I purchased videocon washing machine from Vijay sales, Pune station road. After 3 days they delivered faulty machine with few faults like drain motor problem.We didnt used it, as person who came for demo himself advised us to replace it. When we complained about it and asked for replacement they said we sent mail to company and waiting for there reply. its been week and still we didnt got any responce. when we tried calling them they didnt picked up. invoice number:[protected] date: 13th july 2015

    It is very disappointing & very bad customer service when your salespeople have been given the target to be meet & sell product promising a lot of freebies (For me it was insurance) & when i went to get that activated i was told offer was unavailable??? Why???

    I was informed i can get the necessary arrangement on the phone & get the insurance arranged within 15days of the product being sold to me.

    What liars cust sales guys could be just to get sale???

    I demand a compensation against the mis selling your sales guy did else abide by the sales t&c.

    Why was i not informed the insurance could be taken only in 48hours for the time of sales on the date of sale???

    Also when i came in the very next day why was the sales representative who sold the product could not arrange someone else very much physically present in your store (Mira road (E) thane) to arrange this for me in his absence.

    Your sales rep absence could not be compensated at the cost of the product & service sold to me.

    I am not thankful with the customer service i received from you.

    Every time i visit this store (Mira road (E) thane 401107) store i am always disappointed because i had good service provided to me at a different store (Hub mall, goregaon e) hence thought it would be better in this store as well. . . However i was wrong.

      I have bought an A.C. (1 tone Carrier Aircon) from Vijay Sales on 6th June 2015. On 10th June their technician (Shri Vipin) came to install it. When the box was tear open remote was not there. I am calling Shri Ravinder on daily basis, I also talked to Floor Manager Ms. Jyoti. Very day they promise to deliver the remote but till date (1st July 2015) it has not been delivered.           Dear Sir, I have booked whirlpool 3 door refrigerator from Vijay Sales, Maninagar Branch, Ahmedabad. on 23/05/2015. Mr.Bhavin Solanki (Br. Manager) personally promised to deliver within 4-5 days after checking the stock at whirlpool. I have paid an amount Rs.11184=00 by my credit card as down payment & remaining amount will be paid by ECS in 8 same part this was condition. Unfortunately after 15 days of their commitment, they were not able to deliver the same. They finally answered that the fridge which is selected by us is not in stock even at Whirlpool godown. I have cancelled the order on 6th June-2015. Now my trouble was again started. They have committed to pay my refund in my Credit Card Account within 10 to 15 days Today 20 days are gone & still I haven't get any payment from VIJAY SALES- H.O.. I don't understand why this people are not fulfill their words. Why to harass common people by tricking act. I have doubt to believe that may be there will be finance problem in VIJAY SALES or what... Me & my family have to suffered in the hot summer of Ahmedabad due to foolish staff who are not keeping their promise. Even Refund is not paid on time. I have been told by mail that the payment process is done & ask to your credit card bank. Today I personally went to bank & ask for the same but still refund is not credited so kindly don't buy anything from VIJAY SALES as i have been in troubled to deal with VIJAY SALES -MANINAGAR BRANCH, AHMEDABAD.

            Kindly take this serious manner, we have order samsung wm wa62h200hy from vijay sales from belapur location.
            I got delivered on 24th june 2015, mr. Sataym has arrived for demo 25th, as sortage of outlet pipe, he said he will be back tomorrow as per our timings appropriate. He is delaying from two days. I have beeen calling him.. He is not even piking up call, and if he does he is not having service in our sector? What kind of service is this from vijay sale?

              I had purchaed Faber cooktop a few years back.I had lodged a complaint two months back wherein the burner was working properly but the auto ignition was not working.An engineer attended and I paid the service chrges and the part charges .The auto ignition was wkg on that day Immediately the next day one burner stopped working & I complained again.The same engineer attended & said that the button is spoilt & I will have to pay for the button now.Please note that here was no problems with the button. After I refused he somehow repaired the button & went away.After a few days the other burner stopped working & I requested for the senior technician who told me now the button for the second burner is spoilt & asked me to pay for the second burner button. Since then which is more than a month my one burner is not working and the auto ignition is also not working.Please help!!!

