I had purchased an vise led in the month of may. As i was shifting do i requested to your team to send the techician in last month (June 2016) for wall mount the led. Till date no one has visited. I had visited the store twice.
Now at last i had got it done on my own.

Please let me know who will bear the cost.

    I had purchase water filter of aquasure (Prime uv) from your borivali branch on 07/07/2016 (Ord no:-106-br07-16sot 155)
    Installation done on 12/07/2016, but from 19/07/2016 water filter was not working. For that we already contact several time to aquasure call centre but till now nobody came from the company. Here i would like to ask such damage product given by your company & nobody responding from anyside. Such worst service i had never experience from any company.

      From day one 28 NOv 15 the laptop has been slow .. after visiting showroom again in May 16, they reloaded the MS office / windows, but did not do a complete job . BIOS missing, photos cud not be loaded, wifi signal indicator taking time, slow running system, anti virus not re loaded, after repeated calls with Vijay Sales IT and HP, theres seems to be no resolution

        The numbers provided for enquiry are never attended. The bell keeps ringing always. The sales persons kept at the showroom have so much attitude that they are least bothered to attend the customer. They have no knowledge of the product and make the fool of the customer. I have bought videocon fully automatic machine on 22nd and today is 25th, no one has turned to install the machine. It's hard to reach customer care numbers provided as no one takes the call or half of the time is on hold. It's becoming very irritating now. I wonder wht kind of service would be provided in future if the first step hasn't been done. Immediate action to b tkn orelse refund the money back.

          I purchase acer aspire e-15 laptop with serial no. Nxgcesi[protected]e6600 from vijay sales delhi (Pitampura) branch on[protected].Invoice no. 301-dpr07-16sdn 597.

          The representative name mr. Arun with mobile no. [protected], explain me the details of products and told me that the laptop i purchase have the warranty of 3 years (Free of cost). Just i have to register my laptop serial no. Nxgcesi[protected]e6600 on website www. Shopacer.Co.In.

          When i registered my laptop in given website, i found that my laptop have a warranty of only 1 year and to extend the warranty to 3 years i need to pay rs, 574 (Inclusive of tax).

          Initially i was interested to purchase the laptop of hp, but due to 3 year warranty option with acer aspire e 15, i purchased acer. But the information is wrongly provided to me by the representative of vijay sales, delhi (Pitampura) branch, to sell his product.

          Now i registered my laptop with www. Shopacer.Co.In and paid rs, 574/- to extend my warranty for 3 years.

            I have purchased eureka forbes aquaguard (genus) (serial no. djk020) from vijay sales from uttam nagar branch. i have purchased it on 15th may 2016. i was facing problem from the first day as they didn't come to install the aquaguard for about a week and when they came, one of its part was broken from inside. so they took 4-5 days more to install it. after installation it worked well for around 15 days and then the taste of the water became worse. so i registered my complaint but no action was taken.. they have come 2-3 times to test the water and they even took a sample with them but still nothing happened. today is 23 of july 2016 and my machine is still not working.. i have been purchasing water from the market which have cost me a lot. it was my worst experience.

                Firstly, its sound quality is very poor & sound up down automatically.

                  Water is leaking from the split ac internal unit when it is switched on. Due to this my wall and my bed is spoilt and can't switch on the air conditioner as water keeps leaking through out the night. This is happening for the second time after 2 services provided by the company.
                  And when writing a complaint you guys are asking me to write something with 350 words or more. Is it an essay writing competition. They say in its too short to get resolved. What kind of complaint portal is this.

                    Forget customer care, you can clearly hear the staff whine about you in the background when u call them back to get your television repaired which is within the warranty period.
                    P. S - its been like 10 days and no sign of technitian coming to my home.
                    They keep saying that we have mailed to the company but there are no results yet. They give false promises saying the technician is coming to your home in 1-2 hours.
                    Being a doctor myself, should i keep calling vijay sales the whole day or do my job?
                    Enough said.

                      Pls note my below complaint about my mobile lodged on your website for its malfunctioning just in about 1 month,


                      The above htc mobile is totally dead

                      When visited your service center - tvs electronics ltd, kothari milestone, s v road, malad (West), mumbai 400 062, manager of service center - mr nitin kawate - refused to meet me and his staff - mr ambekar spoke rudely and misbehaved with me when asked to speak to htc officer - mr gupta, called by me from my another mobile number[protected] and refused to attend to me or take a call of htc official and hence i requested htc official mr gupta from your service center itself in presence of staff of m/s tvs electronics, at malad (West), to escallate my complaint to senior management of htc. Mr ambekar, not only spoke to me rudely, but disregarded the call of mr gupta, htc official who wanted to reprimand the staff of tvs electronics over phone. This took place in presence of other htc clients who visited the service center for similarly lodging their complaints.


                      Sir, under mrtp act, htc is expected to widely circulate escallation matrix for redressal of their grievance against the product or their service. However, htc has not provided same to me despite asking them number of times.


                      As per fair practices, htc is expected to give not only escallation matrix but should have circulated machinery and their e-mail/phone number for redressal of grievances of their customer, but despite asking to htc / your authorised service dealer - m/s tvs electronics, malad (West) same has not been provided.


                      The system also is expected to circulate appellate authority responsible under htc with their e-mail and phone number which is not given to me despite asking.


                      This not only tarnishing image and brand reputation of htc - india and would request concerned officials to take a note and give details of grievance redressal machinery made available in htc and their e-mail/tel number.


