I have purchased a air cooler of symphony from vijay sales but its not cooling at all and nothing more when i launched a complaint aginst it their executive told me. That their executives will come to me within 2 to 3 working days but now it's more than a week nobody has come yet to check whether the customer complaints is valid or not infact not even receive a single call from them... So tell me now where i should reach now... Should i visit to store by taking cooler back to them... Please call m on my number [protected]...

    We are very tired of follwoing up with vijay sales thaltej customer care department.

    Our brand new tv is not working since 14 days back. No one is taking the case seriously. Vijay sales thaltej manager is not responding to us. Staff at vijay sales is irronsible.

    We wish to file complaint in consumer foram.

      On 5th may Thursday i hv purchase a godrej small locker (E square), which i have booked from dadar branch of vijay sales and collected it from thana branch.
      as per decided i have gone in the evening to collect the product from Thana LBS Marg, I been shown a good product before packing and afterwards at home i found it was damaged at the left bottom corner side of locker.
      then i talked to Mr . Parit about replacement, initially he was ready, then after when i gone there to replace, he talked very rudely and was not ready to replace without carry bag.
      hence our whole evening was spoiled .
      please take necessary action, so that it won't occurs again..

        Dear customer care

        I had bought a vise split ac on 2nd may 2015 from the inorbit store malad. However it hardly worked for a year and now i am told that the cooling coil is damaged and the part needs to be replaced. Firstly when we call the service centre to place a request for the servicing of the ac and we had requested for the guy to come on saturday however the request is not placed well and the guy wants to come on tuesday then the service guy says guy will come on saturday however doesn't turn up. Then request number 2 is placed. The guy comes the next day after call number 3.

        The guy comes and says he will come the next day to take the ac. He takes the entire ac and doesn't bother to inform what the issue is. After i spoke to not a very pleasant talking person i get to know that the cooling cord is damaged and the part will take 4-5 days to come. Please let me know when it is an inhoused product why should it take so many days and why doesn't anybody call to give a feesback.

        I am disgusted with this kind of service. I have been a loyal customer with vijay sales and have never purchased any electronic from anywhere else but from vijay sales be it in my mother's house or inlaws' place. I don't think this is the service that vijay sales provides.

        I need the process of replacement hastened and in this heat it is not possible for the service guys to take their own sweet time.

        A loyal customer needs to be treated in a better way. And vijay sales has always done that in the past however this time has been pathetic and i am disgusted. I don't think post this i would want to refer anyone to vijay sales. I used to boast about the post purchase service. But alas i am so disappointed.

          I bought Hitachi AC from Indirapuram, Ghaziabad store, At the time of sales the sales executive told that cost he has quoted includes free installation + delivery. but when the AC was installed the guy asked for the installation charges. When I contacted the sales team why they are asking for installation charges they told me that he never said that the installation is free. I felt cheated. I will never buy anything again from Vijay sales.

            Dear sir,

            I have purchase panasonic split ac model no setcskc18rky-2 from you store, and the same was delivered on 19th april-2016.

            The same was installed at my residence on 23rd april-2016, at the time of installation, when the ac was switch for time, ac was tripping every 10 minutes.

            So the service engineering informed me ampere required for the unit was less, the next day i called the electrician and laid a complete new wiring for higher ampere.

            Again when we started the ac, again the same problem occurred.

            So we lodged a complaint with panasonic customer care and complaint no r[protected] dt. 27th april-2016, the engineer came on the same day, he checked the entire unit and informed me that the outdoor units fan has been damaged.

            So i raised the complained with vijay sales naroda branch on phone no[protected] informed them that they have send me a damaged unit.

            Till today there is no reply and a new unit is lying unused for the past 15 days,

            So we request you to replace this unit or else give me refund for the full amount i have paid, if no reply/action is taken today, i will dump this unit at your show room

            And will file a complaint with the consumer for cheating, harassment and giving a damaged unit. And will put a complaint in the newspaper against vijay sales

              I have paid for a refrigerator vide receipt no 310-dun04-16rfcv819 dated 27/04/16, & after a long followup an out of order refrigerator has been reached to my house, which was refused by my wife, again when i reached your showroom no one was there who can actually listen to my need, mr. Tarun who said as in charge of the outlet but incapable to resolve, now i was forced to buy it from other place.
              I would like to suggest you to stop harassing your customers if you want to upkeep your brand.

