Purse is lost in somewhere the Mart... faculty doesn't cooperating in finding the purse...not even showing the cctv clips...

I unsubscribed sms, email and all other notifications from my account of vishal mart website, but sms are still coming. Please unsubscribe me from your contact list....

It is so irritating to get these promotional messages early in the morning or even anytime every day.. Please stop it...

I have been complaining for more than 1 month, but till now I have not received any solution for this, my product is under warranty, still, I am not getting any support from the team...

Yesterday on 21/08/2022 i placed a order of two namkeen worth rs 19 +29(delivery charge)=48.
My money got deducted from my account and order is not placed.As you can see in the image given below.
This is my painful experience in Vishal mega Mart i want my money back anyhow you have to gave my money back you don't know how earn a single penny in such a Chaos world and you people deducted the money unnecessarily.

I purchased from vishal mega mart Pathankot on 2 july 2022. My money got deducted from my source account and bill didn’t got generated so i paid through cash as well. Its being a month now I didn’t got my refund back...

Today I visited vishal mega mart that is located in ayodhya. After selecting items to buy I headed for checkout and there were only 1 person ahead of me. Still it takes me 30 minutes for payment. I don't know how I get my wasted time back and how will you resolve the error. But let me tell you one thing that I will not be visiting vishal mega mart again and also suggest my friends to do the same....

Please don't send daily promotional messages...

Today on 15th August 2022 I have some goods from vishal mega mart paltan bazar guwahati assam they have taken extra charges for carry bags....

Please look for the attached screenshot. It's a screenshot of my sent mail. It's been 2weeks I haven't received any response of my mail from V Mart Esplanade kolkata....

Staffs behaving rude and blaming customers without proof and defaming for no reasons..
Moreover managers are not taking any strict action.

Today unluckily I went to their store at seepat road and i think I'll regret about it rest of my life. Frequent outage of supply which was effecting both shopping and billing. Most of the items which were on sale and on prime display were not billed due to some problem with QR code. Had to wait in billing line due to server problem. They were only able to process cash payments but they still don't care to inform the customers that they can't...

Disappointingly, the new mart that opened up is cheap enough to not open the air conditioners in the three storeyed and crowded shopping place. The biggest charm of mall shopping is the easy and comfortable shopping experience that does not leave you near a heatstroke and lightheaded....

I didn't get my 18 days salary...

I parked my bike today in underground parking but one staff told me that there is no parking for customer this is only for staff .
. And he suggest me to park my bike in no parking zone
And his behaviour is very rude....

On 26th July, 2022, Regarding exchange of item, the manager Mr.Venkatesh not responded properly and denied to take requisition in writting and denied to give resolution. Speaking with irresponsibly against consumer rules & rights.

I went to beltola, Guwahati outlet of Vishal today evening to exchange two t shirts and as on my arrival I produced my bill and clothes to the person on gate 1st, as a reply he said I will have to wait for the concerned person to come, within 10 mins the concerned person came, but he didn’t attend me and he asked me to wait, I was again waiting near the entry gate for him, he took another 15 to 20 mins to get back to me, he came, still...

I had did shopping from Etawah store of 1145. On 23rd July, 22 In which they had charged gst of 135 ruppes .
When I asked cashier about it he was not sure about it and was not answerable

Bought the same 3110 today from Vishal Mega Mart Surajpur or checked the face of the logo or told the whole thing I did not pay attention to it or soon filled it in the bag or went home to h check 3 product km h billing puri h if any Can't count, then you guys cheat well, the billing whose name was pooja sharma or gaur was checked or reported as complete. PR was given as much discount as was given, my problem should be solved as soon as possible...
