My bill no :114-lrd06-16si76 on name of viral barmecha.

Delivery guy pick my old fridge samsung 450 ltr without any exchange order. As only servent was there at that time.
After that i have made complain to store. Store guys response was very bad he told that we will only refund 2000/- inr against this. As i was get tired to get confirmed abt this from end.

This is not a good customer service your manager was too rude and when he release payment he was talking about company policys.
Where was the policy when you pick without any paper.

I was always recommended vijay sales as my first choice bt from now i will not.

    Promised to install next day after delivery as we were going out of town. My parents stayed at home for the installation.I had to leave my work to repeatedly make call after call and nothing was done. Spoke to every possible customer care.. none of them could help me..just repeatedly asked me to repeat my number and address and no one came to install.. it's the next day now.. I'm still waiting .made more calls to Vijay sales. Just making me hold on.. very bad customer service..don't bother to inform what is happening with my tv.. Only making me wait

      Purchased new laptop from vijay sales on 13-jun-2016 at metro mall kalyan and i was not able to pay attention to the mfg date when i reach to home i found its mfg date is 09-feb-2015 which is 1.4 year old stock. After that u tried to talk with the vijay sales executive regarding the issue but as per then no they can't replace the product. If i would have buy the laptop from online then i would not have to worried about the return or replace. While buying i come to know that the laptop was older one but the sales person mislead me by saying that no sir it's a brand new and a day back we order it and now god its 1.4 years old laptop which is like i pay for new laptop but got the old/second hand laptop.

        I purchased an LG smart TV from Vijay Sales Chembur, and later logged a complaint as we noticed a missing chord in it, and have been following up for two months now. They refused to acknowledge that there was any such complaint given, and also refused to provide the chord. They want us to purchase one from the market.

          I had gone to vijay sales to purchase a split ac on 25/may/2016 and i was somehow convinced by the vijay sales person that their inhouse brand VISE inverter ac was a very good model. even though i was skeptical on it, i said i'd take a chance, little did i know i would be facing an issue to have them fix my problem, on the day it was fitted it took them over 3 hours to install it, after installing it there was a leakage from below the ac, then i dont know what they did, maybe some duct tape to cover the joint im not sure. it stopped. next day again in the morning there were a few drops, i thought i would check another night before making a complaint. the day after this continued then i finally decided to call and complaint on it.. i told them that since me and my wife are both working they would have to send someone on saturday or sunday. the following sunday the person suddenly calls saying hes in the area and wants to come and fix the problem, luckily we were home so he came and tried to play around the drains, without opening up the entire plastic body of the air conditioner, i fired him and told him not to be lazy and to open up so he can do the job right, after couple hours when he was done, there was some leakage, then again he tried to play around with something and finally there was no leakage. the same night when i put on the ac before sleeping, there was like a small tap that i had opened up, i had to keep a bucket below to collect the water all night.
          on 8th june i called vijay sales to complain that i want my money back and my furniture and POP on the wall is getting damaged, the lady said someone from vijay sales will call and resolve the issue, today (10th) i get a call from them asking that if i am satisfied, i told them i called day before how come u dont know i have a problem ? then i spoke to the floor manager, he said he'll call me back. i have to pay vijay sales rs.3500 for my old ac which i am holding on to and not paying them since they taking me for a ride.

            Hello ravi,

            I have purchased godrej refrigerator rb eon nxw 380 sd 2.4 inox on dated : 03-may-2016, which was actually my biggest mistake choosing godrej over lg.

            Spent over 42, 500 inr from vijay sales showroom lajpat nagar.

            The day i made the purchase i was quite sure on picking up lg 420 ltr refrigerator, but the extreme marketing executive skill of the lady at vijay sales made me purchase godrej.
            I was made sure of making the right decision as the quality and stability of godrej is quite good.

            A week back we observed the cooling of the refrigerator is not that effective so we manually increased the same but still it was not up to the mark.

            Just to confirm we placed a bowl filled with water in the freezer and waited it to cool down to ice, after almost 16 hours of the observation we find out the ice formed in the bowl still not hard enough and it still holds water in it.

            We made the complaint to godrej with reference number d[protected], dated : 30-may-2016.

            After few hours the same guy who has made his visit at the time of installation came and after checking the freezer he updated "the issue may be because the refrigerator might have gone to the defrost mode automatically".

            After hearing his silly response we asked him is it possible that after 16 hours a freezer is unable to convert water in to ice, is it normal.

            He was quite nervous by his statement and promised that some sr. Engineer will visit us in next 2 days.
            After 2 days on 1-june-2016 some engineer irshad mobile number ([protected]) made his visit after observing he says in the night please turn off this refrigerator and turn it on in the morning, he does not sound logical but we said ok as he promised to get it fixed asap and want us to inform him about the observation.

            After doing the same since yesterday morning we have called him 3 times he kept on promising will be reaching at our place in short time, but there is no sign of him.

            Request you to please help me in getting return of my money, as i am no more intrusted to use your product.

              Since i bought this product 2015 march this product is under maintinance i already complain with vijay sales and sharp too, but i feel i choose wrong product because in 1 yr more than 10 complaints after installation is not sign of good product.

              As we are a perm customer of vijay sales this product is our wrong choice and as retail shop its Vijay sales responsiblity to sale good product.

              Need replacement or refund.
              Please help.

                I purchased the vise 1 ton ac in june 2015. The ac worked perfectly and was super cooling the room till april this year (Approx 10 month) after which it stopped cooling the room. The ac compressor cuts off only at 28 degrees and doesn't go below that during day while in night it cuts off only at 24 degrees even if the outside room temperature is 20 degrees. I have had 8 technicians visit my house in the last 1 month and none could give a solution to the problem. As they were not able to fix the problem, they have put the blame now on the room size being big. My argument to them is if the room size is big, why did it supper chilled the room for 9 mths and why is it cutting off at 24 degrees when the outside temperature is less than 20 degrees... I need your help in getting this issue resolved... Looks like vijay sales launched their products at low cost with bogus and degraded material and parts to fool consumers...

