Sir/madam
I purchased my vivo 51l from pampori sons srinagar kashmir on 4th March 2017 Today I drove whole day and the phone was in my front jeans pocket and in evening I saw the corner was bended and screen black on the left horizon. I need it to get refunded or will move to consumer court for fooling the customers. I am having Samsung which had never shown any such sign from last three years despite a very rough use.

    Update for vivo v3 max. When i bought the phone still it remains in same version no software developments till now..! My handset is android lollipop 5.1.1version, and others brands are updated to marshmellow5.5 and now as nougat 6.0. Software update is too worst for vivo's handset.! No customer support for software issues, no development. I suggest a complaint to vivo services, but they led same reply, as wait for the update. They are loosing the beloved customers for their after sales support.!

      I have purchased vivo v5 two months but now whenever someone is trying to call me the call is not connecting and as I am calling the all the outgoing calls are connecting but no incoming calls are connecting... Initially I thought that this will be a network issue bt when I inserted the same sim in another mobile there was no issues again for confirmation I checked with my handset and same issue occurred again I called customer care by thinking that there may be some network issue bt wasn't... As there is no network related issue. So kindly check this issue as it is embarrassing me too much

Today[protected] while coming back to my residence from my office, it stopped working suddenly. After reaching home, i kept the mobile for charging, but still it did not start. What should i do in this case?
        i have a jio card inserted in that.why should problems like this occur with a new mobile?

          I am vinay kushwah .I have vivo y15s at 1 year .It is really good phone. I am so happy to use it.but, I have only one problem in my phone. In vivo phone when we start our phone at the screen showed locked by a vivo software . It is a circle where we can set an image on it . It worked at 7 to 8 month.but now a day's it shows that "THE SYSTEM UI HAS STOPPED"
          And I want to set a image on it

            I purchased VIVO Y 55L on 13.01.2017 from M/S Boby mobile Point Madanpuri Road, Opp.Rambagh, Gurgaon (Hr.) 122001

            My mobile battery needs charging at least 3 times per day which I feel is not safe for long time. Even now it may be adjustable but after few months or year o[censored]se It may go off very often. The wort worry is, the battery is not replaceable so I will have to forgo complete set.

              In continuation with my complaint, i wish to inform that today afternoon
              I have receivd a call from mr. Vivek of your office and informed that
              Rs.5000 will be paid against complaint of my smart phone.

              I have informed him that i don't want any amount and i need only
              Replacement of handset for my use. Pleaase do the needful. My handset
              Is under warranty and bought the same before two month. Three time
              I approached you service centre and they have updated the software in
              Three time. Still the problem is continuing.

                I am sending this email with very big hope and hope for justice.

                I have purchased this phone approx 6 month back and now its earpiece, loudspeekers and sound jack are not working.. one day when inserted your given earphone in jack then felt something wrong and from that all above is not working and i visited your care center to get that checked but your store and care (email escalation) is not ready to listen me, they are saying that it has been tempered,

                Sir is that anybody fool who will go to market and get his phone checked in market by paying money when his/her phone is in warrentely.

                Sir i request you to please arrange FOC repairing my phone or replce my phone so that i can enjoy using my favorite vivo phone.

                  I bought one VIVO 51L smart phone two months back. Right from the beginning and voice cutting happened when I spoken to somebody.
                  I have given the handset to your service centre at Kochi three times and
                  they have reinstalled the soft ware and informed that the problem has been
                  solved. But still the same complaint persists.

                  Because of this I lost the performance of your product. Under this
                  circumstances, I request you to replace the handset with new one
                  since the product is under warranty. I don't want to give the handset to
                  your service centre for fourth time.

                  If you are not in a position to replace the handset, I will move with
                  Consumer Forum.

                  Please confirm action taken from your side immediately.

                    My vivo y21L phone bought just few weeks back seems to be defective. it lags like hell. when contacted with the shop owner from where it is bought ...he is not ready to replace the device. i don't want any repair in my phone...I want it to be replaced...after all i hv invested good amount in it. Going to the service center may just repair it but I don't want that in my brand new phone.

