Hi all,

I had bought panasonic air conditioer from vijay sales railway station branch pune which was displayed in the vijay sales and we confirmed while billing that same will be delivered. But the model which we received was a different one.

The feature sticker which comes on panasonic ac as per vijay sales, they mentioned it will be pasted by installation guys. We had spoked with panasonic manager as well as installation guys they said they dont paste any stickers.

When we contacted vijay sales the sales person mr. Yadav he just wasted our 36 hours toggling us. Later on we visited vijay sales branch and contacted mr.Paras (Assistant manager) who claimed that do vijay sales provide duplicate products. We are regular customers of vijay sales and with the trust which goes with this name we have brought this product as well . But if a person like mr. Paras is speaking with customers in this rude manner, shall we accept it as a fact whatever he said. Moreover his colleagues suggested that we can take the dummy model which is displayed. Does it mean we shall buy a dummy piece though giving full amount. Infront o[censored]s these vijay sales team removed the sticker from dummy model as well. Team also mentioned that if it is only sticker issue they can just stick any sticker on the ac which was deleivered at our home. Does it mean just sticking any sticker and making it with latest technology and cheating people. In such scearios how can we trust vijay sales, its better to go to local dealer who provides better service that yours.

I really highly appreciated to your customer interaction and follow up.
But I think your team is not capable to understand customer problem / Resolve the customer problem. Hence he is wasting his & customer valuable time.

As per your commitment yesterday Mr. Paras send me 2 Indoor Panasonic AC unit at my home @9.30 pm, but he send me again wrong model. So I will send back this AC again. Why are he wasting your delivery person, his & Customer time?

Regarding to this Issue When I visited to your Pune station Branch on[protected], I clearly told to Mr Paras what my exact problem to him but he is argue with me.

If Vijay sales is not capable to resolve my issue. Please cancel my order and take return your product any time. Without wasting your & my time.

    Sub: panasonic smart phone –do not buy despite brand name.
    Ref: vijay sales invoice dated 28.10.2015 and avl telecom job sheet no. Kjaspmh436116pi18717/[protected] dated 19.01.2016.
    I had purchased panasonic smart phone eluga u from vijay sales vide bill dated 28.10.2015.In november 2015 camera and music-cafe stopped working and i had to visit service center avl telecom (Karbonn mobile), eternity moll, thane for servicing.
    Due to further hardware related issue avl telecom has sent the mobile to panasonic, delhi for repair vide the above job sheet number. It appears that avl telecom only updates the software and for hardware related issue phone is sent to panasonic delhi.
    Avl telecom refused to give written confirmation of date of return but
    Indicated that it may take more than 45 days. Hence vijay sales prevailed on service center to provide me a standby mobile. My request for free replacement was not agreed to.
    When stand-by eluga-l was given to me, it had a bar-code like sticker
    At the bottom of back panel which had peeled off in few days and i
    Noticed a big crack dent under the sticker. Now the service center
    Claims that i have damaged the brand new eluga - l stand-by phone and
    Demanded rs. 6, 046/- as repair cost. This was a perfect trap since i
    Have no evidence to prove that i have not damaged the stand-by phone.

    Service center has refused to return even the stand-by phone
    And have retained both eluga-u and stand by eluga-l smartphones. This is a
    Great learning lesson even at my age of 60 as to how one can get
    Trapped despite buying a branded product from reputed vijay sales show
    Room and worst after sales service i have ever come across till date. Panasonic took a stand to trust their service center than the customer. I refused to pay even rs. 1/- towards repair charges of standby phone i have not damaged and hence there is no hope of getting back my eluga u costing rs. 10, 000/-.
    Having learnt lesson on poor quality product and worst after sales service, i sincerely suggest not to buy panasonic smart phone, not even from vijay sales. Also, don’t ever accept a standby phone.
    I am a regular customer of vijay sales and i preferred vijay sales with an expectation of their hold on manufacturers for prompt after sales service. Now i had a real experience of poor after sales service from vijay sales and panasonic mobile. Basic questioned to be answered by vijay sales is why they are dealing in substandard products having very poor after sales service outlets of panasonic mobile.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      This is very pathettic experience i got from sony and vijay sales shop, The Hub Mall, Goregaon (East), Mumbai that we have brought the sony LED 32" tv (Model W700C) on 16th August, 2016 & now two weeks before the entire tv set is not functioning.

      Primarily, we have lodge the comlaint to sony customer care directly then after two days one engineer visited to my house & he told us that your TV is not working, we need to change the entire motherboard of the said tv and he taken the report & xerox copy of my tv bills & warantee card.

