Dear sir,
I have purchase panasonic split ac model no setcskc18rky-2 from you store, and the same was delivered on 19th april-2016.
The same was installed at my residence on 23rd april-2016, at the time of installation, when the ac was switch for time, ac was tripping every 10 minutes.
So the service engineering informed me ampere required for the unit was less, the next day i called the electrician and laid a complete new wiring for higher ampere.
Again when we started the ac, again the same problem occurred.
So we lodged a complaint with panasonic customer care and complaint no r[protected] dt. 27th april-2016, the engineer came on the same day, he checked the entire unit and informed me that the outdoor units fan has been damaged.
So i raised the complained with vijay sales naroda branch on phone no[protected] informed them that they have send me a damaged unit.
Till today there is no reply and a new unit is lying unused for the past 15 days,
So we request you to replace this unit or else give me refund for the full amount i have paid, if no reply/action is taken today, i will dump this unit at your show room
And will file a complaint with the consumer for cheating, harassment and giving a damaged unit. And will put a complaint in the newspaper against vijay sales
