Unable to listen voice during call while others can listen my voice.. I can listen with headphones and on speaker.. I have purchased in march 2017..

No online solutions from vivo.. It's very difficult to go to service center for petty issues and i'm facing problems with vivo and this is second time i'm facing problems with my vivo phone and i hope that my problem gets resolved soon by vivo.. Only one service center in hyd and lot of queue for any problem how can one wait for such long time who goes to office and token numbers are of multiples of 100.

Hope i get solution soon.

    Hi this venkatesh i bought a new phone vivo 1610 last 7 months back. But last 3 months onwards am facing problem with phone it is always strucking. Even when i get a incoming call i am unable to pick the call. There is no third party applications still phone strucking. And i did not play games also. Only inbuilt apps are there and am using only whats app thats it.

    In any vivo mobile while we on call and then we press lock button to lock screen it doesnt lock the screen.scrren turn on automatically when we took mobile faar from face.its always happened when we call someone or receive someones call.

      Very bad experience with vivo. I will never buy vivo mobile in future never suggest to anyone for buying. I purchased vivo y69 on 24 september and after 7 days mobile's touch automatic run and google voice typing not run then i went to service center and they replace my phone they gave me new y69 mobile on 14 october then again same problem happend in new mobile and i made screen video of that problem and i went to service center told us about that and they told me we do not find any problem then i show screen video to them but they did not consider that proof and they did not solve my problem them i complained on tollfree number then they called me then i went to service center again and again and at last they told me this problem problem happed in all y69. Then i told us ok you refund me my money or give me other brand mobile or give upper virsion mobile but after long discussin they told me we will give v5. I told him give me v5s because v5 is outdated mobile and no advance function in vivo v5 as compare to y69 but they did not hear me and they told me if you want to buy v5s then give 3000 rs extra. So i do not have 3000 rs and they give me v5 on 31 october which is outdated mobile no camera and advance features as compare to y69 and v5s.
      I faced so bad experience with vivo. I lost my money.

                As i purchased vivo v3 max, about 28000 rs before 1 year back. Still running on lollipop version 5. 0. As currently most of chinese as well as global brands providing updates for hardly priced phones of 7000 rs to 15000 rs. As vivo expending so much money on promotion & advertising, so ignore the timely updates to there loysl customers. Vivo v3 max not providing updates for android marshmallow 6. 0 or latest nougat 7.0. This is a really false practice to retain customers or gunning the new one be a loyal for long other vise short term.

                  I had bought a y21l from asha collection, bhopal on 22 sept 2017.
                  The next day itself, i found that it was not functioning properly and hanging a lot. The same was reported to the vendor on 27 sept 2017 itself.

                  They sent the phone to the service center where some updates were done and the phone was returned citing that the issue is solved. However, when i used it again, i found that the issue still persists and therefore submitted the phone again on 29 sept 2017 and requested for a replacement.

                  From then till now i am being told by my vendor that the phone is crossing several stages of approval for replacement and was also assured for replacement. But i have not been given any documents regarding the same.

                  We already have two vivo phones and it was because of my trust in the brand that i had bought this phone. But now i am suffering without my phone from about a month. Request you to please accelerate the process and replace my phone as soon as possible

                    Hi there, I am from coimbatore tamil nadu, Last year (aug 2016) I bought vivo y51l with lot of hope and happiness. But Nowadays didnot get network, I tried replacing many sim still the problem exist, So I went to coimbatore customer support . They updated the software and it was showing network. The next day again, Network gone, so again I went to customer care of coimbatore vivo office. They again installed the update. But network problem not resolved. They ask me to pay Rs 5,500 for new mother board, Which I can not offer. Please help me to get my vivo phone under working condition, without charges. Looking forward to hear positive reply from you. Thanks

                      Have my vivo v3...*once was try to unlock my phone with left hand (Index finger) with my fingerprint*... It was able to unlock itself... But i have *only one fingerprint* that was in my righthand's index finger... It not good...*actual any one can unlock my phone*... This little disappointing me... So please try to solve this problem by updating it...

                        Its 9 months i have brought this phone and suddenly its charging is not working it doesn't even charger one % in 15 min try to solve it soon and even its not working properly it gets hanged 10 time a day we get onr year warranty so ita been 9 months only so solve this soon bcoz phone is the most important thing now a days and it is to be use on daily basis as a student

                          I have been complaining since i have bought this mobile 2 months back. There is no software update and at least no minimum software functionalities. At least the software is not stable. What the hell guys? Really vivo is worst at its quality. Spending huge amounts for mobiles like this is really painful for the buyers. No proper service and no proper updates. Don't you feel ashamed off for troubling people?

                          Nothing required service is provided. Worst service I would rate. I went for service center for the problem I faced but they didn't even do anything. They said they changed the mother board but they didn't. How come the IMEI number be same if you change mother board? They unscrewed the screws and didn't even screw the screws and delivered to me. In return they added another problem along with the existing problem. This is Horrible. Is this what I get for my 18000 bucks? Just take away this mobile. I don't need it.
                          I am vivo v1 model user. It is lte supported mobile. I want to convert it into volte.
                          So i request you to kindly provide an update so that i could convert my cell phone from lte to volte.

                              Dear vivo resononal, before 5days i purchased vivo y21l that's emei detail is [protected], sn y21lqhg06c00, i have facing many of difficulty to use this set, processor is too slow, battery backup weak, mobile heating during use and also when charging, camera quality is very poor, when i use any applications it's very slow and late in open. Screen resolution is not satisfactory, keypads touch problem and lots of. It is requested you to give back my money that's westag by me to bought this phone.

                                I purchased vivo 1714 15 days back. Its camera quality is least satisfactory
                                I basically bought it for camera and the front is the worst. And they advertised it as a camera phone. The selfie appeared blurred and all white while the other camera photos are unspeakable. Also there are white dots in photos. No menus for camera and photo beautification. I had expected lot from vivo as the price are on the higher side compared to other mobiles. I hope vivo will rectify the defect

                                  I am proprietor for ik mobile solution located at virar west vartak road
                                  I want to buy products from the company buy there is no response from the vivo distributor nor i have got any response from vivo branding person raj singh.
                                  I have all documents with me.
                                  I have seen banner even at small shop which has nothing to do with mobile phones on the other hand i am selling phones in my shop and i cannot see any response from the team as i[censored] don't want business and you are least interested.
                                  Really pissed and disappointed and i don't think vivo is a brand worth investing and maintaining and inventory
                                  You have lost a retailer and u have lost business.
                                  Hope u have got the message if possible u can change my thought.

                                      I purchased vivo v5s plus and at that it was told like there ll be 0 interest emi.
                                      So i did 6 month emi for 18990.

                                      In my credit card bill i am getting more amount. Its already 4 month and per month more than 3311*6=19866

                                      Please help and resolve it as soon as possible.
                                      Why you people sharing wrong information to customer and making them fool.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I bought a vivo v5s mobile 4months back. I was waiting for nogout update.
                                        But there is no nogout update for v5s hand set.in market 4000 rupees mobile was coming nogout update.

                                        In my all friends was using android nogout version redmi mobiles of rs. 5000 but still i was using vivo v5s of rs. 18990 i was using marshmellow version.

                                        This is very guilty to me. So please provide nogout update to vivo v5s model handset as early as possible.
