I am Mamta. I have bought VIVO (vivioX3S) phone( Rs 16000) from one of the shop retailer. I bought this phone on 3 june 15 from JAIPUR. I am seriously fed up with this phone and your customer care services. There are so many issues with phone like hanging, showing insufficient space without reason, net not connecting, copying contacts multiple times etc. I can't even download a new app of just 15 Mb even when I have 6GB of space. Plus it keep getting hanged every time you run multiple apps. Is this why smartphones are made?? As it is under warranty i went to the service center and they behave so rudely with me and your service employees formatted my mobile and i lost all the contacts. Since 7 days i am visiting to your stupid service center and they are not at all responsive.I have brought phone from like 4-5 companies but I have never experienced such things from others company. I have never experienced this kind of chaos and irresponsible behavior. Your services really SUCKS. Your customer care people don't know how to behave with the customer then why the hell are those people sitting on the desk, shouting on customers instead of helping them. If you don't take action in stipulated time, I will go to Social media with this.I want the replacement or else resolve this problem as soon as possible. This is RIDICULOUS .

I felt really disappointed after purchasing your company mobile phone... This is like a worst experience a consumer can get... I purchased Vivo V1 Mobile from M/s. sangheeta store, forum mall, kormangala, Bangalore on 18.10.2015 . from the next day of my purchase I am continuously facing the problems in my phone.. Hanging issues... Screen touch not working problem .. No operations in phone at all... I want my phone to be replaced back or my refund should be done... Otherwise I will be taking legal action against company and M/s. Sangheeta Stores, Bangalore... Reply awaited ... Sir, I had purchased vivo v15 s model mobile from Eastern Logica infoway ltd kolkata. on 9th Sept 2015 . Its performance is not satisfactory. Its become hanged time to time and unable to talk or use any apps comfortably. Requested to take return this phone immediately, may be handset problem or your model problem. Please treat as urgently. I purchased a vivo mobile x5max on 9th April. I have been experiencing problems with charging it.I went to the service centre thrice but it seems that they are not able to solve the problem, .Plus they were uncooperative too.I mailed the executive team, no response. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED with the service.vivo smartphone has very bad service.
