Dear sir,
Sub: grievances against wrong debit made to my s. B. A/c. No.[protected]
I am an account holder in j p nagar branch bangalore. On[protected], i received two sms messages stating two separate debit of rs.2000/- each made to my above mentioned savings bank account on[protected] in respect o[censored]nsuccessful atm transactions of[protected]. On[protected] i went to j p nagar branch and submitted letter and requested them to reverse the wrong debit made to my account. Further i requested the branch to identify the location, where a t m hit has been made. They furnished location as a m c engineering college, chamarajanaga. The correct location is a m c engineering college, bannerghatta road, bangalore and bank is sbm.

I would like bring to your kind information that on[protected] i made atm hit at sbm, amc engineering college bannerghatta road, bangalore around 6 p. M. The hit was not successful and atm did not dispense cash. Once again i made one more attempt i. E second time. Then also atm did not dispense cash. However sms message was received through my mobile that debit to my account rs.2000/- & rs.2000/- has been made. Next day morning i. E on[protected] i intimated the matter telephonically to vijaya bank, j p nagar. They promptly took up the matter with vijaya bank, head office and the amount credited back to my account. Since the matter has been redressed on[protected], i have not preserved the slip received from atm.
Now the debit made to my above referred s. B a/c on[protected], rs.2000/-& rs.2000/- is not justified and wrong, as atm has not dispensed cash on[protected] which i promptly informed to branch and they intimated to head office card division.

In view of the facts stated above i request you to instruct the concerned to recredit the amount of rs.4000/- (2000+2000) immediately.

    I had taken Loan (O/D) against my own F .D.from vijaya bank, Balaganj, chowk, LUCKNOW. My Loan a/c was [protected] and customer Id was[protected] which was fully paid on 12.11.16.
    As per your record, it is still due on me. Kindly make corrections and instead of ' inactive and open ' make it 'closed.' Due to this my Cbil score is being spoilt.

    Last year on 9th March I had to pay rs 49000for my ICICI health insurance from my Vijaya bank credit card but due to some reason it was terminated and I was told the said amount will be refunded in my Vijaya bank account. I had called up the customer care of Vijaya bank after a week or so to inquire if the money had been refunded and they told the was refunded on 26 April'17 so that's that. After two three months I got a call from the authorities If Vijaya bank(local branch which I opened my account)asking me to pay the amount which was refunded as they said that the amount was not refunded in my account and I had to pay with along with the interest of dues which totalled around 60000. I have complaint to ICICI Vijaya bank, even the manager of the local branch but none seems interested to help me. How do I get back the money I paid unnecessarily?

      A agent from vijaya bank created a account with out explaining the insurance and its detected from my account. The company refused to refund the amount and the manager of vijaya bank phase 2 sitco branch coimbatore refused and arguing rubbish things. Such as that if you fell in accident we will give you money. If you die we will give you money to your nominee. As if i have to either fell in a accident or to die to get the amount. I requested him for refund or to close the account and give my money back. But he refused and shouthed at me as if its his money..

        A agent from the vijaya bank created account without explaining the rules and the regulations of creating an account, they have detected amount for the insurance from my account without my knowledge. When i approach to the bank they are saying silly reasons and they hurts me by saying the word if you met with an accident there may be a chance of causing death then it will be useful for your family or the nominee.. His words are like person who creates account in their bank will die soon. How come an agent create an account in their bank without explaining all such things.           I have purchased a product from myntra online shopping and paid it online. As the product didn't suit me so i return the product and company have also returned the amount in the concerned bank account i have used that is of vijaya bank. But the amount have not been returned in my account. I have call to the customer care of the myntra but they say that they have already returned the amount and it is up to the bank to do the further payment. So please do help me to tackle this problem.

          Managers behaviour toward the customers is extremely unacceptable. no proper administration delayed work and takes a lot of time to provide us the work with . after submitting money in my account i receive the money after 4-5 hours which becomes dissatifactory to me and my work gets effected. he is not particular about his duties

            I yudhvir goel, senior citizen, gave a bunch of shares to santacruz west branch to demat and it's been 2 months and i haven't heard from them.
            I called the toll free customer service and they said they have no information as they are a call center only. I was given another [protected] number which no one ever picks up.
            I don't know what to do. I have been a vijaya bank customer for 45 years and am at loss of words to express my frustration on their unprofessional customer care.

            Can anyone help. Me escalate this issue?

              The request letter has been given 15 days back but the deposit has not been transferred to darbe branch.

                      I cannot make transaction with any apps like paytm, idea apps, etc.
                      It get error whwn I try to transact?? What should I do for that?
                      In phone pe app I can do transaction, but in paytm or idea app it cannot be done. Can I get a correct details immeditly.                             But for the prakash nagar branch we are not able to file a complaint.
                            If i give the account number in complaint portal it says account does not exists, which is blunder and not acceptable.

                            Actually i was not able to login my net banking login credentials. When i try to give my userid and password it says userid is expired. How i don't know and why i dont know. Vijaya bank never ever give the details clearly, everytime customer has to contact the bank people personally then only things will be resolved or response will be received.

                              I am operate my saving account vijaya bank branch - vigayan vihar, east delhi -110092, my account no. :-[protected]. Actually sunday (Dated -27-oct-2017) transfer payment online by bhim app for another account of rs. -1, 000/- and monday (Dated -28-oct-2017) same app transfer of rs. -500 my account debite amount but another account not received payment. Please check where this amount.

                                The bank manager is saying that i have withdrawn more money than the available balance and asking to repay it. My question is how i can i withdraw more money than the available balance how is it possible???

I have complaint branch as well as customer care and also headoffice. Still not resolved as branch moving it to headoffice and they pointing to branch.

                                    I bid with application no. 80031434 sbilife insurance and application no. 80064500 icicilombard from my bank vijaya bank bhiwandi account no. [protected] named nisha goyal. 2 times amt. Debited in my saving account for shares allotment but i don't receive any shares in my dp id [protected]. I check online status of these applications that shares transfer to other nisha goyal dp id. In[protected]. I already talk with this person and tell all things but she says that company registrar mail me i give return to registrar after that registrar transfer proper demat account.                                       I am writing this complaint against an employee behaviour at tenali. When we are urging to sign on the gold loan application, he started yelling on us saying there is only one employee working today as other one is on leave.
                                      I can request for one thing people will come to bank not to get scoldings from the employees. As a bank employee he should have some patience to handle customers. Another employee is on leave is nothing related to the customers. My humble request as a bank, you people should take care of other employees work other wise not to provide leaves.
