I was a employee of VMM more than 1 years... recently on March 17 i resigned from VMM..after resignation company told me after 45 days my salary will be credited into my bank..coz i worked there 16 days...even after 6 months salary not credited pls look into that matter

        Machine was faulty due to which it beeped when I was checking out due to which staff checked me throughly and obviously didn't get anything and I got humiliated in front of hundreds of peoples.

            I lost my phone on 31 august 2022. I told the manager within 15 minutes of losing the phone. I searched the location on Google and the phone was showing inside Vishal mega Mart. I told the manager but he was very ignorant. He did not even announce it on the mic let alone trying to search the phone. He did not even agree to search the customers who were leaving then. It was not even crowdy that day. Vishal mega Mart should hire managers who are capable on handling situation. I am very displeased with the authority.

              I visited vishaI Mega Mart with my family at patrakar puram New branch Lucknow 11 August, from there when we were returning at around 10 pm a male guard checked my wife's bag was insulting as there was some personal thing in the bag, When I refused, he started misbehaving, there was no ladies staff I told the manager there too, he did not do anything, it was very insulting, Please take action for this or else I will file FIR.

                I was waiting in line for 30 minutes when my turn come up cashier taken his friends bill and when I told it's my turn he said I will do your order later then I told if you bill other person bill then I will not take anything then he said it's your choice don't buy, when I complained to manager manager said don't complain about small things

                        Yesterday on 21/08/2022 i placed a order of two namkeen worth rs 19 +29(delivery charge)=48.
                        My money got deducted from my account and order is not placed.As you can see in the image given below.
                        This is my painful experience in Vishal mega Mart i want my money back anyhow you have to gave my money back you don't know how earn a single penny in such a Chaos world and you people deducted the money unnecessarily.
                        Plzz gave my money back...

                          I purchased from vishal mega mart Pathankot on 2 july 2022. My money got deducted from my source account and bill didn’t got generated so i paid through cash as well. Its being a month now I didn’t got my refund back

                            Today I visited vishal mega mart that is located in ayodhya. After selecting items to buy I headed for checkout and there were only 1 person ahead of me. Still it takes me 30 minutes for payment. I don't know how I get my wasted time back and how will you resolve the error. But let me tell you one thing that I will not be visiting vishal mega mart again and also suggest my friends to do the same.

                                      Today unluckily I went to their store at seepat road and i think I'll regret about it rest of my life. Frequent outage of supply which was effecting both shopping and billing. Most of the items which were on sale and on prime display were not billed due to some problem with QR code. Had to wait in billing line due to server problem. They were only able to process cash payments but they still don't care to inform the customers that they can't process card payments and dont have qr code for accepting payment through upi. Once ur billing is done then they will say that sorry sir we are accepting only cash payments. No store manager present at store who can resolve this Griviences
