    I bought new Xperia M5 from Vijay Sales Borivali West Shahstri Nagar Branch on 28th Nov 2015. and noticed next day that the mobile is faulty. After 3 days of follow with sony centre they gave letter to change the mobile. I took same model again and the other piece also was faulty. Now as i am not satisfied with service i am asking to refund the payment and they are insisting to buy other brand which i am not liking. They are not co-operating at all. How can i forcefully buy any mobile which i dont like which is worth 32200/- rupees. They are also telling that you have to buy of the same amount or higher. Please help me on the same and guide that what should i do ?

      Hi Vijay Sales Admin Team, I had purchased Goodrej AC from Vijay sales Bhandup on Sunday 15th Nov 15, This unit was Delivered on 16th Nov 2015 . The Goodrej Engineer came for installation on 19th Nov 2015 and when opened the Box of Outdoor Unit and found that it was in damaged condition . I am trying to reach the Bhandup Vijay Sales but they are not responding to the call’s and even spoke to the Sales representative Amit Raut heard us but has not taken any action not suggested any thing what to do further ? These all things are leaving me frustrated, Please take some action before me initiation . Your immediate action in this regard will be highly appreciated. Contact - [protected]

      Again today they Have supplied the replacement and this too a Damaged one .

      On 28th They have supplied the damaged Outdoor Unit and was been installed by the Godrej Engineer .This dose not coool even at 16 degree and there is a humming sound which keeps every one awake .

      This is a cheating may be supplied another damaged unit to cover up earlier mistakes .

      They are fraud and dose not have any Business ethics .The money is already been paid hence no care for customer care and now I will have to run after the company to get it repaired my AC which I have purchased new ...

      From The Senior Engineer Visit and after discussion and checks and latter observation it is clear to me that the AC bought is not able to cool the room temperature .


      If You have to be cool then one needs to be sitting just right in front of the flow of AC just like in case of cooler's or ceiling Fan .


      Hence this AC dose not meet the sufficient requirements of an AC to cool the entire room in spite being 1.5 Ton .


      Request You to take back the same .We will prefer to Buy another AC of some other company rather than Goodrej.
      On 28th They have supplied the damaged Outdoor Unit and was been installed by the Godrej Engineer .This dose not coool even at 16 degree and there is a humming sound which keeps every one awake .

      As discussed Yesterday that a Senior Technician will Visit to identify the Problem, But the Technician himself said that a Senior will Visit if We required Further assistance .


      What is this ? The Technician came today just On the AC checked and said Voice will come nothing can be done to it, Next If cooling is required we need to sit in the Line of AC blower as He seemed the Room was Too Large for a 1.5 Ton AC .


      This is all Pathetic and Beyond acceptable by Industry Like Goodrej and Vijay Sales being in partner.


      How One can sleep when Your AC Indoor Unit itself is making Nosie and the Room doesn't get cooled what is the Use of such AC which dose not live up to Customer expectation and cannot match its Peers capability.


      Kindly Request You to take it up seriously, Its Unnecessary getting delayed and Leaving me more Frustrated.


      Please take back the AC is probably only option left I suppose .Repairing a new AC is not an alternative but Cheating.

        I bought Videocon LED on 10th Nov 2015, it was delivered on 13th Nov 2015 after back to back follow up, but still LED set up not happened, nobody responded from Vijay sales as well as Videocon, Very poor service i had ever seen by those company...whenever i tried on Vijay sales number 61715555 which i got by sales person Karan from Thane vijay sales but number is not working, I fed up to trying call vijay sales

          We are purchasedgodrej fridge from ghatkopar vijay sales branch at time of billing they assured us that delivery on 11th nov, 2015.on the same day we are waiting till 6p.m but no one call us we are trying to call the given number but it was continuiously engage after to many call i contact to customer care number but they told us there is no booking on my name it is very disgusting poor service after promising to deliver on 11th not a single call from company .