                      I am copying this msg to director general of public grievances, new delhi, for taking up the matter with your delhi office, for redressal of my grievance and replace the mobile immediately


                      The job card given to me by your service center - m/s tvs electronics ltd is attached to this mail, wherein the date is printed for delivery to me, as 19th aug, 2016, when htc mobile is submitted to their service center at malad (West) on 16th july, 2016, which shows level of service of htc and treatment of htc to their valued customers.

                      Above htc mobile was purchased on 29th may, 2016 from your authorized dealer vijay sales, goregaon (West) mumbai.
                      The mobile totally failed and was unable to get charged on 30th june, 2016. The complaint was lodged with vijay sales thereafter and as per their advise was personally carried to your authorized service center - tvs electronics ltd., kothari milestone, 2nd floor, s v road, malad (West) today - 16.07.2016.
                      The mobile is deposited and the job card has been made by the service center at malad on 16.7.2016.
                      The mobile is totally dead.
                      Requested for any service mobile - request was rejected
                      Tried to meet the center manager - was told that he will not meet the customer
                      The staff of center - one mr ambekar, spoke to me very rudely and when i called your call center and spoke to manager at call center on number[protected] mr ambekar refused to speak to mr gupta, htc manager of call center which was escalated by mr gupta to your delhi officials.
                      Although the mobile is submitted to center on 16th july, 2016, i was told that it would be ready by 19th aug, 2016 which is more than one month, particularly when i purchased the htc considering its brand name and its reputation, on 29th may, 2016.
                      I was told by mr ambekar of call center at malad (W) that he does not care about htc officials, since he is employee of service dealer, and that he will not speak to anyone from htc, although mr gupta, htc manager, from htc call center was connected to mr ambekar thru my another mobile[protected].
                      Mr ambekar was very rude not only with me but also with other customers who visited service center on 16th july, 2016, presumably because he was not found in sober condition and was not in proper census for reasons cannot be written over here.

                      I would now request htc as to how can a dealer's employee refuse to speak to htc official when he was requested by htc officer to come on phone when called from my another mobile number[protected]

                        Dear sir, mam,
                        After doing too much followup with vijay sales and panasonic i have to file a complaint bcoz of no solution.

                        Sir, i have purchased a washing machine a year back which is under 2 years warranty 2-3 weeks back the motor is damaged.
                        After continuous followup with vijay sales and panasonic they withdraw their hand and said they cannot repair it as their is no serial no in the machine.

                        Ir you can see that in the attached picture the machine is still wrapped with the company wrapped polythene on the full body is also confirmed by one of the technician from panasonic according to him wrong machine or repaired machine is sent during delivery. But i cannot disclose his name as it might take his job.

                        Please assist me on the same as i have not asked to checked any serial no etc during sale and they are not ready to repair the machine.
                        I also asked for complete replacement of the machine with serial no so that i did not have to face problem next time. Or refund my money so that i can buy it from some genuine shop.

                          I got Idea pad 500 on 15-Jul-16 from Preet vihar stores. The product has a dent mark on its screen which is probably a manufacturing defect. The same was not visible to usat the shop. however, we observed the same on the deem light at hotel.

                            We had purchased 3 ietms i. e. panasonic window ac, whirlpool fridge & a panasonic washing machine. out of these 3, ac turned out to be in non-working condition. it did not work at all not even for 5 mins. we complained next day to vijay sales & till date i. e. after almost 20 days we have been shouting & fighting over calls & sms' with panasonic & vijay sales but everytjing in vain. vijay sales (preet vihar) is such a big lier. i feel like killing everybody there... i am so much upset with the services. i am forced to use abusive language even after being an educated lady. my husband went through chest pain because of shouting at these guys. i will surely sue them. these item were purchased in the name of mr. arun mishra from vijay sales, preet vihar delhi some 20 days back

                              Provided defected piece with warranty and problem arises 3 times within just 2 months of purchase period.
                              We required new product in replacement
                              Or else refund our money paid for purchase of smart t. V worth rs. 30000 approx
                              Inspite of several reminders the problem is not resolved and we are facing many problems after purchase of said product
                              Even we called customer care of videocon d2h for the same the engineer visited twice but the problem is not resolved, it seems that the product is defective has its functions are not working and channels are not displaying showing smart card error

                                  Even though vijay sales has printed the customer care number or the ghatkopar store number, both phone are not reachable. Both numbers are continuously busy for hours together.

                                  I have a feeling they dont want to attend to customer's complaints, so they have kept the phone "off the hook".

                                  Pathetic after sales service. I think vijay sales will also shut down like nokia for bad service.

                                    I have baught a washing machine from Vijay sales Vikas marg and they committed that the mavhine will delivered next day.
                                    But the machine has not delivered. Also when i tried lodge a complaint on customer care they are not picking my call and on second attempt the number getting busy. i had made sevrral attempts but the response is still same.
                                    I have never seen the pathetic service likr this

                                        Dear sir i bought a vise tv 32 inches on 21/04/2015. With 3yrs warranty. Only after 6 months its main board got conked off. It was replaced with in a week now again on 20th june 2016 same problem occured i submitted a complaint on 22nd of june on 25th a technician came and told me that in 48 hrs you will get a replacement of the mother board. Till today i have been calling the customer service with no satisfactory response. I am ready to exchange this tv with a better one paying the difference but no result.
