Dear sir, mam,
After doing too much followup with vijay sales and panasonic i have to file a complaint bcoz of no solution.

Sir, i have purchased a washing machine a year back which is under 2 years warranty 2-3 weeks back the motor is damaged.
After continuous followup with vijay sales and panasonic they withdraw their hand and said they cannot repair it as their is no serial no in the machine.

Ir you can see that in the attached picture the machine is still wrapped with the company wrapped polythene on the full body is also confirmed by one of the technician from panasonic according to him wrong machine or repaired machine is sent during delivery. But i cannot disclose his name as it might take his job.

Please assist me on the same as i have not asked to checked any serial no etc during sale and they are not ready to repair the machine.
I also asked for complete replacement of the machine with serial no so that i did not have to face problem next time. Or refund my money so that i can buy it from some genuine shop.

The tv was bring home at 10.00 p. m. and installation done by me but it was not working it is faulty piece pl. send ur man and exchange it. i have already inform salesman on phone same yesterday night at 10.45 around name bhunesh kalyan branch kindly do as early as possible because i pay whole amount cash without any hesitated now it is ur turned. it is sony smart led 32 inch

We had purchased 3 ietms i. e. panasonic window ac, whirlpool fridge & a panasonic washing machine. out of these 3, ac turned out to be in non-working condition. it did not work at all not even for 5 mins. we complained next day to vijay sales & till date i. e. after almost 20 days we have been shouting & fighting over calls & sms' with panasonic & vijay sales but everytjing in vain. vijay sales (preet vihar) is such a big lier. i feel like killing everybody there... i am so much upset with the services. i am forced to use abusive language even after being an educated lady. my husband went through chest pain because of shouting at these guys. i will surely sue them. these item were purchased in the name of mr. arun mishra from vijay sales, preet vihar delhi some 20 days back

Provided defected piece with warranty and problem arises 3 times within just 2 months of purchase period.
We required new product in replacement
Or else refund our money paid for purchase of smart t. V worth rs. 30000 approx
Inspite of several reminders the problem is not resolved and we are facing many problems after purchase of said product
Even we called customer care of videocon d2h for the same the engineer visited twice but the problem is not resolved, it seems that the product is defective has its functions are not working and channels are not displaying showing smart card error

I am purchased "vise" led tv brand from vijay sales, the led was not working on, 7-7-14 till dated.. i call customer care and raised complaint. 8 days ago never feedback or no technicians visit my home.. kindly look in to the matter and to be send technicians urgently.. or get back your led and to be send to new led as soon as possible thanks & best regards... santosh gaonkar mobile - [protected].

Even though vijay sales has printed the customer care number or the ghatkopar store number, both phone are not reachable. Both numbers are continuously busy for hours together.

I have a feeling they dont want to attend to customer's complaints, so they have kept the phone "off the hook".

Pathetic after sales service. I think vijay sales will also shut down like nokia for bad service.

I have baught a washing machine from Vijay sales Vikas marg and they committed that the mavhine will delivered next day.
But the machine has not delivered. Also when i tried lodge a complaint on customer care they are not picking my call and on second attempt the number getting busy. i had made sevrral attempts but the response is still same.
I have never seen the pathetic service likr this

I have bought a Vise AC fm VS Rajaouri garden delhi 2 mnth back. The AC is making noise and to be repair. Also at the time of selling this product it has been told that it rotates left and round, but it doesn't.

Dear sir i bought a vise tv 32 inches on 21/04/2015. With 3yrs warranty. Only after 6 months its main board got conked off. It was replaced with in a week now again on 20th june 2016 same problem occured i submitted a complaint on 22nd of june on 25th a technician came and told me that in 48 hrs you will get a replacement of the mother board. Till today i have been calling the customer service with no satisfactory response. I am ready to exchange this tv with a better one paying the difference but no result.

