Dear Sir/Madam,
This is very pathettic experience i got from sony and vijay sales shop, The Hub Mall, Goregaon (East), Mumbai that we have brought the sony LED 32" tv (Model W700C) on 16th August, 2016 & now two weeks before the entire tv set is not functioning.
Primarily, we have lodge the comlaint to sony customer care directly then after two days one engineer visited to my house & he told us that your TV is not working, we need to change the entire motherboard of the said tv and he taken the report & xerox copy of my tv bills & warantee card.
Secondly after few days we visited the vijay sales shop in goregaon & asked them about the same then they told me that we will agian lodge the complaint from our end to sony service center.
After few days again one engineer has visited my place the he also told us that your tv needs to change her motherboard.
Then again we visited the vijay sales customer care department for the said issue & asked them about the replacement of entire TV since now i dont want to repair my TV then the lady who was sat there on desk told us that you will get the call from sony by tomarrow, which i never got till date.
Again i called up the vijay sales customer care next day for same then again somebody else who was sat there on desk told me that u will get the call for same which i never got.
After two days again i called up to vijay sales customer care & i screamed on their manager he also told me the same thing.
NOW MY QUESTION IS THAT IS THIS PROCEEDURE WILL BE
CONTINUED TILL THE END OF MY TV WARANTEE????????????????????????????
MY PARENTS NOW ALWAYS SCREAMING ON ME THAT WHY U HAVE PURCHASED THE TV FROM VIJAY SALES?
I WANT MY TV TO BE REPLACED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OTHER WISE I WILL TAKE A STRICT ACTION AGAIN SONY & VIJAY SALES.

Vijay Sales customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I really highly appreciated to your customer interaction and follow up.
But I think your team is not capable to understand customer problem / Resolve the customer problem. Hence he is wasting his & customer valuable time.
As per your commitment yesterday Mr. Paras send me 2 Indoor Panasonic AC unit at my home @9.30 pm, but he send me again wrong model. So I will send back this AC again. Why are he wasting your delivery person, his & Customer time?
Regarding to this Issue When I visited to your Pune station Branch on[protected], I clearly told to Mr Paras what my exact problem to him but he is argue with me.
If Vijay sales is not capable to resolve my issue. Please cancel my order and take return your product any time. Without wasting your & my time.
