had given our company vaccum Cleaner for repairing to World Plus Services on 01.09.2016, earlier they told that there was a motor fault but after replacing motor now they told there was a fault in mother board and we had purchase material from thane vijay sales on 08.11.2015 and which was under warrenty but now Mr. Tarik Shaikh and Imran Shaikh are not contacting me and not giving me the clear cut explaination that when they are going to give me vaccum cleaner back after repairing.

Could you please look into this issue and resolve on priority.

    We have'ed purched Videocon TV from Vijay sales branch Mumbai Goregoan west on 15/09/2015 3 years warranty. Within a year we had faced twice same problem on TV No display only audio is working.On 25/07/2016 we had recieved TV set and again within a month i.e 28/08/2016 same problem is occuring no display only audio, again we had registered a complain to vijay sales on 01/09/2016 and they told your problem will solve within two days but the engineer came on 10/09/2016 and took our TV set to service centre and recieved our set on 14/09/2016 but TV set recieved without repair i.e No display only audio.We had requested Vijay sales and videocon to replace this faulty TV set because within a year we are facing three times same problem and problem is not soved.Bill ord.No: 104-GW09-15SO 198, serial no.[protected], Dealer name : Vijay sales Goregoan West(Mumbai), complain reference no.       Today at 13.00 noon i have showed willingness to purchase a tv model no. Vise vm 32h601 chasis no, vm32h[protected].
      Exchange details 134048. As they have not made arrangement for prompt delivery of the said model. I have shown my willingness for self delivery. The booking slip was made and they agreed to reduce the cost of earlier tv but they have insisted to pay in full. I requested them to send their person along with me to take delivery of earlier tv but they denied to sale of this said model. It definetly damages your reputation. Such bad treatment to a regular customer like me is not at all expected. I am going to file case to consumer court.

        On 21 Aug'16 I have purchased one Videocon LED from Faridabad that time it has confirmed by Sales team that D2H Platinum HD Pack worth Rs. 650/- free for one year but after installation of LED I got a massage for only 6 Months. In spite of continuous follow up by mails I am not getting any response from their end.
        Hence I am thinking that they are cheating with customers to sale their product.

            My self sarika suresh ghadavle staying at seawoods navi mumbai. I have purchased 1 laptop (Model no. Hp laptop 15ay020tu & product number: w6t34pa serial number: cnd6197pbr) from the nearest shop m/s. Vijay sales (Gr. Flr, hilton centtre, plot no. 66, sector 11, cbd belapur, navi mumbai - 400614 & contact no.[protected] on dtd. 11.07.2016 & the amount of rs. 35, 600/-.

            Same day at night, i had checked my laptop & saw there are some scratches on the corner of the laptop. It is literally look alike as second hand or display peace. The laptop bag is also looking like used. Next day i have again visited to the shop of m/s. Vijay sales, they are regretting for the replacement of laptop they told that take replacement from hp not from us. They only replaced hp bag not laptop. I have paid part payment of rs. 13, 860/- & remaining amount which is on emi basis (Rs. 3, 790/- x 6 months) which will be paid through bajaj finance. I had locked complaint in hp too & complaint no. Is (Case id no. [protected]). After all checking done by hp engineer they told that we cannot give replacement for that reason. Hp also rejected to give replacement after one month.

            The next day itself, when i switched on the laptop there was some noise that was being heard from the hard disk. Also, the laptop is extremely slow even though i have not installed any software/program on my laptop. Again i had locked complaint in hp & case id no. [protected]. They still not replied and hence i am holding to pay further payment to bajaj finance. I will not pay a single rupee till replacement.

            Request you to look in to this matter urgently and revert regarding the further course of action. It's been more than a one & half month since i have complained and no action has been taken yet. Request you to replace my laptop asap.

              i bought Samsung LED K5570 TV on 15th Aug 2016 from Kalyan branch as per detail told by seller t TV has been inbuilt set up box the of airtel and 2 month subscription and installation free but yet today i have not get any airtel DTH service to me since 15 days i am waiting for it. Customer care no. doesn't respond to my number please fulfill commitment from service provider.

                  Electrolux split unit bought fm Pune station Road Br in Feb 16 Electrolux sevice refused to check the installation and to provide any future service as the installation was done by a third party. The reason being the Electrolux technicians were to fix the outdoor unit right outside the window and refused to install the same slightly away as per society's requirement . They were not ready to lift the unit from ground level to merely 10 feet as the house is on 1st floor. Now since the ac giving some trouble; Electrolux refuses to pay visit despite my repeated requests to the store manager.

                    We have purchased VIDECON FRIDGE on 10 may 2016(Serial number DRG004, model number :VPP60ZPS) from vijay sales(Rajouri Garden) . As we were assured by VIJAYSALES sales person that VIDEOCON give very prompt services only then we decided to purchase the above brand fridge .

                    On 23th August, the refrigerator was started on and off intermittently .We swiched off it and called Videocon customercare . We received a message with ref no. DEL[protected] on 23/8/2016 at 6:59 pm .Next day MR Naresh from Videocon came and informed us that an electric part needs to be replaced .He informed the company in front o[censored]s .Then the real picture of company came in live .We inquire customer care about this . They said we have no access on sales department . We can simply write another complaint . They provide us numbers like

                    4. Mr. Satish[protected]

                    5. service centre land line[protected] every time not reachable)

                    but this number never picked . If by chance picked they replied. Pl call me after 1 hour.Next time when we called them they never picked.