Hi team,
This is in regards with the service provider by vijay sales pune seasons mall. We were told that we will be getting on site service when we were buying mitashi home theatre system on 4th June 2016. However not even one month, the system started giving problem. Since Saturday ie 26th June I have been calling vijay sales customer pune for logging a case.I was told they couldn't find he product n purchase details in the dataBase( which is surprising ) and have manually call logged n that we will be getting a confirmation sms. Still we took the system ourselves to the showroom for the service.please note the distance from our house to showroom in more than 45 mins.after reaching the showroom on 26th, v were given assurance that the technician will come home n resolve the issue and we took the system bavk all the way.however as there was no response from vijay sales on monday, I again called back n escalated the issue.that's when I got a call back stating that we have to take the system to service center n there is no on site service for the model we got.
My question is why was the product sold to us with such assurance and when I had got the system to the showroom, y was I send back saying we will get on site service? Who will bear the travel expenses and time we will be spending for getting the system here n there.
We have been clearly cheated by vijay sales.
I will be approaching the consumer court for this service n cheating which has been done with us.

We bought a television from vijay sales opera house branch a videocon 40 inch led on 26th jan 2015 just a year old the TV is not working when complained the videocon service center says that the panel is faulty and so we need to order it from factory which will take more than a week this is ridiculous when we spend 40k on a TV we expect quality on first place but it's sad that even after sales service is so poor and so vijay sales being a big brand in electronics sell this kind of cheap brands. The TV is in warranty yet if it's faulty than it should be replaced but instead it's told to us that wait for parts it's been already 3 days and yet we have to wait and be without TV...

Complain no MUM[protected] with videocon

I have purchased five items from vijay sales and services including the above two. I have received the ro defective piece and ifb machine got installed very late. For replacing the defective piece vijay sales and service took extra transportation from me. They put them in embarrassing situation for more than three days. Very poor service and nobody should purchase anything from them as they got very unprofessional staff

We have purchase haier fully automatic washing machine from vijay sales on dated 12.06.2016 as per instruction of sales executive, she told us that machine can take load up to 6kg but only 4-5 clothes we can wash in that machine, it to small for us and as per sales executive machine can wash clothes of 5 members but its to wrong.

we need to replace this product.

We had purchased the above said split ac vide your tax invoice no. Dated[protected] alongwith other 6 nos. Split ac's.

We regret to inform you that we have received this faulty machine which has broken down almost 3 times during the past 9 months. Your service personnel are unable to find the fault.

We request you to kindly give us a replacement at the earliest.

Delivery guy pick my old fridge samsung 450 ltr without any exchange order. As only servent was there at that time.
After that i have made complain to store. Store guys response was very bad he told that we will only refund 2000/- inr against this. As i was get tired to get confirmed abt this from end.

This is not a good customer service your manager was too rude and when he release payment he was talking about company policys.
Where was the policy when you pick without any paper.

I was always recommended vijay sales as my first choice bt from now i will not.

Promised to install next day after delivery as we were going out of town. My parents stayed at home for the installation.I had to leave my work to repeatedly make call after call and nothing was done. Spoke to every possible customer care.. none of them could help me..just repeatedly asked me to repeat my number and address and no one came to install.. it's the next day now.. I'm still waiting .made more calls to Vijay sales. Just making me hold on.. very bad customer service..don't bother to inform what is happening with my tv.. Only making me wait

Purchased new laptop from vijay sales on 13-jun-2016 at metro mall kalyan and i was not able to pay attention to the mfg date when i reach to home i found its mfg date is 09-feb-2015 which is 1.4 year old stock. After that u tried to talk with the vijay sales executive regarding the issue but as per then no they can't replace the product. If i would have buy the laptop from online then i would not have to worried about the return or replace. While buying i come to know that the laptop was older one but the sales person mislead me by saying that no sir it's a brand new and a day back we order it and now god its 1.4 years old laptop which is like i pay for new laptop but got the old/second hand laptop.

I purchased an LG smart TV from Vijay Sales Chembur, and later logged a complaint as we noticed a missing chord in it, and have been following up for two months now. They refused to acknowledge that there was any such complaint given, and also refused to provide the chord. They want us to purchase one from the market.