                I purchased a washing machine from vijay sales 2 weeks ago. The sales person of the vijay sales said that "anything happens to the washing machine. We will take the responsibility and the customer will not have to call the videocon company and need not worry as well." just after 2 to 3 days of purchase, i immediately raised a complaint as my washing machine was faulty. I reported the problem the problem to the vijay sales customer service, they noted down and there was reply for a week. After one week i again called up vijay sales for the status of the complaint. Then they book a technician visit for that faulty machine. Technician came inspected the washing machine and said that washing machine is faulty. He said that i will get a call back from videocon company. But probably i did not recognise the call from videocon hence i missed their call. So they closed the conplaint without resolving the issue. Again i called vijay sales and logged a fresh complaint. Again the technician came and said the same thing that washing machine is faulty and he was insisting to repair it. But i denied it because i purchased a brand new product and not a refurbished product. Today morning i got a call from videocon company that i will not get a replacement for that product and instead i will get a repair for the same. So again i denied. They are not ready to replace my product and say that i have made the delay in replacement procedure. Instead they themselves made the vijay sales and videocon. Vijay sales took a weeks time to book the technician visit. And than technician came after two to three days and just because i did not answered their one call, they closed that complaint but they couldn't call me on my alternate number and did not even called me twice. And then the same procedure again technician visit. Now they are not ready to give me replacement for that product as they gave me a faulty product.
                Vijay sales said that customer need not worry and doesn't have to contact the company. Now the scene is that vijay sales have removed their hands out of this issue and they are not helping me anymore to get my product replaced. They have made a false promise to me.

                Fault is that there is leakage in the spinning tub of my washing machine. They want it to be repaired as for them its a minor issue and not a major. But as a customer for me there is no minor or major. I have purchased a brand new washing machine so it should be proper. Nor with major or minor faults in it. Request this department to help me with this.

                I dont have a complaint ID as such. Request you to please find the complaint number using my Mobile Number [protected]. Else contact Vijay Sales and take the status from them. Provide my Mobile number to them. I had called on [protected], this person is from Videocon and he was helpless. Than I called another number [protected], this person is also from Videocon. He said that he will send someone to inspect the Washing Machine for the last time. I guess 2 visits of the Videocon Technician is not enough hence third and final visit is required?

                  Deilvered new lg refrigerator without packing and with dent by vijay sales crown plaza faridabad it's almost more than a 50 days no response from vijay sales i didn't sign the delivery note due to the dealer supply the dented /without packing refrigerator due to your sales staff you are spoiling your name vijay sales a big co.                     Hello Sir,

                    I have purchased a mobile handset model no HTC-MOB PHONE (WEB-MOBILE) DESIRE 826 dual sim, from vijay sales, issue is they told that this handset is with 4G support but later i just came to know this handset is not compatible with 4G.

                    I have bought it dated 06/09/2015, I have gone to HTC Service center, kamla nagar, delhi there they clearly informed me this handset is not compatible with 4G.

                    this kind of forgery is totally unacceptable and intolerable.

                    Suggest me what should i do now ?

                    I am sending you the bills, service report document, 4G Confirmation slip with attachment, Please review the same and do let me as soon as possible.

                    Hope i will get an early reply regarding this issue.

                    No Restrooms and No A/C

                    Vijay Sales in Vashi does not even have a single restroom for customers. This is pathetic. Especially for elderly people and children, this is a big limitation. Also, the store has no A/C.

                      We have purchased an hitachi ac last week and following are the issues that we faced.

                      1. Ac seal pack came but without remote and for that i did around 4 round to vijay sales showroom but till now no delivery.

                      2. Ac installed by hitachi technician but then they found some issue in stabilizer. Then i went to vijay sales store for replacement of stabilizer and installation of same asap as voltage fluctuation is big issue here.