                      Bought new vivo v5 mobile from chandigarh sector-17 on thrusday. Yesterday i got to know from my friend that vivo is also giving free VR glass and speaker with mobile. I feel very bad that the dealer did not told me about this. Today i visit him to ask then he said u didnt ask about the gifts. I felt very bad after this reaction of dealer. Than he said i can only give one gift. Next time when you will buy another set then i can provide you both gifts. I hv spend Rs. 17000/- in a mobile set and then the dealer is doing this type of Fraud and misleading the customer. This is mot acceptable.
                      After that i asked him about the mobile insurance also the same reply was given that you didnt asked about insurance also.
                      Isnt this is his responsiblity to guide a customer with each and every thing. Please take appropriate action against the dealer so that he would not do this in future with anyone else.

                          i reporting the service centre of noida sec-18 he did not servicing my phone and waste my time more than 2hour.
                          i goes to replace my earphone she say i have not earphone so what can i do.
                          firstly i call service centre and ask for earphone and she say yes sir pls come our service centre we will help you but there not help me.

                          I dont know why my vivo y51l is getting heated up so much... Specially when a call is done with it... Or when i use net... Its still new... I've got it just a month ago... And if this problem is not solved, i can say it is probably the worst phone..

                            I purchased my vivo v1 phone in jan 2016.. Company gives me one year manufacturing warranty. But my phone do not support 4g network in my home or other internal areas.. While my bro. Have vivo y51 l model and he use same jio sim card and enjoy very high speed internal in my home.. Despite my phone not receive 4g signals... And have weak signal receiver... First i complained it to service center.. They refresh and update my phone but it gives me the same problem.. Then they suggested me to go jio head office in ludhiana and check your signal strength in your area... And i went there and did this... They verify signal and jio sim technesial said me,, its my phone's fault... After that, vivo complaint again and after 4 days a mobile engeenier visited in my home... And he said its manufacturing defect of vivo v1 model,, and he will appleal and complaint to company which is in china... And today there are 20 days after all and they do nothing regards my complaint... Sir now u can do something for this... Its company fault for make vivo v1 model with weak 4g signal receiver...                             I visited vivo service center and they changed fm board of my phone..but still it gives same issue...they says vivo v1 has manufacturing isuue like this...so ita my fault .please change my phone in other model or rufund my money...thats not fare...
                            Typing problem and error is occur in my mobile, this mobile hang and very slow process .i feel very bad to use this vivo v3 mobile ..this mobile typing is one of the worst and the system is hang. So please solve our mobile problems

                              I had purchased vivo v3 imei no [protected] this Diwali. From the time I have purchased this phone it is giving huge of heating and battery drainage. Even it is such a pathetic phone that it is unable to download app or even upgrade them even Android feature this phn gets crashed messengers gets crashed in between. Internet explorer gets crashed what is good in four phone old let me know. Not at all worth of spending 15000 on this product. U r just here to fool customers I just want my money and do hell what you wish to do with your phone

                              I have purchased vivoy551 before 2 months, since from that day my phone's app are not working, like whatsapp and hike messages notifications not comes on home screen . And the call recording app does not records cal. I fad of this phone just in 2 months. Not value of money.

                                Product was purchased from The Mobile Store from Galleria Market, Gurgaon Vide Inv No. 2165/56835 dt. 30.10.2016. Since the piece was faulty, their Service Centre at Sector14 was approached on 08.11.2016 who said it is faulty and issued DOA for replacement after keeping the original set with all accessories. On approaching the retailer with DOA for replacement, I am returned back to approach the service centre to get the original set nly after which the dealer will replacement.

                                The company with incapable Staff taking customers for a ride.

                                I buy a vivo v max3 on 19/11/2016. 4days ago... .few days the phone working good. But yesterday night I receive a incoming call. Micro phone not working. Then I called him back but same problem. Some times it working. Can't call properly Today it battery backup is much poor then first days.., now I think to return this product please help

                                    I was using vivo v3 Max just since 2.5 Months. Within 2 Months it starts heating like a hell and Fingerprint Scanner not working. Fingerprint lock is not working. Photos are not captured from Fingerprint Scanner. Battery performance is bed. Some time Lock and Volume key is Not Proper working. So I want my money back or Replace a New Phone with vivo v3 Max.

                                      I brought vivo y28 on September on September 2015. It's been more than one year my phone was working fine now suddenly it stopped working and I took my phone to service centre but they told me that they can't repair the phone and they also told me that the same problem is coming in another handsets of vivo y28. Why you people make phones when you won't have any solution to repair it.
