I purchased Air-conditioning from Vijay Sales it is a VISE product. Someone came to install the AC after raising a complaint when I found it is taking more time then the promised timing. It was installed, however I was not provided with any paper for installing the AC. Now after 2 months when I find my AC to be faulty contacted Vijay Sales and they took as usual long time to respond. After complaining several times one of the associate contacted and arranged people to get the AC repaired. However the people came confirmed the AC does not have gas, this is the reason it is not working, they told me they will come on Monday, however, no one arrived so, complained again and it again took many days to get a response. Now Vijay Sales are asking for job sheet which I don't have. And they are saying without the job sheet they can't do anything. I will go to consumer court on coming Tuesday 30 August 2016 if it does not resolve.

    R/sir I have purchased vise led android TV from your maninagar vijay sales in dec 2015. TV led display not working in July 2016 so I m complaints in 27/07/2016 but till date my complaints is not solved .my TV is not working. So pls help me. And solved my complaints. I will trust in your company so pls not broke my hope. Help replaced TV or solved complaints or other take action. Pls pls pls pls.

      I purchased my laptop in june from vijay ales janakpuri new delhi ...the staff has not done partition of the drive and neither respond properly to the complaint when i call them...my laptop restarts on its own...very bad reviews will never purchase anything in future...when i call them and tell them what problem i am facing they start telling other things about laptop which are not even concerened

        On 07.08.2016 I bought a Lenovo k50a40 a7000 turbo black mobile phone from you. I have discovered that the phone has the following problem: Heating and hang up instrument.
        The [Consumer Rights Act 2015/ Sale of Goods Act 1979] makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
        As you are in breach of contract I am entitled to have the phone replaced or refunded and I would request that you confirm that you will do this within the next 14 days.
        I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for my phone to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it.

          I have purchased an led tv on 15/08/2016 from andheri west infinity mall outlet, it has been more than a week nobody has turned up for a demo and installation, tried calling every day for more than 100 times (Check my call log), but it seems they have kept the phone aside to avoid calls. This is super rubish service provided. Its like waste money running to the store and request them to do their job for which i have paid money. If this is the case then i wont purchase nothing from vijaysales anymore.

            I bought new laptop from vijay sales just it is local well known electronics shop and i can trust on them. But they made me fool by giving all wrong information about the schemes. It is very disappointing.

            Price they offered me more than 3k to the original price (Checked from hp world tilak road).
            N gave me discount of 2k and made me fool (Bought in 58200 and original price was 57000). Paid 1200 more.
            On top of that they have removed ll schemes except bluetooth speakers only i insisted then only and provided wrong information about schemes that there are two offers either u can get speakers or kit. (Not even told me about the selfie stick)

            I have attached the screen shot of times of india where they have mentioned actual offers.
            And my invoice copy where everything is mentioned.

            Please help me out of this!!!

              Dear sir,
              On 13th august i have purchased washing machine from vijay sales satara road. On 14th your samsung representative
              Mr muzzamil ([protected]) (Registered service order [protected]) visited our home and observed that the packed
              Model (Which was already displayed at vijaya sales satara road before our purchase) is broken
              1) top cover plastic handle (Spring connected portion) is broken
              2) top cover and back panel connectivity portion is loose.

              Just showing the broken portion and taking our bills snapshot he left. Then we call back vijaya sales satara road and informed the updates.
              Since then daily twice i am doing follow up but totally upset, frustrated with response from vijaya sales satara road.
              Every time i got next day commitment and nothing happen till date.
              Request you please help us otherwise its difficult to believe on samsung brand as well vijaya sales brand.