                      There customer care person was so rude and arrogant that they did not talk properly. When i asked them to at least give first installation free but they are saying we will give stabilizer then you need take local electrician help for installation.

                      Why i will spend my money for first time installation ?------- biggest issue

                      There thinking to sell products not good service. Better to go other store instead of vijay sales.

                      Never - never go vijay sales.

                          After running for last one week to ur showroom in Chandan nagar Pune and fulfilling all requirements, I am still waiting for items to be delivered to me. Very unprofessional behaviour by staff.
                          First of all, despite, selecting all products, staff failed to respond properly and made us run to shop 3-4 times to start the loan process and booking. After finance process was done, we were told, items wd be delivered next day and we were ready with downpayment. We kept on asking for delay and got strange and false replies like 'items are being packed for despatch'.
                          Then, a new issue cropped up of increase in our loan amount and change of showroom (from Sony world to Vijay sales...u can imagine we left Sony for this to happen). It was told that it wd take few hours to resolve all these. And 3 days have passed.
                          Please find out the reason and hadyen the process as i am losing money and patience, or by today evening I will cancel my order worth RS 93, 000/-.

                              I, umakant gaonkar purchase a fridge from vijay sales vasai branch (West)
                              Yesterday, and promise me that it will deliver today also promise me that it will not from display piece, and today i received a fridge from display piece only. How can you do like this. Is your service to customer by giving wrong promise, when you do not have stock you will give old piece, how can we believe your service in future. Also the gift what you are written on bill is different from received gift .

                                When i went vijay sales for complaining about my new tv's remote isuue...(Hardly 1 day after purchasing product)...When i was talking with issue problem (That remote was not work properly etc...) that employee not listened my issue neately...Whrerever...He talked with mi rudely...( like, you are small, keep your language properlya bla bla..) ( yes...Im teeneger, but that is not good way to talk with your customer* ) and also he used language as ( when u brought tv, when transaction of money was completed...Our relationship is over that movement*)...He talked rudely in that laguage...Which is not good for any brand company...So i request you...To talk this arogent employee and abouth his behaviour...(Employee name- nikhil...Tilak road, vijay sales, sadashiv peth, pune).

                                  Hi all,

                                  I had bought panasonic air conditioer from vijay sales railway station branch pune which was displayed in the vijay sales and we confirmed while billing that same will be delivered. But the model which we received was a different one.

                                  The feature sticker which comes on panasonic ac as per vijay sales, they mentioned it will be pasted by installation guys. We had spoked with panasonic manager as well as installation guys they said they dont paste any stickers.

                                  When we contacted vijay sales the sales person mr. Yadav he just wasted our 36 hours toggling us. Later on we visited vijay sales branch and contacted mr.Paras (Assistant manager) who claimed that do vijay sales provide duplicate products. We are regular customers of vijay sales and with the trust which goes with this name we have brought this product as well . But if a person like mr. Paras is speaking with customers in this rude manner, shall we accept it as a fact whatever he said. Moreover his colleagues suggested that we can take the dummy model which is displayed. Does it mean we shall buy a dummy piece though giving full amount. Infront o[censored]s these vijay sales team removed the sticker from dummy model as well. Team also mentioned that if it is only sticker issue they can just stick any sticker on the ac which was deleivered at our home. Does it mean just sticking any sticker and making it with latest technology and cheating people. In such scearios how can we trust vijay sales, its better to go to local dealer who provides better service that yours.

                                  But I think your team is not capable to understand customer problem / Resolve the customer problem. Hence he is wasting his & customer valuable time.

                                  As per your commitment yesterday Mr. Paras send me 2 Indoor Panasonic AC unit at my home @9.30 pm, but he send me again wrong model. So I will send back this AC again. Why are he wasting your delivery person, his & Customer time?

                                  Regarding to this Issue When I visited to your Pune station Branch on[protected], I clearly told to Mr Paras what my exact problem to him but he is argue with me.

                                  If Vijay sales is not capable to resolve my issue. Please cancel my order and take return your product any time. Without wasting your & my time.

