My first experience in Taj Mumbai with Vivanta vacation club service provider

Stayed in the main palace sea facing luxury room. Awesome view of Gateway of India and sunrise every morning. Quite courteous and professional staff. We tried the food at Shamiana, Sea lounge and the buffet at crystal palace, it was exceptionally great in terms of both variety and taste. The palace itself is so magnificent and beautiful. Loved every bit of this marble/wooden/gold architecture. Gives one a very royal feeling. And its pretty well maintained considering this is a very old property. Could not visit the pool and park area since it was closed due to covid. Will definitely visit this place again

First experience with Vivanta vacation club

The stay at W was excellent. The experience the team enabled us was brilliant. From the start to the end the service was impeccable. Our ambassador Rachit left no stone unturned when it came to our comfort and experience. Every need was taken care of. Also Namrata from him team was very good.
From housekeeping Kartik n his team did an amazing job to make our special night even more special by going beyond and taking care of the smallest of details.
Also Mayank from the Bar spoilt us with very good custom made cocktails. Dinesh from the spice restaurant enabled us with an amazing sun down brunch and a nice gift on checkout.. very sweet of him.
Lastly Gawresh the life guard was very supportive of our time at the Wet and clicked some memorable pics.
My memory of all the names are due to the fact that they left and impression. Kudos to the team at W for making our stay above and beyond...

And That all credit goes to Vivanta vacation club if I am not part of this concept I never ever receive this kind of services thank you so much you want a vacation club and Mr.Veerdeep Bajwa

Thought about service but after service I’m satisfied

Even before we boarded the Maharani, we experienced an impeccable level of service. We were asked in advance about our food preferences, which was very thoughtful as we had our three young children with us. When we arrived to board, we were given a wonderful welcome. The houseboat itself is a skilful combination of olde world charm and modern luxury. Our two cabins were spacious and air-conditioned, while the deck area is comfortable and expansive. We sat upstairs and watched the unique backwaters of Alappuzah glide past. The food was fabulous. And the crew were fantastic - helpful and accommodating at all times. Mr Veerdeep Bajwa and Mr Sandeep Singh all did a superb job onboard.

We were very sad to disembark the next morning.Thank you to everyone for making our experience of the beautiful backwaters so special and so unforgettable.

They called us to a hotel and offered us free dinner and lured us into there packages. They also offered us a free trip to dubai and many more complimentary trips. We ended up giving them an amount of 2 lakh and now they are not picking up the calls nor they booked anythinh for us. We want our money back. How can we get it back ??? It our hard earned money and 2 lakh is a huge amount. Mr. RAHUL AGARWAL was the person who tricked us and they are not picking our calls now

Vivanta Vacation club is a fraud club

I'm Harshal Chaudhari, I bought Vivanata vacation club membership on 18 December 2021 at Mahabaleshwar. At the time of the presentation vivnta agent shaaz assure me that you can be paid the membership amount with No Cost EMI. and if Bank charged any Interest amount on EMI that interest component will pay by vivant club. as per his commitment, I paid Rs.30000 through credit card and convert the amount into Flexi EMI.

I mailed to customer care for reimbursing interest component with required document (Acountstatement, Bank communication mail copy) on 21 January 2022. on 23 Jan 2022 customer asked me cheque issue name. but after that, there is no response by customer care.

I emailed them on 1 Feb 2022 and 8 Feb 2022 regarding the status of reimbursing amount but did not get any response from customer care. I also call to customer care number but the lady did not clear my query and cut the call. after many tries, she did not pick up my call.

Also, Not got a Membership Id and card yet

Isn't it a disappointing thing? I think I have been cheated by Vivanta club

I'm still not approached for booking to them. they make me disappointed in the very first step gods know how will they treat me at the time of booking?

I want to file a complaint against vivant club because I think they have cheated and thug my money

I was on a family vacation in Mahableshwar, while walking on street on man pleaded us to scratch a offer pamplet and assured sure shot gift,
My kid scratched it and found a free vacation offer, then that man took us to a kind o[censored]nder maintenance hotel named Sai Sagar where few of the executives were present,
They asked us to hear them out before availing the offer, and they trapped us in by giving free accommodation vacation at any of the Taj & Vivanta hotels and resorts in India & abroad.
Mr Priyanshu Singh their executive assured us that this membership can be cancelled at any time and you will get complete refund of the amount.
He said that the stationary is out of stock and currently he cannot give the agreement document and will post us the same.
we were trapped in his promises and made the downpayment of 10, 000/- up front and swipped the credit card for emi of rest of the payment of 70400/-
But realising poor response from their customer care to avail the free vacation which was won by scratching the card and 1 day and 1 night complimentary offer I decided to cancel the membership.
but their customer care responded to the mail saying they will not cancel and refund and we have to continue with the membership.

Shashank thakur I am Memeber of Vivanta vacation club I take two night stay in Januma retreat that property put up in Bhopal it was such a nice experience with this property and this is the most luxurious property in Bhopal according to me because the luxury quality service if I go for the comparison by Taj or Radisson in Bhopal or Marriot by Courtyard this property nothing front of Januma retreat and I am received my booking within 48 hours by Vivanta vacation club I have also one more membership club Mahindra and I’m not satisfied with club Mahindra because when I am asking the book they not give me So Vivanta Too much great service provider all season concept literally nice and I appreciate to my relation manager Mr Veerdeep Bajwa he always available for provide the best services thank you so much Vivanta vacation club

If I say that Vivanta vacation club that great company According to me whenever I give a call they entertain me very well and I always receive my booking on time such a nice experience with Vivanta vacation club I’m very old member of Vivanta I have a twenty five years membership I paid four lakh eleven thousand five hundred fifty rupees started I take ten years membership after then I take that twenty five years membership so whenever I asking my holiday They give me last five years I am connected with Veerdeep Bajwa and I’m getting services very well India as well as abroad I spend my first holiday in Switzerland I cover France also and instantly I was like Singapore Malaysia so it was such a nice holiday

We bought their vacations plan in Jan 2022 and as per their promise 1st vacation for 3 nights was without AMC. They did not take my calls to book the vacation. After going around here and there calling the people who sold the vacation and their customer care finally one lady Amisha posed herself to be senior most manager and gave option of 3 star properties. Even among that she herself booked the property with lowest rate with horrible reviews. Its a waste of money. Dont fall prey to these vacation clubs. Instead book your own hotels and go where u like