                Hi,
                I have purchased a washing machine (Videocon zaaraa) from vijay slaes chandan nagar branch, pune om 14- august-2016.
                Next day i got a damaged washing machine. At the same time i returned it with the delivery boy.
                I purchased it in exchange offer.
                My old machine they left in the parking area of my society and told me on 16-aug-2-16 they will deliver my machine and take the old machine.
                Yesterday i was in the touch of vijay sales office, and they told me. We will deliver it on tuesday itself.
                After waiting whole day, i visit the vijay sales showroom, then thay told me we will deliver it on 17- august.
                Today since morning no body is receiving the call on +[protected] and +[protected]
                I am fed off for this service. Very poor customer interaction.
                Still my old washing machine is in the parking area, and i am getting complaint from society.

                I have attached the receipt. Please let me know what is the status of the product.
                When they recieve the call and again false promise. Finally told me tomorrow they will deliver.

                  Dear all,

                  I have purchased a tv set (Order no[protected], vise led vh39h601) fro vijay sales on 14th august 2016 on the term that it will be delivered on 15th aug 2016.
                  Was assured by the store manager as well on this. And once the purchase was complete, vijay sales started there hide and seek game.

                  I called the customer care from 12 noon till 10.00 pm, as they keep assuring me that that the product will be delivered shortly. But finally am writing this ti update everyone that vijay sales is a fraud and they never do what you pay them for. Now i have to wait for 1 week to get the tv installed at home.

                  I would like to update everyone that kindly get all these things in writing from any store.

                  Government should have a clear law against all there store who ask for upfront money for product stating various false promises or offers.

                  I would like to loge a complain through this forum.

                      We booked a samsung freeze on saturday afternoon 6th of aug '16. Delivery to be made on 7th. When the freeze arrived on 7th afternoon, there was a big dent on the freezer door. We refused to accept and they took it back. We requested for new piece on sunday evening itself but they said its not possible and hence decided for monday, again inspite of requesting the delivery at noon, they again said it will possible only after 6pm. At 6.30pm on 8th the freeze comes with a small dent again at side. Now the workers who got the freeze plead to accept considering the dent is small and won't hamper its functioning. We spoke with the delivery incharge mr. Sachin parkhe, who said the entire responsibility will be taken by them incase of any problem and said he will make a note. With this assurance we accepted the freeze and since it was in exchange with our old freeze, the old one was taken.. Just to be doubly sure we called the customer care number and spoke with mr. Nikhil who refused to be of any help instead saying that we should not have accepted. He refused to make a note of the dent. Upon asking to speak to a senior, he said he is the senior but didnt know his designation. We told him we would want to speak with sachin parkhe only. He said he will have sachin parkhe call us. Now when sachin parkhe calls he is speaking the same language, when asked him then why did he say he will make a note, he said dont switch on the freeze, we will replace again, when they have already taken away our old freeze. We are trying to explain, even if there is a technical issue soon the freeze will be under warranty and its them to investigate if its due to dent or something else. But they refused to just make a note. And while purchasing the sales person mr. Ravi was giving tall talks of customer care. Its a crime to be kind and nice with such company.

                      In continuation with our freeze saga... after these 2 episodes of damaged piece. They did not bother to deliver on tuesday 9th. When I called the Customer care in the afternoon, my call was transferred to 3 people and I had to repeat the story to all 3.. the last person being Mr. Ravi Yadav the salesperson who had given tall claims of Customer service while purchasing, said that he will call back on the delivery status, there was no callback for 30 to 40 mins, after which when I called again...twice no one answered and the 3rd time i was put on hold immediately and no response later... Finally today 10th... received a call saying delivery on its way ... And its unbelievable but this 3rd one also had a dent on the freezer door... and as always like the first 2 times..the delivery men only had the answer that we just pickup packed piece and open it at the buyers house only. Okay... Agreed... but then when such an incidence happens.. shouldn't it be the responsibility of the delivery incharge to check where the carelessness or negligence is happening or atleast the Customer Care should have the authority or sense to savage the situation by assuring some compensation... as we are aware such damaged pieces are sold at discounted rates... Or see to it whether the problem is in packaging... Or is it that they are trying to push this damaged piece on us purposely... Never thought Vijay Sales can be so unprofessional...irresponsible and nonsensical... still waiting for a clean and fresh piece of the freeze...

