Sub: grievances against wrong debit made to my s. B. A/c. No.[protected]
I am an account holder in j p nagar branch bangalore. On[protected], i received two sms messages stating two separate debit of rs.2000/- each made to my above mentioned savings bank account on[protected] in respect o[censored]nsuccessful atm transactions of[protected]. On[protected] i went to j p nagar branch and submitted letter and requested them to reverse the wrong debit made to my account. Further i requested the branch to identify the location, where a t m hit has been made. They furnished location as a m c engineering college, chamarajanaga. The correct location is a m c engineering college, bannerghatta road, bangalore and bank is sbm.
I would like bring to your kind information that on[protected] i made atm hit at sbm, amc engineering college bannerghatta road, bangalore around 6 p. M. The hit was not successful and atm did not dispense cash. Once again i made one more attempt i. E second time. Then also atm did not dispense cash. However sms message was received through my mobile that debit to my account rs.2000/- & rs.2000/- has been made. Next day morning i. E on[protected] i intimated the matter telephonically to vijaya bank, j p nagar. They promptly took up the matter with vijaya bank, head office and the amount credited back to my account. Since the matter has been redressed on[protected], i have not preserved the slip received from atm.
Now the debit made to my above referred s. B a/c on[protected], rs.2000/-& rs.2000/- is not justified and wrong, as atm has not dispensed cash on[protected] which i promptly informed to branch and they intimated to head office card division.
In view of the facts stated above i request you to instruct the concerned to recredit the amount of rs.4000/- (2000+2000) immediately.

Sir hazaribagh vijaya bank ka services bhut kharab hai jiske karna humko bhut pareshani hota hai. Jab v hum bank me passbook update aur atm se paisa nikalne jate hai toh mera kam nhi hota .