                I purchased a 1 ton Voltas split air conditioner from Vijay Sales Andheri East office on 10th or 11th June.The sales person Mr. Ajay Tiwari promised me about the excellent service of Vijay Sales. When the airconditioner arrived the next day, there was no remote of warranty card with it. I called up their office and spoke to two ladies one of whom was name Sarika. they assured toi send the same next day and it did not come. Again following day I called up and made several calls. They promised to deliver it. After that is has been a series of calls and personal visits to their shop; but even till today the remote as not come. from the past 10 days i am unable to operate my a/c inspite of giving them full payment. today once again i had to send my person and their sales lady Sweta is posing as if she is making a big favour by giving the remote. The sales person Ajay Tiwari is a No. 1 liar and does not care about customers. I get a feeling that there is no accounatbility in Vijay Sales nowadays. Everybody does what they want and leaves the customer high and dry. Inspite of cheap online offers, I chose Vijay Sales and have been a loyalist for more than a decade, but never again will i buy from them.

                  I bought one Samsung LED tv from the lajpat Nagar showrrom, the staff overthere was so incooperative, still i bought as i wanted to buy a LED, then they harass me very badly for its installation with a wrong commitmnent, that it can be installed same day, next day technician came to intall where he mentioned that the product is damaged. POOR SERVICE, POOR SALES technique.

I am able to see the some other Amount is also reflecting in my AC. The Detail are as follows Loan Type BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN Loan Amount 4, 044.00 EMI Amount 506.00 No Of EMI 8 Why this extra cost is being associated with my EMI amount also i have not got any document regarding this as well? And without any information how you people can do this, which is a kind of cheating to your customer. Please deactivate this extra Loan amount asap…

                      I purchased 3 split AC out of which 2 are Hitachi and 1 is Sharp on 28.05.15 from Vijay Sales, Sector- 29, Gurgaon. The cost o[censored]nits and installation charge for Sharp AC was paid at the time of purchase. At the time of purchase I was assured that the AC's shall be installed in 2 parts, first being copper & water pipe wiring and the second part shall be installation of the units which was put up from my end as a requirement.The Hitachi AC copper wiring had been done. Sharp personal called once after persual through Vijay Sales, Gurgaon. Witout his visit I made the cutting in the wall as put for other split ACs. I have been persuing since the day but neither Sharp service personal visited the site nor any result came after persuing Vijay Sales- Gurgaon. I also made a service complaint on 17.6.15 by making a call at Vijay Sales, Customer Service, but till date (18.6.15) no response have been received. - Manish Kumar Sinha [protected]

                        On 20th may I booked SAMSUNG 75H6400 by paying full amount to Vijay sales Bandra to Mr Ankit. It was confirmed several times that he will deliver us a brand new pack piece. He assured me to trust him and Vijay sales. Hence I made full payment by card immediately. However the very next day I received the TV and my fear came true. The TV was a used TV it had layer of dust at the back side and the packing itself was torn even the accessories and remotes had scratches. The TV was rapped in CLEAN WRAP. On reporting this to Ankit he initially refused to accept that its a used tv but later agreed that this was not a packed piece. He however refused to replace it by a new TV, and gave me an option to exchange it with another TV in his showroom which was again a demo piece. I feel completely cheated and fooled, before finalizing the deal I had clearly told him I want a NEW SEALED PACK TV which he confirmed several times and asked me not to worry about it. Vijay sales is a big name and people trust this name blindly and make full advance payment and later this trusted name cheats its customers. - When reported to SAMSUNG Customer care, they refused to help and asked to contact Dealer. Does Samsung have no responsibility for its dealers unfair practices? Regards, Arun Goenka