                  I yudhvir singh chauhan resident of flat no. 829, shree awash, sector-18 b dwarka purchased one refrigerator make hitachi item code[protected] for rs. 90, 000/- from vijay sales dwarka delhi on 27/2/2016 vide invoice no. 306-ddw02-16rsiadn150. The product is not working. Complaint no. [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected] were lodged with the customer care of hitach as well as with the seller vijay sals dwarka sector-7, delhi. But till date the complaints have not been resolved.

                    It seems that vijay sales people are in habit o[censored]nethical practices and careless attitude towards the poor customer as a daikin air-conditioner was purchased from janakpuri, new delhi branch on 25/05/16 under V no. 303-DJK05-16SOA 1469 with a promise of delivery on 27/05/16 but never delivered and all their contact nos. are not responding and on my personal visiting there personally met Mr Rohit who after checking confirmed that the purcased air conditioner is out of stock so delivery is not possible this is so sad and unprofessional as well as unethical how can they sell something that they don't have its a case of cheating and rohit and saurav were so rude and unsupportive and replied that do what ever you want to do we are not going to deliver the purcased product then I called their centralised complaint spoke to jacob and ms charu sharma also called from customer care but none actually has any solution or willing to give one apart from opting for another brand at higher price which I wasnt initially interested for it is a blackmail and even a email was sent to nilesh gupta ceo but even he didn't heed it shows that the attitude flows from top to bottom so it is advised to stay away from vijay sales to safe guard your interests as a consumer.

                      Pls pls pls never ever trust on vijay sales people and don't buy anything from them. They never keep anyone promise and give all false details. Very pathetic staffs in pleasant park, mira road branch. Worst staff and managers. They are just behind money and don't care about your emotions.
                      They told to me that my delivery will come till 8.00-8.30pm to my new home and i waited till 10pm but they don't have courtesy to inform me or call me.
                      I had read about vijay sales about their product and their delivery which is never on time. We decorate our house and order according time and functions at home. It's embarrassing when you have function at home and you don't have led and fridge at your new house after you spent lakhs on interior. They spoiled my image.

                        Hi team,
                        I purchased hitachi ac rav518hud (5star) 1.5t on 26th may 2016.
                        On 27th some technician sent from vijay sales and installed the ac.
                        However ac cooling is extremely poor. Even on super cool mode at 16 degree, it doesn't show any cooling in the room. My room size is 10x11 and has only 1 window in it.
                        I'm shocked to get such faulty ac from vijay sales. Please let me know the return policy

The door sealing has started coming out and therefore affecting the performance. Requesting to immediately rectify.                             I bought 2t panasonic split ac from vijay sales - janakpuri on 21/05/2016 and still i am waiting for this product to be installed at my home i have contacted several time to the vijay sales team and nothing happened. I was promised that the installation will happen within 48 hrs and still no luck after repeatedly filing the complaint. The executives just say that we will check the status and call you back but since they are so very much focus on customer satisfaction that they just forget to even contact the customer.

                              Acer laptop purchased in jan 2016 from vijay sales andheri west, is having problem with motherboard. Lodged complaint with vijay sales, acer. Service engineer visited last weke after follow-ups, but even now laptop remains unserviceable due to non availability of parts from acer. Have been following up with acer also, but no resolution even now. Repair the laptop urgently and extend warranty by 60 days

                                1. The ac installation is defective (2 ac's purchased in the month of feb 2016)

                                2. The cost of installation is very high as compare to the rates prevailing in the market. And no choice given to purchase the installation goods from the market (Forcefully selling of goods at the time of installation at higher rates)

                                3. There is only 1 complaint telephone no provided and that too is either busy all the times or not responding. Further the behavior of staff attending (Vijay sales, janakpuri) complaint is not good.

                                    I have purchased two acs from vijay sales, janakpuri store on 15th may, 2016. The delivery was promised to be on 16th may, 2016.
                                    1. Godrej eon (1.5 ton)
                                    2. O general (2 ton)
                                    The godrej ac was delivered well on time.
                                    And for the other ac o general, which was to be delivered on the same day i. E. 16th may, 2016, we received calls till 12:00 am at night that your ac will be delivered shortly. But it was not delivered and we kept on waiting for the delivery entire night. And now next day morning when we are calling customercare or store, they have no idea regarding the status of ac. And the number from which we got call at night for delivery is not answering the phone anymore since night.

                                    Customer care provided me a number of delivery incharge rahul (+91-[protected]). This guy picked the phone and started yelling that how would i know the status and then he started saying foul hindi words and abusive language.
                                    I don't understand how can a person who has such responsibility and represents the name of vijay sales can show such behavior. It is turning out to be a really bad experience after having such a long association with vijay sales.
                                    Currently no one is able to provide any status regarding the delivery of ac, customer care or store or the foul language speaking delivery incharge (Rahul +91-[protected]).

                                      Yesterday i had booked a ac at your uttam nagar show room after taken final confirmation that the ac will deliver and install today. They provided one contact number of mr. Mukesh [ [protected]] who will help me out today of instalation. Today in the evening i have received a call from engineer to install the ac but till the time ac has not been delivered and engineer left from the there due to non availablility of ac at their. I tried many calls to mukesh he is not picking the phone. After that call on the vijay sales show room and many times they also not picking the phone, some times they picked up but not got any solution. So finally i decided not to take the ac from you due to very bad service. Pls arrange to return my money back. And very thankful to your service.
