We bought their vacations plan in Jan 2022 and as per their promise 1st vacation for 3 nights was without AMC. They did not take my calls to book the vacation. After going around here and there calling the people who sold the vacation and their customer care finally one lady Amisha posed herself to be senior most manager and gave option of 3 star properties. Even among that she herself booked the property with lowest rate with horrible reviews....