                        This is with reference to the problem encounter in the TV purchase from your Vijay Sales outlet at Jogeshwari.(Purchase date-7th July 2016 and by the name Shrutika Kavale)

                        From the start we are facing problem in the audio output port . We have connected a Philips home theatre to TV for sound. We have given output of TV to homeTheatre.

                        We have connected a set top box to TV and get audio from Philips home theatre. But we don’t get clear sound from Philips thetre.

                        First we thought that the problem is with home theatre OR set top box and the person from both companies came to solve the problem.

                        But they have checked their system and proved no problem in their device.

                        So the problem is with the output audio port of TV which is connected to Philips home theatre.

                        I also have locked a complaint with Vijay sales on 15th of July(Compalint number SUP001/215711). But every time I get the answer that the technician is coming but nobody yet came to attend the problem.

                        Their service is also bad as they are not giving any proper satisfying solution

                        So I request to look into the matter and do the needful.

                            Two months ago we noticed bubbling on front door (bottom side) of door, which has increased gradually over a period of two months. hence we lodged a complaint to vijay sales.
                            Accordingly an engineer shri sameer patil from samsung visited our home on 25th instant and inspected the fridge /taken photographs of defective area.
                            Since there was no response from him till today, i spoke to him over cell-phone and he was surprised that how there is no response from samsung till date as he has forwarded the complaint to concern.
                            While speaking to samsung representative on [protected], today there reply was the rectification is on chargeable basis.

                            I am surprised to hear such answer from him since the product is under warranty period.

                            I request you to look into the matter and resolve this issue asap.

                                As i have purchased Wise TV from Vijay Sales Ahmedabad Chandhkheda branch last year, but there is problem in switching on power button since 20 days but still my TV has been not attented perfectly by quailified technician i am feeling ashamed why i purchased such type of TV from Vijay Sales as they cannot provide service to customer.
                                Kindly try to solve the complaints of Customer on time and don't fool customer by convinicing them when they come to purchase any product that your service is better and upto the mark. I am really sorry to tell that your service for customer is very very poor.
                                In future i will suggest other people also not to purchase any item or product from vijay sales as there service is not better.

                                    Model number vx1835601 after 3 months its stop working because of some internal issue of ac i have complaint twice at show room by personally visiting before 15days then executive visit after that he check the machine and took 2 motors with him for changing and told us that he will call back and he will come to install again and its one week no one come yet and not single call regarding that, so my dad visited five times at the mahim show room of viay sales for the status of our complaint but staff of customer care is so pathetic lady over there named mamta singh she dont even know how to handle customer and dont bother about customer complaint and continuously busy on personal phone calls you guys dont dont even care about some one else time this is very careless attitude towards work not expecting from vijay sales to have such bad customer service i want my issue of ac to get resolve sooner kindly look into matter otherwise i will escalate the matter to national consumer forum.

                                      I have bought sony power bank g15cpv10a & luxur nano gadget cleaner from vijay sales (the plaza mall, shop no. 02 to 07, lower ground floor, near fabindia, mehrauli-gurgaon road, gurgaon, haryana 122002)
                                      Whose v. no are -343-hmg10-15sdn442 & 343-hmg10-15si205 respectively on[protected] &[protected] respectively.
                                      After a couple of months when i opened the sealed kit i found that the power bank is defective and cleaner bottle is totally empty.
                                      When i complained vijay sales they told, they cant replace the product now.

                                      Being a taxpayer i found it very unfair to loose my hard earned money by buying faulty products.
                                      Please look into the matter and solve it

                                        I had purchased the vise led 32 inch tv last october 2015. Not worth at all. Twice there was a problem with display. Vijay sales doesn't even care to repair or change the product. It give you 3 yrs warranty but no one cares after selling the product. Gave plenty of call chasing from last 1 month but no one is interested in listening to you. They just promise that we will send some one but at the end no one appears. They just fool you selling there trash product by saying it has 3 yrs warranty. Best picture quality but its all waste no value for money at all.