      Secondly after few days we visited the vijay sales shop in goregaon & asked them about the same then they told me that we will agian lodge the complaint from our end to sony service center.
      After few days again one engineer has visited my place the he also told us that your tv needs to change her motherboard.

      Then again we visited the vijay sales customer care department for the said issue & asked them about the replacement of entire TV since now i dont want to repair my TV then the lady who was sat there on desk told us that you will get the call from sony by tomarrow, which i never got till date.

      Again i called up the vijay sales customer care next day for same then again somebody else who was sat there on desk told me that u will get the call for same which i never got.

      After two days again i called up to vijay sales customer care & i screamed on their manager he also told me the same thing.

      NOW MY QUESTION IS THAT IS THIS PROCEEDURE WILL BE
      CONTINUED TILL THE END OF MY TV WARANTEE????????????????????????????

      MY PARENTS NOW ALWAYS SCREAMING ON ME THAT WHY U HAVE PURCHASED THE TV FROM VIJAY SALES?

      I WANT MY TV TO BE REPLACED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OTHER WISE I WILL TAKE A STRICT ACTION AGAIN SONY & VIJAY SALES.

        I had purchased a androidtv in jan 2016 and the tv was faulty which was replaced by vijay sales santacruz in feb2016 but when the tv was replaced they took the connecter of wireless keyboard and mouse tried calling vijay sales santacruz shop since a day the only ans they give is manager is not well and he is sleeping tried calling the customer complain no of vijay cell but yet there has been no reply i don't mind is they don't replace the keyboard and mouse at least they can get the connector back waiting for feed back

          I have purchased the split AC of Hitachi on 12.03.2016. The sales person at Vijay Sales, Tip Top Plaza, Thane made the inquiry that the product is in store at Bhiwandi and promised me that if you pay full amount today your product will be delivered on the next day and will be installed on its next day. As per his statement i immediately paid full amount. but the product not delivered till date. i am suffering from temperature and most need the Air conditioner at the earliest. i hope there should not be such careless sales persons.

            I have purchase a 32 inche vise led tv from maninagar, ahmedabad on 26/11/2015.
            tv working suddenly stopped, i tried to contact on their customer care no was not responded on 2nd march, hence visited to the store on 3rd and booked a complain.their technician visited at home and replies that there is some power supply problem in side the product hence will have to replace some part.
            today i visited to the store and asked to customer care exe that how long time it will take to repair it they replaied that we do not have the specific part and can not say how long time it will take, i asked from them to asure me by giving me in righting that my complain will resolve in 2/3 days they refused and not only that when i arruged with them about the vise product is of vijay sales and are not able to solve the problem, their store manager said do what ever you can and you can even go to court but we will not give any thing in righting as we are not sure how long time it can take to get the part of tv,
            its almost 4 days my tv is not working.
            how redeculous its that its their own product and they dont have the part of the tv.
            what should i do ahead kindly let me know.

              I Alagarswamy Reddy had purchased a mobile phone HTC DESIRE 626G PLUS BLUE on bajaj auto finance and i have not yet received my card the store had charged Rs 300 for this and it was been told that i will receive the card within one month and now it is more than 4 month the date of purchase was 11 October 2015 from goregaon hub mall.

                    I am Mudit[protected], Today i bought a hp laptop from vijay sales pitampura branch.where when i was quering about a product the salesman told me to give a 15 product kit with the laptop if i buy a laptop i.e of rs 34990.but after the billing they refused to provide me the offer benefits.i strictly told them i will complaint about this on internet but they said do watever you want to do.this will never get resolved and it will always be on the communication level no output will come.My question is why the salesman introduce me that offer if he cant provide me that.

                    Please look into this otherwise i will take this on authority level and i will file a complaint in consumer court for the same.

                      Its been noticed thrice I visited this store, in this year before 26th Jan, on 26th Jan and 28th Jan.
                      All the visit I found many executive are there to attended customers, but all are less interested to attended customers. I have to ask for the help, even after that I have to wait for 10 minutes for help in empty store.

                      On 26th Jan, I was the first customer who entered in the store. Unfortunately there was electricity issue, than too due to an emergency reason I buy new laptop. But other formalities couldn't make out due to electricity issue. They suggest me to re visit after 2 days.

                      As per them suggestion I again visit today I.e 28th Jan. Store was utmost empty. Hardly 2 customers was there. When I entered no was interested to attend me. After that I was managing to search the assistant who suggested me to come on 28th Jan, he was day off. After that I found employee was busy in watching movie where they are neglecting customers.

