I am from paonta sahib, H.P.
If i purchase from vishal mega mart, then cashier told me can you want carry bag, its paid rs. 18.
But i purchage only 3 small items, so i say plz give me a paper bag to these items.
But cashier say, there we have no permission for giving paper bag, only paying carry bag allowed.
My concern us that when we purchase items, carry bag should be provided without any cost.

Bought soya sauce on 14 nov 2021 on offer buy one get one ask the same employees too. But charged for both the items. On complaining superintendent said offer changes per day. Agreed so tell me the offer on this item on 14 nov 2021. Bill attached for your reference.

Today i purchased a sensodyne toothpaste of 150 gm, but at home when i opened the cover i found a colgate 50 gm inside the pack.so please look the issue and change the item.

This is very bad quality after using only two pieces in four hours. Leakage and not dry after one hours using baby's not comfortable after using diper. What to do process return policy because product cost is rs 435, and quality is very poor so I decided product is ban in mega Mart. Please tell me how to return policy and refund whole money because I using only four pieces over 50 . I waiting your answer.

I bought HOME BEAUTIFUL Printed Double Blanket on 5th Nov 2021 at Rs. 1799 to gift my parents.
But on use, the blanket contain so many cotton flocks (rui) all over it, which was stuck to their cloth and not removed easily. Same issue again on next day. They did not want to use it again and packed it back. My parents will come on next week for return.
So, I want to return that Blanket to Vishal mega mart in my near store and refund my amount.

I have gone to the Vishal mega Mart in Meerut and there was scheme on clinic plus shampoo 340ml with MRP 199 and there were two shampoos there one of 340ml and other was around 350ml.
There scheme was attached that the shampoo whose MRP is 199 and is of 340 ml is having discounted price of rs 172.
I have purchased that and get to the bill counter with my other necessities.
2 Billing counter was operating and I was on one counter on which one ma'am was there and she was asking her senior to resolve the issue agin and again as she might was new employee.
She called her senior and they have made the bill and considering that shampoo on MRP 199 and billing to me at rs 199.

I went again to that scheme counter that if I am right or not and discuss ed with one of the staff members there. He said that you will definitely get these scheme. Then he come with us to the billing counter and said to them to give my 27 rs back as scheme was to give that shampoo at rs 172.
But they said that shampoo will be of 199rs and if I want to purchase then I should purchase at rs 199. I will not be given shampoo at 172 rs.
The ma'am who has billed my products said that she do not know me and she had not billed.
I come back as I have never seen such behaviour of any Vishal mega Mart persons and decided to complain online.

Very bad experience.

I bought rice packets with buy 1 and get one. But the rice quality is very bad. I want to return one of the sealed packet. For returning the same I went to the store from where I purchased it but they declined to return the same. This is very furstating.

I purchased tandem steam iron from an outlet of Vmart in gumanpura where I initially confirmed the process of customer service before purchasing the iron...at that time the executive told me that if I face any issue with the product I have to bring it to v mart with the bill after that they will send email and get approval for the exchange of the product... But when it happened and I found a major fault in the product... the spayed in the iron for steaming was not working at all..And took it to Vmart .. the customer executive told me that it's working already I told him to demonstrate me that how is it working and then he started the iron inserted water in it and when he saw it's not working at all he told me that this is how it works... The water was just dripping down from the bottom of the iron and the executive(Bhuvnesh soni kotri kota vmart) was saying that this is how it sprays then I showed his a video from YouTube about the working of that iron... Then he went silent and told me to complain on the customer care number on the product box... This was the worst experience I ever faced in a Vmart outlet kindly provide me a solution and I want the refund of my purchase as it is just waste of my time and money... Kindly help..!!!

I want to exchange my hoodie, when I was go there, guard said exchange timing is after 12:00pm, while on invoice receipt time is 10:00 am to 10:00pm, he said staff is not available,

I am totally not satisfied

Vishal Mega mart orai up...

The way the guards talk to and handle the people is very bad, very foul language and talks with rude customers. Like customers are not thieves and it is always a matter of time that the staff here is not good, I don't know how to talk to girls.

Manager of store is not a professional, he don't know about any kind of offers available at his store.

Offer displayed is buy one get one free when we denied to buy extra one, your store staff and manager refused to sell product.

The products sold are not up to the mark low quality products are being sold
Not all counters are open even if they are too many customers waiting.
There are no sales executive present on duty.
No oroper resopnse is given to the customers when asked questions!

This is Pintu dass as a customer we faced very poor service and intolerable behavior from your staff Sushant Mandal please do need full.
He deney to provide us QR CODE for payment with reason that if I am not in store
then not able to pay with QR CODE when I told him that just provide us QR CODE my mother will sent me photo and i will make payment then he told that I am not able to talk .

On October 26th, I made two UPI payments of Rs 987 to Vishal Mart in Vijaynagar, Indore. One payment was rejected, while the other was approved by my bank. However, the billing representative stated that both failed and that you will be reimbursed. Then, for the third time, I transferred the same amount to Kailash and finalised my transaction.
So the issue is that I only received a refund for one of the two transactions.
and I still haven't received my refund after almost ten days.
And I've already shared the same transaction statement, refund statement, and deduction statement with Kailash on several occasions.
Please take action as soon as possible.

Today (04.11.2021) I have visited your Vishal Mega mart Paltan bazar branch, Guwahati, Assam, for shopping and after shopping when I am going to pay the bill in cash counter and I am in big line and when I was reached the cash counter then the cash counter boy told me that counter is closed now and go to another line. Then request him politely that from long time I am in this line please make my payment. Then told me roughly...

Vishal Mega mart's employees is very bad and unsupported,
Vishal Mega Mart employee has created wrong invoice, when i reached for rectification no one was correcting the bill and In Vishal Mega Mart, I was beaten up and abused by the guards.

I request Vishal Mega Mart Management to investigate this incident and take action.

On 30/10/2021 i bought items for rupees 426 and accordingly paid the amount using phonepe
But they later stated tht they received the amount but my money was debited from my account and was showing successful transaction to thr vishal mega mart'Noonmati Guwahati

The behavior of the entry security guard is not good. Today on 30/10/2021 time 2:50 the behavior with us is not good. Is there any rule in your showroom that if you come with family then you will get entry, they say come with family only then you will get entry if you are a student, when we are 25 years + and teacher from physical education department. And one of the regular planets of Vishal is one, you can also check the number -[protected]. They have not even put up any information that there is no entry of the student or that they have to come with the family only.