                          I Wish To Inform You That Its Been Exactly 1 Month 7 Days I Have Purchased Air Conditioner From Vijay Sales (Bhandup). The Problem Started From Day 1 When The New AC Was Delivered To My House Which Was Found That New AC Was Defected And My Wife Had To Run Around Back To Dealre And Get It Replaced. After Exactly 7 Days AC Stopped Cooling And We Kept On Filling Complaint At[protected] And The Call Centre Rep Were Highly Rude And Misbehaved And Provided No Solution. Every Time They Took Compliant And Committed They Will Raise The Ticket But I Used To Receive Message For Cancellation. I Had To Wait For 15 Days For Mechanic To Come To My House And Still No Revert From Anyone Neither From Vijay Sales Nor From Videocon. Finally I Had To Re-Visit Vijay Sales And They Promised They Will Send Mechanic Today And The Mechanic Came After 6 Hours Of Complaint. I Am Still Waiting For My Problem To Get Resolved. This My Worst Experience As A Consumer And Feels Cheated. Hope Some Will Reply To Me And Bring Solution To It. Regards, Anjanay +91 [protected]

                            My name is piyush kalra On 10 / 6 / 2015 i had purchased o general ac it was delivered yesterday and it was fitted today that is 12 / 6 / 2015 . By some unknown people, they were saying we are from o general company Then i asked what is your name he said my name is shyam i said shobit should attend why u . He said no i was told by my company . { some Complaint no. DEL[protected] will be attended by SHOBHIT SHARMA-[protected]} But no shobit arrived And also the ac is not working properly Not cooling properly Even the front digital meter is not working And there was a dent on the back side so i called Then the lady spoke it will not affect any cooling But this useless ac is not even cooling I was told by the advicer that the ac is best in it class But it is useless and it is also not modeled i was promised It is not the latest ac also as i was promised tropical advance version this is not that model I want an quick replacement or i m gonna fila an ITR and a case againt vijay sales pritampura Very poor service I was an regular customer but now i will never buy any thing from vijay sales I will never recommend it to any body Worst showroom Call me at [protected]

Even today also it was not deliver I am contunisly follow up with your coustomer care they told it is out for delivery. Just now they told your address is not tras so it is return back. My question is that if address is not found why should you not contact on my mobile. Please put this matter on urgent basis, if you not full fill they why give comittment.                                 Dear Sir/ Madam, As per the subject this is to bring to your kind notice that 1) My father Mr. Ramgopal Kesharwani purchased a mobile from Vijay Sales Pune (Rahatni) BR on 18/05/2015. (Copy of the bill attached herewith). 2) Mr. Rajesh Gaurkar, Salesman inserted SIM upside down and when he was unable to take out the SIM in order to correctly insert the same, he used an iron pin to take the SIM out (scratch of same can be seen in the mobile). 3) Due to this the Mobile is damaged and voice from the mobile phone is not clearly audible when attending calls. 4) My Father complained to the Mr. Amol Hajare and Mr. Vainhav by personally visiting the shop on 20/05/2015. He requested for replacement of damaged mobile with new one but there they gave silly reason that SIM Is not Ok and change the SIM. 5) Then my father purchased new SIM and again he visited the Shop on 23/05/2015 to get the SIM inserted in the Phone. But voice was again not clear. 6) Hence, My father again visited the Shop where he was told that they will take him to service center but due to some reasons he was not taken to service center service center 7) On 1st June 2015 my father again visited the Shop and thereafter to service center where they did some work on mobile but still the problem was not solved and again they gave a silly advice to get memory card formatted. 8) My father is a senior citizen and heart patient too. Due to mistake of your sales person he is suffering a lot and forced to travel long distances for getting things fixed. 9) I requested the Mr. Paras on phone to please send some person to his residence to pick the mobile and get problem fixed but even after following up for 3 days no one came to get the mobile. 10) This is harassment of senior citizen.