                    From 24 August till day, It is become my routine to spend one to two hours daily on phone to purse the above matter . In response of that I am keep getting new complaint numbers which are as follows

                      I bought a refrigerator @ opera house branch they told me i will be getting a brand new fridge but what i received was a fridge with a dent on it i called several times first they kept me on long hold later they told me they will inform about changing it with a new one tomorrow the next day i didnt receive a call so when i called i was told servers are not working will inform you later i didnt receive a call in the evening too so i called them then they informed me it will be changed in 1 or 2 days but no specific date was given for the same.still waiting for the new fridge to come

                        We are extremely dissapointed by your services. We purchased a whirlpool machine on 2-3rs june from vijay sales in pimple saudagar pune and have done multiple complaints about it as it seems to be a faulty piece. There is a shrieking noise that comes when we switch it on and that is not always, but when it comes it even the neighbours peep to see what went wrong.Mr Amol from whirlpool customer support has even witnessed it once and changed some part even then the issue has not been resolved. Many customer reps have come n gone but unable to resolve as it doesnt happen when they come. We have the video recording as well even then no response from either vijay sales or whirlpool.
                        We would appreciate if this piece can be taken away n monitored or else we will have to take some serious action! We are highly fedup of your post sales services!

                          Dear sir/ma’am

                          I would like to bring to your notice that i purchased a samsung led tv with model no-32eh4003 from vijay sales in new delhi on 30th october, 2014. While i purchased the tv i was told by the vendor that the tv had triple protection warranty for three years.

                          In the month of august, 2016, all of a sudden a vertical white line (Picture is visible) started appearing on the screen, for which i lodged a complaint with samsung through m/s-vijay sales, lajpatnagar, new delhi and the complaint no is [protected], dated 18.08.16. An engineer ‘mr. Ramvir’ visited my place and explained to me the reasons for the disturbance on the screen. When asked for repairs, he told me that it was not in warranty and i needed to pay for it, while i was told by the vendor that my tv would be covered by triple protection warranty for three years. Strangely, the vendor did not even give me the warranty card. The triple protection warranty message is being displayed on the left upper corner of my tv as well.

                          My concern is when i was told by the vendor that it was covered under triple protection warranty then why am i asked to pay for it. It is sheer harassment that i am undergoing. I bought a samsung product believing in the goodwill of the company but i did not know that i would be made to go through so much mental torture. I request you to repair my tv under the aforesaid warranty; else i will be forced to seek help from the consumer court.

                            I have bought videocon 40 inch television in the month of may and it has given problem several times (4-5 times) it is hardly used for 2 months.
                            Therefore i have demand for replacement but last 20 days they are not responding properly either not sharing the current status and from last past 2 days they are not picking call from one particular number

                              I have purchased Samsung fully automatic washing machine on 21st august 2016 @ Borivali SV road branch. Sales associate agreed about confirmed delivery will be on 28th August 2016 as lack of availability of stock. Today morning i called to check delivery status, at first bajaj finance associate disconnect the call, when i called again he surely said we will delivered the product between delivery hours 12-8. Now when i called on delivery helpline the associate said due to lack of stock delivery has cancelled for today I'll arranged call from Borivali branch. I just received call (6:40pm)from borivali
                              branch that delivery has been rescheduled on 31st August.
                              We have been waiting for our product for a week...!!! & now you guys again wants us to wait for another 3 days!!! Is this a good customer service??? If there is no stock available then why you are taking orders?
                              Worst experience ever...!!!

                                I purchased Air-conditioning from Vijay Sales it is a VISE product. Someone came to install the AC after raising a complaint when I found it is taking more time then the promised timing. It was installed, however I was not provided with any paper for installing the AC. Now after 2 months when I find my AC to be faulty contacted Vijay Sales and they took as usual long time to respond. After complaining several times one of the associate contacted and arranged people to get the AC repaired. However the people came confirmed the AC does not have gas, this is the reason it is not working, they told me they will come on Monday, however, no one arrived so, complained again and it again took many days to get a response. Now Vijay Sales are asking for job sheet which I don't have. And they are saying without the job sheet they can't do anything. I will go to consumer court on coming Tuesday 30 August 2016 if it does not resolve.

                                Sir i want to know that the company inderprathfinance ptv ltd is realy giving people loan or it was just frauding to people ...coz i have seen soon of the blog related to frauding people... suggest me more

                                  R/sir I have purchased vise led android TV from your maninagar vijay sales in dec 2015. TV led display not working in July 2016 so I m complaints in 27/07/2016 but till date my complaints is not solved .my TV is not working. So pls help me. And solved my complaints. I will trust in your company so pls not broke my hope. Help replaced TV or solved complaints or other take action. Pls pls pls pls.

                                    I purchased my laptop in june from vijay ales janakpuri new delhi ...the staff has not done partition of the drive and neither respond properly to the complaint when i call them...my laptop restarts on its own...very bad reviews will never purchase anything in future...when i call them and tell them what problem i am facing they start telling other things about laptop which are not even concerened