            i have purchased one SONY SMART LED KDL 40W 700C on 04/11/15 against
            Delivery Note 164-MR11-155DN 131 DATED 04/11/15 got a delivery on evening your delivery boy was came and install the tv and take a signature from my wife, after half and hour i reach the home and on the TV i was shock there is crack inside the tv
            i had immediately try to contact vijay sales on phone but it was continuously engage
            next day i visited vijay sale i spoken to Mr. Anoop singh he says that person from sony will come and check the person visited our home and says who had open the tv, no one has right to open the tv the panel was damage we cant do anything i approach once against vijay sales and explain all the things he is saying will send our person & these & that, yet nothing action to be taken even i have mail also not getting any reply from your end, These is diwali time u can understand the festival
            my daughter have holiday from school and thay want to watch the tv, there was so many crashes between my family due to faulty tv, kindly request you to replace the same one or cancel the deal I CAN NOT JUDGE FROM WHERE I PURCHASE A TV FROM ROAD OR CHOR BAZAR OR GREY MARKET KINDLY HELP ME TO SOLVE THE ISSUE

              My self Suresh salian have booked LED 39inches TV @ 26th September from Infinity Mall at Andheriat that time sales executive Mr.Daulat Salvi told me that he will give me discount of Rs. 5000/- against exchange of my old box TV 32 inches. I have agreed on the same. At the time of giving delivery to me on 28th September sales executive Mr.Daulat Salvi ask me to pay Rs.3000/-more. Else he will not give me delivery of the LED TV or else you can cancel your booking. They have make the falls promises to the customer at the time of booking the product and later on they recover the money from the customer. I didn’t had the choice and have made the payment of Rs.2000/- because it was my precitise issue, had told in my neighbor as well as had promise to my family members will get TV today. Please take action on sales executive Mr.Daulat Salvi to fooling the customer.

                Bought Panasonic Eluga, on 11th sept 2015, but whose manufacturing date is July 2014, although box packed the battery plays the important in the cell phone, all parts deteriorate inside the package, which the consumers don't know nor have been they told at the time of selling the goods. Personally had a bad experience about it, bought the above cell phone whose battery was dead, took home to know it had a speaker problem. which the service center will repair but not been replaced. so have to buy a new phone and get it repaired and then use...repairing time 20-25 days.

                    I bought an godrej fridge & videocon led TV from vasai branch The sales person had promised me next day delivery of the product.i asked him are you sure you will deliver it as you promised me bcoz of my mother birthday and i need to gift her but they don't deliver the product, i called at vijay sales vasai branch but the staff of that branch Very poor telephonic customer service. unskilled for customer service. Careless of the issues being raised they just reply on phone but in back end no followup. The lady on phone for customer service is very poor in communication she dont know what is customer service, she speak to us like she is speaking some one the street.it is so shamed on vijay sales as they just mess my mother birthday plan. i called them more than 20 time but not even one time i have received a call from vijay sales now who will be responsible for mess of my mother birthday thanks ®ards/- Deepak Bansode contact -[protected]

                      I bought a window air conditioner vide invoice number 152-VMT07-15SI 90 dated 20/07/2015 from VSDIGI Korum Mall. The AC was delivered and installed on 22nd as promised So far so good. But the old AC in exchange has not been picked up till 23rd despite daily follow up. This has put us under house arrest. If it is not lifted today then we are going out and they you may not be able to lift it for weeks. Please take note. You need to streamline your process. Rameshwar Singh Thakur

After 3 days they delivered faulty machine with few faults like drain motor problem.We didnt used it, as person who came for demo himself advised us to replace it.                           It is very disappointing & very bad customer service when your salespeople have been given the target to be meet & sell product promising a lot of freebies (For me it was insurance) & when i went to get that activated i was told offer was unavailable??? Why???

                          I was informed i can get the necessary arrangement on the phone & get the insurance arranged within 15days of the product being sold to me.

                          What liars cust sales guys could be just to get sale???

                          I demand a compensation against the mis selling your sales guy did else abide by the sales t&c.

                          Why was i not informed the insurance could be taken only in 48hours for the time of sales on the date of sale???

