Hi there, I am from coimbatore tamil nadu, Last year (aug 2016) I bought vivo y51l with lot of hope and happiness. But Nowadays didnot get network, I tried replacing many sim still the problem exist, So I went to coimbatore customer support . They updated the software and it was showing network. The next day again, Network gone, so again I went to customer care of coimbatore vivo office. They again installed the update. But network problem not resolved. They ask me to pay Rs 5,500 for new mother board, Which I can not offer. Please help me to get my vivo phone under working condition, without charges. Looking forward to hear positive reply from you. Thanks