                      Note: Management kindly train your staff regarding customer service. Highly important

                        I visited your Mira Bhayandar store today dt. 17.01.16 to buy a smartphone, I selected an HTC smartphone for Rs 32750 /-, I approached the Bajaj Finserv customer for finance and was told an processing fee of Rs 999 will be levied. I also hold Bajaj Finserv privilege card. The sad part was no staff from the store tried to convince Both{me as well as Bajaj finserv }. I being a regular customer felt left out.                           I bought an iPhone 5C from Vijay Sales - Sector 18, Noida on 7th of March, 2015, there was a major hardware issue in my phone due to which my back camera was not focussing ! So, I went to Apple Care on 19 December, 2015, to my surprise they told me that the warranty on my cellphone had expired on 03.05.2015, I was shocked and wondered how was it possible. Apple care told me that the IEMI number was registered on 04.05.2014 for this handset and told me to contact the store I bought it from. I went to Vijay Sales, it has been almost a month and nothing has been done about it. I am suffering, Apple care is demanding 21000 Rupees to repair/replace the handset. Where is my fault? Vijay sales sucks. I am eagerly wanting to file a legal suit against them.

                            Vise tv bounght, complained on customer care no, technichan visited after 3 calls, technican advise- tv ok but the output of the sound is low due to its manufacturing feature- went to vijay sales to the salesman purchased from 3 sales team started talking rudely and didn't accept the quality of the product. On hand told us to go where ever we want to go and complain we are not scared of any forum.

                                I purchase led tv of visa brand. I cimplain about led that led automaically on some time. They told me technicial will come. But after 4 days technicial not come. This is service of vijay sales chandkheda brnch.really really phathatic service. What i do ...you reply... and i never suggest any one purchse your product.
                                Very very poor service.

                                No Restrooms and No A/C

                                Vijay Sales store in Vashi does not even have a restroom. This is very disappointing, especially, when the store gets a lot of elderly customers along with their young children. Also, the store has no A/C. Please take the necessary action.

                                    I bought new Xperia M5 from Vijay Sales Borivali West Shahstri Nagar Branch on 28th Nov 2015. and noticed next day that the mobile is faulty. After 3 days of follow with sony centre they gave letter to change the mobile. I took same model again and the other piece also was faulty. Now as i am not satisfied with service i am asking to refund the payment and they are insisting to buy other brand which i am not liking. They are not co-operating at all. How can i forcefully buy any mobile which i dont like which is worth 32200/- rupees. They are also telling that you have to buy of the same amount or higher. Please help me on the same and guide that what should i do ?

                                      Hi Vijay Sales Admin Team, I had purchased Goodrej AC from Vijay sales Bhandup on Sunday 15th Nov 15, This unit was Delivered on 16th Nov 2015 . The Goodrej Engineer came for installation on 19th Nov 2015 and when opened the Box of Outdoor Unit and found that it was in damaged condition . I am trying to reach the Bhandup Vijay Sales but they are not responding to the call’s and even spoke to the Sales representative Amit Raut heard us but has not taken any action not suggested any thing what to do further ? These all things are leaving me frustrated, Please take some action before me initiation . Your immediate action in this regard will be highly appreciated. Contact - [protected]

                                      This is a cheating may be supplied another damaged unit to cover up earlier mistakes .

                                      They are fraud and dose not have any Business ethics .The money is already been paid hence no care for customer care and now I will have to run after the company to get it repaired my AC which I have purchased new ...

                                      From The Senior Engineer Visit and after discussion and checks and latter observation it is clear to me that the AC bought is not able to cool the room temperature .


                                      If You have to be cool then one needs to be sitting just right in front of the flow of AC just like in case of cooler's or ceiling Fan .


                                      Hence this AC dose not meet the sufficient requirements of an AC to cool the entire room in spite being 1.5 Ton .


                                      Request You to take back the same .We will prefer to Buy another AC of some other company rather than Goodrej.
                                      On 28th They have supplied the damaged Outdoor Unit and was been installed by the Godrej Engineer .This dose not coool even at 16 degree and there is a humming sound which keeps every one awake .

                                      As discussed Yesterday that a Senior Technician will Visit to identify the Problem, But the Technician himself said that a Senior will Visit if We required Further assistance .


                                      What is this ? The Technician came today just On the AC checked and said Voice will come nothing can be done to it, Next If cooling is required we need to sit in the Line of AC blower as He seemed the Room was Too Large for a 1.5 Ton AC .


                                      This is all Pathetic and Beyond acceptable by Industry Like Goodrej and Vijay Sales being in partner.


                                      How One can sleep when Your AC Indoor Unit itself is making Nosie and the Room doesn't get cooled what is the Use of such AC which dose not live up to Customer expectation and cannot match its Peers capability.


                                      Kindly Request You to take it up seriously, Its Unnecessary getting delayed and Leaving me more Frustrated.


                                      Please take back the AC is probably only option left I suppose .Repairing a new AC is not an alternative but Cheating.