                                    I had purchased panasonic smart phone eluga u from vijay sales vide bill dated 28.10.2015.In november 2015 camera and music-cafe stopped working and i had to visit service center avl telecom (Karbonn mobile), eternity moll, thane for servicing.
                                    Due to further hardware related issue avl telecom has sent the mobile to panasonic, delhi for repair vide the above job sheet number. It appears that avl telecom only updates the software and for hardware related issue phone is sent to panasonic delhi.
                                    Avl telecom refused to give written confirmation of date of return but
                                    Indicated that it may take more than 45 days. Hence vijay sales prevailed on service center to provide me a standby mobile. My request for free replacement was not agreed to.
                                    When stand-by eluga-l was given to me, it had a bar-code like sticker
                                    At the bottom of back panel which had peeled off in few days and i
                                    Noticed a big crack dent under the sticker. Now the service center
                                    Claims that i have damaged the brand new eluga - l stand-by phone and
                                    Demanded rs. 6, 046/- as repair cost. This was a perfect trap since i
                                    Have no evidence to prove that i have not damaged the stand-by phone.

                                    Service center has refused to return even the stand-by phone
                                    And have retained both eluga-u and stand by eluga-l smartphones. This is a
                                    Great learning lesson even at my age of 60 as to how one can get
                                    Trapped despite buying a branded product from reputed vijay sales show
                                    Room and worst after sales service i have ever come across till date. Panasonic took a stand to trust their service center than the customer. I refused to pay even rs. 1/- towards repair charges of standby phone i have not damaged and hence there is no hope of getting back my eluga u costing rs. 10, 000/-.
                                    Having learnt lesson on poor quality product and worst after sales service, i sincerely suggest not to buy panasonic smart phone, not even from vijay sales. Also, don’t ever accept a standby phone.
                                    I am a regular customer of vijay sales and i preferred vijay sales with an expectation of their hold on manufacturers for prompt after sales service. Now i had a real experience of poor after sales service from vijay sales and panasonic mobile. Basic questioned to be answered by vijay sales is why they are dealing in substandard products having very poor after sales service outlets of panasonic mobile.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      This is very pathettic experience i got from sony and vijay sales shop, The Hub Mall, Goregaon (East), Mumbai that we have brought the sony LED 32" tv (Model W700C) on 16th August, 2016 & now two weeks before the entire tv set is not functioning.

                                      Primarily, we have lodge the comlaint to sony customer care directly then after two days one engineer visited to my house & he told us that your TV is not working, we need to change the entire motherboard of the said tv and he taken the report & xerox copy of my tv bills & warantee card.

                                      Secondly after few days we visited the vijay sales shop in goregaon & asked them about the same then they told me that we will agian lodge the complaint from our end to sony service center.
                                      After few days again one engineer has visited my place the he also told us that your tv needs to change her motherboard.

                                      Then again we visited the vijay sales customer care department for the said issue & asked them about the replacement of entire TV since now i dont want to repair my TV then the lady who was sat there on desk told us that you will get the call from sony by tomarrow, which i never got till date.

                                      Again i called up the vijay sales customer care next day for same then again somebody else who was sat there on desk told me that u will get the call for same which i never got.

                                      After two days again i called up to vijay sales customer care & i screamed on their manager he also told me the same thing.

                                      NOW MY QUESTION IS THAT IS THIS PROCEEDURE WILL BE
                                      CONTINUED TILL THE END OF MY TV WARANTEE????????????????????????????

                                      MY PARENTS NOW ALWAYS SCREAMING ON ME THAT WHY U HAVE PURCHASED THE TV FROM VIJAY SALES?

                                      I WANT MY TV TO BE REPLACED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OTHER WISE I WILL TAKE A STRICT ACTION AGAIN SONY & VIJAY SALES.

                                        I had purchased a androidtv in jan 2016 and the tv was faulty which was replaced by vijay sales santacruz in feb2016 but when the tv was replaced they took the connecter of wireless keyboard and mouse tried calling vijay sales santacruz shop since a day the only ans they give is manager is not well and he is sleeping tried calling the customer complain no of vijay cell but yet there has been no reply i don't mind is they don't replace the keyboard and mouse at least they can get the connector back waiting for feed back
