Today, on 17th January 2021, I Nikhil Srivastav residence of Sulem Sarai, visited Vishal Mega Mart, Civil Lines branch, Prayagraj and made a purchase of approximately 2500/-.
I was at the billing queue for around 10minutes when the personal at the billing counter told us that the counter is not working and asked me to go to the next counter. Reality is that there was only one man at the billing and the other staff was AWOL. Then I shifted to the other counter and after around 40mins when my number came, the counter person told me that the card payment is not acceptable because the machine is not working and asked me to get the cash. I went to the ATM and took out cash and when I returned. After around 10minutes of waiting, he told me that his system is not working. Some maintainance person came and restarted the system, then his ID was not accepting there. The system was alloted to some "Asha" who was nowhere around and the person Ram Kumar was at the counter whose ID was not being accepted by the system. All this chaos took one and a half hour of mine. Then I went down to the customer care (Vishal was the name of the person there. He told me that) and asked them to provide me the paper for written complaint which he denied and called the store manager Virendra Dubey. The store manager came. I asked him for the paper to write the written complaint. Even he didn't give me the paper and asked me to come back at the counter for the billing. Even then, for the next half an hour they couldn't resolve their system issue and I couldn't make the purchase. It took two hours of my time and all was gone in vain. I couldn't make the purchase. And no one was letting me lodge the complain.

I purchase a bad product from vishal. According to terms next day i m going to return that product so manager behavior so rudley with customers. I am waiting 2hours for excahnge that produnct. Also in That store rush and I am only single cutsomer at that time. In the store.
Manager attitude is not good. Very very very bad.
He is behavior not like a manager. He behaves like a irresponsible employ.
No response for exchange.

I bought a black palazzo from Vishal Mega Mart Dibrugarh on 9th of January. After coming home I found the Palazzo was damaged. I went to return it on 12th of January. But they did not exchange it nor return my money back. This is not the way a customer should be treated. Mr Ritu Nath (ASA), also didn't respond well. There was no willingness from his side to solve our problem. We are regular customer of Vishal Mega mart, and didn't expect this from his side. Kindly address our problem as soon as possible and give us a solution so that no one is at loss. Any amount of money is hard earned. No one should face this kind of humiliation for things bought from their own hard earned money..

Sir, i shoping from vishal mega mart saharanpur of Rs 310. on 09-01-21 from paytm but transation is being pending but amount debit from my account ...so i give money in cash...
but today paytm shown me transation is sussessful..
so i request you to give me my money back...

On date 09/012021 I have purchased Aashirvaad atta 5 kg.
on bill its showing that total points i have earned till date is 85 but on date 12/01/2021 when i re visited vishal mart located at sitapur (261001) its showing only 11 points.
how is it possible...

I purchase grocery as on 01.04.2021 from vishal mega mart siliguri burdwan road amount Rs: 533.00. i paid this amount by card but amount deduct in my bank twice. please refund this amount

I had send my staff member to purchase A juicer from store at railhead complex bahu plaza Jammu As an gift. bill no[protected]

They were delivered a prestige Juicer with a local box also the warranty card Provided was of prestige induction copy of the same is enclosed on 5 Jan 2021 in the evening, on 6 Jan. I couldn’t gift the product due to unstandard packing. When I approached the concerned store lately to get the refund or exchange for the product I was simply refused.

Please do the needful else I am left with no other option then to approach consumer court for this fake / unstandardised product and packing.

I have purchased a pack of cashew qty - 100g

When I opened and tried one or two pieces I found bugs inside that
like in wheat which we call "Wheat weevil".

So I want to ask whether this food is being intentionally sold by Vishal Mega Mart or the product is not being inspected and we have to purchase the rotten things.

Where do I put this? I am putting this in fssai for the better of all people who are buying from Vishal and not getting healthy food!

We are done shopping on[protected] at Vishal Mega Mart at Ramanthapur Branch. After shopping we swiped our Andhra Bank debit Card at Billing Counter. After swiping my card the 628/- Rs of amount are debited from my card. The vishal people said they are not received the concern amount. After the long discussion the person Mr.Ahmed and Mr. Sridhar have given commitment the said amount will be get credit by auto reversal within 7 working days. It's gone more than seven working days still my amount had not got revert. I was gone to the store so many times there are saying simply we are following regards with the higher authorities. I need my money back. Kindly look in to this matter and I hope will get resolved very soon

I bought 2 tandem company electric kettles from the Chandannagar branch of Vishal Mega Mart on the 19th of December. I checked one of them and it was working fine.

I work in Noida and had to return to the office on the 23rd of December. I checked the other electric kettle on the 24th of December and it had the base missing. As a first step, I contacted the nearest Vishal Mega Mart shop in Mamura (Noida). They said that they require an email from customer support and they can replace it.

I reached customer care and they agreed to co-operate on a couple of occasions. Most recently on the 4th, I called and a customer representative picked and agreed to help and gave the number for the CDIT section officer, Mr. Satyender. The number turned out to be wrong.

I again called customer care and Miss Bhoomika picked up the phone and said that they will only replace the product from where it was first bought. This was not expected.

I cannot return to Chandannagar store for just replacing this product and it is already 15 days now since I bought it. This is pure harassment from the company to just replace the product at their other center in Mamura. This is not expected since a customer can travel anywhere and can have problems with the product anywhere.

Please look into this matter urgently. This is causing me financial loss and the support people are not co-operatiing and not picking up my phone.

I am at jodhpur mega mart and want to buy palmolive luminous oils shower gel but they deny and said that bar code is not properly printed on it that's why this product price is less. When I contact to manager he said do your job. Staff behavior is pathetic do needful thing otherwise I have to approach the court. Thank you

After purchasing my applications I go for billing and stay in line about 30 to 40 minutes that can check in camera located at there but when my number came for billing there is an employee name Mr. Mahipal told us that He can't generate my bill because his duty time is over and when I requested him then his behavior is very rude and he go away without generating my bill. There is not any counter for Complaints and no one told him for his behavior.

Very rude talking staff and worst I never support the vishal mart

My list items in bill was exceeded actual purchase at my last visit on 02nd of January. Then it was checked thrice which cost my ample of time and no correction was done.

You are requested to Look into the matter and advised them to follow Vishal service guidelines otherwise customer will start forbidding them

With above reference i bough a mixer grinder from vishal mega mart kangra just few weeks ago and the mixer grinder stopped working properly. The mixer is in warranty thus kindly look upon the matter and provide a person who can make it work.

In the Vishal mega Mart Bijnor UP, after purchasing when I was exiting, i was taken to a corridor for frisking and it was done in a very rude manner, though the problem was within the Mart as the exit gate had faulty sensors. Instead of checking for their system, the manager and others here check the consumer like me as if I am a thief. I am a known professor here and this was very harrassing for me. If the staff behave like this, the Vishal will loose consumers rapidly here in Bijnor.
Do some concrete steps in this regard and let me know else I will look for some other option.

I have been to Vishal mega mart burhanpur which is in tulsi mall. Their was no staff to attend so I asked a team member he says that we have less staff coz one of our staff is getting marry so everyone is been their. Also at the time of billing their was no bar code on the product. So I gave them bar code coz a day before I have taken the same product. One gentleman helped.
