I want to exchange my hoodie, when I was go there, guard said exchange timing is after 12:00pm, while on invoice receipt time is 10:00 am to 10:00pm, he said staff is not available,

I am totally not satisfied

The way the guards talk to and handle the people is very bad, very foul language and talks with rude customers. Like customers are not thieves and it is always a matter of time that the staff here is not good, I don't know how to talk to girls....

Manager of store is not a professional, he don't know about any kind of offers available at his store.

Offer displayed is buy one get one free when we denied to buy extra one, your store staff and manager refused to sell product....

The products sold are not up to the mark low quality products are being sold
Not all counters are open even if they are too many customers waiting.
There are no sales executive present on duty.
No oroper resopnse is given to the customers when asked questions!...

On October 26th, I made two UPI payments of Rs 987 to Vishal Mart in Vijaynagar, Indore. One payment was rejected, while the other was approved by my bank. However, the billing representative stated that both failed and that you will be reimbursed. Then, for the third time, I transferred the same amount to Kailash and finalised my transaction.

Today (04.11.2021) I have visited your Vishal Mega mart Paltan bazar branch, Guwahati, Assam, for shopping and after shopping when I am going to pay the bill in cash counter and I am in big line and when I was reached the cash counter then the cash counter boy told me that counter is closed now and go to another line. Vishal Mega mart's employees is very bad and unsupported,
Vishal Mega Mart employee has created wrong invoice, when i reached for rectification no one was correcting the bill and In Vishal Mega Mart, I was beaten up and abused by the guards.

I request Vishal Mega Mart Management to investigate this incident and take action....

On 30/10/2021 i bought items for rupees 426 and accordingly paid the amount using phonepe
But they later stated tht they received the amount but my money was debited from my account and was showing successful transaction to thr vishal mega mart'Noonmati Guwahati...

Bill no[protected] dt 27/10/2021 bill amount is Rs 3461 i pay cash Rs 3500 but in bill it show Rs cash 2461 other payment sbi and hdfc card payment which cashier pay through his card when i ask what u have done he does not give proper respone...

In Haridwar visual mega mart. Manager behavior is so rood with tha Cusumers, you have to decide u want customer or u r Hitler staff. He's don't know how to seepk with customers. He's told me that's my mall and u r not allowed for shopping . You have to check with my mobile number and you have to take a serious auction agents him if you want so I proved to you vedio also plz take serious...

I am an army man, and ur store which is located in vip main road kolkata, has just provided me the baddest service of all time, standing in line for 45 min and joke was that there was just 2 people in lin still it take 45 min, i[censored] can't find guys woth good service quality them please shut down the counter, but don't push us and our time in joeapardy