                          Also when i came in the very next day why was the sales representative who sold the product could not arrange someone else very much physically present in your store (Mira road (E) thane) to arrange this for me in his absence.

                          Your sales rep absence could not be compensated at the cost of the product & service sold to me.

                          I am not thankful with the customer service i received from you.

                          Every time i visit this store (Mira road (E) thane 401107) store i am always disappointed because i had good service provided to me at a different store (Hub mall, goregaon e) hence thought it would be better in this store as well. . . However i was wrong.

                                Dear Sir, I have booked whirlpool 3 door refrigerator from Vijay Sales, Maninagar Branch, Ahmedabad. on 23/05/2015. Mr.Bhavin Solanki (Br. Manager) personally promised to deliver within 4-5 days after checking the stock at whirlpool. I have paid an amount Rs.11184=00 by my credit card as down payment & remaining amount will be paid by ECS in 8 same part this was condition. Unfortunately after 15 days of their commitment, they were not able to deliver the same. They finally answered that the fridge which is selected by us is not in stock even at Whirlpool godown. I have cancelled the order on 6th June-2015. Now my trouble was again started. They have committed to pay my refund in my Credit Card Account within 10 to 15 days Today 20 days are gone & still I haven't get any payment from VIJAY SALES- H.O.. I don't understand why this people are not fulfill their words. Why to harass common people by tricking act. I have doubt to believe that may be there will be finance problem in VIJAY SALES or what... Me & my family have to suffered in the hot summer of Ahmedabad due to foolish staff who are not keeping their promise. Even Refund is not paid on time. I have been told by mail that the payment process is done & ask to your credit card bank. Today I personally went to bank & ask for the same but still refund is not credited so kindly don't buy anything from VIJAY SALES as i have been in troubled to deal with VIJAY SALES -MANINAGAR BRANCH, AHMEDABAD.

                                  I got delivered on 24th june 2015, mr. Sataym has arrived for demo 25th, as sortage of outlet pipe, he said he will be back tomorrow as per our timings appropriate. He is delaying from two days. I have beeen calling him.. He is not even piking up call, and if he does he is not having service in our sector? What kind of service is this from vijay sale?

                                    I had purchaed Faber cooktop a few years back.I had lodged a complaint two months back wherein the burner was working properly but the auto ignition was not working.An engineer attended and I paid the service chrges and the part charges .The auto ignition was wkg on that day Immediately the next day one burner stopped working & I complained again.The same engineer attended & said that the button is spoilt & I will have to pay for the button now.Please note that here was no problems with the button. After I refused he somehow repaired the button & went away.After a few days the other burner stopped working & I requested for the senior technician who told me now the button for the second burner is spoilt & asked me to pay for the second burner button. Since then which is more than a month my one burner is not working and the auto ignition is also not working.Please help!!!

                                      I purchased a 1 ton Voltas split air conditioner from Vijay Sales Andheri East office on 10th or 11th June.The sales person Mr. Ajay Tiwari promised me about the excellent service of Vijay Sales. When the airconditioner arrived the next day, there was no remote of warranty card with it. I called up their office and spoke to two ladies one of whom was name Sarika. they assured toi send the same next day and it did not come. Again following day I called up and made several calls. They promised to deliver it. After that is has been a series of calls and personal visits to their shop; but even till today the remote as not come. from the past 10 days i am unable to operate my a/c inspite of giving them full payment. today once again i had to send my person and their sales lady Sweta is posing as if she is making a big favour by giving the remote. The sales person Ajay Tiwari is a No. 1 liar and does not care about customers. I get a feeling that there is no accounatbility in Vijay Sales nowadays. Everybody does what they want and leaves the customer high and dry. Inspite of cheap online offers, I chose Vijay Sales and have been a loyalist for more than a decade, but never again will i buy from them.

                                        I bought one Samsung LED tv from the lajpat Nagar showrrom, the staff overthere was so incooperative, still i bought as i wanted to buy a LED, then they harass me very badly for its installation with a wrong commitmnent, that it can be installed same day, next day technician came to intall where he mentioned that the product is damaged. POOR SERVICE, POOR SALES technique.
