    I purchased vivo v5 and vivo v5s today in Ranchi from ganpati networks. Shopkeeper charged extra price for both the phones. When i compared the price on other shops and even on online then i found that i had paid extra price for the phone. Shopkeeper agrued with me for the same. I want to know the exact market price for both the phones. Kindly help and provide me the resolution.

    Kindly update me the currebt market price for both phones and i also want to know that why shopkeepers are giving us different prices for the same phone. I found difference of total Rs. 3000 for both the phon. How is this possible. Kindly give me the proper resolution.. Thanking you.

      I have purchased vivo v5 plus on 22.04.2017 from Shiva Electronics Ambala City (Haryana) angaist bill no. 1926 and the sound from the main speakers are not coming from day one. Please rectify as earliest. Moreover I have not the part of vivo ipl contest why? It is very bad to say that a new vivo v5 plus having such type of irediculous problems. Please rectify.

      I have a 3 year old vivo V1
      I stopped using it for a month or two
      When I used my phone it was not in working condition
      No sounds
      No videos playing
      Hanging
      Phone taking more than 3 minutes to start
      I rebooted and also reset it but it had no improvements
      The battery is also quite dead
      It's full battery does not last for even one hour
      I am really annoyed by this phone

          I bought my vivo last month
          from last few days it has a problem of AUTOMATIC PAUSING OF VIDEO AND MUSIC
          it's irritating me
          it all started when I updated my phone to the latest version it's annoying me a lot
          it is happening even when screen is on also it hangs.for a few seconds
          I thought this is a good phone because the shopkeeper said its the new one in market by it is not satisfying me

            I bought new vivo v5 on 25/02/2017 by paying rs. 18000.

            Currently softkeys (Option & back keys) are not working. I called customer care 2 or 3 time but i m helpless. I nedd replacement and they are not ready for it. Also they referred me care but it is 60 km away from me. I need to grand one day leave for visiti care. So it may cost rs.1000. And they can take time upto 15 days.

            Many time it touch automatically.

            So this phone is waste of money. I was cheated by vivo.

              My husband gifted me vivoy21l phone on 20/4/2017. On 21st i called the shop for buying another brand.. As he had purchased two vivo phones of the same model. I wanted to exchange one vivo for another brand. They say they are helpless because warranty has started from the time of billing. They are not ready to give me another brand phone.                 Software issue with Vivo V5

                Dear Sir,
                I bought my Vivo V5 on 12th February 2017 from Croma Centre at IGI Airport New Delhi at 3:00pm. And after few hours of landing in Mumbai at 9:00pm the software stopped working. Contacted Vivo and on 21st Feb. went to Vivo care at Lajpat Nagar got software updated. Requested them to change set but they said its fine.
                Again after a week the mobile started giving trouble and restarted almost 30-40 times in a day. I...

                i am a customer today 12/4/2017 i have called to ur
                customer care and had a word with a person,
                i was facing a call drop problem i explained her
                she told me fr dis u have to update ur software
                version and u need to visit to service center nearby ur city, for dis u need WI-FI,
                i told her i hav internet on my phone she told me u cant update by ur own???????????
                strange thing she has misguided m please take action against her she doesnt know anything provide her proper training,
                i have updated the sofware version from my phone using the data OS is updated too now tell m am
                i a fool around here check the call recordings ull come to know
                i have selected no 2 option for complaints there she misguided m take action on immediate basis and mail me asap.

                      I am the most dis satisfed customer of VIVO company by purchasing, mobile model no VY51L. I purchased VIVO mobile MODEL VY51L in 07/16, several times I faced operational problems eventhough hand set was changed recently after using the said mobile for seven months, but we have not the fresh bill with new IME numbers. Now there are several bugs in the software, and the comany is unable to solve the software problems/bugs. Kindly resolve the issue

                        I have bought VIVO Y55 S mobile from indore One day ago its 4 /apr/2017 i found that main Camera in not working properly, the picture quality in not clear there is fuzzyness in the pictures, image quality is very bad, i bought this phone because of camera and i am so disappointed with this . kindly solve my problem soon . i am NOT AT ALL Happy with this product .

                        I am facing notification problem in Vivo Y66. I purchased it on 6th April 2017. The notifications for some apps doesn't appear at all even if all notification settings are enabled. Also, the tone which I set for notification is not played but some other tone is played.

                          Notification problem

                          Hi purchased a vivo v5 plus product from poorvika chennai. I am problem with the notification settings... notifications does not appear at all . and if at all notification i receive does not stay in the notification tray for longer period. it just stays and disappears after 5 min. Please try to fix the issue or refund my amount. i seriously not happy with the product....

                            I Navaneethakrishnan, purchased Mobile phone in the name of Mr. Ragupathy (VIVO Y55L/ IMEI NO. [protected]) from Supreme Paradise situated at 100 ft Road, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore. purchase dated 18.2.2017. The sales person of the shop insisted me to buy insurance policy of Apps Daily Protection promising good service. I had paid Rs 1000/- dated 18.2.17. The insurance is sold to me by saying 365 days guaranteed damage, repair or replacement.

                            My phone got damaged and I took it to the above stated shop but they asked us to apply claim on line at www.claims.aapsdaily.in. I had applied claim online and got reference no CIN_ADN15_230217_[protected]. In the process of filling the claim they asked to pay the amount of the Rs. 1000/- as claim fee. which was not told to us while purchasing the Insurance but any how I had paid Rs 1000/-toward the deductible payment done on 23.2.2017.

                            After doing all the formalities they didn'tje send the packing boxes and more over this that my payment was not yet updated in my claim portal till date. So far i went to the shop and ask the details about my payment of claim fee, for that i had given all the track records for my payment including the statement along with transaction id. For they said your payment has not been made.
                            Now more than one month already passed in the process of making the claim and payment till the pickup. Now after rigorous follow up they say that it will not not complete without making payment, we wont take your handset yet. If your payment has been done it take more 25 days to let us know the final result.
                            I am very annoyed with this company as they are the biggest fraudster. I request you take a strict action against them or cancel their license so that other companies also learn a lesson from them & more people don’t take insurance from such...

                              Now again the mobile has got the problem of caller picture and tone, and approached the service center and we did not got positive response from the service center.
